Sorry everyone for the long delay! I know it took way too long to get this chapter up! I just ran into some rather interesting difficulties in trying to do things. It's been about a week sense I've updated so I feel bad. This chapter will be short but interesting! So, after a long delay, I give you chapter 9! Yay!

Chapter 9: Pick

It took everyone a long time to decide that they wanted to actually fallow Ada. After all, she had just laughed. She never did that. In fact, most of them thought she wasn't incapable of such an act. It was too human for such a godlike creature.

But, after fighting themselves for what seemed an eternity, Louc, Billy, Leon, and Krauser, decided that perhaps they should fallow the raven haired woman. As she led them down a long winding corridor, Leon couldn't help but look around. On the inside, most of the house just looked like a nice modern house. But, this part of the house looked like something you would have expected an Umbrella laboratory to look like. It was as sterile as a hospital, but as cold and emotionless as a white wall.

This side of the house was all business, and it was easy to see that. This side of the building was even colder than the rest of the house was. It seemed that no one came down here very often. Every step that Leon took made him feel like the walls were closing in and the lights were dimming. He knew it was all in his head, but he couldn't help but feel… hunted. It was a strange sensation.

Finally they rounded a corner and before them was a door. Ada walked over to it and typed in a long code that seemed to go on forever and then a loud beep reverberated through the space between each wall. It seemed to get louder every second that passed, even though it only beeped once.

When the group entered the room, everyone watched as Ada took several vials out of different secured vaults. Each one was in a different vault with a different combination. She sat them on a table in the center of the room and watched everyone as there breathe hitched. Louc looked concerned, Billy and Krauser exchanged confused looks, and Leon just stared. Ada had truly been secretly hoarding viruses for almost a decade and a half.

"Okay… so what are we going to use?"

Louc crossed her arms and sighed. "We could use the G virus… no one seems to survive that one for very long."

Krauser and Billy said something to go with her statement but Leon wasn't listening. Inside of his mind, he had already though of something. "Ada… Why don't we use the T Veronica Virus? I remember Chris saying something about it after he went to go save Clare from Rockford Island."

Billy looked at the vial of the virus, a curious look on his face. Now he half wondered what this virus did. Ada smirked and glanced over at the little container. "What exactly did Chris say the virus did?"

Leon shrugged. "It's hard to explain, but it's similar to the g virus except that it makes you mutate into something more grotesque. Apparently Clare's friend mutated into some kind of creature and almost killed her. She said he barely had control over himself until he caused his death."

Ada smirked and looked over at Louc who nodded, an impish look on her face. Billy seemed amused by the idea and Krauser just chuckled darkly. Ada turned back to Leon and nodded, a small smile on her face. "That seems sufficiently evil. Sounds like just the type of gift only deserving of Wesker. After all, he deserves only the best."

Billy laughed and Krauser shook his head, an amused look on his face. "That sounds like the perfect thing for him."

Louc smirked. "Maybe it will make him as beautiful on the outside as he is on the inside."

Let me know what you think of this chapter. Sorry it was so short. The creative juices just were not working… that and my font kept changing to something else in the middle of me typing the story so my frustration actually destroyed my creative thoughts. It was like a nuke to my frontal lobe! MICROSOFT WORD HAS FAILED ME FOR THE LAST TIME DAMN IT! Anyway… on to the next chapter!
