"Finally, Fanfic-Reader-88 HAS COME BACK..." Okay, I've been back, but I'm finally updating these fics again. But all joking aside, this update was supposed to consist of Trina and Jade's birthdays, or the weekends immediately following said days, and the chapter that I'm posting now was originally supposed to be the epilogue at the end of the fic. But for whatever reason, I somehow managed to put this together a lot faster. My muse breaks down when I try writing the birthday segments, but yet, in the last two weeks, it can toss me two oneshots and an epilogue? What the hell? But anyway, this chapter, which was originally the final one, takes place in the future - both near and distant, and I mean WAY distant, and it comes back to the present before it's over. Now, another epilogue could still come later on down the line like it was originally planned, although if it did, what would happen still has to be determined. And the birthday chapters will definitely happen at some point in time. But for now, just kick back and enjoy the original epilogue to "A Shower And Two Valentines (The Best Shower Ever)" and "The WhizGrunchShowerGoth". I hope.

(Black Friday 2019 (Friday November 29), Los Angeles)

It was late in the afternoon, or early in the evening, and Freddie had finally pulled into the driveway of the still fairly new home that he, Trina and Jade had moved into earlier in the year. It had been a busy and somewhat hectic day for him, as he had been out ripping and running almost the entire time.

In addition to a quick stop at his job at Hi-Def Vision to briefly discuss a ongoing project that he was involved in, Freddie, like many other people across America, and maybe even the world, spent a lot of his time in different stores shopping for Christmas gifts. While he wasn't willing to take the risk of waiting until the last minute, he also wasn't fond of the idea of having to spend the day after Thanksgiving losing time and money shopping for items that couldn't and wouldn't be used for at least another month. But even though Trina and Jade weren't materialistic, he knew the various hassles of what could happen if he put off buying their gifts, and that's another risk that he didn't want to take, especially if they were willing to put in the same effort to make him happy.

Meanwhile, once he had grabbed everything and locked his car, Freddie had made his way into the house, with his mind immediately focused on where to put the bags. Unknown to him, however, both Trina and Jade were home as well, as they had came back nearly an hour before Freddie did, and they had parked their cars in the backyard garage. More importantly, though, the women were planning their own surprise for him that would take place in the immediate future, which could explain why the both of them were huddled in the bathroom that was attached to the master bedroom.

Still unaware of his girlfriends' presence in the house, Freddie had made his way upstairs to said bedroom after hiding the bags of various gifts in the closet of the den near the living room. After changing into a pair of old sweatpants, he sat at the edge of his bed, dividing his attention between the different sports games on TV and the menu from The Grub Village - as it turned out, the house that he, Trina and Jade had moved into was just blocks away from Angeles Village and Upper Echelon.

After a few more minutes had passed, Freddie had noticed on the channel guide that the big rivalry football game between USC and UCLA was happening later that evening instead of tomorrow. Right as he was about to set a reminder with his remote, the door to the bathroom had been opened up, and any instinct to see why this was had been greatly awakened when the sight and sound of his first girlfriend had caught his attention.

"Hey Freddie," Trina called out in a seductive tone.

"Hey Treen," Freddie responded, his face currently displaying a shocked but happy expression as he saw Trina and Jade's current get-ups.

"You like what you see?" Jade asked, having picked up on Freddie's newfound disposition.

"Oh yeah, I like it. What brought this on?"

"Well, we thought that you might enjoy it if we... did something a little different tonight. So right now, I'm her," Trina began.

"...And I'm her," Jade continued.

"Well, that definitely is different. It's pretty sexy too," Freddie said.

The "something a little different" that Trina was talking about was reflected in the outfits and hairstyles that she and Jade were currently donning. Trina's clothes, or lack of them, seemed pretty simple, albeit pretty seductive, as she had on knee-high black wedge boots, black thigh-high stockings and a strapless black bra with matching black boyshorts. But the real selling point of Trina being "Jade" was that her jet-black hair had a small mix of green, blue, purple and reddish-pink highlights, and for good measure, Trina had a temporary nautical/rebel star tattoo on the same part of her right forearm that Jade had her real tattoo in.

