Even though it wouldn't work Rebekah demanded they go straight to the police. Caroline hadn't stop crying Lexi and Klaus kept trying to calm her down but she was guy curse and cry for her baby boy. Isaac they didn't know what was happened to him or where he was. It was a mothers worst fear to lose her child, but it was more painful when you know who took your child, but you could do nothing about it.
"Hello I will like to report a kidnapping." Rebekah said running up the front desk. The woman nodded and picked up a piece of paper ready to write what was need. The woman nodded and Rebekah began.
"Missing child taking by Tyler Lockwood, the child is Isaac Forbes, Caroline Forbes is the mother…" the woman laughed and tossed the paper in the trash. "What are you doing?" Rebekah shouted grabbing other officers attention one including Logan Fell, Elizabeth Forbes old partner.
"Tyler is the father of the child we can nothing about it."
Caroline came in crying and shouting. "Please help me, Tyler has no right to my child, he isn't even signed own the birth certificate." The cops all hide the pain in their faces and looked away. Even if they wanted to they couldn't, they'd be going against the Mayor.
"Please somebody do something." Logan's eyes met Caroline's and he saw her pain. He felt her pain. "Please Logan you were my mothers old partner, you were a second dad to me and Lexi, please help me please. You were there when your mom died you're the one that told us." Logan closed his eyes and walked into his office shouting the door behind him.
Caroline's broke more and more each second. Lexi rubbed her arm pulling her out the station. Rebekah screamed at the workers calling them cowards and bastards. Couldn't they see she was in pain. Rebekah would yell but it didn't seem to struck accord with because they just acted as if she wasn't there. Klaus pulled his sister out the building and saw Caroline was gone. He didn't blame them if he were in Caroline's shoes he didn't know what he would do. Lexi came running towards them in fear.
"Caroline's gone!"
"What do you mean she's gone?"
"I mean she's gone!"
"What if she went home?"
"No," Lexi shook her head. "I've never seen Caroline like this, Klaus. I'm scared of what she might do, she not stupid Klaus I keep my moms gun in the car... She will use it."
"Hey, Rebekah." A car pulled over and Bonnie and Elena came tuning out with Damon and Stefan. "What's going on? Klaus what happen?"
"Caroline- she was- then- taken- her baby." Rebekah manage to get out from crying.
"Why did you care about Caroline?" Elena and Bonnie asked.
"Because you twats while we called Caroline a whore and duly for getting pregnant and a bitch for calling the cops, we never sat down and asked her why."
"And WHY are you telling us this." Asked Stefan.
"Because she was rape that night by Tyler and he is the father of her child, and I found out and so a broke up with him early today. I didn't think he would come to my house."
Damon pushed himself forward and looked concerned. "WHAT HAPPENED!"
"Caroline answer the door and he was choking her and hitting her, Klaus had to tackle him and fucking Vicki attacked Klaus."
"Oh my god." Elena and Bonnie said in unison holding their stomachs.
"There not even the worst part."
"There's more?" Stefan dreaded.
"Tyler paid off the cops so the wouldn't do anything about the rape, and we went to go pick up Isaac from daycare, but Tyler took Isaac." The sound of tire shrieking were heard and Klaus, Lexi and Damon were gone.
"Where are they going?" Elena asked.
"I don't know?" Rebekah answered in fear.
Caroline pulled up to the Lockwood house with. If there was one thing in the world that girl would kill for it would be that little boy. She walked to the door and swung it open.
"Caroline what on heavens earth are you doing here?" Carol asked trying to act surprised but Caroline saw past her.
"Don't give me that shit give me my son and I won't kill you and you son."
"Ha! The cops would have you in a second."
"Oh you mean the cops you paid off from my rape, you see Carol there's no way where you come out on top. If I kill you or your son, the state will have to get involved they would see what you did to me and all I did was protect what was mine." Caroline laughed evilly picking up a picture of Tyler and carol. "You and your son will pay and I will finally have my freedom." She threw the picture at the wall and pulled out a gun.
"So give me my son and live or I will kill you." With each word Caroline got closer and the gun was pointed in between Carol's eyes.
"Do that and you will never find your son." Caroline nodded and swung the bottom of the gun hard at her head causing Carol to pass out.
Caroline turn around and saw Tyler smirking, before she could do anything he tackled her to the ground causing the gun to fly. He pin her down and held her arms over her head. "We could have been happy." He yelled hitting hard in the face. "We could have a family!" Caroline turn her head biting his arm not letting go till she tore a piece of flesh from his arm. Tyler screamed and shoved Caroline to the wall. He punched her stomach making her fall forward. He grabbed her hips and turn around Tyler crawled over her and began unbuttoning her shorts.
