They continue into the woods, the air still and heavy with sorrow, the only sounds coming from Ezra who moaned periodically, Sabine sushing him each time, worry written all over her face, for it was clear to everyone that she had feeling for him, no matter how hard she tried to hide them.

They continued on for a few more minutes before Gimli says "Stay close to the hobbits. They say a great sorceress lives in these woods, an elf witch of terrible power, all who see her fall under her spell, never seen again"

Now that Gimli mentions it Kanan does get a niggling feeling at the back of his mind that he is being watched. He subconsciously reaches for his saber, his motions not unnoticed by Hera who, still supporting Ezra, asks "Something wrong dear?" to which Kanan replies "No, just on edge that's all…" she sees past his facade but doesn't press the issue.

Frodo stumbles as though something startled him, as Gimli continues on "Well, here's one dwarf she won't ensnare so easily, I have the eyes of a hawk and the ears of a fox!" Gimli finishes moments before noticing a very pointy arrow several inches from his nose "Oh!" is all ha can say.

They are surrounded by armed elves, to many to fight, and even though Zeb and Sabine look ready to kill someone to protect Ezra, Kanan and Hera don't do much, just keep the wounded padawan still.

One tall blonde elf walks over to Aragorn and says "The dwarf breathes so loud we could have shot him in the dark." Gimli sneers back at the elf

Aragorn motions for everyone to put away their weapons, some more reluctantly than others, and the elves lead them deeper into the woods.

After a few minutes they stop and the tall blonde elf begins to speak to Legolas and Aragorn in Elvish, after several seconds Gimli says "So much for the legendary curtesy of the elves, speak words we can all understand!" to which the blonde elf replies "We have not had dealings with the dwarves since the dark days" Gimli spits back "And you know what a dwarf has to say to that? Ishkkhqwi ai durugnul!" this makes the elf stagger backward and narrow his eyes from the insult. "That was not so courteous" says Aragorn.

"You bring great evil with you. You can go no further" says the elf, Sabine is about to pull out her explosives and teach these elves a lesson, how dare they tell them they can't go further when Ezra is hurt! Kanan seems to sense this and says "Calm Sabine", and she glowers but restrains all further thoughts of violence…for now.

Aragorn begins to talk with the elf that Legolas identifies as Haldir, marchwarden of Lothlorien , and after several minutes the marchwarden comes over and says grumpily "You will follow me" beckoning over two elves with a stretcher, which Ezra is laid upon "Your friend will be taken care of." Says the marchwarden rather tersely.

Ezra seems to wake up a few minutes later, for he yelps as he tries to rise, Sabine at his side in a moment calming him down and telling him to rest.

They come over a small rise and the marchwarden points to an enormous tree in the center of the forest and says with pride "Caras Galadhon, the heart of the elvenhome on earth. Realm of Lord Celeborn and Galadriel lady of light" Hera says "The wookies would love this place" causing Kanan to release a chuckle.

It was well past nightfall when the group arrives at the tree, and travels around a winding spiral staircase, the architecture is beautiful, Sabine must admit, but she is still angry at the elves for trying to deny Ezra help.

They reach the summit of the tree and face a brilliantly lit palace, with two radiant figures descending to meet them.

These are obviously Lord Celeborn and Lady Galadriel, they look over the fellowship pausing on Frodo and the crew of the Ghost.

The man speaks "The enemy knows you have entered here, what hope you had in secrecy is now gone. Fourteen there are, yet fifteen set out from Rivendell, where is Gandalf for I much desire to speak with him, I cannot see him from afar"

Lady Galadriel now speaks in a tone full of sadness "He has fallen into shadow" then Legolas says "He was taken by both shadow and flame, for we went needlessly into the net of Moria" at this Hera elbows him for his lack of tact towards the guilt ridden dwarf.

Galadriel continues "Needless were none of the deeds of Gandalf in life, we do not yet know his whole purpose, do not let the great emptiness of Khazad-dum fill your heart Gimli, son of Gloin" causing Gimli to look up at her.

