OMG, I am so sorry everyone about this being updated after so long.

I know it has been a year but it has been a stressful year, I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression in January last years and had to have testing for epilepsy after I had a panic attack. Luckily the results came back negative but I can't go to any concerts anymore :(

But enough of the bad new, onto good. I came over my Depression in the last few months but my anxiety is still there slightly and it flared up 2 months ago when I was just about to post this chapter but never got around to it as it affected my school work especially since I'm in my last year of school. Also more good news! I am now on my Winter School Holidays and I have the next chapter typed up and ready for reviewing YAY. Also I now have a Tumblr. I know it took me so long to get one. If you wish to follow me I will post updates on upcoming chapters and small drabbles I have lounging around on my laptop. My name is Ariariver and my blog is pretty dead at the moment but will pick up now that I'm in the holidays.

Now onto the chapter.

Note: This is now a AU for after Blood of Olympus, Leo returned to Camp Half-Blood and hasn't retrieved Calypso

Disclaimer: I do not own How to train your dragon the book or movie or the Percy Jackson and Heroes Olympus series.

"Are you sure were going in the right direction?" Leo yelled over the wind, the quest of 4 had left that morning at sunrise from Long Island Sound and are heading East.
"It said to go where 'dragons once flown' and Berk is East. Why, is there a problem going that way?" Hiccup yells back as Toothless jets over the waves leaving small streamlines of air and ocean spray.

Leo looks over towards Percy and the two share looks of worry, Percy yells out to Hiccup as Astrid was behind him.

Astrid had refused to go with Leo because of his past of hitting on the hunters, Hiccup for obvious reasons while Percy Jackson was one of the very few males that had her Lady's approval as a respectable man towards females. In practicality Blackjack could fit two young adults on his back but there wasn't much moving room compared to the massive frame of Festus or the long forgotten but still drilled into her memory of Hiccup and Toothless's flying. It was her first flight she had with the two of them and she wasn't willing to have her heart manipulated again like she did on that forbidden flight.

"Well, Europe is kind of seen as forbidden to Demi-God's and the War last year…." Percy trails off as they fly over the ocean no land in sight. "As long as we don't go to Greece I'm a-okay."
"Greece is south Europe, were going to the north, Norway and such." Hiccup says, he has studies numerous maps of the world in a public library and was amazed by the sheer size of the world.

"Do you even know where Norway is?" Astrid asks as Hiccup flinches slightly at hearing her speak for the first time since it was announced that she would be going on the quest with them.

"Not really, umm Leo?" Hiccup looks to Leo for help as Astrid sneers at his reply.

"No need to fear, Uncle Leo is here." He calls out and fiddles with a control panel on the back of Festus neck and a holographic map of the world in beamed up slightly as it wobbles in the wind but stabilized after a minute. A small blinking dot showed them flying across the Atlantic. Leo enlarges the map over northern Europe, little names supplying the country names in Ancient Greek.

"Okay, I'm lost already." Leo states as Astrid grits her teeth and orders Percy to take her over to Leo, not wanting to mess with the Hunter he steers Blackjack over to the metal dragon, the Pegasus willing to move away from the real dragon without the promise of donuts.

Astrid swings her leg over Blackjack and sits side saddle before jumping and finding a hand hold on Festus leg and quickly scales up his front leg and onto his back and promptly shoves Leo back by a hand to his face.

"Got a problem woman?" Leo asks as he rubs his face, "You probably damaged my beautiful face."

"Don't worry," she hisses, "You face still as disgusting as before." Astrid was now looking over the map and enlarging certain places over Great Britain and Scandinavia.
"You realize that I'm the half-brother of you ex-boyfriend, we share looks." He crosses his arm and Astrid's face whips around so fast that her braid nearly hits the Latino in the face.

"What did you say?" she asks firmly with a tone of malice and the promise of hurt for the wrong answer. Her glare was fierce, perfected over a millennia of scaring away men that were naturally drawn towards the daughter of Aphrodite.

Leo gulps and takes a look at Hiccup whose gaze was set ahead, his brow furrowed and lips in a firm line and knuckles white on the saddle.

"Nothing at all." He squeaks before covering his mouth in embarrassment as Percy lets out a short guffaw at the pitch of the Demi-God's voice. The laugh stops as the glare turns from Leo to Percy and he is scarily reminded of his own girlfriend's glare.

She turns back to the map and enlarges on an archipelago between the Mainland and the Faroe Islands. "That's where Berk is." She selects a point and looks over to Percy who nods and guides Blackjack back over to the Hunter and she jumps onto the black Pegasus's back his flight slightly falling at the sudden weight but regains his altitude.

