The moment Takeshi had Gokuderia situated in front of the TV in his room, he'd taken his leave and slipped out the door. After which it took him about thirty minutes on foot to even reach the nearest boutiques and shops. And decided to check them out just in case he didn't manage to get everything while he was out today and had to bring Tsuna with him next time.
Slipping into the first store, he took a quick glance around and almost smirked when he spied some formal clothing as well as some less formal clothing, shoes, make-up, perfumes, and other things. And then began to systematically made his way from the door to where he saw those things so that he could browse.
He found three casual outfits and two formal dresses right off the bat that would look perfect on Tsuna. A few nice shirts that weren't too dressy, and a couple of pairs of jeans and some skirts and shorts- and the two formal dresses- one, was a black satin dress with an ankle length flowing skirt that had one shoulder strap.
It was simple and easy and he'd bet anything that his boss would look stunning in it.
And then there was the second dress, a soft mint colored green with a heart shaped top with a matching chiffon skirt that would fall to around Tsuna's knee's in layers and length by his calculation, and a cream colored belt with a pretty soft pink and lavender purple floral design.
Moving away from the clothing, he then looked at the shoes and make-up- making sure to keep in mind that while Tsuna was his fake fiancé, she was also a teenager. And her style of clothing and such would general reflect that. But it didn't stop him from sticking to his somewhat detailed plan to spoil her.
So with that firmly in mind he found several pairs of shoes for her, ranging in style and comfortability. Ranging from soft leather flats to heels and boots with small heels on them. Once he was done collecting shoe boxes, he moved on to check out the perfumes and accessories since he hadn't found any make-up here aside from three lip-sticks (red, crimson, and soft peach) with matching fingernail polish.
He managed to find at least one perfume that smelled decent enough that it would probably be liked greatly by his boss. And once he was done grabbing several boxes of it, he then made his way to the register where an elderly man was looking at him oddly as he laid everything down so that it could all be rung up.
After paying for his substantial finds, Takeshi then left the shop carrying everything in two very large bags and headed towards his next stop. The jewelry store.
Where he would probably spend more money than he made in five years. Or something like that.
Upon reaching said store, Takeshi took a moment to check it out before going in, not really understanding why exactly the store appeared to be so popular with the locals. He didn't see anything particularly noticeable. No real traffic coming in or out. No signs indicating discounts and sales and yet when he entered the store and took his first curious glace around the place- then he sort of understood.
The place didn't seem all that impressive from the outside but then it didn't really need to be. The inside of the building was more than just impressive. Everything about it practically screamed of high priced, awesome quality merchandise. Which was good cause he didn't plan to deck his boss out in anything less than high quality merchandise.
Meandering over to the nearest counter, he absently took notice of the sales rep heading his way and smiled as he looked around the first case until he found something that interested him.
A sixteen inch delicately strung necklace of opalescent pearls with a platinum and diamond clasp and a matching pair of diamond and pearl dangle earrings.
Bingo. He thought as the rep cheerfully greeted him. He responded in kind, and asked the woman to pull out the pearl and diamond necklace and earring set and then asked if they had more platinum jewelry, to which the woman nodded her head somewhat dazedly as he smirked.
The store was either going to be bankrupt or filthy fucking rich by the time he was done shopping here. Either way it didn't matter to him as long as he found the right stuff to buy for Tsuna. Not only as her fake finace but as someone who would be helping her navigate their mafia lifestyle until she was comfortable enough to navigate the hidden dangers of their world on her own.
And rule number one was that the boss always wore platinum. Not yellow or white gold, platinum. It was one of the few ways the people inside of their family could tell the boss apart from others.
Simple gold was for subordinates but the finer things, clothing, alcohol, drugs, weapons, and jewelry- always belonged to the boss. And with platinum being as rare as it was, he knew that it would suit Tsuna the best not only as his boss but as his fake fiancé too.
Which just showed how much fun he was going to have picking each and every piece for her that he found.