Meanwhile, Jade's masquerade as "Trina" was a bit more specific, as she had went back to the first day at Hollywood Arts after the real Trina had received her massively high-heeled Fazzini boots in the mail. Like the older Vega sister did that day, Jade had her hair greatly curled, and the bottom half of various strands were dyed blonde/golden brown. To take it a step further, she was even wearing the same exact top that Trina herself was wearing nearly eight years earlier. But instead of the royal/light blue stretch pants and towering red boots, Jade had put on a similar-colored pair of short shorts and open-toed stilettos.

But even with the slight differences in their variations of the other woman's past wardrobes, Trina and Jade had done a good-enough job in pulling off that part of role-playing. However, it was only the opening act, and as much as he enjoyed looking at "something different", Freddie was ready to actually do that part.

"So, this 'something different', is it just you two dressing up and looking like each other, or is there more to it?" Freddie asked.

"Oh, there's more to it, sweetie," Jade began in response. "And you'll like every bit of it."

"What makes you so sure about that?" Freddie inquired with a smirk as both women walked closer to him.

"Well, how do I put this? As she probably would have said if we were together when we were in high school, we're gonna put you through torture. But lucky for you, it's gonna be the good kind," Trina said, making a reference to a common expression that Jade used in their Hollywood Arts days.

"I like how that sounds," Freddie said as Trina came to sit in his lap.

"We thought you might," Jade whispered as she kneeled behind him on the bed.

In a matter of seconds, the trio began trading kisses and feeling on each other's bodies, slowly delving into their respective foreplay before they eventually had sex. The surprise was initially meant for that night, and maybe some other time down the line. But little did they know that the end result of said surprise would last long into the future.

(Saturday morning, early June 2038, Los Angeles)

"Come on, Dani, quit hogging the bathroom already. You're not the only one who has to get in there," a teenage boy said in frustration as he stood outside of the bathroom.

"You have to be patient, little brother. You can't rush perfection," a teenage girl replied on the other side of the door.

The teenage boy silently huffed and whispered, "here we go with this bullshit again," before speaking up to say, "don't give me that perfection garbage, alright? You could go to the ceremony today with 10 pounds of makeup on and have your hair done to the max, and you'd still be an ugly troll!"

"Don't be jealous because I look good and you don't, asshole!"

"Who would be jealous of a gank like you?"

It was the morning of their graduation from high school, and as many siblings often did on a regular basis, the two 17-going-on-18-year-olds who were the children of the household currently found themselves in a battle over bathroom space.

The girl, or young woman in question who was hogging said space was one Daniella Victoria Benson, the daughter that Freddie Sr. shared with Trina. Daniella Victoria looked every bit like Trina had at 17/18, although for the most part, her ego wasn't as massive. One thing she did have in common with her mother at that age, however, was a borderline dangerous obsession with her looks, a habit that her mom constantly hoped and prayed she wouldn't pick up, seemingly to no avail. Having already showered, brushed her teeth and done her hair, the oldest of the two Benson siblings was currently fixing and re-fixing her makeup, and as a result, she had managed to annoy and greatly frustrate her slightly younger brother.

The young man who was the victim of Daniella's stingy bathroom stint was Freddie Benson, Jr., Freddie Sr.'s son with Jade. On a physical level, Freddie Jr. was a dead ringer for his dad, but he had gained his mother's blue-green eyes instead of the brown color like his father had. Much like his parents, he developed a great interest in technology, music and movies, as well as writing, and like his dad, he was very smart and gentleman-like, although when push came to shove, he showed a cold, angry and ready-to-fight personality like his mom had done often at his age. Although rare, it only resulted in actual fights with other boys, while it only led to swearing and name-calling when it was turned against his sister, a perfect example being right now.

Aggravated to the point where he started banging his head against the wall, Freddie Jr., who still had on his pajamas with his undershirt and boxers in his right hand, eventually leaned his head back against the same wall as he groaned out, "college can't get here fast enough."

Having noticed her surrogate son's irritated mood as she walked down the hallway, Trina, who had a pink towel covering her underwear-clad body, asked Freddie Jr., "how come you're out here in the hall and not in the shower?"

"Well, I can't get in the shower because your daughter's hogging the bathroom yet again," Freddie Jr. said in response. "Dad went to use the shower in the den's bathroom, and I know you and Mom are using the bathroom in your room, so right now, I'm screwed."

