"You saw her?" Emma asked, swallowing a lump in her throat. Manny and Ellie had come back as soon as they could. It was already late, and they had to get a plan moving, quickly. Emma was with Sean and Lucas, trying to plan something but now Manny and Ellie had come back with this.

"You met the actual gypsy that cursed Jay?"

"I'm afraid so." Ellie said with a cringe. Alex was no treat. They also told Emma what she had said.

Emma tried not to cry in front of them. She looked up at Manny with fear in her eyes, "And he's back? The vampire locked in that cage is really Jay? Not his demon anymore?"

Manny nodded, her eyebrows crinkling together, "It's him, Emma. He's back."

Emma got up and just paced the room. That made this worse. Knowing Jay was back and now getting the torcher that his demon caused just ate up at her. They had to save him. Fast. Her heart began to pound sorely.

"We need to go to this warehouse." Emma forcefully said to everyone.

"Agreed." Lucas chimed in. Manny went to Emma and put her hands on her arms, "Don't worry Em, we'll save him."

AT THE WAREHOUSE..

Jay panted. He knew he was back too. The demon inside him faded away, letting Jay come back to endure this torture instead of him. In one way, he was happy, but the other, devastated. He knew he was going to die now, and Emma still wouldn't know how sorry he was.

He also knew he was going to be killed, weather this ring on his finger saved him or not.

He jumped and looked up when he heard the door of the warehouse open and Amy came in, leading two men with her whom Skinny had probably paid off to help her contain Jay.

Jay narrowed his eyes but he was pale, and slightly shaking- not that he was scared, but he needed to feed, and bound to a cage for days was weakening him. Also knowing how long it's been since he was last really in control, ate up at him. Evil Jay had killed so many innocents- what if Emma hated him ? Wouldn't talk to him ever again?. .maybe dying in the sunlight wouldn't be so bad..

Amy bent down, smiling now right at him and showed him a pound of cash that was in her hand before tucking it into her back pocket.

"I've changed sides, Jay." She informed. Jay watched the men with her start to walk around his cage and lift it on a platform with wheels that was put beside his cage. Now, they wheeled his cage over to the big warehouses' window that was shut with a black curtain.

"Didn't take you long," Jay spat.

Amy came to lean on the front of his cage, "Well, when I found out you're the old Jay again, it was easy. I only wanted to save the morefun Jay Hogart. The REAL King of vampires. You're just the shell of him."

"I'm the real Jay." He sneered, "He was a shell of me. A monster wearing my skin, just as you are with whoever you were before this."

Amy paused before narrowing her eyes. "Either way, your humanity inside stinks. And you'll be dead in a few hours."

"I will kill you, Amy." Jay informed. He didn't know how or when, but he would.

Amy now leaned off the cage and went to the curtains, opening it only so slightly that when the sun came up, it only shined on the part of the room where Jay's cage sat. Jay's breath went unsteady as he noticed the dark clouds getting a bit brighter, it must be near sun rise. There was a shade of pink in the far distance of the sky. The sun was going to be coming up soon.

"I'm afraid you're not in a position to be threatening anybody, Jay." She declared.

"I'll get out of here." Jay promised.

Amy giggled, walking back to the men who had helped her. Before she left out the door she led them to, she turned back to jay. "Then I suggest you move quickly. Sun is coming, and in a few hours, you'll be dead. And when you are? I'll go find your girlfriend."

The door shut behind them, leaving Jay in the warehouse, the sun about to come up in just a few hours. Jay screamed in anger and started to hit the cage with his hand.

THE GIRLS' HOUSE.

Emma stood with Sean, Manny and Spinner. She paced around a lot as they sat on the couch, watching her. She looked like a ticking bomb waiting to explode.

Sean begged Emma, "Could you sit down, or change your pattern or something? You're making me queasy."

"Because we're just sitting there! Doing nothing!"

Manny sat next to Spinner, "Not nothing. Jane, Lucas and Ellie are the strongest in this group, they're going to help him!"

Emma began furiously shaking her head and turned to grab her bag with her stakes in it. "I can't just sit here and wait." With that, she stormed out.

"Emma, wait!" Manny ran after her. Both Spinner and Sean's eyes widened, looking at another and wondering what to do. Was it smart running into a warehouse full of vampires? They both huffed and ran after the girls- they couldn't let them do this alone.

"Thankyou everyone for coming." Skinny announced. Amy stood with her two 'minions. Towerz stood to the left of Skinny. 7 other vampires were standing by Jay's cage but in the shadows, waiting for the sun to come up and to see if this famous vampire 'ring' would work.

"Be careful, and stick to the shadows." Skinny instructed his 'audience.' "We wouldn't want you burning up." They all chuckled.

At the corner of the warehouse near the entrance, Lucas, Jane and Ellie had snuck in. They both hid behind old boxes and props. They heard Skinny talking, and they also saw the window and curtains pulled open infront of Jay's cage.

"There he is." Jane whispered, sorrow in her own eyes to see Jay like that, locked in a cage, pale, paler than usual at least. He looked even sick.

"There is only three of us and 12 of them." Ellie whispered, frightfully.

Lucas shot back at her, "We can do this." He glared, not wanting her to turn back. He knew Ellie wouldn't flee out of here, but regret sure crossed her face. This was very dangerous.

Sunrise. It was finally here. The pink sky was turning into a blue one and the clouds were spreading to show the sun.

"It's coming!" Amy shouted with excitement.

