Hello everyone sorry for the wait. we had a family emergency, a death of a family friend and the flue flying around in our house. but now everything seems pretty good. My laptop is out of commission so currently i am on my cell phone updating thrpugh the app. sorry for the delays. Here we go. Chapter 9.

"No objections from Inner."I said not entirely sure if I was ok with it. THis led to Kizashi then explaining to the three in the room and myself how it would work. It involved me forming hand signs at the same time as each party does their own set of hand signs followed by me completing my set with a different set. Once we had the hand signs all memorized which happened fairly quickly. We went to it in the order of Mebuki, the Hokage, Shisui, Itachi (who when our eyes met just before the jutsu we held each other's gaze longer than I had with the others), Kizashi and then I finished the jutsu off.

As each member concluded there hand signs, I felt each and every one of them enter my psyche. It was unnerving having so many people in there but it'd be best to do it all at once. That way no one missed out on any information and it wouldn't need to be explained multiple times. I could feel the stress of the five minds start to build up already.

'Inner,' I began as I entered into my own mind and saw everyone already collected and were off to the side. All around us was darkness. It was pitch black in all directions except for all who occupied the space. The surroundings went from black to a beautiful and lush meadow all around us. Beginning from me and inner outwards. Inner was a reflection of myself but was all black with white outlines and "Inner" written on her forehead. My aunt and uncle had then stepped forward and examined inner.

"Well you really have changed." Kizashi said looking at Mebuki with a confused look on his young face.

'What do you mean by that? I have always been like this. I do not recall ever meeting you.' Inner said. Since we were in my mind inner and my's voices echoed from all around. With winner's words a moderate gust of wind blew past us all. Shisui seemed to be in awe of the mindscape as the blades of grass and the myriad of flowers that scattered the ground had rustled against one another because of the wind. There was the calming scent of flowers everywhere which helped ease the stress of sustaining the many mind in my own.

"That does not make sense, you're memory should remain intact." Mebuki spoke up as I watched the other visitors. Shisui went and examined what was in the nearby vicinity. The Hokage on the other hand had been silently watching Inner, Kizashi, and Mebuki speak. While Itachi, on the other hand, was watching me. His eyes attempted to burn holes into me as he stared trying to find something.

"Let's go find the seal. We can-"

'There's no need to find it. It's here.' Inner said then pointed at the ground at our feet as we all stood were there once was grass but now revealed an intricate seal on the ground. Shisui was now looking at what was going on, as was Itachi who seemed unfazed by the seal. The seal was nearly completely intact. 'We got the news of… some events. We began to experience a strange feeling. Heard a voice. We thought it was each other. But it led us to this.' Inner began but I nodded to her and picked up where she left off.

"When we found this we had a seal expert look at it to see if it was fixable but not all of it was able to be fixed." I said as I ran a hand through my hair in frustration. "We knew it was there for a reason so we left it there." I brought a chair out of nowhere and sat down. Inner snapped her finger and chairs appeared for everyone to sit in so we were all relatively close to one another but were far away from each other that we could see the seal in front of us. My was beginning to ache as it did when I was next to the seal plus with the pain from expanding my mind enough to support so many people. Placing a hand to my temple I pushed chakra into my temple to sooth my headache.

'Sakura won't say this but could we speed this up we're getting a raging headache. This thing kills us.' Inner said as she kicked her legs out at the seal then leaned back in her seat with her arms across her chest. I couldn't help but cringe at her actions. This is how she acts when we finally got to see them again. And with the Hokage here too. I felt like face palming right there and she knew cause she just smirked at me causing the veins in my forehead to pulsate. I stared at Inner until I heard kizashi clear his throat.

"Then how about we remove the seal?" Kizashi said as he got up and took the hand of the love of his life to help her up so that she could stand up next to him.

"Thank you da- uncle" I caught myself mid sentence. "Since Inner is out there doesn't seem to be a reason for the seal anymore" I said as I once again pushed some chakra into my temple. Mebuki and Kizashi both nodded towards the Hokage and he then stood followed by Shisui and Itachi. Sarutobi then waved at them to have them sit back down which they did as soon as they were directed to. As the three stood an even amount of distance from one another, Inner and I scooted forward and watched as the three then disabled the seal that was holding back memories that we should know.

A crunch noise was heard from all around us at the same moment I felt a pang of pain in my chest. There was a hard banging feeling in my chest that knocked the breath out of me. I was down on the ground and was unable to do anything but gasp for air as I clutched at my chest.

~p.o.v. change: Itachi~

There was a noise that resembled a bone snapping that echoed from everywhere. Then the pink haired girl, who's named Sakura, was down on the ground gasping and writhing. A banging noise was heard from her that resembled a person banging on a door when locked in and trying to get out.

'What did you do?!' The personality of Sakura yelled as she ran across to Sakura and yelled at those who had removed the seal. She then closed her eyes and placed her hand over where Sakura was holding on her chest. That's when she slammed her fist into the girl's chest. The moving of the fist caused the girl to scream out only to be shushed by the inner. The fact the girl hadn't passed out had impressed me. The pain would have been a challenge even for me.

Out of the chest, another version of the girl was pulled out of her chest. Who in their right mind would seal what could be another soul into the heart of a person. This third girl was a light version. Of the girl. Sickeningly pale version of the girl. A huge smile appeared onto the pale girl as Sakura was lifted back into her seat.

"I'm… I'm free…" the pale girl mumbled. "I… I can move… I can… talk! I'm free!" The girl gradually got louder with each small sentence. She looked over at Sakura, who looked defeated and worn out as she sat slumped in her seat. Her aunt came up beside her and helped keep her in the seat but was soon knocked over by the pale girl as she sped over and hooked her arm around Sakura's neck. "I missed you Sa-ku-ra dear." The girl squealed. The echo was getting annoying but in the girls words I could hear the slight hint of darkness that seeped through.
