Alright my readers, here's some more real talk for you guys. Depression has been plaguing me for many years, even before I published my very first story, "The Unknown Latios".

And to put this as simply and as easy as possible, let's just say that it might be possible that I might never come back to writing. The reason for me not coming back to writing isn't because that I don't want to. I remember I used to love writing these stories for you guys.

But then life started hitting me hard, making it hard to continue this story as well as my own life story.

So I'm just saying that if this story remains in hiatus for more than 6 months, then you know what happened to me. And if this story does remain in hiatus for more than 6 months, don't be expecting any more stories from me, because I won't be around to make more.

Anyway, enjoy the chapter.

"LATIAS!" a voice shouted out into the white void.

"No, no, no, no, no… PLEASE!" the same voice cried out, tears rolling down the sides of his cheeks.

There was a terrible accident. Well, even if things went according to plan, this still would've been considered as an accident. However, the better choice for everyone would have been if he was the one to go instead of her.

"This can't be happening! I can't believe she hit the wave first!" the voice was trembling. His breathing became shallow as his desperation skyrocketed. "THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!" the voice cried out in anger.

Within the white void, a glowing red dragon was floating in front of the crying voice. Specks of light began to flake away from the red dragon.

"Oh Arceus. I have to stop this. I was supposed to be the one to go, not her!"

The source of the voice took a deep breath and closed his eyes. Then his blood-red eyes shot open; he knew what must be done.

"I have to use the forbidden technique of our ancestors… for her…" the voice wiped away the tears that were rolling down the sides of his cheeks.

"However, I must also make sure that nobody else suffers because of my death."

The blue dragon took in a deep breath, focusing his remaining energy into the core of his body. His body began to glow light blue as his eyes turned white. Specks of blue light began to transfer from the blue dragon to the red dragon.

"I'm sorry, Latias. My life was originally intended to be taken. You still have much to live for, and I cannot allow for my carelessness to take your life away".

The red dragon's body ceased its glowing as Latias fell to the ground. The sparkling blue light continued to flow into the red dragon as the blue dragon began to rise.

"I don't want you to suffer after losing me… I love you, Latias" these were the blue dragon's final words before his body continued to decompose into light. The shape of the blue dragon morphed into what seemed to be a blue crystalline sphere.

"Goodbye…"

Thanks to all the people who have been leaving comments on my story, it really makes me feel good on the inside knowing that people are actually reading and responding my stories.

Sorry about the lengths of the past few chapters. I know I used to write like, 7 pages before I uploaded each chapter, but I feel a lot more comfortable only writing in short bursts.

Thanks for your support everyone!
