Epilogue -

It was a quiet and peaceful Saturday morning and a small crowd had gathered into the quaint church. With a minster standing in the front of the aisle and the tall groom standing beside him, the air in the church was thick with tension, as everyone waited for the bride.

Yashiro smiled widely as he stood next to Ren, he couldn't believe the day had finally come where he would be the best man for Ren's wedding ceremony. He remembered how he had often lost hope in Ren's ability to court Kyoko.

He even had to smile to himself about how he had often called Ren the relationship idiot. He was glad that he had been able to help turn the relationship switch on in Ren's brain. It was a difficult task but a very satisfying one.

If it weren't for all those times, when he had played a hand in making sure Ren's schedule would coincide with Kyoko's, he was certain that the two lovers would have never met up or gotten so close. With an inward smile he congratulated himself in playing an integral role in match making these two. He was convinced that he was the reason they were here today.

Lory was beaming with a smile that stretched from ear to ear, as he sat in the front row of the guest. Dressed in a formal army uniform he looked arduous and unapproachable. His thoughts however, were on the magnificent love story unfolding before him. As he studied the nervous tension on the young, tall, dark haired groom, he was feeling like a proud father.

He was glade that his plan to pair Kyoko and Ren up as the Heel siblings had help expedite their relationship. He remembered his joy and surprise at the first time he had found out that Ren had feelings for Kyoko. But that did not compare to how delighted he was now.

Their relationship had been as challenging as any PS4 or Xbox romance game he had ever played but it was worth every minute of it. With an inward smile, he was congratulating himself for finally defeating the final boss in their relationship - by forcing Kyoko to be honest about her feelings for Ren. He was convinced that he was responsible for why they were finally here today.

Kanae was the last of the three brides' maid to make the long, solitary walk down the rose decorated aisle. Where Amamiya-san and young Maria had been filled with nervous trepidation, Kanae was calm and composed as she gathered her pink and white bouquet of roses.

With a serene smile, she slowly marched down the narrow walkway, and took her appointed place in the front. Her thoughts gathered around the beautiful bride that was to follow behind her.

What a strange turn of events the last few months had been. All she had wanted was to help navigate Kyoko's relationship with the overly popular actor. With an inward smile, she congratulated herself for being able to help her best friend obtain love. Though it was not entirely intentional, she was sure she contributed a great deal to bringing these two love birds together. She was convinced that she was the reason they were here today.

A strange feeling she had never had before suddenly washed over her, when she glimpsed Kyoko stepping out into the aisle. For the first time in her entire life, sentimental tears suddenly welled up within her and she had to blink back the urge to let them fall.

Kanae was not alone in her sentiments, as most of the audience in the church were dabbing at their eyes when the final strings of "Canon in D" played and Kyoko began to walk gracefully towards her intended.

With her eyes locked onto her handsome groom, she had a soft smile lighting her face. Never had she looked more radiant and beautiful then she did at that moment. The small audience sucked in their breath as the gorgeous bride, resembled an ethereal being in her silvery white ball gowned wedding dress.

Like a princess in a fairy tale, she wore her hair pulled back with a dainty crescent of crystals at the top of her head. Her bouquet of red roses were studded in crystals to match but a small blue purple stone that was centered in the middle of it, stood oddly out of place.

As she reached her tall and handsome groom, she timidly smiled up at him and received a broad smile in return. The crowd watched in happy silence as the ceremony commenced but a few chuckled when Kyoko mistakenly called Tsuruga Ren "Kuon", while they were exchanging their vows.

Only a few people there knew that it was an intentional "mistake" but they did not let that knowledge show. When the ceremony was finally over and it was time to kiss the bride, there were a few loud whistle calls and laughter when the groom lifted his wife up for a long and passion filled kiss.

As the happy couple exited the church, and entered their awaiting limo, only three people remained transfixed and glued to the steps of the church. Yashiro, who was busy dabbling at the tears in his eyes; Lory, who was staring blindly at the watch Ren had placed in his palm; and Kanae, who was bright red from the kiss Kyoko had planted on her cheek before she left.

