Time Skip: The next day: Human Zone: Location: Unknown Regions: Earth: Amity Park: Casper High:

Danny arched an eye-brow when he noticed the strange looks that Valerie, Jazz, Tucker and Sam were giving him as he led Danielle towards the office.

"I still can't believe how long it took me to convince you to do this," She said as Danny sweat-faulted.

"Excuse me for being protective, but you have not been in school at all. It is a dog eat dog world," Danielle scoffed at him.

"Come on, Dad. If I can help you rule and repair the Ghost Zone, quite well I must add, and survive on my own for some time, I think I can handle being in a classroom with a bunch of teenagers."

"Don't be so sure," Danny said as the two continued on their way to the office. Many of the students were looking at them, not because of what the two were saying due to the fact that they were speaking so low that only a ghost or half-ghost could hear them, but because of how weird it looked. Sam and Tucker were looking because they were confused.

What was Danny doing with that kid? They both thought, not knowing that the other was thinking the same thing. Valerie, on the other hand, was going nuts. Her brain hadn't allowed her to get a lot of sleep last night as she went through everything about Danny, Phantom, Danielle and Vlad and not it was right back to work with what she was seeing.

"You make it sound like that is a horrible place,"

"That is the case, unfortunately" Danny said but then flinched when he heard…

"FENTON"

"See what I mean?" He asked moving to protect Danielle from Dash just in case as the football player walked over to them.

"What do you want, Dash?" Danny asked as the jock picked him up on his collar.

"You don't tell me what I want, I tell you, geek. And I want to know who that girl you're with is!"

"That is none of your business, jock boy," Danielle said with her arms crossed.

"Excuse me, what did you just say?" Dash roared releasing Danny who fell to the floor but glared at Dash. Danielle just crossed her arms.

"What? The steroids you have been taking have damaged your hearing as well as shrinking your brain and balls?" She asked as everyone gasped and some did 'oohs' at Dash. Dash was steaming red as he walked up to the smirking half ghost.

"That's it, you're going to get it…Ow," Dash yelled out suddenly causing everyone to see that she had twisted the hand that Dash had moved towards her to grab her and from what they could tell it was broken completely now.

Valerie wasn't that surprised, what surprised her and gasped her to gasp through was that fact that Danny was watching with a tactical eye, but had his arms crossed. It was like he knew that Danielle could take care of herself, but in chance he was ready, but ready for what? He couldn't fight Dash, so what was he planning? Dash was paling a little at the strength Danielle was using, speaking of her she was smirking at him.

"Now that I have your attention and the violence has passed, let myself be clear, I will not be like my cousin,"

Everyone turned to Danny who shrugged a little and rubbed the back of his neck nervously.

"Just found out myself, my aunt adopted her," Danny lied, but they didn't know that

"So, please. If you leave me alone, I will leave you alone. If you don't, well…I won't fight back, but I wouldn't stand for it." With that Danielle let go of his hand and then turned and walked towards the office, the group of students that had formed around them, moving out of her way immediately. Dash hissed at that as he clutched his now broken hand.

"Why that little bitch…AHHH," Everyone turned back to see that Danny had grabbed Dash's hand again and crushed it again.

"Do not dare call any member of my family that again Dash or I promise you will not like the consequences," Danny said using Force Fear to cause Dash's eyes to go wide and his face to go deathly pale. After Dash nodded quickly, multiple times in fact, Danny released his hand and the jock ran off in complete and utter fear.

Sighing a little, Danny turned and then walked through the same hole that Danielle had gone through in the circle of students with his head held high and blue eyes brighter than ever and with a warrior's deadly grace and a king's majestic poise…

Wait a minute, Tucker thought as he looked at his best friend or what he hoped was his best friend and then to the cowering Dash.

Could Danny be Phantom? I mean, he has been acting weird for a while, since the accident actually if I'm honest, but he would have told us, right…Right? He thought himself.

Time Skip: 90 minutes later: Human Zone, Location: Unknown Regions: Earth: Amity Park, Casper High:

"Well, that was pathetic," Danielle said as Danny gave her a hurt look. If she had just allowed him to take whatever Dash had planned, most likely stuffed into his locker again, it would not have come to that.

"Hey, he threatened me, I made him think otherwise. Besides I am a little young for him." Danny gave her another look, this time for being a smart-mouth causing her to chuckle.

"Oh, don't worry, I will not seriously hurt him and I do find it nice to know that even in the Human Zone I can make heads spin," Danny face-faulted at that.

