A/N: This one took some time. I had to add in the part with my OC, because let's face it. How in the world did she end up getting to Lyoko in my last draft? Yeah, no one knows .-. XDDD
~MYSTERY GIRL
I peeked around a pillar underneath the overpass, watching as Jeremy and his group of friends went running into the park once again. I frowned, raising an eyebrow. Now where would they be going to in such a hurry? I wondered as the group of kids disappeared into the trees. I have to know.
Steeling up the courage, I raced towards where they disappeared, making sure to stay a safe distance away so they wouldn't know I was following them. Hurrying behind a tree, I peeked around, seeing William, Yumi, and Odd, along with Ulrich, who it seemed they were fighting.
"Let's settle this on Lyoko, then!" Yumi shouted from next to William.
"Haha! You sound like Ulrich!" Ulrich laughed, pointing a finger at her.
I frowned. Okay, why is he talking in third person? I wondered, continuing watching.
Yumi's eyes diverted away and she dropped her stance. William limped in front of her protectively. "Don't talk about Ulrich around her!"
"Funny, 'cause I am Ulrich last time I checked," he laughed again.
"No…you're not!" Odd groaned from the ground. Ulrich whipped around to look down at him. "You're XANA…not Ulrich… And…" He broke off, struggling to stand up, holding onto his side. "And…last time…I checked…my best friend…wasn't such…a monster." He wiped the blood from his mouth, standing up on wobbly legs.
Ulrich shrugged. "Alright, then. Let's settle this on Lyoko, then!" he laughed, taking off in a different direction at inhuman speeds, while the other three limped into a manhole.
I rose an eyebrow again. Okay, now why are they going into the sewer? That's just weird. And Lyoko? I remember… My eyes widened as the three disappeared down into the hole. I gotta keep following them! They might need my help! I waited a few more seconds before hurrying towards the manhole, and picking off the cover, looking down inside. With a nervous gulp, I charged inside, hurrying down the steps as fast as I could. Once at the bottom, I looked around. Where did they go? They couldn't have gotten far. They're wounded… My eyes danced as I saw them disappear around the corner, and I smiled. There!
I hurried over to where they disappeared, making sure to stay a safe distance. "Did you hear something?" Odd suddenly asked.
I froze, plastering myself against the wall, eyes wide.
"No," Yumi answered. "I didn't hear anything. William?"
"Nope."
"Alright, then let's keep moving."
I let out a silent sigh of relief. Good, they didn't find me, I thought, peeking around the corner and watching as they began climbing another ladder. I groaned, hating having to do all this hard work just to see where they were going. Once the three were out of the sewer, I hurried forward and began climbing the ladder after them. I pushed aside the covering and popped my head out slightly, looking around. The city was in sight, and I frowned. Why are they in the city? I then noticed the metal beams off to my left and right, and turned around, gasping. Behind me was a large abandoned factory, connected to the bridge I was sticking out of. Oh! I thought, climbing out of the hole. Well, at least I know where they went now.
I quickly ran over the bridge and into the yawning doorway and looked around. A few ropes hung down from the ceiling, and I frowned, grabbing onto one. What are these here for? I wondered, looking up and down at the ground below. I shrugged then, carefully clambering down the rope, wary that it might break. I hopped down to the bottom and brushed off my arms. Now which way? I wondered, looking left and right. To the left, there was just old abandoned wooden boxes and old forklifts. To the right was the same thing, only there was an elevator there. Nowhere they could've gone than in here, right? I asked myself, hurrying over to the elevator and pressing the big red button on the side.
The elevator door opened after a few moments, revealing the interior of the elevator—a nice, soothing mixture of greens, browns, and golds. I smiled, stepping inside, looking at the panel next to the door and pressing the middle floor. The doors closed…but nothing happened. I frowned, kneeling down and studying the button display. Narrowing my eyes, all the while getting an idea, I stuck my fingernails underneath the panel, revealing a key code pad underneath. A-ha! I smiled to myself. Good thing I could crack my silly brother's passwords on his laptop back at home.
After a few minutes, I had it. The passcode was 6-4-2-7. The elevator began moving downward, nearly causing me to fall on my butt, but I stood my ground. Once the elevator stopped, and the doors didn't open, I guessed that I had to put in the code once more. Once I did, the doors opened, revealing a vast laboratory with a grand supercomputer. The room was an array of green and blue, a glowing holographic map in the middle lighting up the room. "Wow…" I breathed, looking around in wonder. After a moment or two of looking, I hurried up towards the computer and plopped down in the chair, facing the screens. "Hmm…" I hummed, looking from one screen to another. There were at least five blue blips, and fifteen red ones. I had guessed that the blue ones were good and the red ones bad. I looked around on the screens some more, before I began looking around the computer. My eyebrow rose as I spotted a bunch of papers tucked in the crevice between two screens. I tugged them out of their position and looked at the first page. 'Manual', it read. I smiled, beginning to read the manual.
