A/N- Hello again. Thank you so much for the feedback I recieved for my last update. It feels so good to write again. And plus this is my favourite fanfic I've ever written. So this is a sad one, its Hermione's Funeral, or who they think is Hermione. P.S Sorry for the confusion in the last update, Theo killed Marie who was given polyjuice to look like Hermione.

Private Funeral for Minister's Murdered Wife. Thousands Mourn Heroine.

He tried to keep composed as he walked up the aisle to where she lay in her casket. His mother holding onto his arm, a handkerchief gripped in her shaking hand.

He shook and sobbed internally. Her wand clasped in his hand wrapped in a thin violet ribbon. Her favourite colour. A tear trailed down his pale face and he quickly wiped it away. He kept telling himself she wasn't dead that she would be sat at home minding the children. But she wasn't. She lay cold and unmoving in the casket. And their children, Cassie, and their unborn child, never to live or play.

Dressed in black, Ron Weasley and Harry Potter followed behind Draco and Narcissa. Both faces tear-streaked. Harry clung to a picture of the three and Ron to her oldest edition of Hogwarts- A history which she had gifted to his daughter Rose when she was born. Draco approached the casket. He took a deep breath and looked at her. Her face glamoured to hide the bruising she had had. She looked like his wife. The women he had fallen in love with. He cast his gaze over her. Until his breath caught in his throat when he saw her bump. Not only had he lost his wife, he had lost yet another child and the last child that he would ever have with Hermione.

"I would have loved him or her very dearly, darling." He whispered as he kissed her softly. He lay her wand by her side.

"Hermione. You made me so incredibly happy to have a daughter in law like you. I'm going to miss you terribly, sweetheart. You will always be a Malfoy, no matter your blood. The most beautiful, intelligent and caring woman to grace the Malfoy dynasty. You will be sorely and forever missed" Narcissa said as she touched Hermione's limp hand. Draco stepped to the side, nodding knowingly at Harry and Ron.

Harry lay the picture in her casket. His fingers grazing the frame.

"Mione...you have been the best friend anyone could ask for. You are the smartest witch ever and will always be in my heart. You are my sister. Blood has nothing to do with it. You will be my sister and have always been. The kindest and compassion you showed me all these years. I'm glad I let the bushy haired girl into my compartment because otherwise I would not have met my best friend" He lent down and kissed her forehead. Tears streaming down his face.

"Mione...I don't know what to say. I can't believe you're gone. The time we were together you were the most amazing girlfriend and friend. I'm sorry I couldn't make you happy. But I'm also very happy that you found Draco. He made you happier than I ever could and we will make sure he's looked after. Rose wants you to have this, she wants you to have something to read and of course it's your favourite book. I'm going to miss you Hermione" He said softly, tears also making their way down his face.

One by one each of Hermione's friends came to the front making their respects. Blaise looked distraught, having shared a common room and headship with Hermione in their seventh year. Commenting he could not rid the view of her and Draco in bed together but would gladly have that rather than her absence.

He as well as Harry looked on at her as a sister and as his best friends wife. Pansy couldn't hold back tears as she said goodbye to the woman she had taunted in Hogwarts but had become the closest of friends with later in life, serving as Hermione's maid of honour when she married Draco. She clung to her husband. Her aurors had personally led the search party but to a dead end.

A heavily pregnant Ginny carefully lay Hermione's bag in the casket and told of their friendship in Hogwarts, as well as Lavender did as Hermione had been godmother to her daughter Rose Hermione, named after the heroine.

Draco stood at the podium at the front of the church, choking back tears. His hands shaking, unable to steady the piece of parchment which he had written his words on. Harry and Ron both stepped forward and held the paper steady for the man, an understanding between the three men who had once been enemies now friends.

"Hermione...where do I start. I love you. I love you so much. When I look back on our times together, I'm glad because I was honoured to have you in my life. In my dreams I always see you and in my heart there will be a place for you for all of my life. I owe so much to you. You helped through good and bad. You helped me overcome demons and fears. I'll keep a part of you with me and anywhere I go you'll be there with me in my heart. I always saw in you my light, my strength. I will keep your memory alive. You were always right there for me...You're love made me make it through. I miss you...My life. My Hermione." He said calmly. Even though it was clear he wasn't keeping it together.

Tears started to form in his eyes and the people assembled saw a rare sight, Draco Malfoy falling apart in front of their eyes. Ron and Harry exchanged looks. All three of them devastated. They led him down from the podium and to there seats. The casket was shut and the priest said a few brief words. Harry, Ron and Draco carried her to her outside resting place. Draco struggled to stand as he released the coffin down. Harry and Ron locked their arms around the frail man. Both of them trying to stay strong.

"In the Name of God, the merciful Father, we commit the body of Hermione Malfoy and her child to the peace of the grave" The priest said.

Luna Lovegood stood by husband Rolf Scamander. She looked around the chapel she saw the mourning figures. She felt something amiss. She could hear the hum of wrackspurts zooming around. She neared the tree by the burial spot.

"Wrackspurts are funny things aren't they Hermione" Luna said softly. She knew the woman was stood under an invisibility spell but could still see the wrackspurts. She knew Hermione wasn't dead. Hermione was smarter than that.

Hermione's POV

Theo knew this would break her, make her submit to him. He had brought her to her own funeral to watch as her husband's heart broke even more. She held her stomach as he spoke.

Theo's wand was stuck into her back making sure she didn't move.

"Pathetic aren't they. He's pathetic. You're strong Draco is nothing. You're dead to him" Theo taunted in her ear as he made her watch her funeral. She knew if she moved, he would kill her, he could now. And her real body would be buried in a ditch.

They followed the procession to the garden and as Theo stepped away from her as she started crying. She broke as she saw Harry and Ron holding her beloved Draco up. He was broken. Her Draco, broken.

She was snapped out of her reverie by the familiar floaty voice. Luna. Of course Luna would know. And know she knew that she was alive, she would help Draco find her.

"I can see the wrackspurts around your head Hermione" Luna whispered.

"I knew you weren't gone. I could still feel your spirit" Luna smiled as she placed a flower down. It disappeared and Luna knew it was Hermione. She wouldn't tell Draco just yet, he was still inconsolable.

Hermione placed the flower in Luna's hand. She smiled as a tear trailed down onto it. Luna's hand closed around it.

"He will find you" Luna said as Hermione felt herself yanked away.

"What were you doing! The loony would know." He hissed at her angrily as he grabbed her hair.

"Nothing happened. I just wanted to see her" Hermione whimpered to Theo. She felt a tug and her family disappeared again. He took her to her room and locked her in. She smiled.

Draco would find her. And she had Luna Lovegood to thank.