"Well, unscrew yourself, sweetie, because I'm getting your sister out of the bathroom right now." No sooner than Freddie Jr. could blink, Trina began pounding on the bathroom's door before yelling, "Daniella Victoria Benson, you have exactly 10 seconds to get out of the bathroom! And if you aren't out of there by then, I'm gonna come in there and drag your ass out! 10! Nine! Eight! Seven..."

Before Trina was able to get to six, Daniella Victoria walked out of the bathroom with everything on except her dress, which was currently replaced by a red bathrobe. Before she could get back to her bedroom, though, Trina grabbed her daughter by the back of said bathrobe, then turned her around to look her in her eyes as she said, "listen to me and listen good. This obsession of yours that you have about your looks, I suggest you get over it now, because it won't get you far in life. In fact, before you know it, you'll be in college, and you'll have other girls as roommates, and they won't be so willing to give you 10 seconds like I am. So from now on, while you're still here and when you eventually leave, you get in the bathroom, you use it as you need to, and then you get out. Don't spend forever trying to fix your face and hair. If you still need to do that after you let someone else in, then you do it in your room. But from this moment on, if someone asks to use the bathroom, you get out and you let them use it. Are we clear?"

"Yeah, we're clear, Mom," Daniella Victoria said, somewhat shaken by her mother's rant, but also understanding that she was trying to teach her something beneficial.

"Okay, good. Now both of you, get ready," Trina told both teens after patting them on the shoulders. Freddie Jr. raced into the bathroom as fast as he could, but before he closed the door, he mouthed a quick "thank you" to the woman who was basically his second mom, with her whispering, "you're welcome, now hurry up," before walking back to the bedroom she shared with his mother and their father.

Later that afternoon, after the graduation ceremony was over, Freddie Sr., Trina, Jade, Daniella Victoria and Freddie Jr. returned home and changed clothes before getting ready to eat. Knowing that many, if not all of the surrounding restaurants were crowded with families who were also celebrating graduations, Freddie Sr. decided to have a cookout and order pizza as well, a decision that his family agreed to rather easily.

With their parents, particularly their dad, in the backyard tending to the food on the grill, Freddie Jr. and Daniella Victoria were currently tuned into the baseball game on TV, while also awaiting the delivery of the pizza, along with the arrival of some of their relatives and friends of the family. Despite the brief argument they had earlier that morning, the pair of siblings, who had been born on Labor Day weekend nearly 18 years earlier - a sign of things coming full circle in their parents' relationship, were getting along pretty well, talking about different things, from the aforementioned baseball game, to any potential plans they may have had for the night, and eventually, the rest of the summer.

Meanwhile, on the back porch/patio, their parents were taking turns tending to the food on the grill, which consisted of burgers and hot dogs, both regular and vegan, along with various pieces of boneless chicken, among other things.

Although they were all now in their mid-40's - Freddie Sr. was and Jade was about to be 44, and Trina was 45, the trio for the most part didn't look a day over 23 or 24, even though they had all dealt with the many stresses of parenthood, along with maintaining successful careers and most of all, a happy relationship and "marriage".

Still having a few minutes before the current batch of food would be done, Freddie Sr., donning a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a pair of white-and-black Nikes, joined Trina and Jade on the bench on the porch. What was most notable on the older Benson male, however, was the watch on his right wrist and the rings on each of his ring fingers. As it turned out, the black Calio G-Class watch he had gotten from Trina on Valentine's Day 20 years earlier - the same day Jade had joined them at Upper Echelon and became the final member in the relationship - had held up after all this time. Then on his left ring finger, he wore a simple white-gold band with three small diamonds inside, and the band on his right ring finger was almost exactly the same, the only difference being that this ring was made from black stainless steel. To follow suit, the women had similar, feminine versions of the bands on their own ring fingers.

"You look happy," Trina said to Freddie Sr. with a smile; the blonde-highlighted brunette was currently dressed in a pink tank top, blue jeans and pink Converses.

"Well, I am happy," Freddie Sr. answered as he placed his arms around his women's shoulders - his right arm around Trina's, and his left around Jade's. "Our kids just graduated from high school, and I'm still with the both of you. I think that's plenty of reason to be happy, if you ask me."

"He's not wrong," Jade said happily in response; her hair was now, for the time being, dyed medium-light brown and currently in a ponytail, and she had on a white summer dress with white sandals. "I can't lie to you though, if somebody would have told me 25 or 30 years ago that I would be friends with you, let alone sharing a man with you, who we both have kids with, I might have stabbed them with an old pair of scissors."