Watching the ceremony on television, Sho was simmering with rage. Rubbing his eyes and blinking twice, he told himself that this had to be a mistake. There was no way in this lifetime that Tsuruga Ren and Kyoko would ever get married. Didn't they understand how incompatible they were?

Though he hated to admit it, Tsuruga Ren was at the top of the food chain where show business was concern, while Kyoko was just a no body. She wouldn't have even been in show business had it not been because she wanted to get revenge on him. Therefore, she was only there for him, which made it so incomprehensible that she would be marrying Tsuruga Ren.

Standing up quickly, Sho looked at his watch, it was still early in the morning and according to the news, the ceremony had only just begun. He should be able to make it to the church on time should he hurry now. Scrambling to get his coat, Sho shot out of the apartment, which he shared with his manager Shouko, leaving her blissfully unaware of what he was up to, while she showered.

As he reached the sidewalk, he wasted no time catching a taxi and giving the driver the location of the wedding ceremony. The driver was quick to gather where Sho was headed and with a polite nod, began to chat about the happy wedding currently taking place.

"It's fortunate that Tsuruga-san has found such a lovely woman to marry," the old man said with a bright smile.

Sho snorted and had to force himself not to yell out his reply when he asked, "Fortunate? Are you saying that Kyoko is a lovely woman? You must be mistaken. She is an unknown, how can anyone be satisfied with a nobody, as a wife?"

A frown creased the already wrinkled face of the taxi driver when he clarified, "But she isn't unknown. How can she be? She's the actress who plays "Mio" in Dark moon and she is currently also in a new drama where she plays a beautiful bully, named Natsu-san, in Box "R". Didn't she also paly an angel in some rockstar's P.V? Eh, what was that singer's name again?"

Watching the taxi driver scratch his chin as he tried to remember, Sho was growing livid. How was it possible that the man could remember Kyoko was an angel in his P.V. but not remember him - the singer?

Gritting his teeth, he supplied the forgetful taxi driver with the missing name, "You mean the all popular, most talented singer, Fuwa Sho?"

Waving his hand, the taxi driver replied, "No, I've never heard of Fuwa Sho. But then again, my generation doesn't listen to a lot of rock music. To tell you the truth, I only know about these things because it comes up in the news at nights and my daughters talk about it all the time."

A self-satisfying smile returned to Sho's face with that disclaimer. And nodding in acceptance, Sho asked, "So your daughters are big fans of Fuwa Sho?"

Chuckling loudly, the driver replied, "No, no, no. They always talk about Tsuruga Ren and that's all I ever hear about. And now I hear them talking about Kyoko."

Despite fuming in anger over the man's adamant's denial of his popularity among the man's daughter, Sho couldn't help himself and had to ask, "So they must not agree with the marriage between Kyoko and Tsuruga Ren?"

Shaking his head, the taxi driver was quick to explain, "No, they are very happy for Tsuruga-san. In fact, both my daughters were happy because Kyoko is such a beautiful actress that they couldn't find any fault in her at all. In fact they have a lot of good things to say about her."

Leaning back into the back of the taxi, Sho started to fume. He had been left with a bad taste in his mouth after talking to the taxi driver and had nothing left to say. Deciding it was best to end his conversation with the ignorant taxi driver, he forced himself to ignore the rest of what the taxi driver was saying, as the man went on to praise the works of Kyoko.

When the car pulled up outside the church, Sho did not hesitate a second, as he ran up the steps towards the church doors. But it didn't take him long to recognize that he was too late. The large church was quiet with only a few people left over from the wedding ceremony and his head was about to burst with the anger that he had been feeling.

This had been his last chance to steal Kyoko back. This was not supposed to happen. She was supposed to love him forever and ever, just like in one of her fairy tale stories. Didn't she recognize that he was the prince?

A grim and solemn feeling overwhelmed him, as he realized that he was responsible for bringing those two together. After all, had it not been for him asking Kyoko to come to Tokyo, she would have never met Tsuruga Ren and they would have never ended up together. He was convinced that he was the reason they were married today.