"For the world has grown full of peril, and in all lands love is now mixed with grief" Galadriel finishes "What becomes of this fellowship? Without Gandalf , hope is lost"

"So we give up!? Ezra getting hurt and Gandalf dying for nothing!" yells Sabine, Zeb growls in agreement as Kanan and Hera facepalm.

"The quest stands upon the edge of a knife, stray but a little and it will fail to the ruin of all…yet hope remains, while the company is true." Says Galadriel, the last part directed at Sabine, who looks away, shamed by her own words. She finishes with "Do not let your hearts be troubled, go now and rest for you are weary with sorrow and much toil, tonight you will sleep in peace."

"Thank you lady Galadriel" says Hera, Kanan bowing and starting down the stairs with the others.

After they came down the steps of the great tree they were led by an elf to a small clearing where Ezra was lying, already tended to. Sabine blushed at Ezra, for his jumpsuit was pulled down to his waist so that his sound could be better treated, revealing his chest.

Hera and Kanan walk over to see how he is doing as Eleven voices ring out in the air, "A lament for Gandalf" Legolas intones, "What do they say about him?" asks Merry from his own lying-down position. "I have not the heart to tell you, for me the grief is still too near" Legolas says sadly."

"I bet they didn't mention his fireworks, there should be a verse about them." Sam said and stood singing "The finest rockets ever seen, they burst in stars of blue and green, or after a thunder-silver shower, came falling like a rain of flowers…Oh, that doesn't do them justice by a long road" finishing by sitting down dejectedly

"You did good Sam" said Hera in her motherly voice "really good, Gandalf would've loved them" sadness crossing her face as she said his name.

Ezra soon woke up, and was told the events that had transpired while he was out, him crying a little at the confirmation that Gandalf's death was no delusion, Sabine right there to comfort him.

Much later…Everyone was asleep but Sabine, who had taken over watching Ezra from Kanan about a half hour earlier, she was nodding off when she noticed Frodo walking out of the clearing quietly, quickly Sabine woke Hera and the two snuck off to find Frodo on his back in the middle of a small glade, steam rising off a fountain in the middle nearby Galadriel, Frodo rose to his feet and Galadriel spoke to him and suddenly turned blue and frightful, then returned to her normal form with a shudder, said something else and Frodo walked back toward the campsite.

Sabine and Hera were about to walk back when they heard Galadriel say "Hail travelers from afar, please come and speak with me, do not yet depart" so with some reluctance Sabine and Hera walk down into the glade to speak with the lady of light.

"Sorry about sneaking around, we just wanted to make sure that Frodo was alright" said Hera after a long pause, Galadriel smiled and said "It is to be expected, Lord Elrond has informed me of your strange coming to Arda, and I must say that I have seen strange things in the mirror of late" "Mirror?" questions Sabine "Yes the mirror shows things past, things present, and even some things that have yet come to pass…I have seen great metal shapes in the void, hundreds of white troops lying waste to entire lands, and the green destruction of an entire world, come look in the mirror"

The pair came forward and looked in the shimmering surface, for a moment they could only see their own reflections then it slowly morphed into a great white city, but something was wrong…the city was burning, Kanan lay dead near Ezra's feet as he was overcome by hordes of Orcs led by a great black robed figure on some monstrous beast, as Ezra fell they threw themselves away from the mirror, both had tears in their eyes.

"Hera!" yelled Kanan, coming into the clearing and going over to them, having seen them fall. They both hugged Kanan, crying silently, Kanan simply at a loss of what was happening asked "What happened?" then Galadriel spoke "They saw what is to come to pass, if the ringbearer is not successful" Kanan suddenly understood and nodded to Galadriel, before steering Hera and Sabine back to the clearing, and telling them to rest while he watched Ezra.

Both could only see the vision playing over and over again in their dreams…

A/N: Green Destruction= Alderran, and I hope everyone enjoys this so far! Tell me what do you want Galadriel to give Zeb and Chopper? Thanks!