"Oh, and like I would have believed it any easier than you did," Trina began. "Had someone told me the same thing about you, I might have spit some milk in somebody's face, or drop-kicked them in the chest."

"The ironic part is that she actually did both of those things. To the same guy," Jade responded.

"Poor Robbie," Trina said. "I made that guy miserable in so many ways."

"Not as miserable as Sam made me," Freddie Sr. added. "But to keep the other point going, I think the 11-year-old version of me would have had a fit if anybody said that I would end up with any other woman besides Carly."

"How much of a fit would have 11-year-old you thrown?" Trina asked.

"Well, since we're all out here making fun of ourselves, my 11-year-old self probably would have tried to push somebody in front of a taco truck. And knowing the kind of luck I had before I got to college, that somebody probably would have been me at 16."

Sitting back and watching as his ladies laughed at his lamentation, Freddie Sr. then continued by saying, "but all jokes aside, I really am seriously grateful that my life has turned out the way that it has. We're all together and 'married', we have a pair of pretty incredible kids, we live in this awesome house, and we have great careers. And if nothing else, I didn't have to kill anybody to be with the both of you."

"Well, we couldn't have you doing something that nobody could prove just to keep us around, no matter how much we love you, or how much you love us," Trina warned Freddie Sr., albeit in a joking manner, remembering what he once told Carly that he would do in order to become her second husband.

"But just so you know, if you ever did have to do something that nobody could prove, I know of a few deserts and lakes that are around here," Jade said. "We could hide the bodies and the weapons, and nobody would know that anything even happened."

"Don't give Freddie any ideas, Jade," Trina said with a chuckle.

"Hey, I'm just saying that if something goes down, I know how to keep all of us out of prison," Jade began. "But really, I'm glad we ended up like this, too. I know we never really saw much of each other before you moved to L.A., and as for me and you, Trina, I know we hated each other's guts when we were kids. But fortunately, things change, and I'm really thankful that things changed between us. I said this 20 years ago when we were at Upper Echelon, and I can say it again now. I used to say all the time that nobody likes you, but me and Freddie, we both love you, and you make us both happy."

"Well, how could I not make the both of you happy? I'm awesome," Trina joked, the brief reversion back to her old self getting a laugh from Freddie Sr. and Jade. "But all jokes aside, I really am thankful to have both of you around. Freddie, I do wish that we had talked more after you came to see us when the three of us were still in high school. I think our own relationship would have started a lot sooner if we did. That's the only thing I regret about us. And yeah, Jade, like you said, we did hate each other growing up. But fortunately, we had enough sense to fix things between us before we graduated, and even when I was gone, we talked enough to keep whatever friendship we did have going, and that's why we became tight when I got back. And well, it doesn't hurt that we had a drunken one-night stand together almost a month later."

The last part cracked up Freddie Sr., and especially Jade, as she remembered how that night was before she ended up in Trina's room, and particularly what went down once she ended up there.

Once the laughing stopped, Trina then continued by saying, "seriously though, between having you in my apartment that night, meeting Freddie again at Hungry's and eventually sleeping with him at his place a couple of years later, and then having all of us together at Upper Echelon on the next Valentine's Day, those were three of the best decisions that I ever made, and I don't regret them for one second. I love you two so much."

"I love you too, both of you," Freddie Sr. told Trina and Jade. "Right or wrong, I'm happy that we're all Mr., Mrs. and Mrs. Benson."

Once he finished, both women had begun kissing him while he had moved his hands across their bodies. Trina was sitting on his right leg, specifically the space just above his knee as she kissed him on his lips, while Jade had her right leg resting on his left, while she kissed around his neck. Freddie Sr.'s hands were well-occupied, as he ran his right hand on Trina's waist and back, while his left hand was running up and down on the inside of Jade's right thigh.

This only stopped when they collectively remembered that they were outside (although there were instances where they hadn't cared and it didn't matter), their kids could have walked out and seen them, and if nothing else, the food on the grill was about to finish cooking.

Not long after the trio got up from the bench on the back porch, they took the grilled portions of their lunch into the house, and shortly after that, the pizza that was ordered had arrived. Around the same time, their parents, some of their friends, and even a few of the kids' friends had shown up as well.

