Hey Guys I know it has been forever and i'm sorry about that. I just had a lot for things going on in my life. But on a happy side the reason i haven't updated in like two years is because Not only did i marry the best man on earth i also had to amazing twin sons. I do apologize for not updating and i hope to continue where i left off.

Never had I been more embarrassed in my life. She had just looked at me with a blank look upon her face. Not an ounce of interest or emotion. Walking the halls naked when I was in high school felt less embarrassing than standing there getting shot down.

As I jogged up the stairs to the boys I had to calm myself down. All three boys were gathered around Jamie's closet as he showed them his brand new jerseys that Nate had gotten him on his last trip out of state. I watched as my boys touched and podded the two new jersey's, asking a million and one questions to their older cousin. Jamie just grinned, he had always loved the attention that he received from the twins.

I sat down on the bed and Landon glanced over his shoulder at me and ran over and started talking a mile a minute to me. Me being the wonderful father only half listened, i got distracted by what sounded like a car pulling into the driveway. I felt a sudden jerk to my jacket and turned my attention back to Landon who had his hands crossed and his left eyebrow crooked up.

"Dad? You ain't listening to me." i grinned and patted his blonde head

"Sorry, sorry. What were you saying?" He rolled his eyes and went back to talking his normal mile a minute speach and I couldn't help but smile. Just then I heard Brooke's voice, she said something along the lines of kicking someone out.

"Ill be right back." I stood up and walked out of the room and down the stairs. I heard a familiar laugh but shrugged it off

"Brooke? Whats going on?" I looked directly at her, her beauty captured my attention again, i followed her line of vision. There stood Peyton Sawyer in all her loving bitch face glory. I grinned and jogged down the last few steps and pulled the moody ex cheerleader into my arms and hugged her tight.

"The boys are upstairs, they would love to see you." I said as i pulled away from her. She smiled and nodded

"I'd love to see them all." I nod and take a step back and call the boys downstairs. Seconds later the boys ran down the stairs and hooped and hollered as they laid their eyes upon Peyton. I glance at Brooke and had to bite back a grin as i saw a pissed off look on her face, maybe she did kinda like me.

"Umm Peyton, this is Brooke. Brooke this is Peyton."

"Um Jakes in the car with the girls." Peyton said and all the sudden three little blonde heads jerked up and looked up at me with begging looks plastered on their face. I chuckle softly and nod, all three boys raced out of the house.

"So how long have you guys known each other?" I glance back over at Brooke as she speaks.

"Well her and Nate kinda dated in highschool and then we kinda dated in highschool and then there was that fling with Pete from Fall out boy. After all of us she downgraded to Jake." I say the last part with a grin. I groan as Peyton's thin left hand back hands my chest.

"Downgraded? Let's see two brothers with daddy issues and a guy who wears more eyeliner than she does." I grin and as I hear one of my long time best friends voices. I turn around and smile as I see Jake Jagielski. He was dressed in dark jeans and a black jacket. In his arms was his two year old daughter Hannah. She grinned and reached out for me. I gently take her from Jake.

"Hey man." I smile and we give each other a side hug and I look down at Hannah.

"Hello darlin, where's your sister?" I ask just as the once trio of blondes cam running in along with a fourth, who happens to be a girl.

"There she is now." Jenny smiled and run up the stairs leading the boys.

"This is my husband Jake, Jake this is Brooke." Peyton says as she leans into Jake.

"Brooke is a friend of Haley and Nate's from New York, she's here for the winter." Jake smiled and offered her his hand.

"Nice to meet you and just remember Lucas has always been a good storyteller, so don't always believe everything he says." I rolled my eyes and grinned

12:13pm

We had been sitting down and talking for over an hour as we all waited on Nathan and Haley to show back up. And when we did we were all laughing and talking about everything and nothing. Nathan showed up first and smiled at the sight of us all sitting around.

"I see everyone is getting to know Brooke." He said as he whipped his forehead free of sweat.

"Yep, we were talking about how you were once a total dick-

"And how you're not completely one anymore." I smirk and high five Peyton who had finished my sentence.

"you two aren't allowed to hang out you two mean together." Brooke said and leaned her shoulder slightly against mine.

"You should see them with Haley.-

"More like Luke and Haley."

"Peyton shut up and let me talk." Nathan said playfully earning him the finger and a stuck out tongue from Peyton.

"Haley and Luke were practically born at the hip. Always been best friends-

"And always will be." We all turned as Haley walked in holding two grocery bags. Nate stood up and took both bags from her and she walked over and sat in his spot.

"So Luke you introduced them to Brooke right?" i rolled my eyes

"Yes i'm not that rude." Haley rolled her eyes playfully and looked over at Peyton "Where are the girls at?"

"Hannah is in your guest room napping and Jenny is up stairs with the boys."

"So you all should stay for dinner, I mean I know the kids would love it and so would I." I guess i nodded to eagerly because Nathan smirked at me and raised his eyebrows.

"Yea me and the boys can stay.

"Yea we would love to stay." Peyton said after asking Jake.

"Great, Brooke Peyton come into the kitchen with me." All three girls left and both Jake and Nathan looked at me with smirks on their faces.

"Shut up and turn the xbox on." I rolled my eyes and grabbed the controller, both men laughed and we began to play the game.

…...In the kitchen….

"Sooo Luke has a thing for your friend." Peyton said to Haley and she laughed.

"Its more like Brooke has a little crush on Luke."

"You got a crush on Broody?" Peyton asked Brooke as she sat down at the counter.

"would you please hush up and I don't know I haven't even known the man a week." Brooke retorted and covered her face after making sure none of the men in the living room had heard them.

"Relax they are playing the Xbox, we could make out naked in front of them and they wouldn't notice." Peyton said and climbed up and sat on top of the counter. Both Haley and Brooke jerked their head and looked at Peyton.

"You were always a poetic one." Haley said sarcastically and handed both Brooke and Peyton a glass of tea.

"So riddle me this...If Lucas wasn't a widow and father of two boys, would you like him then."

"I'm not saying I don't like him."

"so you do like him?

"It's not a matter of me liking him, and it's not just the two of us. It's me, him and those two adorable little boys upstairs. I just meet him...do i think he's handsome and kind.. yea but I don't know, okay?" None of the girls said anything for a moment, It felt like eternity before someone finally said something.

"She told the whole diner including Lucas that he was hot." Haley blurted out. Brooke groaned and dropped her head back down on the counter

"I hate you."
