I want to thank everyone for the reviews, follows, and favorites. I apologize for the extreme delay in updating, life and writers block has been getting in the way. (I should be doing school work now. LOL) I am going to do my best to update more often. I am enjoying writing this story and doing my best to research things before I write them, however some of the information can be confusing.
Again, thank you and I will do my best for it not to take so long for me to update. I hope you like this chapter.

JJ sat in the back of the ambulance, watching as her daughter started to get sick again. She and Will both knew this was part of their new life, but when Mia's temp rose to 103, they knew a trip to the hospital was going to happen. She was thinking about everything that happen today, finding out Rossi and Strauss were her parents, Rossi was a match for Mia, and now her baby was getting sicker, she didn't know how much more they could take. When Mia started crying for Will, JJ moved closer to her.
"Baby, daddy is on his way." As JJ sat on the gurney.
"Now."
JJ didn't take it personally Mia had always wanted Will when she first got sick, Henry was the opposite.
"Soon I promise." As she rubbed her hand.
"You can lay down with her if you would like." The female EMT told her.
"Thank you." JJ crawled up next to Mia.
Mia immediately cuddled up to JJ, as JJ whispered in her ear that it would be okay. Will, Sandy, and Henry were on following in the car. JJ suspected that Sandy or Will would be calling the team or at least Rossi and Strauss to let them know about the change of events.
"Ma'am when we get the hospital, they are going to put her in an isolated room to keep her away from anyone that is sick. I am sure that you would like to stay with her." The EMT started
"I would and I am sure my husband will too." JJ interrupting her.
"I have to take your temperature to make sure that you are not running a fever. The hospital will decide if your husband can come back."
JJ nodded her head.
"No leave."
"I am not baby, I am not going anywhere."
The EMT took JJ's temperature right before they arrived at the hospital, since JJ was not running a fever she would be able to follow Mia.

Will, Sandy, and Henry was following closely behind the ambulance. Will had asked Sandy to text Garcia to let her know what was going on and to let the rest of the team know as well.
"Dad is Mia okay?"
"Buddy, I am not sure. She is sick because of the chemo but her fever is really high."
"But she is going to get better right?"
"I hope." Will before he glanced over at Sandy.
"I texted Garcia. Should I call Dave or Erin?"
"What do you think?"
"They need to know. I will call but make it short."
"Thank you."
Will only half listened to Sandy call Rossi's phone, right now he was worried about Mia. Henry sat in the back watching his father and grandmother while hugging the frog he had grabbed from the house. Mia adored Hopper and he was hoping that it would make her feel better.
"Dave its Sandy. I wanted to let you both know we are our way to the hospital, Mia's temperature spiked."
There was silence in the car for a moment.
"Yes, John Hopkins. We will see you soon."

Two hours later.
Will, Henry, Sandy, Rossi, Erin, and the team were sitting in the waiting room, JJ had texted Will saying that the doctor wouldn't let anyone else in the room until they were finished running test. She told him that Mia was finally resting comfortable and that her fever was down a little.
"What did JJ say?" Sandy asked.
"Mia's fever is down and she is resting comfortable but they are still waiting for the results." He replied looking down at Henry.
Will smiled when he seen Mia's frog, she loved that toy since the day Henry gave it to her. Henry was now holding on to tight.
"Buddy, you can close your eyes."
"I want to see Mia, give her Hopper."
"I don't know if we are going to see Mia tonight."
"But she needs Hopper, he makes her feel better."
Will looked around the room, Sandy and Erin had tears in their eyes, while Kate, Emily, and Garcia all were hiding their faces.
"I know buddy." As he hugged his son.

The doctor had come back and explained to JJ that Mia's T cell count was low and this was the reason that Mia's temp had risen. She could now catch almost any airborne virus that was going around, she will need to wear a mask when she is around anyone who does not live in your house, especially kids. It will important to keep your son healthy as well." He explained that this would delay the bone marrow transplant until the count was back up.
"How long can that take?"
"It could take two days or two weeks. It's up to her body."
"Can my husband and son come back to see her?
"How is your son?"
"He's six, they are extremely close. It might make Mia feel better to see Henry."
"We would need to take his temperature and they would both need to wear mask. Actually it would be better if you wear a mask as well."
"Everyone around her will wear a mask, we all just want her to get better."
"I know. You can have them come back but keep the visitors in the room limited, everyone else can see her through the window."
"Can someone come stay with her?"
JJ didn't want to leave Mia only but she knew she needed to explain everything to everyone sitting in the waiting room.
"I'll have a nurse come in."
"Thank you."
JJ watched as the doctor walked out of the room, before she sat back down by Mia.
"You are going to be okay, baby girl. As soon as you are strong enough Dave is going to help you." JJ told her while she was a sleep.

10 minutes later.
Will was pacing around the room, JJ had texted him what the doctor said and he was starting to worry. Spencer and Garcia were trying to occupy Henry while Aaron, Emily, Morgan, and Kate were having one conversation and Sandy, Dave, and Erin were having another. When the door opened they all stopped what they were doing, JJ walked in looking at everyone in the room. She walked straight into Will's arms, no one knew what to think, and Henry was the first to speak.
"Mommy, I need to take Hopper to Mia." As he jumped off the chair.
"You can but first I need to tell everyone what is going on and we have some new rules to follow." She explained as she looked down at Henry.
"Have a seat." Dave as he stood up.
JJ nodded and sat down, Will sitting next to her before Henry climbed up in his lap.
"How is she?" Sandy finally asked.
"They gave her some medicine to help with the nausea so she is finally asleep, a nurse is with her."
"What did the doctor say?" Will asked.
"Her T-cell count is low and that is why her fever spiked so high. Now, she can catch almost anything. She can't be around anyone with a fever and will need to wear a mask more so that she doesn't get any germs. We are going to have to wear mask to go see her. This will also delay the bone morrow transplant."
Will nodded taking in everything that JJ was telling him.
"I will wear mask all the time too." Henry told them.
JJ smiled at him, through the tears in her eyes.
"You are the best big brother in the world." She told him.
"When can we see her?" Erin asked.
"Right now the doctor is going to let Will and Henry in the room as long as neither of them have a fever. He said everyone else could see her through the window, I know it's not the same but it's the only way."
"We understand." Sandy told her.
"When did you find a donor?" Spencer asked.
JJ forgot that the rest of the team did not know the Rossi was a match for Mia, she had to much on her mind.
"Earlier today." Will told them.
"I am a match for Mia, I found out earlier today and went to tell JJ and Will." Rossi speaking up.
"Can we see Mia now?" Henry asked.
"Yeah but the nurse has to make sure that you and daddy don't have a fever first."
"Let's go get tested buddy."
JJ looked at her mom, Rossi, and Erin not knowing what to say.
"We will fill the team in on transplant and then come to the window." Sandy told her.
JJ nodded before she, Will, and Henry walked out of the waiting room, going to the nurse's station.
Please let me know what you think. Please be patient I hope to update again soon.