'No not again!' She thought trying to crawl away. She looks to the side and saw the gun under the couch but she couldn't reach it. She kicked her way from under him and began to stand up but he grabbed her by her legs making her fall. Her face hit and ground and Tyler crawled on her again picking up her shirt. Caroline pushed herself with all her strength and elbowed him in the face breaking his nose again. Tyler yelled in pain. Caroline grabbed a vase and smashed it over Tyler's head. He fell and stop moving, she let out a breath of relief and ran up the stairs looking through the house for her son.
"Isaac!" She yelled "Isaac!" No answer. She forced herself to run into Tyler's room and she saw Isaac's backpack on the floor. "Isaac!" She screamed louder. "Answer me." Caroline ran back down stairs and saw Tyler's body was gone. She quickly drop to her knees and saw the gun was gone too. Caroline brought her hand to her head and began to cry.
"Please Tyler I will do anything just give me my son back!" She yelled.
Tyler stood in the attic with Vicki and Isaac. They had him listen to music and playing games so he didn't hear anything. Vicki had ran downstairs and help Tyler, she couldn't just leave him there. She felt bad for Caroline, but she was so scared of Tyler. "Please Tyler, I will do anything just give me my son back." He smiled and losses his belt. Vicki was in disgust she wanted to stop him but she never had the guts to that's why she was in the attic hiding Caroline's son.
Tyler walked back down stairs and saw Caroline on the floor crying. "Please anything, I'll do it just let me have my son." Tyler wrapped her arms around her and lifted her up. Caroline hated him touching her, it was a feeling she could never wash away no matter how many baths.
"We could be a happy family, be in love, with OUR son." Tyler gently push Caroline to the wall and began to kiss at her neck. She closed her eyes and put her hands on his shoulders not knowing what to do. She but her lip so she would keep herself from crying. "Tyler, please don't." She begged as he slide his hands under her shirt.
"You said anything." He began to get rougher and she began to scream. Tyler held a hand over her mouth and brought her shirt up. "Stop SCREAMING YOU DONT WANT OUR SON TO HEAR YOU DO YOU!" Caroline knees him and pushed him down. Tyler gave it away. Isaac was somewhere in the house.
She ran upstairs, but Tyler was at her heels. He grabbed her foot and tripped her. He crawled over, but a strong force pulled him back Caroline looked open and saw Klaus on top of Tyler beating him. "Caroline and Lexi find Isaac, Damon and I got Tyler."
Caroline nodded and began to screech the house again. "I can't find him!" She screamed out loud. No answer. She walked down stairs and saw Klaus and Damon trying to tell her something but she couldn't tell what. She walked down a few steps and saw Vicki had the gun and had Isaac. "Sit down, Caroline." She pointed the gun at her and Caroline obeyed.
"Good job." Tyler said slapping her ass. Vicki groaned and pointed the gun towards him.
"You sit down to!" Tyler was surprised he took a step forward but Vicki shot the gun to show she wasn't bluffing. Tyler screamed and crawled over to the seats. Vicki carefully got down on one knee and whispered something in Isaac's ear. He nodded and ran out the house. Caroline stood up quickly, but Vicki lifted the gun. "Sit down we are going to talk."
"What are you going to do kill us?" Damon asked bitterly.
"No, I'm just waiting."
"For what?" Lexi asked
"For the cops."
"Please." Tyler laughed "like they would do anything my mother laid them-"
"Off for Caroline's rape yes I know, lIke your mom did with me, but what about he most recent one did she pay off that one, because that magical night you took from me for got me knock up, but this time I'm not so sure about aborting the baby." Tyler's eyes widen. She was pregnant, Vicki was pregnant. Tyler stood up and walked towards her slowly. "I didn't rape you!"
"use you did! You raped me like you raped Caroline. Admit it, stop lying to everyone and admit, you raped Caroline Forbes and kidnapped her child."
"Fine I did it. I raped Caroline Forbes and you. I kidnapped out child so what?" Vicki lowered the gun and smiled.
"Enjoy jail jackass."
"What?" everyone said confused.
Vicki held up a recorder and pressed stop. She tossed it towards Caroline who caught it held it carefully.
"What the hell is going on?" Tyler yelled
"Mystic falls might not lock you up, but the state will. I'm tired of being pushed by you over and over again." Tyler screamed grabbing Vicki by the neck. She clawed at him but he didn't let go. Then there was a gun shot.
