Episode Eleven: I Ain't A Judas; Chapter Nine: Andrea
He watches me, as if he was waiting for something to happen. I just stood there totally frozen. That bastard! He planned this whole thing! He knows if he puts the group in any danger I would try to get everyone away from the zombs.
Glenn was right we should have killed him when we had the chance. Then we wouldn't been in this mess first place.
Michonne slices off some heads with her katana. Meanwhile, Glenn and Maggie gets in the truck when Carl opens the gates to let them out.
Hershel shoot a few them down; when they got too close to him.
I snap out of it and darted over to Hershel. I could feel the Governor's eye burning a hole on my back. At that moment I didn't care if he knew or not. What really matter was getting Hershel and everyone else inside the prison; where it was safe..
"NO!" Leo shouts, mowing down any zombs in our way.
Hershel swings an arm over my shoulder, letting me help him walk. A zomb stops in it's tracks and sniffs Hershel. I could tell he was sweating like crazy- I would too if a damn infectie was two inches away from my face. Then the zomb walks away with the rest, stumbling towards Beth and Carol because they were trying to clear a path for us.
Glenn puts the truck in park while Maggie climbs out, helping him up in the back. After he was buckled in, I gave him the thumbs up and he drive off.
I climb into that ice cream truck; the same one they use to bust the gates open. Putting it in drive and then blocking the breach. I don't know if I ever said this but I'm a total badass in parallel parking! Serious it was easy to park that shit in front the gates; blocking the zombs out. The only thing we had to worry about was them crawling underneath. But I guess we could always use cinder blocks to cover that.
I jump out and stabbed some infecties' skulls, while Leo watches me in astonishment. I kind of forgot about him. Him and Michonne still don't know I'm immune. After all this is over, explaining that would be hard.

We ran inside to met up with the others. Judy was crying and Beth was bouncing her to get her to calm down. Hershel was checking on Leo's arm in case the bone relocated in a different spot. And I'm counting all of us, though we were missing some people.
"Where Oscar? Axel?" I asked.
"Axel's dead and Oscar got shot. Carol is trying to remove the bullet.'
"O-oh..." I stuttered.
I was about to walk toward Oscar's cell until Leo stops me.
"You mind telling me why walkers didn't attack you?"
I could tell everyone was holding their breath, waiting for me to say something. But that was soon interrupted when Rick walk in the cell block with Merle and Daryl.
"What's going on here? Looks like ya'll having an intervention?" Merle said being a smartass.
I just roll my eyes before Leo spoke up again. "I'm going to ask one more time. Why didn't those walkers attack you?"
Everyone watch me. Waiting for me to response. But honestly I wasn't ready for this and neither was Leo. I could tell he was expecting the worst. I would be too if you didn't know your best friend was immune and randomly walking with zombs like it was nothing.
"She's immune." Hershel spoke up. "She was bitten when we were still at the farm."
Michonne snaps her gaze at me. I noticed her hand was slowly moving for her sword.
But Leo stops her. "Are you sure?"
"It happen last summer and she hasn't tu-" I cut Carol off.
"I still get that fever when I get sick. It's a pain in the ass but I can still croak and turn into those flesh monkeys."
"But you haven't!" Glenn protested.
"Still can!" I said back.
Leo rubs his face with both of his hands. "Okay..." he paused. "Does the Governor know?"
Everyone looks at me again. Waiting for me to answer. But all I can manage to say was, "Yes."
I load the guns with ammo and made sure all our knives and machetes were sharp.
"I can see why he's got the hots for you," Merle said, checking me out like he wanted my ass.
"What you want Merle?" I asked, not even the slightest wanting to have a conversation with him.
"I'm just having a friendly talk with ya. That's all."
"Uh-huh... Is that really why you came over here, so you can hit on me?"
He puts his hands in defense. "I wish. But Daryl would knock my lights out if he saw me checking out his lady."
I rolled my eyes. "I think you need to lay off on that rubbing alcohol, in Carol's first aid kit."
He laughs. "You're a real smartass, ain't ya?"
"Sure am! Best in town." I threw back.
After I was finished loading the guns. I started pack some bags up in case we had to make a break for it.