With my mild computer skills and after reading through it thoroughly, I typed in what I needed, and a sixty-second countdown ensued. I quickly looked down at the page, seeing what I needed; looked back at the screen, seeing the five blue blips still remained, and one red blip. I hopped out of the seat and over to a hatch that lit up from the floor below. I quickly climbed down the ladder and was amazed at the sight before me. Three large coffin-like structures stood their ground. One was open, and I nodded to myself. This was the one I needed to go into. I hurried towards it and stepped inside. Once I turned around, the two small doors closed on me and wind began whipping up from below, causing my hair to blow upward.
And then I was gone.

I laughed evilly as I waved down at the nerd, who still fell to his imminent death. Suddenly, I was knocked aside by Odd as he plowed into my side, nearly knocking the breath out of me. "Snap out of it, Ulrich!" he growled, smacking me in the face. "I know you're in there somewhere!"
"Nope! He's clear outta town!" I replied, smiling. "Which leaves me a lot of room to improvise. Such as that," I added, indicating Jeremy falling.
Frowning deeply, Odd growled, "Laser Arrow!" He aimed straight at my head, but I quickly rolled away, knocking Odd off of me and into William, causing William to tumble to the ground. I laughed as I noticed that they were dangerously close to the edge of the sector.
I faced Yumi with a smirk, hoping to provoke her. I had something special in mind for her. She growled at me, whipping her fans out of their resting spot and throwing them at me. I dodged both of them fairly easily, smiling at her. They came back around, but were far away from hitting the back of my head. I placed my hands on my hips and rose an eyebrow. "You seriously think that's going to work? You know, I wonder why you didn't use your telekinesis on Jeremy…"
Surprise flitted across her face as she raced to the edge, hoping to catch Jeremy before he fell. But she was too late. She gasped as a white pillar of light erupted from the digital sea, along with a small explosion sound. "NO!" she screamed, her eyes wide.
Odd and William finally untangled themselves from one another, still lying on the ground and peering over the edge, a sad look on both of their faces.

I was up in the air about fifty or so feet, and after a few seconds, I quickly fell down to the ground. "Oof!" I huffed, getting up and rubbing my bottom. I froze with my eyes wide as I felt something behind me. I turned, trying to see what it was and my eyes widened even more. "Oh, you gotta be kidding me…"
I had a tail.
A fluffy, white tail.
I groaned and face-palmed. "What did I get myself into…?" I murmured to myself, finally taking in my surroundings. I was on a—what seemed like—barren wasteland full of ice. The sky was a dark blue, and to the side of me, there was a hole in the ground. I slowly moved over to it and looked inside. It appeared that there was a hundred or so foot drop to what looked like an ocean. I rose an eyebrow and stood back up. That's strange. I looked down at myself then, noticing that I was covered in red and white spandex. I groaned again. I hated red. Ohhhh, the irony, right?
I noticed that on my right hip, there was a small, square patch, and it wasn't on my other side. I reached my hand down for it, and retracted as I finally noticed my hands. They were red. And clawed. "What the heck?!" I shouted, looking at them in front of my face, front and back. "Okay, I think I may be officially losing my head now…" I whispered. My attention was shortly drawn back to the white patch on my hip, and I pushed my hand towards it, jumping back slightly when it glowed a bright white. Suddenly, my back felt slightly heavier and I stared straight ahead, not wanting to turn around. But my curiousness got the better of me. I slowly turned my head and gasped. "What—"
I had wings.
Fluffy, white wings.
"—the hell?" I finished after a few moments of looking at them. Suddenly, a scream of despair met my ears, and without quite thinking clearly, I hopped into action—literally. I flew right into the air. "Whoa!" I nearly screamed, waving my arms through the air to get my balance correct. I continued to flap my wings and smiled, laughing. "This is…pretty cool!" I murmured to myself.
"AHHHH!"
I snapped back into reality, zooming towards the sound. It was coming from below all the icy platforms. I squinted my eyes, seeing that a few meters ahead of me, there was a red and black shape falling towards the ocean below. And he didn't seem to like it. I narrowed my eyes in determination and zoomed faster towards the shape. Just before it hit the water, I swooped in and grabbed it under its arms and pulled it upwards. It was then that I realized this 'it' looked a lot like Jeremy Belpois. "You got some 'splanin' to do," I told him with a smile.
