May or may not have decided to turn the Dimension Chasers into a series because I love the characters too much *chuckles uneasily*.

Anyways, I don't own Danny Phantom.

A pair of Observants glared at Clockwork as they paced back and forth in a room in their Observatory.

"How long does it take to capture a ghost?" the first one asked.

Clockwork kept a straight face and brushed some of her curly hair off of her shoulders. "This isn't just any ghost. It's Queen Dark, the Ghost Queen. It takes more time than it would for other ghosts to catch her."

The second Observant was about to say something when it was interrupted by a familiar female voice.

"Besides, we don't have the ectoskeleton and Queen Dark is taking a different strategy than last time."

The two Observants turned to the single desk in the room, where the black-haired blue-eyed form of Danni Fenton of Dimension 2 was resting with her feet on the desk. Instead of her normal clothes, she wore an outfit similar to the Observants' uniform. She wore a white tunic with a black belt and white pants with black boots. Her sleeves had a gold pattern around the cuffs and there was a gold line down her chest with a design at the top. She also had on a black cape with gold accents. The inside of the cape was red.

"In fact, the Dimension Chasers… and Dash Baxter of Dimension 1… are training right now," she said, getting up and walking towards the group.

The Observants glanced at each other.

Danni smiled. "I may be superhuman but I'm not invincible. I need help sometimes."

….

Danny and Dash walked through the halls of Casper High. It was around 9:00 in the morning, so Danni and her classmates were in the school.

Danny glanced at the note in his hand. It looked like it had been torn out of a notebook. The only words written on it were, "Casper High. We attack at 9:10."

"So you said that you found this outside of Clockwork's lair?" Danny asked.

Dash nodded. "Yeah, I'm guessing someone dropped it when they flew by."

Danny nodded before frowning. "I didn't see any ghosts fly by."

Dash chuckled uneasily, earning a suspicious look from Danny.

"In fact," Danny continued, walking forward slowly. "You didn't go outside of Clockwork's tower today since I was watching you and we teleported out of there."

"I went when… you were in the bathroom?" Dash said, taking a step back.

"I got up to go to the bathroom at 2 a.m. You didn't wake up until 7:30."

Dash was silent.

Danny growled, realizing what was going on. Faster than humanly possible, Danny grabbed Dash and shoved him back into the lockers.

"Hello… Fright Knight," Danny said, angrily and darkly.

Dash smirked, his eyes changing to full green. "Hello, Danny Phantom," he/she said, their voices mixing.

Danny gulped. Dash/The Fright Knight kicked him back into the other wall with such force that he was thrown through the wall.

The overshadowed jock wiped his/her hands on his/her jeans and started to walk away when they were tackled from behind by an enraged Danny Phantom.

….

Danni sat in English class next to Sam and Tamara, tapping her fingers on her desk as she listened to Ms. Lancer drone on about Romeo and Juliet or something.

She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around to receive a note from Valentine. She smiled and took it before turning around and reading it.

Meet me at the park tonight- Val

Danni smiled and wrote, "Sure. See you there." before handing it back to the hunter.

As soon as she turned around she gasped as her ghost sense went off. Her hand shot into the air.

Ms. Lancer sighed. "Yes, Ms. Fenton?"

"Can I please go to the bathroom?"

Another sigh. "Fine."

Danni got up and started walking to the door, ignoring the snickers from Dara, Paul, Star, and Kara.

She glanced around as soon as she left the classroom.

"Now where's the ghost?" she whispered under her breath.

"HEY! INTANGIBILITY IS CHEATING!"

Danni's head spun around, eyes flashing. She sighed. "Found the ghost."

She walked around the corner, expecting to see Skulker or Ember or something.

"In the name of Queen Dark are you two doing?" she asked, raising an eyebrow in curiosity.

Danny and Dash/The Fright Knight turned to her. They seemed to be in the middle of a wrestling match but it wasn't clear who was winning.

It took one look at Dash's at-the-moment full green eyes for Danni to summon her transformation rings and pounce at the jock, the two of them phasing straight through the wall.

The duo tumbled to the ground outside, Danni landing in a crouching position with one gloved hand supporting her on the ground and the other clenched in a fist by her side while Dash/The Fright Knight ended up tumbling into a tree.

"Whelp," Dash/Fright Knight growled.

"Nighty Night," Danni growled back.

Before Danni could make a move, Dash/Fright Knight spun around and summoned the Soul Shredder to block Danny's ice sword. Danny gasped and his opponent kicked his feet out from under him.

What the Fright Knight/Dash did not expect was an ecto-blast hitting him/her from behind and forcing the Fright Knight out of Dash. The knight was thrown over Danny's head into the street.

Danni lowered her still-smoking hand and ran over to Dash. Danny jumped up and ran to Dash as well.

