Chapter 10:
Ally's Point Of View:
I stayed the whole night at Sonic Boom with Dallas.. I had to lie to my Dad about it, though. This would be the first time I ever did that.. I told him I went to Trish's house, when I really was with Dallas the whole night.. I feel really guilty about it, but I had no other choice.. If I told him I was staying with Dallas the whole night, he would get the wrong idea! He KNOWS that I never had my first kiss, and yet, he would still think that staying with Dallas all night would lead into YOU KNOW WHAT! I'm not EVEN READY FOR THAT or my first kiss! Plus, this is my first boyfriend! But still, my Dad won't trust me, so either way, I had to lie to him.. Just to take care of Dallas..
After the incident between Austin and Dallas, Ally took Dallas to Sonic Boom, to take care of him.. Dallas lied to his mother that he was over a friend's house.. She couldn't sleep at all last night, she felt so guilty about Dallas getting injured.. She hoped that Dallas had a good sleep throughout the night.. Her eyes gazed down at Dallas, who was sleeping in the bed, peacefully.. She already gave Dallas some ice packs of his head, his eye and well, basically his whole face.. Ally felt terrible about what had happened.. She wished that Dallas hadn't decided to pick a fight with Austin..
I just don't understand! Why did our date turn out so bad?! Why did Austin have to hurt Dallas?! I really hate that he hurt Dallas! Dallas is a sweet boy! Austin has no right to hurt him! I can't believe how bad Austin is to hurt him like that.. I feel like he doesn't have a heart.. For anyone.. But Dallas shouldn't have fought with Austin! Then none of this would have happened!
Ally sighed heavily, throwing her hands against her face, rubbing it down.. She already cried silently too many times last night.. She wasn't going to let her tears stream down her cheeks again.. She had to stay strong for Dallas, no matter what.. Ally rested her hands against her chin, frowning, unable to get that disastrous night off her mind..
"Ally..?" Dallas woke up, from the sun cascading through the curtains.
"Dallas?!" Ally shot her head up, not realizing that he woke up.
"Ally? What time is it?" Dallas whipped his head to the left, his eyes darting around the piano room.
"It's nine.. I think.. Are you okay?!" Ally forced herself off the chair, running towards the bed.
She took a closer look at him, seeing he looked a lot better then last night.. She sat on the bed side, still feeling frantic that Dallas was still in pain..
"How come you didn't sleep?" Dallas asked so suddenly, now a little more wide awake.
"Huh?! Oh, well, I was just worried about you! I couldn't sleep.." Ally responded almost honestly, her eyes avoided his.
I can't sleep next to Dallas in bed! I wouldn't even sleep because I would be so close to him!
"You could of slept next to me if you wanted to.." Dallas smirked, his voice sounded husky.
"Wha?!" Ally's face turned red once again, not believing what she was hearing.
"I was kidding, I mean I wouldn't mind if you did.." Dallas's voice trailed off, seeing that Ally was still hiding her face under her hair.
"Oh.. okay. W-Well, ummm.. do you feel any better then yesterday?" Ally turned herself towards him, now staring down at him.
"I'm fine.. You made me feel a whole lot better Ally. Thanks for letting me stay with you over night.." Dallas smiled at Ally, reaching for her hand.
"It's no problem.. A-Are you sure you're okay? I mean I can get you a glass of water.. Anything you want! " Ally grinned, her face became flushed once again.
"I'm fine Ally, really.. The only part of my face that still hurts is my eye.." His eye was a little purple, but not as swollen as last night.
"Oh, do you need more ice?" Ally asked, about to get up from the bed.
"No, Ally, come on don't leave, I'm fine.." Dallas answered, pulling her arm back towards him.
His face was now closer to her face.. Ally's cheeks were more redder then ever.. Ally's dark brown eyes were now ogling into his.. Ally felt Dallas's hand over hers.. He slowly leaned in, his lips about to touch hers..
BRINGGGGGGGGG!
Ally literally jumped back away from Dallas.. Her phone was ringing. The caller I.D popped up onto her screen, showing that her father was calling..