As everybody ate their food, joked around and carried on various conversations, Freddie Sr., Trina and Jade had continued their previous behavior while they were eating, although it was clearly in a more subdued manner than what they did on the porch. If this had been a bedtime story or fairy tale, the current scene could fit the definition of "happily ever after". Or at least it would have if it wasn't simply all in Freddie's head.

(Saturday February 17, 2018; the "Superstar Suite" at The Upper Echelon Hotel; Los Angeles, sometime between 7 and 8AM)

As Freddie was near the end of his sleep, he shifted slightly between Trina and Jade as he may have been trying to salvage his last little bit of slumber. Oddly enough, though, almost just as it was near the end of the dream, he had his hands tending to his girlfriends, although there were a few slight differences. His right hand was lingering in the space between Trina's breasts and navel, while his left hand was dead set in between Jade's legs. He hadn't reached the brunette ex-Goth's private spot just yet, but judging from the expression on her face, he was getting mighty close.

"Do you see what your boyfriend's doing right now?" Jade asked Trina, confused but able to laugh at Freddie's movements.

"Yeah, I know, I see it," Trina responded, not lost on her boyfriend's gestures and motions as he had done it to her a few times before. "When Freddie's excited while he sleeps, he gets to be hands-on... No pun intended."

"Oh, that was definitely intended. But seriously, look at him. He's like a little kid with a new game."

"Yeah, he is. When he gets his hands on tits, lips or butt, he can't let go. Not that I necessarily mind."

"I didn't think you did. I can't lie to you, I don't mind it either."

Before long, Freddie did eventually wake up, and while it took a few seconds before he could fully open his eyes, once he finally did, he noticed that his girlfriends' eyes were focused on him.

"Good morning, ladies," Freddie said, still somewhat groggy from his slumber.

"Morning, 'Mr. Happy Hands'," Jade said, laughing slightly at her newfound title for the former tech producer.

"'Mr. Happy Hands'? Sweetie, what is she talking about?" Freddie asked Trina as he sat up against the headboard of the bed.

"Well, while you were still asleep, you were getting all touchy-feely like you do sometimes," Trina told him. "Something pretty good must have been going on in your head."

"Yeah, what were you dreaming about?" Jade asked as she looked at him with a smile.

"Would you believe me if I told you?" Freddie asked after taking a breath.

Trina responded by saying "why not?", while Jade answered with "do your worst," which allowed Freddie to get into whatever details he could remember about his dream.

"Okay, well, here it goes. In my dream, I saw us together in the future."

"How far into the future did this dream take you?" Trina asked.

"There's actually a couple of parts to this dream, so to start off with, it wasn't too far," Freddie began. "The first part of it, I don't know exactly whether it's this year or next, but I end up coming back home with a bunch of bags of stuff, maybe because it's Black Friday or something. But instead of going back to the apartment, I end up going to one of the houses a few blocks away."

"Wait, we move into one of the houses by Angeles Village?" Trina asked somewhat excitedly, remembering the stretch of neighborhoods that surrounded the area between their apartment complex and the hotel.

"Yeah, we do. At least that's what happened in the dream."

"Is it just the two of you, or... or am I there with you guys?" Jade inquired.

"Yeah, you're there with us, but that's not the wild part," Freddie told Jade as he smiled at her, which made her do the same in return.

"Then what is the wild part?" Trina asked as Freddie turned back around to face her.

"Well, eventually after I get home, the both of you come back into our room all dressed up in some really hot clothes. But the big issue isn't just what you're dressed in, but why."

"Well, I might have an idea, but just so we're clear, what exactly are we doing that requires us to be dressed in some 'really hot clothes' as you put it?" Trina asked.

"As it turns out, the two of you apparently decide to surprise me by role-playing. So, because of that, you're dressed like her," Freddie began, referring to Trina dressing up like Jade. "And you're dressed like her," he continued, referring to Jade dressing up as Trina.

"Wait a minute. We both dress like each other to role-play for you?" Jade wondered aloud.

"Apparently, yes," Freddie started. "She has on some black lingerie, stockings and boots to start off with. Then in order to really sell it, she has a few different colors of highlights in her hair, and she even had a temporary star tattoo on her arm that looks just like yours."

"If I do all of that to look like her, then what does she have to do to look like me?" Trina asked, still laughing somewhat after having heard her boyfriend's description of her as "Jade".