The jock was unconscious on the ground. Danni quickly took his pulse while Danny removed a silvery glove and tried to see what his temperature was.

"His pulse is normal," Danni said, brushing some snowy hair out of her eyes.

"His temperature is normal too." Danny looked up at the girl. "I think the Fright Knight overshadowed him in Clockwork's lair, meaning that she knows that we've set up our base there."

Danni looked up at him, her emerald green eyes meeting his. "We've gotta go somewhere else."

Danny smirked. "And I know just the place. Meet us at Vlada's secret lab after school."

Danni nodded. "I've gotta get back to class." She vanished in a flash of green.

Danny picked up Dash and teleported back to Clockwork's lair.

Neither of them noticed a dark figure watching them.

As soon as Danny's white boots touched down in the Far Frozen, Dash understood why the halfa had made him wear a jacket and boots. As far as he could see, there was snow everywhere.

He glanced back at the Dimension Chasers. Danny and Danni showed no sign of freezing as they stood in their HAZMAT suits. Dash remembered that Danny had said that he was perfectly fine in the cold due to his cold core. Fishtail was bundled up so that he wouldn't get any snow on him since, according to him, snow was like water. One touch and he's forced into merman form. Timepiece hovered above the group, cape and hair waving in an invisible breeze. Daniel stood below him in his usual HAZMAT suit along with a white jacket with a flaming green "F" on it.

"How are we going to set up base here?" Dash asked. "There's nothing around."

Danny grinned. "Maybe not from what you see." He bent down and shot into the air, stopping above a nearby hill. "But from what I see, there's quite a few things."

Dash ran up the hill and gaped. Danni, Timepiece, Fishtail, and Daniel ran up the mountain as well.

Danny grinned again. "Welcome to the Far Frozen."

"Great One!"

Danni grinned and jumped up to hug the yeti-like ghost approaching her. "Frostbite!"

Dash stared up at the large creature. "When you said we'd be meeting with a friendly ghost, I didn't think you meant a yeti."

Danny smirked. "I'm full of surprises."

Frostbite turned to the Dimension Chasers, briefly glancing curiously at Dash. "Dimension Chasers, I have heard many things about you," she said.

"Hopefully good things," Daniel muttered.

"Frostbite," Danny said, stepping forward. "We need a place to set up base for our current mission."

Frostbite looked at him curiously. "Your current mission? And who's the blond human boy?"

Dash was about to say something when Danny interrupted him.

"It's a long story," the halfa said.

"I've got time," Frostbite responded. "We can discuss it over a feast."

Dash shrugged. "I am a bit hungry."

….

"And that's basically what happened," Danny finished.

Frostbite looked at him, curiosity in her violet eyes. "So, Queen Dark's back?" she asked.

Daniel nodded, taking a bite of a chicken leg.

"And you guys are trying to stop her?"

"Yup!" Time said, smiling.

"And that blond human boy is the male version of that Dara girl Great One is always talking about?"

Danni blinked. "Ranting. I was ranting about how I don't like it when Dara shoves me into lockers."

Frostbite chuckled a bit before getting up. "I will go talk to the others. You six are free to roam the village."

The Dimension Chasers and Dash got up and waved at Frostbite as they walked towards the village.

"Well, that took less time than expected," Daniel said.

Danni nodded. "I've got to watch the time. I've got to meet Val—" She was cut off when she was hit with a snowball from behind.

She turned around to see a group of yeti-ghost children. The children giggled at the shocked expression on the great Danni Phantom's face.

Her shocked expression turned into a smirk. She raised a hand and formed a snowball with her ice powers.

The children giggled and ducked as she threw the snowball at them. It soared over their heads and hit Danny in the face. He stumbled back and rubbed the snow off his face. He raised his hands above his head and formed a snowball the size of a basketball above his head. He threw it at Danni but she sidestepped it and it hit Dash. The force of the snowball knocked him off his feet.

"Dash?" Timepiece asked, floating over to him. "Are you okay?"

Dash jumped up and hit the time apprentice with a snowball while laughing.

Daniel burst out laughing at Timepiece, who was floating up and down in shock.

The yeti-ghost children decided to hit Daniel with a snowball.

Eventually, the kids and teens morphed into teams and it became Danny and Dash vs. Danni and Fish vs. Timepiece and Daniel vs. the children. It wasn't obvious who was winning but the children's team and Danni and Fish's team seemed to have the upper hand, since all members of their teams had ice powers. Danny was holding up pretty well while Dash seemed to be doing poorly. Time and Daniel seemed to be doing well but not as good as those with ice powers were doing.

Danni smirked as she was about to throw a snowball at Danny, who didn't see her and was pelting Daniel and Time with snowballs.