"H-Hello?" Ally stuttered, still flustered from what had happened.
"Ally, honey, are you coming home soon?" Mr. Dawson asked, curious of what she was doing.
"Y-Yes.. I'm coming in ten minutes.." Ally's voice sounded very shaky, as she tried to balance herself to stand, she felt like fainting.
"You don't sound okay.. Do you want me to come pick you up from Trish's house?"
"No, NOOO! Dad, I'm perfectly great! Greaty great GREAATT!"
"Ummm.. okay sweetie, just come home soon. I made breakfast, plus I got you pickles!"
"Thanks Daddy, I'll be there soon.. Love you, bye.." Ally hung up the phone quickly, unable to speak with her father any longer.
I can't believe it! Dallas almost KISSED me! His eyes are so beautiful! He would have been my first kiss if DAD didn't call! But who knows, maybe it was for the best.. I probably could have messed up! But still, he was right there, so close to me!
Ally slowly turned herself around, facing Dallas who was sitting on his bed, his eyes intently staring at her.. Ally blinked quite a few times, before saying something..
"S-Sorry, my Dad called.. He wants me home.."
"It's alright Ally.. Like I said, I guess I'll have to smooch with you later.." Dallas winked at her, sending her a flirtatious smirk.
"O-Okay.." Ally responded, her face was still the same shade of red.
Silence took over them for a moment..
"I guess I should go then.." Dallas stood up, forcing himself off the bed, reaching down for his sneakers.
"Okay.. Do you still want me to drive you home? In case if you're still hurt.."
"No, don't worry Ally.. I'm good." Dallas smiled at her, while slipping on his shoes.
"I'm still sorry, for everything.." Ally still couldn't stop feeling terrible for Dallas.
"Ally, it's fine.." Dallas reached his arms out of her, to hug her.
"No, it's not.." Ally mumbled over Dallas's shoulder.
"We'll have another date soon, okay.. But no matter what, I'm not letting Austin come near you.." Dallas whispered, hugging her tighter then before.
They both pulled away, he kissed her on the cheek, before saying goodbye.. He headed out the door, out of Sonic Boom towards his car.. As soon as he left, Ally grabbed her bag, and ran out of Sonic Boom.. She locked the door, and headed for her house.. Ally stormed into the house, throwing her bag aside, and headed up the stairs to change her clothes..
"Ally?! Come back here!" Mr. Dawson shouted, wondering why she didn't bother to say hello to him.
Ally didn't respond, she just changed her clothes, brushed her teeth, and came back downstairs.. She seated herself into the chair, avoiding the strange looks from her father..
"What's wrong? You didn't even say anything to me when you came home just now!" Mr. Dawson was now still eying her, seeing that she was just picking her food.
"Sorry Dad.. Just a little tired.." Ally faked a smile at him.
"Okay, alright, sweetie.." Mr. Dawson was still suspicious, but he decided to let it slide for a while.
Next Day, on Monday, fast forwarding to sixth period, Choir class
I couldn't believe it! Everyone was talking about Austin's and Dallas's fight! Trish kept freaking out about the whole thing too! She kept telling me that they were fighting over me, when they were NOT! I mean Dallas was only trying to protect me, and ALL Austin wanted to do was hurt him! Half of the people kept saying such rude comments towards Dallas! While the other people kept hating on Austin for being such a jerk! Yes, I am staying away from Austin, because I'm STILL very disappointed in him! I mean I was fine with him hurting me all these years! But if he hurts other people, and Dallas, then it's NOT okay! I hate being angry with Austin, but he ALWAYS hated me anyway! I might as well tell him to back off, because he's just someone whose really mean! I was nice to him ALL these years, and I still haven't gotten any respect back from him!
Ally slumped into her assigned seat, which was up front close to the teacher.. Throughout the whole day, Ally surprisingly didn't have to deal with Austin's snide comments.. He left her alone the whole time.. She couldn't believe that he wasn't bragging about the whole fight.. He usually would start off with being stuck up, and shameful with his words.. To have people laugh at his victims.. However, today, he said no such words.. He avoided his friends, and said no such inconsiderate, rude words to Ally.. Instead, throughout the whole day, he was either found sleeping on his desk, or listening to his obnoxious, loud sounding music.. Ally felt that her day was peaceful for the whole day.. She spoke with Dallas, who felt prouder then ever as well..