The mood was as silent as the night as they cut over the ocean, Leo had gone to sleep nearly an hour ago and Percy couldn't find a way to sleep on Blackjack without getting rid of Astrid, and he did not want to do that. But his eyes were drooping and sleep sounded really good at the moment. The Hunter herself was looking towards the moon possibly looking for guidance as her Lady flew across the sky guiding her chariot. Maybe he could afford a few minutes napping and if he fell, well that would be fine seeing as he was the son of the Sea God.

Hiccup was the only one who couldn't think about sleeping, him falling asleep for even a second would cause him and Toothless to fall into the frigid sea. He wished he was given more than a simple 'hoodie'- as Miranda called it when she gave it to him- it was cold but it was familiar, it reminded him of Berk, as it was a few degrees south to Freezing to Death.

But his smile quickly turns into a frown as he thought about Berk properly, no one he knew would be alive; his Dad, Gobber, not to mention his friend Fishlegs and his less friend's Ruffnut and Tuffnut and his now no longer cousin Snotlout. But someone was here and that person was ignoring him and probably wouldn't even talk to him if she was about to die from dehydration and he had the last cup of water in the world. He hated to admit it but even though she still hates him he would do anything for her, she wouldn't even have to ask him.

Hiccup shoots a look back and his eyes widen, Astrid was beautiful under the moonlight. The blessing of Artemis shone around her like a silver aura, the light was also reflecting off her silver parka and her long blonde braid.

'Damn it.' Hiccup curses to himself as he looked ahead and blinked a few times as he saw something in the distance but it was too dark to see. He blinks a few times and the world nearly brightens into primary colours around him. Picking out a patch of green in the blue he shakes his head and it snaps back to darkness as he calls out his Quest-mates.

"Hey! There is land ahead."

Percy perks up and snorts, "I'm up!"

Astrid slaps him on the back of the head and barley acknowledges Hiccup's remark with a nod.

Hiccup turns to Festus and calls out to him, but it felt different it wasn't English or Norse but something different. It felt like he was speaking Greek in the same sense that he knew it fluently but never actually learned a single thing. It was just there.

He relays the message to Festus who blew smoke in acknowledgement and woke Leo up in the process. "Am I on fire again?!" he nearly yells, started awake from the smoke.

Hiccup passes off the weird looks from Percy and Astrid, confused from Percy and confused from Astrid, but also slightly angry from the Hunter of Artemis. Well that wasn't new. She did ignore him for 15 years, now let's add on the millennia of hate and betrayal.

In about 10 minutes the group of 4 Demi-God's, 2 Dragons (1 metal and one Night Fury) and one Pegasus landed on the small island the first signs of land in nearly 14 hours and time was one of the worst things for a Demi-God so just make that about 1000 hours.

The monsters since they couldn't really be specified as Pets or Animals practically all fell over as the touched the ground and each catapulting their riders off except Astrid and Hiccup was hanging off the side of Toothless, still attached at the harness.

"Oh come on Toothless, I'm still attached, do you really want to sleep with your harness on?"

The dragon grunted once before the snores of both winged creatures rattled the beach. "Well there goes our peace." Percy mumbles
"I seriously hope there are no mortals here." Astrid swings off Blackjack and promptly opens her pack and pulls out a few items.

Walking a few hundred meters away from the others she throws a small box the size of a pack of gum and it opens out into a white tent and promptly throws her pack inside. Turning around to the males in the quest party she glares at all of them. "I'll take last watch, Leo get first." She yells out to them.
"No fair!"
"Shut up Hammer Head. Haddock goes next then Jackson then me. Jackson is the only one who can wake me up and only once. Got it."

Leo stands up straight and salutes while Percy nods furiously and Hiccup rolls his eyes but nods. When the flaps closes Leo turns to his half-brother and friend, "What a b-AHHH!"

Leo jumps as an arrow grazes past his forehead and a lock of hair drifts to the ground. "I heard that!" Astrid's voice rings out and Leo just looks at the fallen hair and tries to place it back on his head.

"Sorry Leo, but hair doesn't just stick." Percy chuckles as he pulls his pack out of Festus's storage compartments
"What if I use a glue stick." Leo says mock-hopefully as he sets a few driftwood branches on fire.
"Just no."

Hiccup shakes his head as he helps Percy set up a few sleeping bags next to the small campfire. Leo pulls out a few aluminum foil wrapped burritos which he torches over the fire and throws one to Percy who fumbles with the hot object as Hiccup laughs and takes a bite of his own as Leo leans against a tree on the beach edge.

As he watches the two other Demi-God's fall asleep he reaches into his tool belt and pulls out a flat disc with a hole in the middle. Sighing as he spins the object he looks to the waves and campfire his eyes fading away the bodies of his half-brother and Percy as the smell of stew wafts through the air.

"Calypso." Leo mutters as he aimlessly spun the dials on the Astrolabe his mind drifts off to sleep and the beach behind his eyelids turns to a girl with long caramel hair sitting on the shore her feet being barely touched by the waves.

