"STOP!" Tyson yelled chasing after his friend.
"Give us back our 'blades!" Tyler shouted just behind the two boys.
"I just want to borrow them for a bit!" Chief replied from the other side of the river.
Tyler watched as her brother took drastic measures and tried to jump over the river to close the distant between himself and the nerd.
Chief saw through his plan and pointed out that there was gum where her brother was going to land.
Her brother ended up getting soaked to the bone, because he missing gum on the edge was more important. This did not stop his sister from laughing at him though.
"You can be naïve, Tyson." Chief said.
"You think so huh, Chief?" Tyson snapped as Tyler helped me out of the river.
A girl with short brown hair came up to the trio. A look of horror filled Tyson's face as Tyler's lit up like a firework at the sight of this girl.
"Hilary!" Tyler greeted going up to girl.
"Who is that?" Chief asked looking at Tyson.
Tyson crossed his arms, "a classmate and Tyler's best friend, I guess." He replied

Tyson had to strip down to his underwear, while his clothes dried. So while they were waiting, Chief told the others about the fox wrapped around Tyler's body.
They all watched as Chief was super excited about what he had seen. "That beyblade of yours has some SECRET hidden within it!" He explained point out the beasts on their beyblades.
"You think it has something to do with the pictures on them?" Hilary asked getting a closer look at them.
Tyler nodded, "that's the only thing that makes sense to me."
Grabbing their respective beys, both twins studied the beasts on them. Taking in the fact it felt like they have always been together. Like this wasn't the first time they have crossed paths. It's happened before so far in the past they couldn't recall it, but the feeling was there.
"I promise not to damage them in any way!" Chief exclaimed suddenly taking the tops and taking off.
Hilary and Tyler were too stunned to realize what had happened, but Tyson was racing to put his clothes on.
"Go after him!" Hilary shouted in her friend's ear.
Kicking into high gear, Tyler chased after the boy while her brother finished getting dress.

It did not take Tyler long to the boy, but as soon as she had. Carlos and the Blade Sharks suddenly grabbed hold of them.
"Hey, let go of me!" She snapped trying to get out of one's grip.
He only laughed at her, "naw, we need you to get back at you and your brother."
Tyler quickly turned her glare to Carlos, having a feeling that he was the source of this idea.

'Hiwatari construction storage DO NOT ENTER' caught Tyler's eye when they entered came to a closed off site. She had to try and remember the name to see what she could link it to later.
There was several piles of tires, crates, and other junk used for building. Cranes, dozers and other trucks tucked in random area, but what really caught her eye was the huge pile of beys.
"You all did this to those beys?!" Tyler snapped pointing at the mountain.
Carlos snickered at her statement, "that's how we are. Those are our rules."
She narrowed her eyes into a very dark look.
"Hope you know this plan of yours isn't going to work."
Carlos gave a smug look. "Well, we are going to battle your little nerd pal here."
Her gaze went to Chief, who still had her and Tyson's beyblades on him. The Blade Sharks seemed to know this as well. Worry caused her chest to tighten at the fact that Chief was in danger because of her.
Turning back to the mountain of tops she thought about how her bey was about to join that pile. Not only hers but her brother's as well.
"Yeah, I'll battle you." Chief stated with some courage in his voice.
He pulled out a 'blade but it wasn't Kitsune or Dragoon but a totally different blade. Tyler hadn't realized that Chief would have his own bey on him. She had made the mistake of only thinking he was into science of the battle, not actual battle.
"Chief, you –." She started but he stopped her with his hand.
"I made you guys a promise, and I plan on keeping it." He reminded her softly.
The look on his face, was all she needed to know that there was no stopping him from this battle from happening.
Carlos got in Tyler's face, suddenly. Their noses centimeters apart, she could feel his hot breath on her cheek, and smell his stank breath.
"Not so tough without your bey, are you?" He stated like it was fact.
Anger boiled in her stomach, her hands shook that she was on some form of high. Before she could even think about what to do, her hand connected to his ugly mug with so much force that it knocked him to the ground.
The sound of the slap rang out across the yard.
"She slapped him!" some of the others said.
"You all better be careful, my grandfather has taught me how to use a sword, don't think I can't throw around an arm." Tyler said turning to the rest.
"Who do you think you are to tell us what to do!" one laughed some.
Carlos took this time to recover from being slapped by the smaller body, but acted like it hadn't phased him in way.
"I do to have the right, you kidnapped me!" Tyler retorted as more rage built in her system.
"Hey! Shut your mouth, girl!" Carlos barked turning towards her.
"Make me, dumb boy!" she retorted, "Unless you want to meet my fist next!"
Carlos raised his hand to slap her, but stopped himself.
She looked puzzled on why he hadn't struck her but shrugged it off because something told her that he would get back at her for beating him in the tournament and slapping him some other way. Not knowing was the only thing that sent her stomach in knots.