I glance at Merle noticing he was watching me.
"What you staring at? "
"Just admiring that scar on your shoulder." he commented, grinning like a cock-ass.
I really wanted to wipe that smirk off his face but I decided against. So ignored it.
I put some rope, can food and matches in the bags.
"How bad was it?" he asked me. That cocky smartass grin was now gone and replace with sad-almost emotionless expression.
I sighed. "I wish I was dead..." I said in almost a whisper.
"Were you alone when it happen?"
"No." I answered. "I was saving Dale and before I knew it, that thing bit the shit out of me...Everyone came running and saw my shoulder was almost torn apart."
"They didn't kill you."
"No... Daryl couldn't do it-neither anyone else.
He nods before saying. "You must be something to him, or he would've put a bullet in your skull without giving a shit." he paused for a second before continuing. "That's pretty rare, if you ask me."
I stare at him for a moment then I finished up with the last bag and walk off.
Daryl was fiddling with one of his bolts, as he was lying down on his bunk.
He noticed me walking in. "Hey."
"Hey." I said right back, I stood there awkwardly. Not saying anything. The silence was terrible. You would think I gotten use to Daryl not saying much. But honestly I haven't. It was so uncomfortable, I startled to feel like I was going to go insane.
But I did something I would've never done. I crawl into bed and hug him tightly to my body. "I missed you..." I whispered.
Too stun to even do anything, he finally held me back and rest his face on top of my head. "I know."
"Don't leave me again." I said my voice crackling.
I could tell he hesitated for a minute, but eventually he said. "Okay..."
So I just lay there with him. It was still quiet but for once...I was okay with the silence. All I wanted was Daryl to hold me, while I took in his scent. He smelt like burning wood mixed in with sweat. But I didn't mind. All I wanted was him. Because I came to a realization; I was in love with Daryl.
I woke up at the sound of Carl yelling. Saying Andrea was here. I glance around realizing Daryl wasn't anywhere. That asshole! He left me while I fell asleep! I'm going to kick his ass!
I grab my gun and ammo, before running outside.
Merle said it was clear and moved towards the gates with Rick.
"ARE YOU ALONE?" Rick demanded.
"Rick!" Andrea exclaims, while zombs start to getting closer to her.
Rick threw the keys to Daryl and unlock the gate. Andrea darted in after she let the zombie she had a hook to go.
"HANDS UP! HANDS UP!" Rick shouts. He searches her for any weapon and push her to the ground. "I ask you a question. Are you alone?" he asked, yanking her backpack off her shoulders.
"I am." she answered, dumbfounded we were treating her like she was the enemy.
I nudge her back with my rifle, telling her to get on her feet.
She looks at me shock. "Val!"
Rick pulls her towards the prison saying, "Welcome back."

Carol approached Andrea after we got back inside and embraced her. "After you saved me, we thought you were dead."
Andrea notices Hershel lost his leg. Then she looks at all of us. "I can't believe this. Where's Shane?" she glance at Rick.
He just stood quiet.
She got the hint; Shane was dead. "And Lori?"
"She had a girl but Lori didn't survive." Hershel informed her.
"Neither did T-dog." Maggie added.
"I'm so sorry." she muttered. "Carl..."
Carl didn't say anything, just glared at her.
"Rick I-"
Rick took a step away from her avoiding eye contact.
"You all live here?" she asked.
I had to roll my eyes, that was stating the obvious.
"Here in the cell block." Glenn answered.
"There?" she pointed. "Can I go in?"
"I won't allow that." Rick stop her from going in.
"I'm not an enemy, Rick." she assured him.
"We had that field." Rick told her. "In the courtyard your boyfriend torn down the gates with a truck and shot us up."
"He said you fired first." she mutter in disbelief.
"You believe that?" Leo demanded.
Andrea looks at him in shock. Noticing his broken arm and Oscar walking beside him in crutches. Oscar got shot in the leg. Thankfully it wasn't in too deep or in different pieces. It took Hershel and Carol an hour to patch him up.
She didn't answer. She just looks away from him.
"He killed a good man." Oscar spoke up. "Somebody I can trust to watch my back."
She looked horrified.
