(This chapter will only be Jeff's POV)
I flinched...
As the game goes, your presence will draw the attention of everyone in the room, including the ones that look far too preoccupied or distracted. They will turn to look at you, carefree smiles from each of their pleasant faces.
The head caretaker, in all her beauty will ask "Will you come play with us?"
If you say "no", you will not be able to escape. You will soon realize that a girl is standing several meters behind you, her face shrouded by shadow. Continue running, and try not to let her catch up with you.
If you say "yes", however, you will be welcomed into the group and everyone will form a circle around you.
"Now sit down and don't flinch!" a cheerful voice will say.
Just follow the instructions, and you will survive.
All light will disappear, yet you can see the circle of children, each with a vicious expressions on their face, ones so vile you will probably flinch straight up. If you can stomach that, though, they will begin to move around and around you, slowly. You may feel one of them lash towards you. If you look however, there will be nothing there, besides the children circling normally. Then they will begin chanting Kagome Kagome.
If you flinch before they start chanting, they will just continue, but if you flinch after, then you won't live to tell the tale.
I flinched, and I had to act quickley, as soon as I felt myself flinch I grabbed my knife and walked backwards, staring at all the twisted smiles, and the ever-increasing creepiness of their eyes. I didnt want to kill them so I planned to make them lose just enough blood to render them unconcious.
They all jumped at me at once, so I began swinging. I could barely see. Luckily whenever I hit them, as they were children the force would send them back giving me time to stab them. I was almost done when the little girl with red hair decided to bite my arm, making it numb. I couldn't get her off my arm, so I done what they done in the experiment.
I chopped her head off.
Her teeth soon loosened their grip and I was able to keep moving whilst my arm slowly regained feeling.
I was looking for another ten minutes before I found the next note...
...It read "I wonder if you can SEE your fate Jeff."
I already had an idea of who I would run into next.
