Olivia and Don walked into the little room with one table. Sitting at the table was a man.
He looked like he was about six foot two inches tall. He had blonde nice cut hair. He was wearing a suit. When they see at his face, Olivia studied him. He had ice blue eyes, high cheekbones, and a strong jaw structure.
If it was under different circumstances, she might have thought him to be handsome.
Olivia walked over and threw a file down on the table. "So why don't we start with your name."
"Richard Nixon." The man said with a smirk on his face.
"Well Dick I'm Detective Benson and this is Captain Cragen."
"Where is Joni and Chachi?
"Well last I heard they got married and got their own show." Don said with a straight face as he sat down.
"Why don't you tell us where you were last night between eight and eleven?" Olivia said sitting down in the chair across from him.
"With my mother. She's a sweet old lady that needs looked after." The man said sarcastically.
Just as the words were out of his mouth Olivia jumped up and slapped him across the face.
"Olivia calm down." Don said grabbing her hand stopping the second slap that was going to follow.
"I know where you were last night Dick. I know what you did."
"I don't know what you are talking about bitch."
Olivia leaned over the table. "We have your DNA you son of a bitch you will go to prison for a very long time."
" You can't prove anything you're bluffing."
"Are we?" Don said pulling Olivia away from the man in custody.
"Of course you can't pin anything on me that girl you caught me with what was her name? Jessica? She is my girlfriend it was all consensual. She was asking for it."
"How was she asking for it?"
"She was shaking her ass all night wanting me to see her. She was begging for me to give it to her so I did. That shouldn't have landed me here. What because she said no? That was just during the act. The whole time I was following her, her body said yes."
"So you raped her because you think that she was sending you signals."
"It wasn't rape. She wanted it."
"If she wanted it she wouldn't have said no." Olivia said point blank.
"That was all part of her game how do you know she don't like it rough."
"How do I know? I know because now she will never be able to look at a man without seeing your ugly face instead of his. She will never be able to touch another man without feeling you. She will never be able to walk alone without thinking you are behind her. You stole her self-worth; you stole her peace of mind. You have damaged her for the rest of her life."
The whole time Olivia was talking a smile grew on his face.
"You sick son of a bitch you don't even care."
"I helped them."
"How did you help them? By raping them?" Olivia shouted.
"I told you I didn't rape anyone!" He shouted back. Then he calmed his voice. "I had sex with them I made them someone."
"You made them someone? Well for once you told the truth. You did make them someone. You made them victims."
"They were victims before I came along. They were victims of control. They controlled everything. They didn't know what it was like to have someone else call the shots, someone else to make decisions. They needed to be put in their place."
"And you were just the man to do that right?"
"Olivia keep your mouth shut. Let the man talk." Don cut in.
Olivia shot her captain a look. She knew what he was doing it was now time for a show. "Captain I can handle this."
"I think its best if you go get us some coffee. I'm sure," Don looked at 'Dick', "Dick is it?"
"Richie actually." He answered. "And yes I would love some coffee." He added sitting straight and wiping off his shirt.
"How would you like it?" Don said.
"Two cream and three sugars." He answered with a smile.
Olivia scowled and headed for the door. Before she could leave Don said, "oh and Olivia don't forget I don't like waiting for my coffee."
"Yes." She said in a pissed off voice.
"Yes what?" Don antagonized.
"Yes sir Captain." She said through gritted teeth, and she walked out the door.
As she shut the door behind her she saw Kim and Alex watching the interrogation through the window.
"You deserve an Emmy for what just happened in there that was amazing." Kim said astounded.
"Stick around the real show happens when I get back." Olivia said with a small smile as she walked away.
"Any way sorry about that Richie, you know women are a lot different now than they were in my day."
"Yeah I know exactly what you mean. My mom had my dad's plate made before he walked in the door. She needed to go somewhere and he took her. And if he couldn't someone he knew did. She was never allowed to be alone. She wasn't going to sneak around on him or try to take off and leave him alone with all of us kids. No she had a place she was the woman."
"That was a better time my friend. Women knew their place they didn't need to be told. They just did it. And that was the end of it. There are no good women like that today."
"You guys were the lucky ones. There are no good women like that anymore."
"No they all burned their panties or bras or something."
"See that's the problem. If women would just be more like the women of your generation we wouldn't have any problems."
"Yeah it was so much simpler in my time."
"That is why I had to show those women they have too much freedom, too much control."
"You
had to put them in their place."
"Exactly, I had to show them why men have the run of things. I had to show them that it didn't matter what they wanted; I am the man. It is my way and there was nothing that they can do about it."
Just then Olivia walked in with two cups of coffee. She handed one to Richie and one to Don.