Suddenly, a green arrow flew past her nose, missing it by an inch and headed towards a little yeti-ghost girl.

Danni gasped. "Move!"

Danny reacted quicker than Danni and the girl. He shot out from behind the fort he and Dash had made and grabbed the girl. He attempted to get out of the way but the arrow struck him in the ankle.

"Danny!" Dash yelled, running over to him.

Danni turned to see a group of skeleton soldiers and the Fright Knight standing there.

"Crud," she whispered.

The soldiers raised their bows again and Danni jumped in the way. She created a ghost shield and their arrows bounced off harmlessly. She glanced back at Danny, who was spreading ice over his wound. There was a flash of blue and the cut was gone.

Making her decision, Danni threw the shield at the army and grabbed two yeti-ghost children. The others did the same as they sprinted towards the village.

….

By the time the Fright Knight and Queen Dark's soldiers reached the village, the entire place seemed like a ghost town (no pun intended). There were no sounds and there was no one in sight.

"They're still here somewhere," the Fright Knight said. "They couldn't have escaped that quickly."

"Maybe there's something in here," a soldier said, pointing into a cave.

The army glanced into the cave and gasped. As far back as they could see were ice sculptures of Far Frozen members, from children to adults.

The army walked in, staring at all the sculptures and how accurate and lifelike they looked.

A soldier stopped in front of a statue and chuckled.

"Why would they have a statue of the Dimension 1 halfa?" it asked.

Sure enough, it was a statue of Danny in ghost form. There was a look of determination on its icy face and it held a sword above its head.

"True," a second soldier said. "That halfa is just as stupid and useless as his female counterpart."

All of a sudden, the statue's eyes narrowed and it swung its sword at the two skeleton soldiers, slicing them clean in half.

The entire army yelled and jumped back as the statue turned to look at them with its icy eyes. It took a step down from its pedestal with both hands holding the hilt of its sword.

"I don't enjoy being called 'stupid' and 'useless'," the statue said as ice became flesh, blood, and ectoplasm until Danny was standing there. "I'm smarter and more useful than all of you."

The army gasped again as the other statues became ghosts and Danni and Fishtail. Timepiece, Daniel, and Dash jumped down from above the cave to stand in the entranceway. Time was holding his staff and had his hood over his head while Daniel was wearing his hood and goggles and aiming a charged ectogun at the army. Dash had a bag filled with foot-ball shaped ectoice balls that Danny had created for him to use as weapons.

There was silence for a second.

Then Daniel fired the gun.

Chaos broke out immediately. The Far Frozen attacked the army and the army fought back.

The Fright Knight heard a growl from behind her and turned around to face Danny Phantom, white hair waving in the wind and an ice sword held in both hands.

With a yell, the Phantom boy leapt at the knight. His sword met the Soul Shredder and the two glared at each other in anger for a second before Danny slashed at the Knight's arm with such force that it cut through her armor.

The Fright Knight growled and lunged at Danny's left leg, only for him to dodge and flip over her. He swung his sword and struck her back.

"Hitting a girl is kinda low, Phantom," the Fright Knight hissed.

Danny smirked. "Well, it wasn't me who ordered the army to attack—" He was cut off by an arrow hitting the sword out of his hand. He stared at it in shock before another arrow struck his shoulder. He cried out and fell to the ground, clutching his shoulder.

"Fright Knight," a soldier said, lowering its bow. "We need to retreat. There's too many of them and we've lost half our men already."

The Fright Knight looked around. It was true. There were skeleton bones everywhere. Danni was standing ankle deep in skeleton bones and fighting four skeletons at once. And she seemed to be winning.

"RETREAT!" the Knight yelled.

The army looked up and started running.

"Let them," Danni said, walking up to Time, Daniel, and Dash with Fish and Frostbite. "I've got something they left behind." She held up a piece of paper with lines and words in Ghost written on it.

"Danni! That's perfect!" Time yelled in excitement.

"What is?" Danny asked, walking up after healing himself. He glanced at the map and grinned.

"And for those of us who don't know Ghost?" Daniel asked, folding his arms.

"It's a map," Danny said, holding it.

"So?" Fishtail asked.

"It's a map of Queen Dark's Castle," Danny said.

Silence settled over the group before Danni broke it.

"Crud! I'm supposed to meet Valentine at the park!" She smiled and waved. "Gotta fly!" She flew off.

As soon as she was out of sight, Timepiece froze as his eyes flashed violet. He shook his head and they turned back to green.

"Vision of the future," he explained. "Danny, you have to go after Danni."

"Why?" Danny asked, tilting his head like a curious puppy.

"Because," Time said. "She's in trouble."

Okay, so until Rise of the Queen ends, I'm going to give you hints to the next story. So:

The main villain is a person that none of the Dimension Chasers know.