His eyes were wide and his chest was heaving as he looked into my eyes. It was then that he decided to faint. I pulled a little bit harder, now that he was limp in my arms. Hang on, why was he falling in the first place? I asked myself. Someone must have purposefully thrown him down... I turned to see a large ice rock on the edge of the platform, and out of curiosity, I concentrated on it and suddenly, it lifted off the ground and over the edge of the cliff. As soon as I opened my eyes, the rock dropped down into the sea, causing a large pillar of white light to come from where it had fallen. I then looked back down at the boy and rolled my eyes, nonetheless bringing him back up to the platform above, flapping my white wings hard to get up there. Once we were above the ground, I unceremoniously dropped him with a grunt of effort, him landing on his stomach with his head off to the side. I waved my hand in front of the patch on my hip and my wings disappeared—heaven knows where—and I dropped to the ground. I rose an eyebrow and put my hands on my hips as I noticed everyone in front of me with sad looks on their faces. "What's everyone so sad about?" I asked.

I turned my head, seeing a girl in a red and white outfit with cat ears, and a long, fluffy white tail. Her hands were on her hips and she just looked at everyone in confusion. "What—how—what the…?" I broke off, my arms hanging limply by my sides. "CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?!" I shouted, pointing at her.
Jeremy began to stir from on the ground. "AHHHHH!" he shouted, getting to his feet—only to realize a moment later he was on the ground and not falling. "Oh, thank God!" he sighed, falling back to the ground and kissing it.
"Luna?" Odd asked incredulously, wide-eyed.
"Sup, Oddball?" the girl—Luna—laughed.
Odd's face—if it could—instantly went red. "Don't call me that!"
"Who the hell are you?" I asked.
She looked towards me, her blue eyes glimmering. "I'm Luna. Luna Della Robbia."
"Your sister?" Yumi asked, flabbergasted while looking at Odd.
"Why the hell is Odd's sister here?" I asked, a bored expression flying onto my face.
Luna looked back at me. "I can tell you aren't the real Ulrich," she snickered. "The Ulrich I know…well, we met in the hall back at Kadic. And he was nice. You aren't."
"How did you get here?" William asked from beside Yumi.
"I scanned myself," she replied. "Looked at Belpois' manual." Luna shrugged, looking over at Odd. "And from the little I know about this place, I guessed you guys were having trouble, so yeah."
"You told your sister about Lyoko?!" Yumi shouted at Odd.
He shrunk back underneath her. "O-only one of them," he stammered with a nervous chuckle.
"And how did you get Jeremy? We saw him go into the digital sea! The light pillar thing, and everything!" William asked her.
"Easy. I just found out my new powers, or whatever, and helped him. I threw a rock in there to make it seem like he went in, because I figured someone threw him in there on purpose, so I wanted it to seem like he actually went in," Luna said.
"I love you!" Odd laughed.
Luna just chuckled, her hands on her hips. "Yeah, I know."
I growled in frustration, drawing my sabers and pointing them at her. "You're in for some serious pain, little girl."
She put her hands on her hips and flicked her fluffy tail. "Little girl?! Oh, now you're so gonna pay for that, XANA."
"Annnnnd she knows about XANA…" Yumi sighed. Odd laughed nervously, afraid that she was going to hit him.
Luna crouched down, digging her claws in the ice. "I'm gonna enjoy this, right?" she asked Odd. He seemed shocked for a minute, before nodding. She smiled. "Perfect." She leapt at me with her claws outstretched. I easily dodged, causing her to do a front flip and land next to William. Jeremy, intent on staying as close to his friends as possible—in case he were attempted to be murdered again—closely watched the fight.
"Triplicate!" I shouted, forming two clones of me. We ran at full sprint towards all of the Warriors, holding our sabers outward. The first clone jumped on Yumi, stabbing her in the chest and devirtualizing her. The second one, sliced at Odd, who had barely little time to react, and was also devirtualized.
The three of us jumped back and stood next to each other, holding our sabers in a frontward pose with big smirks. Only Luna, William, and Jeremy remained. This is gonna be a piece of cake… I thought, laughing quietly.
"Energy Field!"
A large pink burst came out of nowhere, devirtualizing the first clone. I growled, looking in the sky. Aelita had come from the tower. Probably with the information that they needed to get me out of Ulrich's body…!
