(Age 11)
Teddy woke on Christmas morning at 5:00 am at the Burrow. It was Weasley tradition that every Christmas Eve, everyone spent the night at the Burrow. Teddy always stayed in Percy's old room along with all the other older boy cousins.
He wasted no time in waking the others. "Hey wake up guys, it's Christmas!"
Immediately all the beds were empty. The herd of boys shot out of bed and trampled through the house, waking everyone up, Teddy at the forefront.
Less than 15 minutes later, the entire Weasley/Potter family was in the Burrow's living room. For the next hour the air was filled with bows, wrapping paper, and shouts of joy.
Later that day during the annual girls vs. boys capture the flag snowball fight, Teddy was walking warily through the woods when something hard, wet, and cold hit the side of his face.
He looked around to see Victiore a few yards away grinning and tossing another snowball in her hand.
"Vic! I'll get you for that!" He yelled, running at her.
The girl screamed, threw the other snowball and ran.
She only got a few feet before he tackled her. She fell headfirst into the deep snow. Teddy pinned her arms down with his knees.
"Stay still," he ordered, taking out the rope he kept in his pocket for securing prisoners.
Then he tied her hands behind her back and used a cloth for her mouth.
Then he hauled her up. "Move prisoner!" he said, prodding her in the back.
She glared at him.
Teddy smirked. Vic was usually one of the hardest to catch and very competitive, especially with him, he knew this was killing her.
They walked through the woods back to the boy's base.
Sudden;y,a tree root caught Teddy's foot and he stumbled and fell. Slowly, he clambered up and brushed himself off. After deciding that everything was in order, he turned back to Vic.
But she wasn't there. Instead a piece of rope and a cloth lay in the snow
There were no footprints that showed where she had gone. Teddy mentally shared a few words that he would never dare say near Ginny.
As he slowly walked off, something cold and wet hit him in the head again. Teddy whipped around, but saw nothing.
High up in a thick fir, Victoire watched his retreating frame, twirling something around in her fingers. She wondered that Teddy would do when he found out she used his pocketknife to escape. Dear Uncle George had taught her well.
So tell me what you think! I want to continue with more and more Teddy/Vic snapshots, but just as friends for awhile. I'm trying to work on their friendship interactions, so let me know how it's going!
