Missing Angel Chapter 9: Missing City
Previously on Missing Angel: Her decision can be the saviour of shadow-hunters or be fatal to the whole existence of shadow-hunters. There is only one moral option for her to choose.

As the decision was finalised by Hodge, the young shadow-hunters raced to their rooms to pack up necessary items to bring to Idris for their little holiday. Well, working holiday.
They had asked their local and friendly warlock; Magnus to conjure up a portal to Idris. As they could not do that themselves, but Clary had already made a portal rune, she always used that to travel around.
Once her bag was packed and ready to go to Idris; a city where she committed something terrible. Something she can not take back. Something she deeply regrets.
When she jumped through the portal, a purple swirly wall swallowed her up.
Once it had stopped she found herself in a beautiful city. Somewhere magical and enchanting.
She couldn't believe she was in Idris. It was ages since she was here last, but it couldn't change that much.
The Accords Hall had some building work, it had grown in height.
It had become even more beautiful, something that was impossible as it was already outstanding. It did not need to change at all.
Once everyone had arrived in Idris, they headed to their home for the next few weeks while Jonathan is rampaging through the institutes, destroying everything in his path. Nothing was going to stop him.
They had walked through most of Idris walking to their home. Clary wondered if they had forgotten where their house is.
They had not, it was just way out in the beautiful countryside of Idris.
The house was an old rustic family mansion.
It had vines and leaves growing all around the walls of the house. It looked abandoned and neglected.
When Hodge had opened the big doors to reveal a lavish mansion. They had modern furniture scattered all around the house.
Bright colours shone out of the furniture and walls. It was hard to navigate around the house without stumbling into furniture, Clary kept knocking furniture over and having to place it back. She noted that the Lightwood's did not have a good sense of colour matching skills.
Kindly, they had given her a room all to herself, like they have done at the institute. Her room was the only room that was colour matched well. The colours were not the opposite of the colour charts.
The room had a single mattress with a purple duvet cover with a pin throw to go over the top. A light blue wallpaper covered the walls.
Besides the bed was a gold and brown chest of drawers and next to that was a stunning white wardrobe filled with gold clothes hangers. She loved this house.

After putting away her minuscule amount of clothes, she shoved the suitcase under the bed.
Sighing, she left the room to explore much more of the alluring house that she was confined in until she kills her tedious and tiresome brother. She was going to be here prolonged time.
Being tired of thinking of the hellish battle that is not a far-reaching time away, she crept around the house, curious at what it has to offer her.
The house has a dazzling dining room, a luxurious living room with modernised furniture, a maze-like library with an endless amount of books on offer and lots of glorious guest rooms like her own.
This house was lavish. And she could get lost in it. She would get lost.
She found herself back in the library reading up on the history of the Shadow-hunters as she wanted to familiarise herself on what had happened with the shadow-hunters, since she never paid attention to them, she found them plain, tedious and annoying.
"Reading again?" said a voice she disliked
"Come to annoy me while I read, again" Clary said exaggerating out the word 'again' and not looking up at him.
"Well, you seem to be lost. So, being the helpful person I am, I wanted to make sure you found your way around easily," Jace said sarcastically
"Ha ha ha. I am not that incoherent as I look." She mumbled trying to tune his annoying voice out
"Using big words? Clary, did you swallow a dictionary?" he said sarcastically while smiling like a moron.
Clary had lived in the Victorian times, from that era, she had taken some elegant words and forgot to forget them so no one would suspect a thing. She presumed she had forgotten her system to change her identity and move on.
"If I had swallowed a dictionary I would not swear at you to piss off" she hissed
'Someone is being feisty. Calm down before you out-shine a tomato" he chuckled
'Stop calling me that, Goldilocks" she challenged
"Stop, stop, your wounding my ego" he said trying to achieve being hurt, but was failing miserably.
"Your ego-centric head needs to piss off" she growled
'Fine, fine but do not blame me if you get lost" he said walking away.
"Finally" she muttered
'I can hear you" he said, poking his head around the door.
"Go away" she said
"I am going, little red" he said
"Do not call me that." she had got up and yelled at him down the long corridor.
Clary turned around at sat back down.
Engrossed about what she had done last time she was here, which was a century ago.
She had slaughtered a bunch of innocent shadow-hunters, like they were pigs ready to be killed at the slaughter house and she had thought nothing off it until she walked away.
The past was a painful thing to remember. Especially this, as she could hear the screams of her victims families.
Whenever she had remembered this, she had to keep herself quiet or she would scream out in pain, as she had taken their lives and their futures away from them.
She was a monster. She had started to become the demon within her.