I growled, which in turn, caused my clone to growl. "I will get my revenge on you!" I shouted.
Jeremy activated his wings, curling up his fists. "You will never get your revenge!"
Both my clone and I chuckled and I whistled. Nothing happened at first.
William, not knowing what to expect, summoned his Zweihander. Jeremy rolled his eyes. "What is whistling going to do for you?"
I smirked and stabbed my sabers into the ground, leaning on them with my chin. "This."
Footsteps began to thud in the distance, vibrating the ground. A few ice caps thudded to the ground and into the digital sea. Jeremy, William, and Aelita grimaced, but Luna, not knowing what to expect, just stood there with a confused expression. "What? So you think thuds are gonna get us to cower in fear?" she scoffed. "Like that's gonna happen. I'm not scared of anything," she said, pointing at her chest with her thumb claw. "Not even you." She then pointed at me.
"Fusion!" I shouted, fusing back together with my clone. I saluted them and smirked. "See ya later, losers! Super Sprint!" I ran away from the impending doom of the Lyoko Warriors, jumping over fallen logs and gaps in the plateaus. Then, I paused, looking back to see the Kolossus stomping ever-so-closer to the Warriors, smirking. Luna's so dumb… She doesn't know what's in store for her…

I put my hands on my hips, whipping my tail back and forth in frustration, absentmindedly grabbing onto it and holding it still. I still have got to get used to that… I thought to myself, looking back at my tail quickly, and then frowning at the place where Ulrich had vanished—or…XANA. "Are you kidding me?" I scoffed, glaring at the place where he vanished. "We should be going after him, not sitting around like stupids listening to the thuds."
"Luna…" Jeremy said, scared, all the while looking up behind me. "I think you should rethink your theory."
I whipped around. "Why?" As soon as I whipped around, my eyes widened. I looked almost straight up to see a large red squid-looking thing covered in lava. It had a large eye thing on its head, which was probably its face. "Uhhhh…"
"Run, Luna! Ulrich's the only one who can defeat it, and he's not here at the moment!" Jeremy shouted.
I dropped to all fours and ran as fast as I could, Jeremy, William, and Aelita close behind me. I looked behind me, seeing the terrified faces of the three Warriors. Looking up, I noticed that the large creature was raising its arm and pulling it back. I gasped. "Guys! Look out!"
They turned their heads to look, screaming in the process. Me, still having my head turned, wasn't watching where I was going. My hands slipped and I began to fall over the edge of the plateau. "Ahh!" I screamed, covering my eyes. This was it, this was my end. The other Warriors, not watching where they were going, also fell over the edge. I looked up to see Aelita had grown pink wings, flew down and caught Jeremy-who had been too terrified to reactivate his wings. She gave me a sad look.
"Luna!" she yelled.
I was still screaming, along with William, who was falling alongside me. We were halfway down to the digital sea, and we looked at each other, stopping in our screaming. We knew that this was the end. I covered my eyes, but then I realized that I had wings! I uncovered my eyes and activated my wings with a smile. Turning to look below me, I swooped down, determined to catch William. He was about five feet away from the dangerous sea, when I swooped in and grabbed him, flapping my wings to get back up to the plateau. William looked up at me with so much gratitude and I smiled at him.
Flying back up to the top, I set William down next to Aelita and Jeremy, who were looking at me, both surprised. "I figured it out earlier, before I rescued him," I replied pointing at Jeremy, before turning to the large creature still bearing down on us. "I'll handle this." I flew over to the large creature. Jeremy, William, and Aelita screamed at me to not do it, but I could barely hear them. I charged in, swooping around the creature. It raised its large arm and tried to swat me away, but it was way too slow to do so. I scratched at it and clawed it, none of it making any progress. "Hmm…" I hummed, trying to figure out where to hit it.
"Hit it on the eye things!" Jeremy shouted at me.
"Ohhh…" I said, drawn out. What am I gonna hit it with? Maybe I can pick it up with my mind like I did with the rock I used in place of Jeremy? I hovered there, tapping my chin, while the monster tried to turn towards me. I concentrated my mind on the monster, pressing my hands against my temples for added effect and closing my eyes. A white aura formed around me, and then around the monster. But no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't budge. I opened my eyes in a gasp as I saw the monster's arm two feet in front of my face. My aura broke and I flew to the ground, my wings disappearing. The impact with the ground wasn't lovely in any way. I groaned, trying to sit up. I gasped again, looking up to see the monster's foot hovering over me, and coming down on me. I braced for the impact, but Aelita quickly swooped in to rescue me as the monster's foot came down.
