Chapter Ten:
Korra:
That night Korra and Mako sat across from each other at the dinner table, their knees were pressed against each other and they kept smiling at each other.
Korra wished this could be her life forever, Mako and her together.
Yet, it couldn't.
Her father cleared his throat and Korra looked up, "Yes father?"
"Tomorrow, Lloyd is coming to get you. You two are to do a photo shoot together."
Korra frowned and Mako pressed his knee closer. "Okay." She stood up and grabbed her plate, "I think I might take Naga for a walk, or go play fetch with her."
Korra's dad nodded, "Okay."
Korra walked into the kitchen and dropped her plate into the sink and then headed outside. A few minutes later she heard foot steps behind her. She turned around and beamed, "Mako!" She buried herself into his arms.
Mako held her tight, "I love you."
"I love you too."
They broke apart and Mako took her hand, "Fancy a walk?"
Korra smiled, "I would love that."
So together they took off into the snow, holding hands.
"Mako," Korra asked after a couple minutes of silence, "what are we going do?"
Mako sighed and swung their arms in between them, "I don't know Korra."
"Two weeks and I have to marry Lloyd."
Mako shook his head, "You are the Avatar you should be with who makes you happy."
"My father doesn't like that argument," Korra said.
"Then we are going to have to make him."
"What do you mean?"
"Well," Mako said smiling, a plan was forming.

Mako:
"Night Korra."
"Night Mako."
Mako leaned forward and kissed her softly and Korra smiled, "Tomorrow, the plan starts."
Mako nodded, "Yep."
Korra gently pulled her door shut and Mako headed back to his room. As he walked in he was ambushed by Bolin and Asami.
"You are back!"
"You and Korra-"
"What is-"
"Going on?! Are you dating?"
Mako held up his hands, "Whoa! Back up! Korra is engaged to be married."
"But you've been with her like all day and both of you like each other," Asami said.
Mako nodded, "Yes and that's why we have a plan."
"A plan?" Bolin asked.
"To stop the wedding."
Asami smiled, "I knew it!"
Mako shook his head, "I can't let her marry someone she will be unhappy with so, we have the best plan ever."
"What is it?" Bolin asked.
Mako laughed and walked to his bed, "I can't tell you that. It will ruin the surprise, but you'll see soon enough. Now good night."
"But-" Bolin started.
Asami shook her head, "Let him be Bolin. At lest they are back to normal." She walked to the door and pulled it open. "Night boys."
"Night Asami," Bolin said.
Asami shut the door and the house fell silent. Tomorrow Mako and Korra's plan was going into action and if everything worked, he could bring her home to Republic City soon enough.

Korra:
Korra got up early and glanced at her hair in the mirror. It was the worst case of bed head she had ever seen. The right side of her head, the hair stuck flat while the left side stuck out wide. Korra grabbed a hair tie and pulled the mess of hair up. It was good enough.
She got dressed and walked into her kitchen.
He dad did a double take when he saw her, "Korra! Lloyd will be in twenty minutes."
Korra nodded, "I know, but we are going to get married and he is going to have to get used to seeing me like this, so I figured what the heck."
"Today is the photo shoot."
Korra shrugged, "It will be okay."
"KORRA!"
"Dad, I'm getting married. I'm grow up. I think I can take care of myself now," She smiled and then walked out of the kitchen.
The plan was in action.
Author's Note: I'm writing this while stuck in the middle of this chapter. Ever since book three came out I feel like writing this less, since this is set after book two and this story is WAY off from what is going on. But I guess that's why it's Fanfiction.
Let's talk about episodes 1-5, spoilers ahead.
First, let's talk about the villains. Zaheer, Ghazan, Ming Hua, and P'Li. All of them are way cool and Ming Hua has to be my favorite. She doesn't need arms and she still kicks butt. Poor Korra, these crazies tried to kidnap her when she was a child and that's why they locked her up. To protect her.
The President kicking Korra of republic city wasn't cool and then the Earth Queen declaring war on her, also wasn't cool. Poor Korra.
ALL THE SHIPS!
Bolin and Opal and Kai and Jinora. And literally Mako and Korra won't look at each other, they sit far apart and I just want to cry. They need to talk out their problems, but I do love the new Asami and Korra friendship.
I really like this book but I hate what Nick is doing, releasing the episodes two at a time? No Nick, stop. Korra has aired for three weeks and we are half way. I need it to get to September, because that's when Once Upon a Time starts back up.
Ugh I'm really sorry about this chapter.
I know where I am trying to get, but my brain doesn't want to work.
See you next chapter.
