Phoebe and Cole had a great date last night. They went out for a cup of coffee and ended up chatting for hours about random stuff. They made a fresh start and Cole was more than ok with it.

"Phoebe?" Victor called his daughter.

"Yes, dad?"

"Who was on the phone?"

"Oh, no one. It was just for me," Phoebe dismissed him.

"Who?" Victor was quite persistent. He was away for years and got back together with Patty the last few months. He wanted to win his daughters back and try to be more involved in their lives.

"It was a guy from school," Phoebe replied.

"A guy? What guy?"

"Just a guy. What's with the inquisition?" Phoebe asked him.

"Just wondering who that guy is. Does he have a name?" Victor said and Phoebe rolled her eyes and sighed, "His name is Cole Turner and he's coming over later today to finish a school assignment. Now can I go upstairs?"

"Fine." Victor replied, "Oh and Phoebe, keep your door open."

"Dad!"

"What?"

"You're really annoying, you know that?" Phoebe started going upstairs, but Victor stopped her, "I need to know what's happening in my own house."

Phoebe's jaw dropped, "Oh, please. You decide to come back after nine whole years and boss me around? Well, it doesn't work that way."

"Don't talk to me like that," Victor warned.

"What's going on? Why are you yelling?" Patty heard their voices and came rushing from the kitchen.

"She's going to bring a boy in here," Victor stated.

"A boy?" Patty asked.

"Mom, this guy from school is coming over to do an assignment for bio class and dad is acting all weird about it."

"What is the problem?" Patty asked.

"The problem is you haven't established some discipline in this house and the girls are uncontrollable, coming and going whenever they want, bringing boys in here."

"What?!" Phoebe was totally mad and wondered where he got all that from.

"Victor, this is not the case."

"Oh, really? Where was Phoebe yesterday till 9 at night?"

"I was out, ok?" Phoebe said, "And I got back before curfew time. Why are we even having this conversation right now? Someone is coming over to STUDY and you're making this big deal out of nothing. I can't even study now?"

"Don't turn this around on me. Phoebe. Phoebe, come back here!" Victor called her, as she headed upstairs.

Patty grabbed his arm, "Don't. Let her go."

"Let her go? What are you talking about? We aren't done here."

"Tell me exactly what happened," Patty told him and sat on the couch with him.

"I just asked her to keep her door open, while that guy is in her room. Is that so wrong?" Victor asked her calmly and she smiled.

"You can trust her."

"Can I?"

"Come on. I know Phoebe is not the most responsible person in the world, but she is independent from a young age and likes to have her freedom. You know, ever since you left us it was the hardest for her. She went through her rebellious years early on, but now I think she has changed. She is not like that anymore. She is 16 years old. I know that's still young, but our little girl is growing up. She is not dumb. She'd never do anything with us in the house."

"Please, just. Don't. I don't want to think about that. Her with boys. When I… left, she was only 7. This is all strange for me. You know, how sorry I am for leaving you and the girls. I just want to set some boundaries, ok?"

Patty sighed, "Ok, just don't be so hard on her."

"I'm not. She just started yelling." Victor defended himself.

"She does that. She is not a bad kid, she is a teenager. That's what teenagers do. They have this strange mood that keeps altering. I'll talk to her."

"I know she is not a bad kid. Thank you, Patty." Victor said and kissed her.

"You are not worried about Prue, though. I mean her dating Andy."

"That is different. Prue is more responsible and older than Phoebe. I've got to know Andy and he is responsible too. I trust him. The guy Phoebe wants to bring home… I don't know him.

"First of all, they are going to study. Secondly… You know, Phoebe had boyfriends before."

"I don't want to think about that," Victor said and Patty smiled.

The doorbell rang and Phoebe ran to open the door.

"I'll get it. Hey, Cole!" She smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Hi, beautiful."

He leans over to kiss her, but Phoebe just gives him more of a friendly hug and makes a face in front of him.

"What?" Cole asked confused.

"Oh, hi," Patty greeted Cole.

"Ah, hello Mrs. Halliwell."

"You are?" Patty asked and Phoebe gave her a please-be-nicer kinda look.

"I am Cole, Cole Turner."

"Nice to meet you, Cole. This is my husband Victor, I am Patty."

"Hello, Mr. Victor."

"Ok, you met him. Let's go upstairs."

"Upstairs where?" Victor asked.

"My room, daddy, where my computer is, so we can study."

"Ok, go honey." Patty told her.

Phoebe and Cole head upstairs. Phoebe closes the door, grabs him and kisses him passionately.

"Ok, now I am confused," Cole said breathlessly.

"Look, my dad overreacts a little and that's why I didn't kiss you downstairs," Phoebe told him, caressing his face.

"So, he's going to kill me if he finds out the things I want to do to you," Cole said mischievously and bit gently her ear.

"No. He's never going to find out," Phoebe pushed him back to look at him seriously.

"So, we're just friends for your parents?" Cole asked.

"Yes. I mean not forever. Just give me some time."

Cole sighed, "Ok," and kissed her, "so now we have to hide?"

"Just be a little careful." Phoebe smiled.

"I see."

Phoebe kisses him again and they both fall on her bed. Cole caresses her back and tastes her mouth with his tongue. She is lost in him and wants him more than anything, but she knows they can't do it now, especially in her room while her parents are out lurking. Summoning all her willpower, she pushes him back.

