Hi. Erm, sorry about the one month hiatus but I had to. My Final Year exams came up and I had to study so... Well, this is a rather boring chapter that is mainly filled with speeches but, it's necessary I guess... This is a continuation from the last chapter. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Bleach, Harry Potter or Hetalia.

Last chapter...

"The moment has come. The Triwizard Tournament is about to start." Dumbledore started.

"I would like to say a few words of explanation before we bring in the casket, just to clarify the procedure we will be following this year." He continued.

"Casket?" Harry asked aloud. Ron shrugged in response while England and Hitsugaya had knowing smiles on their faces.

"But firstly, let me introduce, for those who do not know them, Mr Bartermius Crouch, Head of the Department of International Magical Co-operation and Mr Ludo Bagman, Head of the Department Games and Sports!" Dumbledore introduced. Loud cheers and clapping was heard throughout the Hall, especially for Bagman.

"Why are they clapping louder for Bagman aru?" China asked, confused. They were all simply clapping politely for both men.

"Well, he was once famous as a Beater…" England replied.

The two men took their seats and Dumbledore continued. "Mr Bagman and Mr Crouch have worked tirelessly over the last few months on the arrangement for the Triwizard Tournament and they will be joining myself, Professor Vargas and Professor Urahara on the panel which will judge the champions' efforts. The casket, then, if you please Mr Filch."

Everyone stilled at those words, paying close attention to Filch who carried a great wooden chest encrusted with jewels to Dumbledore. The chest looked extremely with jewels to Dumbledore. The chest looked extremely old and excitement ran through all the students, at least the Hogwarts ones. Only America and Canada, the youngest nations there looked excited at the casket. England looked calm and uninterested at the casket itself, instead focusing on Dumbledore himself. France looked uninterested all together, as if he had seen this before. China and Russia too had the same expression. Germany, as always, had a serious face on and nothing could be seen to say that he was excited. Italy was, as usual, in his own world. However, he was unexpectedly telling Germany who was next to him about the casket. Thankfully, he was speaking too fast for the other students to understand. Germany, on the other hand, had enough experience to understand Italy just fine. Japan, who was seated next to China, had a calm, serene and polite look, still not looking at all interested.

As for the Shinigami, only Ishida and Ichigo looked surprised at the casket. Then again, the other Shinigami had already been showed a picture of the casket, the one Ishida and Ichigo had decided to skip. Hitsugaya was, however, still paying attention to what happened, so as to add everything into the report requested by the Captain-Commander. Rukia was looking and listening to the process with interest, wondering if she should enter her name or not. Hinamori, on the other hand, was also taking her own notes.

"The instructions for the task the champions will face this year have already been examined by Mr Crouch and Mr Bagman and they have made the necessary arrangements for each challenge. There will be three tasks, spaced throughout the school year, and they will test the champions in many different way – their magical prowess, their daring, their powers of deduction and, of course, their ability to cope with danger."

At the last word, everyone tensed. Danger? What? Wasn't it supposed to be safe? However, most of the nations seemed uncaring bout this revelation. Obviously there would be a form of danger involved, otherwise it wouldn't be much of a challenge. Only England seemed slightly concerned, but then again, they were his citizens… None of the Shinigami were affected by Dumbledore's words in any way. After all, they couldn't possibly give them anything worse than what faced almost every day.

"As you know, three champions, one from each of the participating schools, compete in the Tournament." Dumbledore continued calmly. "They will be marked on how well they perform each of the Tournament tasks and the champions will be chosen by an impartial selector… The Goblet of Fire." Dumbledore finished with a flourish. He took out his wand tapped the top of the casket three times. The lid slowly opened and Dumbledore pulled out a roughly hewn wooden cup. It would have been completely except for the fact that it was filled with dancing blue-white flames. This was a sight that even most nations and the Shinigami were amazed by. England, who had seen the Goblet many times before, looked on with an expression of excitement and pure joy. Dumbledore closed the casket and place the Goblet on top of it, where it was visible to everyone.

"Anyone who wishes to submit themselves as champions must write their names and school clearly on a piece of parchment and drop it into the Goblet. You have twenty-four hours to put your names forward. Tomorrow night, on Halloween, the Goblet will return the names of the three judged most worthy to represent their schools. The Goblet will be left on the Entrance Hall tonight, where it will be freely accessible to all those wishing to compete. To ensure that no underage student yields to temptation, I will be drawing an age line around the Goblet of Fire when it has been placed in the Entrance Hall. Nobody under the age of seventeen will be able to cross this line. Finally, I wish to impress on anyone wishing to compete that this Tournament is not to be entered into lightly. Once a champion has been selected by the Goblet of Fire, he or she is obliged to see the Tournament through to the end. The placing of your name in the Goblet constitutes a binding, magical contract. There can be no change of heart once you become champion. Please be very sure, therefore, that you are whole-heartedly prepared to participate, before you drop your name into the Goblet. Now, I think that it is time for bed. Goodnight to you all." Dumbledore finished, signalling the end of dinner. The nations stood up and began to make their way out of the Great Hall.

"Where are you going? And where are you going to be staying?" Hermoine immediately asked.

"We'll be staying in our castle of course. Why bring it otherwise?" England pointed out. With that, they walked out of the Great Hall. Noticing that, the Shinigami got up and left as well.

Both groups met up again at the edge of the Forbidden Forest, where no one would overhear.

"So, who should enter their names as a champion?" Hitsugaya questioned.

"I will of course! Since I'm the HERO!" America yelled.

"Shut up you git! Anyone who wants to put their names in, just put it in and the Goblet will choose." England decided. They agreed to that and those who felt like taking part wrote down their names on pieces of paper and went back to the Entrance Hall to place their names in.

So, that's it. You have till two weeks later to guess who is going to be the Champions from Hetalia and Bleach. By the way, I need your opinion on something. Should I change the second task to something else, or keep it as it is? If I do change it, what should I change it too? I need to know what you guys want so please review and tell me! Thanks!