"Well, she has on this red-and-blue tank top, blue shorts and red heels, and she put some blonde-ish highlights at the bottom of her hair, like you had at one point at time."

"I think I know what tank top he's talking about," Jade began. "It was the one you had on the first time you wore those ridiculous red Fazzini boots to school."

"Hey, those boots were cool," Trina said jokingly.

"Yeah, they were so cool that you could barely walk in them."

"Yeah, whatever. But anyway, Freddie, what happened in the rest of the dream?"

"Okay, so even though I didn't actually see it happening, of course, we eventually end up having sex," Freddie began. "Right before we get to all the action, though, you tell me something that Jade used to say all the time when you two still went to Hollywood Arts by saying that you were gonna 'put me through torture', but lucky for me, it's 'the good kind'."

"Oh yeah, I definitely said that back then," Jade responded with a devious smile on her face. "But what else happens?"

"Right before that part of the dream ends, we're all kissing and feeling on each other. You know, the usual foreplay and such," Freddie started. "But the big part of all of this isn't so much that we have sex, but what it ultimately leads to, which led me to the next part of my dream."

Having realized what Freddie may have meant when he said "what it ultimately leads to," Trina, feeling happy but also somewhat nervous about the idea, said, "so that night when we role-play during sex, that's the night when we get pregnant. Me and Jade, we end up having your kids."

"Is that what happens in your dream?" Jade asked, surprised at the thought of Trina's epiphany about Freddie's dream.

"Yeah, it does. We do end up having kids together," Freddie replied. Sensing that the mood had seemingly shifted, he then continued by saying, "I know that probably doesn't sound like the best thing to the both of you, but - "

"No, that's not it," Trina started. "I would definitely want to start a family with you, whether it was just between the two of us, or if Jade was with us too. I just didn't think that you had already thought that far ahead."

"Well, before this dream, I can't say that I had thought that far ahead, but if anything, it's only because of the lack of time that we've had between us. I mean, me and you, we've only been together for five months or so, and Jade's only been with us for the last few days. But having a family together does sound pretty good."

"Okay, as nice and heartwarming as the two of you or the three of us having a family together sounds, we still don't know about the rest of his dream," Jade spoke up. "So Freddie, what about these dream kids that you, Vega and me are parents to?"

"Okay, well, the oldest one is a girl named Daniella, the daughter I have with Trina," Freddie explained to Jade. "Then there's Freddie Jr., who's our son. And apparently, since they were both conceived on that Black Friday, they both end up being born the following Labor Day weekend. Kinda ironic, huh?"

Trina and Jade both smiled at the scenario Freddie just described, especially at the thought that their respective children might be born around the same holiday that Freddie and Trina started dating on just over five months earlier.

"So what happens to us while we're giving birth to them?" Trina asked.

"I'm not sure. That part didn't happen in the dream," Freddie responded. "In fact, after the role-playing part was over, it went all the way to about 20 years from now."

"Okay, what happens to our kids in your dream that's so important that it skipped ahead 20 years from today?" Jade asked, seemingly confused by the new factoid.

"Well, I could think of quite a few things. First dates, getting their driver's licenses, going to their proms... graduating from high school," Freddie added, putting a slight emphasis on the last part of his statement.

"Okay, that could explain it," Jade responded.

"So, do you actually see them graduating in the dream?" Trina asked.

"For like a few brief seconds, I might have seen flashes of them going on stage and getting their diplomas. But other than that, what I saw mainly was us getting ready, or at least you and the kids were, and then the three of us were in the backyard of our house after the ceremony was over."

"What happened in those parts of the dream?" Jade wondered.

"Well, at first, the kids were getting into it about the bathroom," Freddie began. "Freddie Jr. was upset about Daniella hogging it and taking too long to get ready, which eventually got Trina's attention, and she threatened to 'drag her ass out' if she wasn't out in 10 seconds."

"So basically, your daughter is obsessed with her looks, and she hogs the bathroom because of it. Gee, why does that sound familiar?" Jade asked jokingly, her attempt at humor clearly meant as a shot to Trina's old ways.

"Oh, shove it, Jade," Trina said, wanting to be annoyed, but instead, she found herself laughing at her girlfriend's assessment. "But what happens in the backyard when we get home?"