"You know, I would REALLY like to get back to what we were doing, but we'd better finish the assignment first," Phoebe whispered to him out of breath caressing his face.

"Right."

Cole's eyes are on fire, she knows he had fallen for her as much as she had. It was incredible; she had never felt this way for anyone like this before. He broke away his gaze, after kissing her lightly one last time and got up.

After an hour and a half they were finished.

"At last!"

"Yes, my eyes hurt from the computer," Phoebe rubs her eyes and Cole brings her to his lap.

"You're sexy with your glasses on." Cole told her.

"Oh, really?" Phoebe smiled at him.

"Really." Cole kissed her.

After a few minutes, they end up on Phoebe's bed. Cole caresses her skin under her shirt and waits for any reaction from Phoebe. She does nothing and he slowly starts to unbutton her shirt, while kissing her exposed skin till he reaches her belly. Phoebe moans and grabs his hair, but Cole stops.

"What?" Phoebe opened her eyes and looked at him.

"I thought we were supposed to take it slow," Cole tells her caressing her face.

"You started this," Phoebe smiled and nipped his lower lip.

"I just can't keep my hands off of you."

"I know the feeling."

"We're just making out."

"Your top is off, baby. What if someone comes in?"

Phoebe rolled her eyes, "I hate this place."

Meanwhile in Prue's bedroom…

"I'm sorry sweetie. I know you really like him, but he is with Linda now."

"I hate her."

"Me too," Prue hugged her sister, "I know what will make you feel better."

"What?"

"Let's go shopping."

"I am not in the mood right now."

"Oh, come on Piper. Now is the best time. Come on. Get up."

"Fine," Piper gave in.

"I'll tell Phoebe," Prue said.

Prue gets in Phoebe's room without knocking and is shocked to see a topless guy on top of her also topless sister.

"Oh, my God."

Phoebe and Cole are startled by Prue and they both get up.

"Prue, what are you doing in here?" Phoebe yelled and covered herself with her shirt.

"What are you doing, Phoebe?"

"You cannot bark in here like this."

"First of all, I didn't know that you are in here with a guy. Secondly, it's in the middle of the day and not to mention mom and dad are here."

"We weren't going to do anything and keep your voice down. I don't want anyone to hear us and don't say anything either," Phoebe warned and started buttoning her shirt.

"God, Phoebe. I thought you were more mature than this."

Prue leaves her room and shuts the door behind her.

"Whoa."

"This is so embarrassing. I'm sorry Cole. I'm so screwed if she tells anyone what she saw."

"Phoebe it's ok. It happens, you just have to explain to her how things are between us."

"Tell her what exactly?" Phoebe stared at him.

"How much I care about you and how special is what you and I have," He caressed her face.

"Go on," Phoebe smiled.

"And that I would never do anything to hurt you. And that I…"

Phoebe kissed him before he could finish his sentence.

"You'd better go."

"Right."

He puts on his shirt and leaves.

"Look, Prue we have to talk."

"Yes, I know we do."

"I can explain," Phoebe starts when Victor appears next to her.

"Explain what? Is anything wrong?"

"Oh, no." Phoebe mouths.

"Um, nothing. I just wanted to know what happened to my leather jacket she borrowed a few weeks ago."

"You girls and your clothes," Victor said and left.

"Thank you." Phoebe said.

"Phoebe, you're not getting away with it. Plus, you do owe me a new jacket."

"I know. You'll never let it go, will you?"

"Nope. So, get your ass ready and let's go shopping. You'll tell me more about that guy there."

"His name is Cole," Phoebe smiled.

"Oh, somebody has that lovesick look," Prue smiled and caressed her sister's hair.

Phoebe just rolled her eyes.

"Come on. Scoot. We're leaving in 10'," Prue said.

Paige is in her room talking with Glen on the phone.

"Do you know what happened with Phoebe and Cole? I saw Prue leaving her room furious. I'm sure Cole was still in there."

"Yes, my brother told me. Prue caught them sort of in the act."

"What?" Paige yelled, "They were…"

"No. I mean I don't know. My brother says nothing happened they were just making out with their tops off."

"Oh, my God! Ok, I gotta find Phoebe. Talk to you later."

"You and your girl talk. Bye," Glen said and Paige rolled her eyes.

"Bye."

Paige hang up and smiled. Sje ran to Phoebe's room, but she wasn't there. She went to Prue and Piper's rooms, but they were nowhere to be found. She headed downstairs to find her parents and her Grams sitting on the couch watching TV.

"Hey, where are the girls?"

"Honey, they went shopping. Didn't they tell you?"

"No."

Paige's good mood suddenly disappeared. She thought that her sisters didn't care about her or they forgot about her. She just went up to her room and thought, "I cannot believe them. How did they not ask me to go with them? They all know that I love shopping. I cannot believe Phoebe in particular. How could she? She's my best friend. I won't talk to them ever again."

Hello! If any of my old readers are still out there, I'm so so SO sorry for not updating any of my stories all these years. Believe me, I wanted to, but I just felt like I couldn't write anything. Not even papers for school. Seriously. Nothing. So, this is the edited chapter of Halliwell Teens. I'm not promising anything, but I'll really try and rewrite all the chapters and eventually finish this story. I had so many ideas about my other stories, but we'll see... To my new readers, I hope you enjoyed this so far and check out the rest of my Phole stories. Leave me a review and let me know what you think.