"AUSTIN MOON! Why are YOU so late to class?! This would be your eleventh tardy! Sit in your seat, NOW!" Ms. Darly screamed, her shrilling voice hurting the ears of all students around the choir room.
Everyone turned around to see what silly rude remark Austin had to say.. Those this time, he said no words to say, he only sat himself down next to one of the guys, and stared into space.. Everyone sighed, they felt like all the classes were very dull without Austin saying anything..
"You already had a detention! Try not getting suspended, MR. MOON! UGH! Oh alright, I might as well say.. Today, we are starting a SPECIAL choir project! I figured that we went over our songs for the concert many times already.. We all know our notes, and memorized the lyrics.. We can start a project! You're all very talented.. I was thinking this could actually be fun! Now, I'm going to put you all in pairs for this.. You're all going to create your own song.. You could sing, or play instruments, or do both! This project will be due in three weeks! I will hand out the directions to be more specific! And there will be the rules and..." Ms. Darly went on, speaking about project.
Awwwww... MS. DARLY was right! This does sound like a fun project! I could just pair up with one of the girls in class, and show them my song! They could sing my song, and I could play the piano! PERFECT! Everything is set! All we have to do is practice! I'm sure they will like the song if it's all girly and whatever! I have those types of songs that they will like!
"I ALREADY made a list for the pairs of people to work together! So-"
"AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!" Some of the people sighed heavily, disappointed that they weren't able to choose their partners.
"Quiet class! You all need to have time to discuss with your partners about the project! Now, let me list the people who will be working together! Cassidy and Kira, Dallas and Jack.."
Please let me work with someone good! Too bad I can't work with Dallas! But maybe I can work with one of the nice girls.. I wish Trish was in this class! She has a great voice too, so she could have sang, and I could have played the piano! PLEASE, MS. DARLY, let me work with someone wonderful!
"Alright, then there's Bobby and Jamie.."
The list went on..
"Austin and Ally.."
"WHATTT?! NOOO!" Ally stood up from her seat, screaming, without thinking.
Sudden attention was turned towards Ally.. Everyone in the room stopped whispering, Ms. Darly's face looked offended, while Dallas looked very worried.. Austin, on the other hand, seemed to have no expression.. Though, he still was staring at her from a distance, looking curious..
"Excuse Miss Dawson, is there something wrong?" Ms. Darly glared at her, her eyes very dark looking, and piercing.
I can't... I CAN'T WORK WITH AUSTIN! He will give me SO much trouble, and make fun of me, and hurt me! He already hurt a bunch of other people! He's the LAST person I want to work with! Even though, he does have a great voice..
"I-I thought that I could work with someone else by chance.. You know, since I can't exactly work with Austin.." Ally was panicking, breathing heavily, her heart was beating in a quick pace.
"Your partner is Austin, and that's final.. I found that you two could be a perfect match.."
"NOOO! I-I mean, okay.." Ally slumped back down into her seat, still seeing that Austin was intently staring at her, while Dallas didn't look too happy about this.
Ally slapped her hands onto her forehead, covering her face, not wanting to see the light any longer to this.. She wanted to wake up from this 'dream', just to shove herself out of this situation..
WHY?! WHY AUSTIN?! Why do I have to work with AUSTIN?! Austin is not MY MATCH! HE NEVER WILL BE! HE HATES ME AND MY GUTS! He already hurt Dallas just yesterday! Dallas is NOT going to be happy with this either! And now Austin is going to fool around the whole time, making fun of me, and give us BOTH the failing grade!
