A.N. Ok here is the next chapter of Ghost Hunter Harry, sorry if this has taken forever, but I'm working through some issues right now and it will probably still be slow updating.

Disclaimer: If you have not gotten the message yet, I seriously do not own Harry Potter or Ghost Hunt, I am not nearly that talented.

Previously:

"We wanted to ask you what you think of the names Emiko and Gene for your new siblings?"

Harry thought for a moment before giving a brilliant smile and nodding his head. And so the two new additions to the family were named and the love and care of this one family would shape changes into the Wizarding world that none had ever seen or guessed at before.

In some cases the books that people wrote of Harry facing great dangers and the battling monsters could be true, as well as the rumors that he was receiving special training, for indeed Harry did have a power that the dark lord knows not, and in time it would become one of his biggest advantages.

Age 6:

Harry was now aged six years of age and the twins, Emiko and Gene, were two. Mai had went back to helping with some of the more dangerous of SPR's cases, leaving Harry and the twins in the care of their two researchers, Yasu and Madoka. The twins would usually sit and color in some books off to the side, Harry would often find himself curious about the case and helping with the research that the two adults did, though they were careful to keep him and Hana, on the occasions that the Ayako and Monk's daughter joined them, away from some of the more gruesome details of the cases that they were working on. Personally Yasu and Madoka were happy to show Harry and Hana how their research could help the rest of the team, and they were also quite happy that the two six year old seemed too focused on the research that they were given to go through.

"Hey," little six year old Harry had been going through a number of old newspaper clippings with Hana, the two older children each had a twin in their laps and were pointing out bits of the articles and reading funny stories from times gone past to the two of them as they searched for something relevant to their current case. "Aunty Madoka!" Harry looked around for his honorary aunt, spotting her leaning over her own research Harry smiled and stood up after getting Gene to leave his lap in favor of playing with Emiko and Hana. Picking up the paper that he had been reading he walked over to the older woman who was supposed to be watching them along with Yasu. "I think I found something in here that can help," Harry said, climbing on a chair to better see the table top where he had put the newspaper.

"Hmm, what did you find then Harry?" Madoka asked, chewing on the end of a pencil as she turned from her own research to look at the young boy.

Harry pointed to the article that he had just been reading through "Look there, In 1893 a man committed suicide in the house after weeks of talking about hearing 'whispers' isn't that like what mummy said the person who hired them has been hearing?" Harry turned wide, innocent green eyes to look at Madoka who cooed at the site that the little boy made.

"Perfect Harry, thank you that does help, why don't you go play with the twins and Hana, when Yasu comes back he can take you all out to eat while I swing these by your parents," she smiled brightly at the little boy and ruffled his hair gently as he giggled and ran off to join his siblings and Hana.

It took two more days to solve the case. The article that Harry had found was just the lead that they had needed, and they all made sure that the six year old knew that. As it turned out the 'whispers' had been caused by a curse set by the original owner's neighbor, and the man himself had been causing the other 'whispers' for years since.

Age 7:

Harry's seventh birthday party was a happy affair, the entire team from SPR was there as well as a few kids from around the neighborhood that Harry and Hana had made friends with. For weeks before the party the twins had holed themselves away from their older brother, working on a present for him (with help from Mai and Naru of course) and now that it was the day of the party they were quite excited to give their brother his present.

"Hawwy!" Emiko called out to her brother, smiling brightly as she literally ran to him to wrap her arms around his middle. Another tinny missile launched itself at Harry and latched on to the opposite side, also yelling out "Hawwy," as if the two of them had not seen him in three months rather than three minutes.

"Hawwy," Emiko started.

"We got you," Gene picked up for his sister.

"A pwesent!" they finished together, smiling up at their brother.

"But mummy says you hafta open it wif the othews." Emiko stated, adopting a look that was very similar to their mother's 'Don't you dare try to do differently' look. Harry smiled at his younger siblings and placed a hand on both of their hands, ruffling their hair up a bit and smiling at them.

"Thank you, now why don't the three of us go and see if we can help mum or dad now."

Smiling brightly at their older brother, the twins grabbed one hand each and dragged Harry to where the party was happening.

Age 8:

Harry and the twins were once again on a job with their parents and the team from SPR. This time there were a couple of kids that lived in the house, and the house in question had taken a dangerous turn so the kids had been sent to a hotel nearby where they were being watched by Madoka and Yasu. This ghost seemed to have started out as a low level poltergeist that had somehow gotten extremely mad after a while. It had targeted Harry when he had been at the house talking to the two children there. That is when, much to his parent's surprise, the pendant that he had had since he was adopted into the Davis family was revealed to have strong protective properties. Mai had smiled and ruffled his hair and Naru had looked very intrigued by yet another odd phenomena that seemed to happen around his oldest child. Harry, however, was just glad that it had helped him protect the kids he was with when the incident happened. Needless to say his parents had sent him to help with research after that and not even two days later the house took a turn for the worse and the children that lived there became constant companions to the twins and Harry.

It took the team three days after that to solve the case and send the spirit on to rest in the afterlife.

Age 9:

It was at age nine that Harry and his parents discovered yet another odd thing about the boy, he had the ability to talk to and understand snakes. Harry, Hana and the twins had been playing in the back yard when they had stumbled across a snake. Quite literally, Emiko had stepped on its tail and the snake had raised her head to strike. $Stupid Humans$ the angry serpent had hissed out, prepared to strike at the unfortunate five year old. Without even thinking Harry stepped in front of the others and hissed out, much to their shock, $Please don't hurt her, she did not know better, she is only a child, we are sorry to have disturbed you ma'am$ his voice was a soothing tone and his hand out in a gesture that spoke of peace.

Hana gathered the twins to her and the three other children watched with baited breath as the snake seemed to study Harry, and Harry seemed to study the snake right back. $You are a speaker; I shall respect your request because you are a speaker. Take your nest mates and go back to your nest, little speaker, not all snakes are as kind as I am, perhaps we will meet again at some point.$ Then, much to the shock of the other children, the snake lowered itself back to the ground and slithered off.

Tell me what you thought, and terribly sorry about the delay in getting this out, I have been under massive amounts of stress recently, I will try to get the next chapter out soonish.
