Code lyoko chapter 9: Code earth and a cat comes too!

Me: so sorry about the long wait, had a lot going on. Thank you to wolflover595 for your review. Well, this is it! Aelita comes to earth! I have zoomed through the eps, or this would take forever. (I was going to put in every episode with how the agents helped, but I won't. will take me all year, LOL.) I suppose you have been wondering, what about the others, do they get animals, and what about the Pokémon? All in good time. Anyways, enjoy and review.

It was a big day for all of the 5 warriors. Today was the day that Aelita would finally come to Earth. Jeremie was almost beside himself with excitement, but he hid it well enough from the others. But, Pyro could tell, and she was not about to let it go unnoticed…

"Today is the day that Einstein meets his love" Pyro sang cheekily. This earned her a whack on the beak by Jeremie, who was blushing madly. The 5 humans and bird were sitting in jeremie's room. Well sitting, or standing. "Hush pyro, you are being annoying, and anyways, let's hear what Jeremie has to say" Odd told the bird. Pyro growled deep in her throat at him, clearly annoyed. Odd rolled his eyes, as he had many times before.

Pyro had really become an asset to the team, helping to save Ulrich and Yumi from laughing to death by spraying them with water, stopping the zombies from killing the four warriors on XANA's fake earth, and even single handedly destroying an alien monster prop, after a return to the past. She had also continued to help the 5, working undercover most of the time, and sometimes revealing herself to select students to stop them thinking that the 5 were mad.

Today, however, pyro was feeling lonely, as well as cheeky, as explained above. She closed her eyes for a few seconds, as Jeremie talked about what he had done to make sure Aelita was able to come to Earth. Suddenly, she sniffed the air, catching a scent of something… different. She was about to say something, but Jeremie was talking, and she did not want to interrupt.

Sometime later, the 4 humans and the bird were racing off to lyoko. Pyro could not shake the feeling that something was waiting to attack, or at least waiting for one of the humans to slip up.

As soon as they got to the factory, Jeremie sat at his usual spot at the computer, and Ulrich, Yumi and Odd waited for the elevator to close and take them to the scanners. As the elevator whirred downwards, Pyro closed her eyes, wondering why there was a sound like pattering feet echoing around the factory. She decided it was mice. Then, she got into one of the scanners, and waited to be whooshed off to lyoko. As she was virtualised, she heard the noise again.

The patter of feet that could have belonged to a mouse.

Or a cat.

On lyoko, Pyro flexed her claws, and yawned, secretly glad to be back in the virtual realm. Back where she could squash bugs and other monsters to her heart's content. She flexed her claws in anticipation for the upcoming fighting, and waited for Aelita to get to their location. As she appeared, Pyro knelt down, and she jumped up onto her back. A booming sound, and what felt like vibrations echoed around the forest sector, and suddenly a megatank appeared.

"Oh, great, a bowling ball." Pyro told the others, and they ran in the direction of the tower, dodging the megatank and its elliptical blasts.

Meanwhile, Jeremie was so busy directing the others and typing, that he did not notice the pattering of feet, until a cat sat promptly down in front of him, on the keyboard. The computer sounded an error sound, but Jeremie was transfixed on the cat in front of him. It was BLUE! A dark blue at that.

The cat stared at Jeremie for what seemed like hours, before getting off of the keyboard. Suddenly, the sound of Pyro's voice boomed out around the factory.

"JEREMIE! We need to do code Earth NOW" she cried. Jeremie jumped, and was about to do as the fire bird had said, when a look of horror crossed his face.

"oh, no! where is the disk?" he asked, looking around for it.

"right here" the cat told him. Jeremie looked up in shock, as the cat held up a disk, which was the one disk he had been looking for! Handing it over, the cat watched Jeremie as the young boy inserted the disk. Almost at once, a familiar voice began to sing:

Break, break, break dance,

Break, break, break dance,

Break, break, break dance,

Break, break, break dance,

Here we go-o-o-o-oh.

Jeremie panicked. This was not supposed to happen! Then he realised. He had the wrong disk, which meant that the other disk was in his room! Jeremie ran for the elevator and walked in, ready to find the disk. Before the elevator closed, he thought he could hear a voice in his mind.

My name is jasmine.

Me: and I will leave it there for now. Well, 2 agents down, 3 to go…? We will see. See you next time.