"We liked him. He was one of us." Daryl muttered.
"I didn't know anything about that. As soon I heard I came as fast I could." she said. "I didn't even know you were in Woodbury until after the shoot out!"
"That was days ago." Glenn proclaimed.
"I came as soon as I could." she repeats. She glances between Glenn and Maggie before turning to Michonne and Leo, "What you guys tell them?"
"We just told them the truth." Leo replied.
She looks at him then all of us in disbelief. "I left Atlanta with you. And now I'm the odd man out?"
"He kidnap them!" Leo threw a thumb at Maggie and Glenn's direction. "He had them torture and wanted them executed! He would've done the same thing if me and Michonne never got away from Woodbury."
"You don't know that?" she said doubtful.
"I do. He tried to throw me in a pits full of walkers. If Michonne never shown up I would've been eaten alive or worst become those cannibals."
She was taken back, not having a idea how to response to that. "The only explanation-"
"No, there's no excuse what he did. He's monster and you're all caught in his pretty boy charm to even notice." Michonne pointed out.
Andrea sighs in agitation. "You're right. I can't excuse or explain of what Philip has done. But I'm here trying to bring us together. We have to work this out!"
"There's nothing to work out! We're going to kill him." Rick stated. "I don't know how? Or when? We will."
She looks at him dumbfounded before saying, "We can set this."
"What makes you think he wants to talk? We're obviously past the point of negotiating." I declared.
"Val is right. Why would he want to negotiate? Did he say that?"
"No." Andrea answered.
"Why did you come here?" Rick asked.
"Because he's gearing up for war!" she spit out. "The people are terrified! They see you as killers! They're training to attack!"
"I'll tell ya what? The next time you see Philip, tell him I'll take out his other eye." Daryl threaten.
"We've taken too much shit for too long! If he wants a war? He's got one!" Glenn proclaimed.
Andrea turns to Rick before telling him. "If you don't sit down and try to work this out... I don't know what going to happen."
"I'll tell you exact what will happen." Andrea turns her gaze at me before I continue. "We'll try to make a deal- some kind of trade. And he'll still go back on his word and attempt to kill us all."
"Val you don't know that!" she argue.
"But I do."
She rubs her forehead in agitation. "Okay... Let's just say something can be worked out and there's no more of 'this'. Then everybody is in peace- then you can move into Woodbury! There's plenty of room-for all of you."
Leo snorted. "Like I go back to that hell hole!"
"What makes you think we want to live in Woodbury?" I asked.
"Because you lost so much already. You can't stand alone anymore." she uttered.
"If you wanna make this right, get us inside." Rick said.
"No! There are innocent people!" she says, while Rick went in the cell block, closing the door. Leaving us in awkward silence with her.
Leo-
"You poised them." Andrea said, after we step outside.
"We just told them how fuck up he really is." I told her then I spit at the ground. "But what would you know? He's got you so hook onto him you don't even realize it!"
She looks at me irritated. "That's major bullshit!"
"Then why are you still there?" Michonne ask.
"Because those people need me!" she stated.
"Who told you that? Philip?"
"I didn't chose him over you guys! I wanted a life!" she claims.
"You pick a shitty place." I remarked.
"Go to hell Leo!" she muttered. "I don't understand...since we got to Woodbury you both been hostile."
"Because we saw it before you could."
"See what?"
"That place is going to burst into flames before you can do anything about it."
"You're full of shit!" she hissed, walking away.
"He send Merle to kill us. He would send him to kill you too if you came with us. But you didn't, did ya? You chose a warm bed over your friends." Andrea paused at the door, before Michonne could finish. "That's why I went back to Woodbury. Expose him for what he is. I knew it would hurt you." she said then walked away.
Andrea turns back, staring at me.
I nodded and then following after Michonne.
Val-
It was late and everyone was on edge. Nobody hardly said anything after Andrea left.
We gave her a car so she could get back to Woodbury safely. No matter what's happen between us. We still cared about her enough to give away one of our back of vehicles.
I was now lay in my bunk feeling emotionally drain. This day was beyond stressful and I could only hope this situation gets better.
'But it won't...' I heard some voice whispered.