"For starters, we were all taking our turns on the grill, because rather than go to a crowded restaurant, we all agreed to have a cookout and order pizza. I know it probably doesn't make sense, but that's what we did," Freddie said, watching as the ladies began laughing at his last words. "But then, we were all out on the back porch huddled up together, saying how much we loved each other and how thankful we all were that we were still together and able to live the life we lived. And eventually at some point, we began kissing and touching each other for a few minutes before we grabbed the food and went back inside. I think that might explain why I had my hands all over you two right before I woke up."

Trina and Jade laughed as they both responded by saying, "yeah, it does," and Freddie briefly did so himself. Once the laughter died down, the women then realized that there was still one more vital piece of information in the dream that needed to be discussed.

"Okay, now since we apparently stay together and have children in this dream, there is one thing that should be asked," Trina stated.

"And what would that be?" Freddie asked.

"Are we married?"

"Yeah, or are we just permanent girlfriends to you?" Jade continued in a half-joking, half-serious tone.

Taking a breath before getting into his explanation, Freddie then said, "well... I don't know if we actually get married legally, but yeah, in the dream, we are married, or at least we act like it. For one thing, we all have wedding bands on both of our ring fingers. And if nothing else, the both of you do answer to 'Mrs. Benson', so that might help... I think."

"Well, that sounds good, I suppose," Trina told Freddie.

"Yeah, it does," Freddie began. "But I don't wanna get my hopes up too much."

"And why is that?" Jade asked, seemingly put off by Freddie's statement.

"I mean, as much as I would love for all of that stuff in my dream to really happen at some point, I'm also not in denial about the possibility that what we have could fall apart somehow at any given point in time," Freddie continued. "Somebody could cheat, somebody might decide to leave, somebody might be left, and somebody could even die. All I know is that there's just as much of a chance for this to end as there is for this to keep going. I'm not scared to move forward, but I also know that we might not get the chance to do it."

Freddie's words slowly sunk in for Trina and Jade, and as they remembered their own pasts as well as his, the "what if" scenario that he just provided was hitting even closer to home for them. But rather than allow themselves and him to dwell on that possibility, they both took the opportunity to reassure him, just as he had done for them at some point.

"Listen Freddie, we get it if you're worried, or even if you're scared," Trina began. "I think that we would be lying if we told you that deep down, we weren't feeling the same way. But operating on fear won't do us any good. If we do that, then everything you just mentioned is almost inevitable."

"Trina's right, you know," Jade added. "Maybe what's happened to all of us in the past is what has you worried suddenly, and if that's the case, then we get it, because we've all been through some type of hell before. But this might be the thing that we all need to truly move on. This might be our fresh start. You and Trina have been doing great the last five months or so, and even though I've only been with you two for the last two or three days, I'm feeling pretty glad that I decided to stay here. Now we could keep worrying about the bad things that might happen, or we could do as much as we possibly can to make sure that dream of yours does happen. The choice is yours, Freddie."

With both women now resting their heads on his shoulders, Freddie then moved his head down and kissed them before saying, "yeah, let's live the dream."

Happy with Freddie's decision, and feeling a strong grumbling in her stomach, Trina then asked her boyfriend and girlfriend, "so, who wants to go get some breakfast?"

"That sounds good," Jade added as she sat up.

"Well, after the conversation we just had, I thought I'd be having both of you for breakfast," Freddie joked.

"Well, as fun as that might sound, we actually need to eat some food," Trina responded. "As much as we might like you to try, you couldn't possibly survive on an all-vagina diet."

"I don't know," Jade began. "This is Freddie we're talking about, so he could be capable of it, especially if he ate us the same way that he had in the last few days."

"Really, Jade? You're gonna take it there?" Trina asked, trying not to burst into laughter.

"Hey, you and Freddie started it. I'm just finishing it."

With that, the trio got dressed and went out to grab their morning meal, before coming back to eat and to continue their sexually charged weekend.

That wasn't the ending I originally saw coming, but the muse is one rotten motherfucker sometimes. But anyway, it appears that our heroes do get a happy ending (get your mind out of the gutter, people, I don't mean it that way, not entirely), or at least that's what Freddie had in mind. But whether it turns out like that or not, he, Trina and Jade aren't shying away from what does happen.

Now, at some point in time, hopefully sooner rather than later, the birthday chapter(s) will be posted. Until then though, feel free to spill your guts and let me know what you thought. Now I'm gonna go. I think some Northridge girls are looking for me. Peeeace.