"You are still much too young to even be thinking of that, Danielle." He yelled as the ghost girl in question which smiled and then walked into the cafeteria of Casper High and at that moment everyone turned to face the two. Danny face-faulted while Danielle chuckled nervously and said,

"Perhaps you were right,"

"You think?" He asked as Danielle chuckled again, but then moved her hand to rub the back of her neck when something caused an clash and everyone turned around confused about that, but it allowed the two half ghosts to get their food and then found their seats, but unfortunately for them when they did, they found that Sam, Trucker, Jazz and Valerie were already at the table and all of them were giving the two looks.

"What?" The two asked as Sam snickered a little, but Jazz and Valerie arch an eye-brow at the two. Knowing they all wanted an explanation, Danny sighed and started to tell the lie they had made up.

"So, Aunt Alicia adopted her, home-schooled her for a while and then sent her here for school, but does not want her sister or dad to know about it because Dad would go completely insane in her mind and Mom wouldn't let it go," Jazz asked as Danny nodded.

"Yup,"

"And why did she call you and not me?"

"You were already gone when she did so she asked for me. Remember you had early tutoring or something like that…" Danny left as a question because he wasn't paying attention to whatever Jazz had said she was doing when she left for school extremely early.

"I had a presentation and tutoring," She said with her arms crossed.

"Ah," Danny said as he turned to his friends

"So, what up?" He asked sheepishly.

"Danny, man, have you been working out?" Tucker asked as Danny blushed a little. "Ha, the look on Dash's face…"

"Tucker" Sam yelled, "Danny, that was mean and immature,"

"That was Danielle. I only enforced the threat she made. I would do and have done the same for you guys." Danny said.

"And usually get thrown into a locker for it," Tucker laughed, but then his eyes went wide…"Oh," Danny just nodded at that as Sam immediately turned to him and started to chew him out saying that they could take care of themselves and he didn't need to do that while he just nodded, but continued to say that he would because they were friends nothing more or less.

Time Skip: Several Hours later: Human Zone, Location: Unknown Regions: Earth: Amity Park: Casper High Parking Lot:

Danny groaned as he, his friends and Danielle left school. He was still suffering from the long conversation he and his friends had about Danielle, but at least the ghost girl was fitting in her own way in their group and that was good for both her and Danny.

"So, what now" Sam asked.

"I have to get home and get some homework done, anyone want a ride?" Jazz said.

"I'm in," Tucker said as Jazz thought as much.

"I'll walk," Sam said. Could have called that one, Jazz thought,

"I live on the other side of town so I'll find my own way," Valerie said as everyone nodded, knowing she meant riding her hover board back home.

"I and Danielle have our own ride, so nan," Danny said as Jazz nodded. See, I am always right now we just have to…Wait, what?

"What?" She asked.

"Yup, so sorry Jazz," Danny said as he held up the keys in his hand and then headed towards the almost empty parking lot.

"Really, what is it?" Sam asked interested causing Danny to smirk.

"Why the sudden interest, Sam. I thought you hated cars?"

"True, but since you know that, I am interested in seeing what you got," Sam said with a smile. "It would have to be small and fuel-efficient and for the environment…"

"Uh…50/50," Danielle said as Sam looked at Danny.

"Show me,"

"Alright," Danny said as he turned and led the group until. "Oh, I almost forgot. You might need this," he said after turning in mid-walk and tossing something to Sam.

Sam caught it easily and found it to be a round black helmet, much to her surprise and the surprise of the others.

"We're here," Sam's head snapped up and she saw something she thought she would never see. Danny and Danielle were approaching a black motorcycle that had a sidecar on it. The bike was the same one that Johnny had made Danny a long time ago, but the sidecar was new and was for Danielle. The group stopped in their tracks as Sam asked with wide eyes.

"What the heck?" Danny just ignored her and threw his bag into the compartment under the seat as Danielle put her helmet on and hopped into the sidecar. Danny got other one from another compartment and put it on before he straddled the bike.

"What?" Danny asked with a grin played on his face and in a playful tone of voice.

"A MOTORCYCLE" Jazz yelled at her brother not moving any closer to that thing. Danny ran his hands expertly over the bike that sat under him.

"Indeed it is," He said with a smirk. "What's wrong" He asked.

"Nothing, we're just surprised. I mean, I can see you driving an explorer, maybe a van…not a bike." Danny gave all of them another look.

"Intimidated?" He guessed again.

"Ah, well, I'm not." Sam said putting her helmet on. "But I think the others are." She said.

"We're not, we're just surprised. Jazz the most out of all of us," Tucker said as Jazz nodded.

"Danny, I would never imagine,"

"This is why you shouldn't go to school so early," Danny said as he started the story.

Flashback: That morning: Human Zone: Location: Unknown Regions: Earth: Amity Park: FentonWorks, Living Room:

"Uh…can you repeat that dear?" Maddie asked shocked as Danny sighed again.

"I passed my driver's test with flying colors and even took the one for riding a bike and passed so I decided, since you guys were so busy to find a vehicle of my own." He said.