The Blade Sharks took Chief to an open spot, where they sent all their beyblades against his own. Out numbering him, she could count around ten or so beys in all.
"Come on!" The boys shouted, "Strike until it's in pieces!"
Several other Blade Sharks held Chief and Tyler in place as they were forced to watch the battle.
"No! Stop, please!" Chief pleaded as fractures started to appear on his bey.
Pulling her arms in order to free herself, all Tyler could think about was the fact that her friend's heart was breaking like his beyblade. She couldn't do anything about it because of being held in place two heavy guys. No matter what she did, nothing threw them off enough to give her the opening she needed.
Someone wearing a hat went barreling into Carlos yelling at the top of their lungs. "CUT IT OUT!"
Carlos fell over and others looked to see who caused this mess. "It's… It's him!"
"How dare you?!" He snapped. "H-how could you do that to my Dragoon?!"
Hanging her head because of how thick of a skull her brother had. He hadn't taken the time to notice that it wasn't his Dragoon but rather someone else's 'blade. Plus the only thing he had been worried about the whole time was his beyblade.
"Don't worry, it's not yours." Chief called.
Tyler noticed Hilary appear behind Tyson. He must have really booked it here to leave her so far behind, at least she was able to keep him within her sights.
Hands on hips and shoulders back, "Don't worry about your sister at all." The brunette sighed getting guilt to kick in for Tyson.
Both Chief and Tyler were let out as Tyson and Hilary came over to them.
"It's one of my own beyblades." Chief explained pulling at Dragoon.
Dusting herself she looked at her brother, "he kept his promise like any other blader."
Hilary smiled at the fact her friend was alright. "You're alright!" She once over the blue haired girl.
"I knocked Carlos on his butt." Tyler bragged.
Putting Dragoon on his launcher, Tyson got ready to battle. "Blade Sharks! You'll pay for this!"
Realizing what her brother was up to, she got her bey from Chief and joined her brother. Ready to show them what happened when the two of them paired up rather than faced off or let the other take care of things. Tag team was probably their strongest suits because of their close bond as twins, along with all the time they've trained together.
"How about you take us on and see if you can win!" She called getting dark looks from the gang of boys.
Carlos looked too eager for his own good, "All right then! Go for it!" He ordered ignoring Kai's orders.
"LET IT RIP!"
Everyone with a bey launched them into a battle. Tyler and Tyson weaving in and out of the way of most and taking others out. Sometimes Tyler would get some following Kitsune and Tyson would come in with his Dragoon, taking them out.
"How can they hold us off?!" The some started to ask.
"They're not as dumb as they look. Let's all fire at once!" Someone suggested.
The battle was intense as the twins worked together to blow away the others. Taking turns with baiting and knocking them out. The power of the fox and dragon flowing their bodies as they got more and more into it.
Hilary and Chief watched from the sidelines, Chief was busy tapping away on his laptop, while recording the whole battle. The data he was collecting was amazing and what he needed to know about the fox and dragon that appeared around the twins.
Out of nowhere Carlos launched three 'blades at once. Tyson was losing spin, while Tyler had gone to take care of others that tried to run away.
"Use the Dragoon's ability to take a CORNER!" Chief shouted to Tyson.
Looking over her shoulder to see how things were going. She hadn't needed anything for Chief since she knew her bey so well, plus there was her trick of cat and mouse that everyone fell into every time.
She watched as Tyson beat Carlos, but the Blade Shark did not like this outcome.
He ordered a man in a crane to drop the two ton ball on her brother's 'blade.
"I'll smash your beyblade to pieces!" Carlos shouted as time suddenly slowed.
Her eyes widen as Tyson cried for this to stop.
VEEEE!
The sound of a beyblade spinning caught her ears.
Knocking over Chief and saving the Dragoon blade at last second, before the big boom. The ground shook from the impact, but a sigh of relief escaped from Tyler's lips.
"Whose bey is that?" She asked herself before something caught her attention.
Standing on top of a stack of creates, was the fearless leader of the Blade Sharks. His red eyes glaring down at the ground before him.
A chill ran down her spin when she saw him.
Everything froze in time for her as she looked at this stone wall of a human. His gaze dark yet impossible to read. Yet, something called for her to keep watching him. She couldn't place her finger on it, but she was pulled out of thought by Hilary.
"This doesn't look good." She whispered holding her friend's arm.
Tyler nodded.
"I told you not to go near them!" Kai's voice rang over the yard.
Everyone else finally looked up to see him.
Fear filled Carlos' eyes as they trained on his leader. "K-." He stumbled.
"KAI!"

A/N: Yes, I know the Manga doesn't have Hilary but I added her so Tyler wasn't the only girl hanging out with the team. Also because I like TysonxHilary. I feel they go together very well compared to Hilary and Kai or any other pairing. I think it has something to do with how stubborn the two are with each other. Was there a lack of Hilary, yes, but I didn't want to wait to bring her in. I may reedit this chapter later to better fit Hilary in it but right now I'm running on fumes. It's late.