"About time, I thought you might have gotten lost. What did you do go all the way to Columbia to pick the beans yourself?"
"I'm sorry sir. I will do better next time." Olivia said obediently.
"Mine isn't made right. I said two creams and three sugars. This has about 30 creams and no sugar I wanted coffee not milk!" Richie threw the cup at Olivia; it just missed her and hit the window behind her.
"You are lucky I even made it for you, you worthless piece of shit." Olivia said furiously.
"Olivia I think you are done here. Let a man handle this. Why don't you go fetch some food?" Don antagonized.
"I'm not your maid. I'm a cop and this is my case, I can handle this captain. I am the one calling the shots."
Don raised his voice, "I am the one in charge here. And you will do as you are told! Now get out."
"Yes sir." Olivia said and walked out of the room. She slammed the door behind her.
"As you were saying Richie." Don said politely.
"I had to teach those women. I had to show them where they really belonged."
"And how exactly did you do that?" Don asked trying to sound intrigued.
"Well last night there was this blonde walking down an alley. Alone. She had an engagement ring on. I asked her to use her cell phone. Why women are allowed to have them I have no idea. I mean who do they need to get ahold of anyway? But I'm not stupid I know that everyone has one now-a-days. Well when she wouldn't let me use it, she thought that she could just walk away like I didn't exist. I mad her see that she couldn't ignore me. I'm a man. She will do as I say when I say. I put her in her place I showed her where women stand. I did her future husband a favor."
Don's stomach turned at the thought of what he just heard of Kathleen's rape. He held up a picture of her to Richie. "Is this here?"
"Yea she's pretty isn't she?" Richie replied.
"And what about today?" Don went on.
"Well today I was in the park and I asked, what was her name?"
"Jessica?"
"Jessica, for a dollar so I could get a coffee. She just kept walking. She acted like I was some sort of scum. She thought that she could just walk away from me. She will never walk away from me again. Next time she will appreciate when a man is talking to her." Richie said with a smile on his face.
Just then Olivia walked back in the room.
"Didn't you hear me the first time, detective? I said for you to leave the room, and I meant it." Don said exasperated.
"Yes sir. Elliot was watching the score on the game he told me that you would want the update."
"What is the score?" Don asked knowing the code Olivia was speaking in.
"The Crusaders 2 and the Devils 13." Olivia said dryly.
"What game is that?" Richie asked.
"A local team I used to play for," Don replied.
"Baseball?"
"Of course. Olivia you are dismissed."
"Yes sir." Olivia said, she turned and walked out the door.
"Why didn't you arrest him? He just admitted to two separate rapes. That's 15-30 years." Kim exclaimed.
Alex looked at Olivia and answered Kim, "she's going for the full Monty."
Olivia just smiled and observed though the window.

Olivia walked over to her desk and sat down.
Elliot was sitting at his desk looking over paperwork. He didn't even look up when she sat down.
She just looked at him is silence. Then she took a heavy sigh.
"I'm not mad at you."
"He confessed to 10 of the 13, but DNA should give us the other three."
"I should have been in there." He said still not looking at her.
"El, will you at least look at me?"
He looked up, "what do you want from me Olivia? I am going through a lot here. My daughter was raped last night. She confided in the one person I thought that I could trust to tell me everything. You said no secrets that was your stupid rule and you broke it. You lied right to my face. And instead of telling me so I could try to find the guy that did this last night when you lied he was free to do it again. This last girl she is all on you." Elliot said out of anger.
"Don't you put that on me!" Olivia shouted. "I did what I could. I got Kathleen to the hospital. Elliot I did everything I could do; she said she wouldn't go if I told you. What would you have done? Just once I wish you would put yourself in my shoes. Look at this whole thing though my eyes. Because with everything that I do I think about how you will react. I think about how every breath I take will affect your life. Every word out of my mouth was trying to convince her to tell you on her own. Then finally, finally I told her that there was no way that I could keep this from you and that if she didn't tell you I was going to. That is when she said she would as long as I was there with her. Do you know how hard it was to lie to you? Do you know what it did to me to look you in the eyes and lie right to your face? It made me physically sick. My stomach turned as the words left my mouth. I was mad enough at myself for the both of us. But you know what I wouldn't change anything. I would do it all again the exact same way because Kathleen got to the hospital, she got the treatment she needed and we caught the son of a bitch that did this to her. That is what is important. What I think is not important. What you think is important. What is really important here is that Kathleen is safe. And that this bastard is going away for the rest of his life. To me that trumps everything." Olivia stood up to leave and instantly keeled over.
Elliot jumped up and ran to Olivia's side. "Are you ok? What's wrong?"
"I can't move." Olivia cried.
Elliot threw keys to Fin. "Let's go you're driving." He swooped Olivia into his arms.