Tyler fell to the floor and Caroline held the gun in her hand. Klaus walked over and grabbed the gun from her hand. "Love, drop the gun." Caroline looked at him and shook her head.
"That wasn't me."
"We are going to need an ambulance and a portal car to 4242 Banks st." Everyone turn and saw Logan walking in the house still holding up his gun. He walked to Vicki and check her out.
"You are brave." He told her.
"What's going on?" Caroline's asked confused.
"Vicki called when you came to the house, after you left the station I was thinking about Liz, she was very important to me and I'll be damned of I left her daughters in their time of need, like you said I practically raised y'all."
Caroline began to laugh and wrapped her arms around Logan. "Isaac, where's Isaac."
"Vicki sent him outside to me when she new things were going to get heated." Logan cleared his throat and everyone followed him outside.
"Mommy!" Isaac ran to Caroline and jumped in his arms. "Are you okay mommy? Why are you crying?" Caroline began to laugh and felt Klaus's arms wrap around her. She looked up and kissed him softly.
"Okay you lot listen here." Logan demanded. "Caroline it's too late for charges to be pressed on Tyler for your case. It just reach the four year limit." Caroline heart shrunk but she nodded any way. Even in death Tyler got away with it.
"But it's not too late for Vicki you can press charges on the cops, the mayor, and everyone else who had a hand on covering up your rape."
Vicki nodded and looked up. "Just pressing charges on the Lockwood's we be fine for me."
"I want to go home, mommy." Caroline looked up at Caroline and nodded.
"I'll drive you." Klaus said opening the car door for her. Caroline placed Isaac in and ran back to Damon and hugged him tight. "Thank you so much for helping me." He nodded and Caroline ran back to Klaus and watched as they pulled out the Lockwood's. Cop cars sped past them to the house and Caroline smiled finally finding justice.
"Can we go to Klaus's house?" Isaac asked. Caroline nooses up at Klaus who nodded. "Yes honey." Caroline pulled down the down in the car and saw her shirt was torn, her lip was bloody and she finally began to feel her bruises.
"I'm sorry for dragging you into this...you could have died tonight if Vicki had still been on Tyler's side."
Klaus smiled and shook his head. "If not for the woman I love and her beautiful son, what shall I die for?"
Caroline tried to get Isaac out the car who was fast asleep, but he body was sore and beaten. Klaus on the other hand hadn't had a scratch on him, which made him feel like shit seeing Caroline so beat up. Klaus walked over and lifted Isaac.
"Are you sure about this? Rebekah has her friends over probably for support that you need, but probably won't do you any good." Caroline nodded and took his hand.
"I'm ready, I'm ready to start new and be a new person, but I never be best friends with your sister again I hope you know that." Klaus chuckled and nodded.
They walked in the front door and all of Caroline's friends came running towards them. "Is he okay? Oh my god Caroline your face? Caroline are you okay?" All these question were being thrown at her and she didn't know if she answer them or tell them all to fuck off.
"I'm fine, he's fine now leave me alone." Caroline walked upstairs and turn on the bath water. She stepped her foot inside and moaned at the warmth. She undressed Isaac who was grumpy because she woke him. Caroline picked him up and carried him inside with her. Isaac began to try to swim which made her laugh. His face went under water so he quickly lifted him.
"You see that mommy I did it!" Caroline laugh and nodded and got and soap and began to scrub him and wash him.
"Who was the man I was with today? He said he was my dad." Caroline smiled and shook her head.
"I am your father."
"But your my mom."
"I am your mother too." Isaac nodded confused but he didn't question it. They got out the shower and Rebekah was kind enough to lean her some clothes trying to make up for the past 4 years. Isaac on the other hand wanted to wear Klaus's clothes because Klaus was a cool guy and he wanted to be cool to. Lexi called saying he Vicki and Damon spoke to the cops carol was sent to jail and they took Tyler's body away. The 3 of them said they were all going to spend the night at Damon's house, because they didn't want to be alone.
Caroline laid on Klaus's bed on her side playing with Isaac's hair. He decided it was a good idea to sleep between Klaus and Caroline so he would he warm, but Caroline knew he just wanted to keep Klaus away from his mom. Klaus rest on his side so him and Caroline were face to face.
"You are so strong." He whispered. Caroline looked up and blushed. Her life was finally going right and that's all she could ask for. She leaned forward and kissed him lightly.
"Good night, Klaus."