Austin's Point Of View:
OH great.. JUST great. It's enough she told me off for beating up little shit DALLAS, then now she HATES me for the first time ever, and now I have to work with her! She does have a great voice, though.. That song she wrote, was amazing.. STILL, she's just SO annoying, I mean what am I going to do with her?! She made a HUGE deal out of it JUST now! She's still mad at me for hurting her PRECIOUS DALLAS! She's going to be all sappy and sad more then ever now that we're working together!
"Okay class, I have now gave all your partners.. Please speak among yourselves about your ideas together now.. I will give you five minutes. Try to come up with an agreement with each other.." Ms. Darly explained, hoping there wouldn't be any disagreements between the students.
Austin saw that students were already exchanging seats with other people.. He also saw that Ally wasn't coming his way anytime soon.. Her head was buried into her hands, her hair flowing down to her knees.. She didn't bother looking up, she certainly didn't want to see Austin.. Austin sighed, deciding to force himself off his seat, making his way to her.. Through that process, he noticed from the corner of his eye that Dallas was giving him a disapproved look.. Austin rolled his eyes, pulling up a chair next to Ally..
"Hey.." He mumbled, flipping his hair out of his eyes.
She didn't respond, she only sunk her head deeper into her hands, unable to say anything.. After what had happened yesterday, she certainly didn't want to speak with him..
"Hello...?" He poked her head, then he poked her side.
Austin crossed his arms, waiting for her to pick up her head and say something... Anything. Though, she still refused to look over at him and say something..
Is she serious...?! She's going to ignore me for the whole time?!
"You know, it's not MY fault that I was paired with YOU.. So get over it.." Austin spoke out, hoping that would get her attention.
Ally raised her head up slowly, averting her eyes from his.. She rested her hands against her chin, not wanting to face him..
"You're acting really stupid for ignoring me.. I didn't do anything wrong! So stop-"
"STUPID?! STUPID?! You're calling me STUPID for ignoring you?! YES, you did do something wrong! You HURT Dallas! You ruin my date with Dallas! And you're saying YOU DID NOTHING WRONG?! I'm not STUPID! I'm sick of you hurting me every single day! I was so depressed yesterday, because of what YOU DID! You BULLIED me for such a long time, and you said you did nothing wrong?! I put up with your rude act for a while, I'M NICE TO YOU ALL THE TIME! I can't work with someone who is going to HURT ME! I can't take this anymore!" Ally shouted, tears came to her eyes again, her body was shaky atthis point, she thought that she was going to faint.
The room was quiet once again.. Her teacher sighed, already thinking that nothing was going to turn out alright.. Ally's breath hitched, unable to think.. She just yelled at Austin in front of the whole class. Austin didn't even respond to her yet, which made Ally fear that he was going to anytime at this moment..
"I...I'm so so sorry, I need to go.. Excuse me." Ally avoided eye contact from everyone, exiting the room right away.
Austin watched as she ran out of the room.. Austin did the same, deciding to follow her.. Once he was into the hallways, he already saw that she was speed walking down the halls..
"Ally, wait up!" Austin shouted, trying to catch up to her.
Ally turned around for a moment, seeing that Austin was coming after her.. She started to run, wanting to get as far as possible from him.. Though, Austin was a faster runner then Ally was.. He stepped in front of her, his hands on her shoulders to keep her from running..
"Let me go! Leave me alone Austin!" Ally tried pushing him off, only to have him hold her down more.
"Can you stop moving for one second?!" Austin was trying to hold Ally, even though she kept squirming into his arms, struggling from his grasp.
"Look, I'm sorry for yelling at you! Now, please let me go!" Ally didn't even bother listening to him.
"Ally! Come on, JUST STAY STILL!" Austin shouted, having Ally stop moving.
Silence took over them for a moment.. Ally's eyes was staring into his eyes for a brief second.. She then realized how close she was standing next to him.. She stepped away, crossing her arms, averting her eyes once again, turning her head towards her right, not bothering to look at him any longer..
"What do you want from me?" She whispered, her voice was shaky, her face filled with distress.
"I... I don't know.." Austin responded, his eyes wander over to her, feeling so curious of why he did come after her.