She flapped her wings and flew back around to drop me back off next to Jeremy and William. She waved her hand over her bracelet and her wings disappeared. She looked at me. "Are you okay?"
I held my head, my tail slumped to the ground. "Yeah, I'm totally fine! I almost got crushed by a huge monster, and I'm totally fine!" I chirped.
She frowned at me, opening her mouth to say something, but was interrupted by William.
"I know what it wants," he said, taking a step forward.
"Yeah, our heads!" Jeremy shouted, waving his arms wildly.
He shook his head. "No, it wants me." He began walking up to the monster, who paused to stare down at him.
"William! What're you doing?! Are you surrendering yourself to XANA?!"
"Don't do it, William!" Yumi shouted from above, and I looked around with a confused expression.
"Why shouldn't I? I never get to be happy anyway," he yelled.
I listened, back and forth, as they argued. Then, I gasped as the monster rose its foot to stomp on William without him noticing. "William!" I shouted.
"Not now, Luna!" he shouted at me. "You know, you were always the one who I thought I could talk to. But no, you had to go and ruin that!" he continued to shout at Yumi.
I rolled my eyes. "WILLIAM, MOVE YOUR SORRY BUTT, OR GET CRUSHED!"
He stopped mid-sentence and looked at me. A shadow fell over him, and he looked up. "Oh, crap." The monster stomped on him, devirtualizing him in mere seconds.
"Okay, I'm definitely killing this thing," I muttered, taking a step. Jeremy pulled me back, and I glared at him. "Why are you holding me back?"
"You're no match for the Kolossus, Luna. And besides, we don't even know how many life points you have left." He then looked into the sky. "Care to clue us in, Yumi? Odd?"
"Oh, sorry," Yumi laughed. "I was busy laughing at William."
"Hey!"
"But anyway, Luna, you have 50 life points left," she told me.
I nodded. "Okay. I can do this." I took another step, but again, Jeremy held me back. "Ugh, now what?"
He looked at his feet, and then looked back at me. "I've barely begun to know you, but I don't want our only hope crushed-literally. Be careful." Then he smiled. "Besides, I want to know how you read my notes as quickly as you did."
I smiled at him and nodded, forming my wings and taking to the sky. I flew around the Kolossus and hovered for a moment out of his reach, so he'd have to turn to get to me. What should I try now? Um…Odd's power is laser arrows… "Laser arrows?" I asked out loud, but nothing happened. Hmm… I tried something else. "Laser tail?" Still nothing. "Darn it! What's my power?" The Kolossus began to turn around, muttering a small roar. "Laser meow? Laser foot? Laser paw?" I paused for a minute before getting an idea. "Laser claws?" My claws extended and became blood red with bladed edges like a saw, only larger and sharper. "Sweet!" I placed a determined look on my face, flew in and scratched the Kolossus' face, leaving a large gash in its eye.
The Kolossus roared with pain, grabbing for its face. I smiled, but then I noticed that there was another one on its arm. Seriously? I dived in, twirling in a tight circle, my wings pulled in to give me more speed, and I stabbed my claws right in to the eye. The Kolossus then roared louder, and fell back on its back very slowly. It landed with a large thud, making Jeremy and Aelita on the ground get knocked up, them landing on their butts.
I flew down and landed next to them. Jeremy and Aelita got up and patted my back. "Yeah! Go, Luna!" Jeremy congratulated.
"I knew you could do it from the start!" Aelita voiced in.
I smiled, enjoying the warm feeling I had right then.

I devirtualized myself, appearing back in the scanner, my eyes still beat red. I smirked, running over to the ladder and climbing up. As soon as I appeared up into the computer room, I was greeted by shouts of victory.
"Yeah!"
"Whoo! I knew my sister could do it!"
I planted my feet on the ground, slowly walking up to the group surrounding the computer. So Luna defeated the Kolossus… Hmm, she's got spunk, I'll admit that. I came around the computer so they wouldn't see me until it was too late. As soon as I came around the computer, I was greeted by a pipe to the head. I fell back onto the hard ground, my head throbbing with blinding, intense pain. I gasped, my vision blurring. Yumi, Odd, and William stood over me with satisfied smirks.
"Nighty-night, XANA," Odd said, waving goodbye to me.
Then, I faded away.
A/N: Yeah, like I said, this one took me a while, because this one is actually the chapter I stopped on when I was rewriting it ^^; It was stopped in the middle of the chapter, so the second half is mostly the original draft XD