"And you decided on the bike outside?" Jack asked confused.

"Yes, it was cheap, fuel efficient and I already have the insurance set up and the test, I have passed as well." Danny said handing them the folder with the results and the insurance and what it covers. They were both surprised when they saw the Ghost clause that protected the bike and it's rider from any ghost attacks.

"They are the best quotes in the city and the test came from the local riding schools that seem to be pretty highly recommended." Danny said as Maddie and Jack shared a look between each other.

"Well, I can say that this shows a lot of maturely, but still are you willing to ride around on something like that?" She asked.

"Uh…Mom, no offense, but with the way that Dad drives…I think I'm safer on it," Danny whispered to his mom who nodded a little, but wouldn't say it out loud.

"Alright, let's see this bike of yours," She said as the three left the living room and went outside to the garage to see the black bike itself. The side stand flicked up like some kind of weapon, but the bike was extremely light, the whole bike was shiny black and they noted how the previous owner's mods had been well though-out and very well made. There are brackets on the back to attach almost anything.

They both looked at Danny who had a piece of paper and a helmet on his head that if the visor was down he would look like something out of science-friction. It was a bug-splattered Simpson-Outlaw helmet, complete with the obligatory black visor.

"The owner was…nice enough to print out some laminated instructions for riding the bike. He said that if I didn't follow them, I risk blowing the engine up. If you want to read them, here you go. I know that fueling this thing will be a pain, but I have a few ideas," Danny said as Maddie took the paper and with her husband began to read the paper. The past owner must have really cared for his bike because thing about the quirks particular this bike has. The side stand, the clutch and how to repair it if you left it for too long without being run that it sticks on, that it does not idle at all, the pre-ride instructions and that once the bike was warm it is a complete animal to ride and definitely not for the faint-hearted. The main problem as the 97-octane fuel and that the bike is a premix-only bike, but again luckily, the previous owner had written out the equations for the fuel and the fuel: oil ratio.

"Well, since Danny went through all of this work and because it is here, we really can't say no," Maddie said sadly as Jack looked at his wife agreeing with her.

"Alright, Danny, since you did all of this and passed the tests with flying colors, I don't see why you can't, but the second you get in an accident, the bike leaves, ok" She asked.

"Yes, mom," Danny said as he got ready for school.

End Flashback:

"So, does it have a name?" Tucker asked as Danny and Jazz frowned at him knowing that he was making fun of their parents, or father's, thing of naming all of their inventions and rides.

"It doesn't but for some reason, either because he had a sense of humor or something, the name 'Phantom' is painted on it, so I guess that'll work." Danny said not seeing the sudden looks of fear on his friends and sister's face that quickly vanished when he looked back up at them.

"So, does anyone want a ride? I mean, Danielle rides in the sidecar, which makes this thing very stiff,"

"Don't blame me," Danielle pouted from the sidecar. Danny gave her a look, but suddenly blushed when he felt Sam's arms and soft hands around him.

"I'm in. I trust you enough," She whispered to him as he gave her a look this time causing her to just chuckle at him. Rolling his eyes, Danny carried out the pre-ride rituals and pulled the clutch in, turned the key, opened the throttle and kicked almost as hard as he could. If he went all the way, he would destroy the poor bike.

BRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIING DING-DING-DING-DING-DING The bike fired first kick, scaring Sam with the sudden burst of noise. She quickly wrapped her arms after Danny's broad chest…When exactly did it get so broad anyway? She asked herself as she watched Danny shut the choke off and blipped the throttle, after that well, all hell broke loose.

The bike accelerated out of the parking lot like a demon, leaving a trail of blue smoke in its wake that caused many of the standing bystanders to couch a little, but before they could yell at the rider, they and their bike were long gone. Tucker, Jazz, and Valerie coughed as they waved the smoke away.

"Man, he could have warned us about that!" Tucker yelled and coughed out.

"Well, you know how he gets when Sam is in contact with him."

"Good point," Tucker laughed as he went back to messing with an app on his PDA. However, if the others knew what was going on in his head, they would be worried. While he kept up his mask, his mind was taking Phantom and Danny apart, looking for anything that would either prove or deny that Danny was Phantom, but so far, the evidence pointed towards Danny being Phantom, but how could that be and why didn't Danny tell them?

Inwardly shaking his head, he started to follow Jazz turns her car while Valerie ran off to find a place to change into her Red Huntress gear to head back home. What the group didn't know was that Sam was with a copy Danny.

The real one was with his master far away. Using the power of Fold Space, the two had finally been able to open a portal with the Ebon Hawk back to the Known Regions.

Fold space was a Force power that allowed a Force-user to bend space to instantly transport an object between places and the two of them had finally figured it out.