"Austin, I'm sorry, I rather be alone right now.. Please, just go away.. Look, I guess we have no other choice but to work with each other.. So I guess, you might have to come at Sonic Boom after school.." Ally's voice trailed off, deciding at this point to walk away from Austin, making her way towards the ladies restroom.
At this point, Austin just watched her leave.. Staring at the way she walked, hurrying away from Austin.. Austin shook his head, turning around, heading back to class..
Ms. Darly asked Austin if she was alright, Austin responded that she was fine.. Though, he didn't mean it.. He knew Ally wasn't okay with him, since he wasn't being kind towards her at all.. He shrugged it off, realizing that now he can work with one of the best singers in class.. He smiled, knowing he had a talented partner..
School went on with only two periods left.. Which ended pretty shortly. Ally did return to her next class, even though she still wasn't feeling so great.. Teachers assigned homework assignments, reminding them about the upcoming tests.. Ally had to walk to the mall once again, but this time with Trish.. So she didn't have to feel so lonely walking to the store..
Ally's Point Of View:
"Man, I'm sorry that you have to work with that SON OF A-"
"TRISHH! Stop it, please! You said that so many times, it's not even funny!" Ally frowned, certainly not looking forward to meeting with Austin after school.
"SORRY, I'm only caring for you! But GIRRRL, you finally stood up to that ass hole! And I am so proud of you!" Trish hugged Ally tightly, kissing the top of her head.
"Trish!" Ally laughed, hugging her back, mostly because she really missed Trish.
"Oh, and by the way, why can't you just believe me?! That whole fight thing meant something to Austin! He does LIKE you! He-"
"TRISSSH! He does NOT like me! He hates me! The reason why he fought with Dallas was to hurt my feelings, and well, to hurt Dallas.." Ally exclaimed, not wanting to bring up this topic.
"I don't know Ally.. I feel like maybe, JUST maybe, that Austin kind of likes you.. And let's face it, he is kind of hot, and well, an asshole, like I said.." Trish's voice trailed off, as she looked over at Ally.
"H-He, well, is cute.. But NOT nice, and he HATES me! And I HAVE A BOYFRIEND! Dallas! Dallas is cute, AND sweet! Something AUSTIN would never be!" Ally crossed her arms, certainly not wanting to believe Trish at all.
Trish raised her hands in defense, laughing at her friend..
"Hey, I'm just saying.. I mean it could be possible.."
"He called me UGLY, and stupid, AND A LOSER, AND a bunch of other mean words I rather not say!" Ally still only saw her point of view, disagreeing with Trish.
"Okay, okay, I'm just saying.. But still, I'm glad you told that jerk off.. He's just so annoying, and you don't deserve to suffer from that-"
"I know, I know! That inappropriate word you're going to say that I don't want to hear! I will see you later Trish! I'll call you and tell you what happens!"
Trish hugged Ally again, then pulled away rushing off, reminding her to 'kill' him if he's going to act rude once again..
"If you don't do anything, just call me, and I'll come over and snap him like a twig, okay?!" Trish waved goodbye, leaving Ally.
"Bye Trish!" Ally laughed, hoping she actually wouldn't hurt Austin that way.
Austin was going to come in a hour.. Ally already called her father about working with Austin at Sonic Boom.. He was worried about leaving her with 'that Austin boy'.. But still, he had trust his daughter with being alone with him.. Even though, he had heard many terrifying things about him.. Ally already had the sign turned over as 'CLOSED'.. She headed upstairs, sitting herself next to the piano, placing her fingers against the keys, playing one of her favorite songs..
'Heart beats fast..'

'How can I love when I'm afraid to fall..'

End Of Chapter Ten
This was pretty much on how chapter ten ended! I usually make each chapter ten pages, but this chapter is nine pages :( I'm sorry for making a little shorter :( BUT, I actually have a quite a lot of ideas for the next chapter for Austin and Ally ^.^ I hope that the title is starting to make more sense for everyone ^.^ If not, hopefully chapter eleven will make more sense ^.^ Thank you so much for your reviews ^.^ I might as well respond to one more review because I didn't see this one until now ^.^