Jay had lowered his head and shut his eyes. Maybe he deserved this. He clenched his fists, the ring in his one hand shining as the sun that came up and flickered off it.

"It's working!" bellowed Towerz, watching in amazement as the sun shined through the window, and down at the cage Jay was in. Jay's skin tingled from the sun- but it didn't burn. The vampires watching were in awe but had to stick to the shadows.

Suddenly the warehouses' front door flew open and the vampires huddled more into the shadows, hissing and growling by more sunlight that invaded the room. Towerz and Amy turned, eyes widening. Skinny turned and faced a very pissed off Emma Nelson, with her friends behind her. Ellie, Lucas and Jane even stood up from their hiding spot.

Skinny rolled his eyes, "Where are our guards!?" he yelled in annoyance.

Jay was too weak and too stunned by the sun glaring down at him- which he hadn't seen in 100 years- to see Emma or even hear her here to rescue him.

"They're dead." Emma taunted, holding a stake. Everyone behind her also did. "And you will be too."

Skinny saw red. He then saw her eyes flicker to Jay in the cage and a moment of weakness showed. "Oh, don't feel bad." He practically purred, taking a few steps closer. Emma stayed on guard, holding tighter to her stake. "He has something you don't…"

"Oh ya? What's that?"

"Five minutes." he yelled at his vampire people, "Kill them!"

Emma sent a roundhouse kick to Towerz' head who came at her first. Sean and Spinner grabbed another vampire together who came at her next and one grabbed Manny. Manny gasped and whimpered, being thrown to the wall but Lucas ran up behind, dusting that vampire with his own stake.

"We told you not to come!" he hissed through the fight but turned to help out the others, grabbing Manny's hand protectively.

Emma knew she had to get through Skinny first to get to Jay. Plus, she needed the keys in Skinny's pocket.

"Come and get it, little girl." He taunted, watching their friends fight but wanted her to himself. He even raised his hands, motioning her to come and try. Emma did, and she dodged him when he lunged at her, she whirled around and fell to the ground, kicking her leg up to kick the back of his legs to make him fall.

He went to crawl up quick, but the keys fell from his pocket onto the ground. Jane ran to help Emma, bending and grabbing them. Emma nodded and plead, "Go help him!" she motioned towards Jay.

Jane looked at Emma and then at Skinny- who was snarling in anger, ready to pounce. She ended up tossing the keys to Emma and shaking her head, "You go. I got this one." She promised, her eyes glowing and forming into a werewolf. If Jay survived this, he would NOT be happy if Emma died. She would take on Skinny, happily.

Skinny's eyes stared at Jane in horror, backing up a little and his head turned in fear to see Lucas also had transformed into a wolf and killed off the rest of the vampires with the help of Emma's friends. Then, Lucas turned and came to help Jane. Two huge werewolves cornered Skinny to the corner of the warehouse and he bellowed in horror, "I'm sorry! Wait- we can work something out! WAIT!"

There was a roar heard from Jane or Lucas, then a loud crunch and blood splattered across the wall. Towerz was also dust, and the all the vampire dead except Amy and her two minions. Her two minions had stepped in front of her protectively when Ellie came at them.

Meanwhile with Emma, she bent down by the cages lock, unlocking it quickly with shakey fingers. "Jay?" she was breathless, and she opened the cage. "Jay."

Jay slowly blinked, then looked up. He looked so hurt and pale and in disbelief. It's like he had seen a ghost when he looked at her. Emma just wanted to hold him.

"Baby, it's me." Her tears swelled, "Come out." She begged.

Slowly, but hesitantly, Jay did. Emma backed up but helped him as he got out on shakey legs, his body hunched over from sitting or bending for god knows how long. He flinched though at her touch, and gazed down at her with squinted questionable eyes.

She cupped his face, and her tears fell. "It's me."

Jay swallowed hard and now grabbed her, causing her to gasp but cling to his body as he clung to hers, burying his head into her neck and inhaling her scent. "OH god, Em." He kept whispering, eyes clenched shut. "God I missed you. Please forgive me. Oh god…."

Emma felt the torture in his voice. Weather it was from what his 'friends' did to him or for what he was remembering what his monster had done. He was in agony.

"Shh, it's okay." She swore, running her fingers through his hair. Sean had come over with Spinner, both going to each side of Jay.

"Let's get him out of here." Sean said.

Spinner nodded surely at Emma when she was hesitant to let them help but she nodded and smiled weakily, following close behind.

Over by Ellie, she had dusted the vampires. But Amy had gotten away, out the back door of the warehouse with her coat over her head to shield from the sun.

As the guys helped Jay into the car, Emma stopped in her tracks behind. The sun reflected almost beautifully against Jay's skin, she couldn't believe the sun was glaring down on a vampire and nothing was happening. The ring was snug around his finger and he was laid in the back by Sean and Spinner.

"Em, you okay?" Sean asked, noticing her looking frozen in her place.

Emma swallowed and tried to give him a believable nod. Back when she was with Jay, this is all she dreamed about, to be able to walk in the sun, go on normal dates with him, all that stuff. Now she could- only they weren't dating, or .. hell, she had no idea what they were anymore or how this would affect her new life she had tried to build without him. But this? Having him back? She was so utterly happy and also shocked. She didn't think he'd ever come back, she was starting to believe he was gone for good and the heart ache of that belief caused her a lot of pain but now she was glad she was wrong.