She was humming an song Leo didn't know, it sounded sad upon her lips as she sat on the sand, arms curling around her knees.

Leo felt like a ghost around her, able to see her but he was invisible to her. He should be, she deserved so much better than him. But he looks around and notices a light coming from his old forge and pieces of a broken table littering the sand.

Looking back to Calypso Leo feels his heart break as a tear runs down her pale cheek slowly. She quickly and furiously wipes it away and stands up and angrily kicks a splinted piece of wood and watches it fly into the water.

"Curse you!" She yells, hands balled at her sides as her white t-shirt whips in the sea breeze.

Leo looks toward her in guilt as she start to yell a few curses towards the Gods in the sky, the more she yells the more Leo's expression turns to humor as her swears and insults get pretty good by his standards and they are high.

"Curse you all! 2 Heroes in one Centaury are you crazy! First that Fish-for-brains and then that Stupid Mechanic." Even thought she was yelling with malice Leo could still detect the slight endearing tone she yelled 'Stupid Mechanic' out.

"That idiot Earthworm is gone, whose to stop you? Oh, Zeus are you threatened by one little daughter of a Titan? Well you better be! Once I get off this place I will make you realized that leaving me hear for so long was such a bad mistake. Who's to say we won't get the 3rd Titatomancy lead by ME!" She screams out and Leo starts laughing as the cloud's boom above her. Calypso spreads her arms wide as a huge downpour of rain drops on Ogygia. She laughs to the sky, it was full of light yet also darkness before stopping and looking and running towards the forge, hair plastered to her face arms wide the entire way.

"That's it I'm going insane, Leo's idiocy has rubbed off on me." She starts to laugh as a bolt of lightning hits the water in front of her, the water lights up in a flash as she runs under the tarp and dodging the wet and electric sand. She crosses her arms and pokes her head out from under the tarp and glares up at the cloudy sky, "You can't kill me."

"Dude, should we wake Leo up?" Percy pokes Hiccup who mumbles and looks up and sees his half-brother clutching a disc while laughing softly before rolling over and mumbling. "You tell him Sunshine. Hehehehe." He started to giggle as the two older Demi-God's look between each other. Hiccup sighs and gets out of his sleeping bag and sits on top of it.

"It's time for my watch anyway." Hiccup says as Percy nods and falls back to sleep in a matter of minutes.

"Ugh im so bored! And my butt hurts."
"Shut up Leo."
"You shut-up."
"No you."
"You."

"Do both of you want an arrow up your ass?"

"No Ma'am."
"No thanks Astrid."

Astrid places her arrow back in her quiver and blows her blonde bangs out of her eyes. Three days of flying with these Demi-God's had really been grating on her nerves and was snapping at the smallest things. Mainly Leo and Percy and finding some time to ignore Hiccup were also doable.

"There is land ahead." Hiccup yells as he dives back from above the clouds. Leo and Percy groan,
"Bro, when are we going to find real land like a country."
"Yeah, we have been sleeping on deserted islands for 3 days. I want a bed."

"There is the sea bed below you if you don't shut up." Astrid growls as Percy rolls his eyes at the now common threats. "Is it real land Haddock."

"Yes Hoffereson." Hiccup retorts back, hands on his hips he looks back at her as the group flies in the same place.

"Let's just go." Leo directs Festus to where Hiccup was pointing before and the two jet of with Hiccup behind him.

Percy looks behind him to ask Astrid, "What country do you think it is?"
"You tell me Son of Poseidon, you have perfect bearings at Sea." She asks him equal questioning in her voice as Percy. Percy turns back to the front as a set of green land is visiable in the distance.

"Poland, I think. I don't know but were close to 0' but not that close."
"0' runs through Britain, pretty sure you right."
"I'm pretty sure that's one of the first time you said one of us have said something right so far."
Astrid lips turn into a flat line compared to the frown she has been sporting the entire quest.

The two sit in a more comfortable silence than the last 3 days so far as Percy watches Toothless and Hiccup in the distance pulling tricks around Festus and Leo while the fire-user whoops at the sight of true land. Seeing the time-traveler in front of him and hearing distance away asks not looking at Astrid.

"So what happened between you and Hiccup."

"What give you the authority to ask that?" She hisses,
Percy continues on looking ahead. "None, I am just simply asking out of curiosity. As you did say the other day that you trust me the most out of everyone on this quest, you need someone to trust on this quest. Leo would just tell Hiccup as they are brothers and Hiccup that's up for you to forgive him for whatever he did. But talking to others about it can help. Gods I'm starting to talk like Piper and Jason." He chuckles thinking about the Son of Jupiter and his willingness to help out Nico di Angelo fit into camp even though the Demi-God was known for leaving and keeping to himself, Jason had actually brought Nico a little of his shell along with new friends.

There was a silence and Percy thought she wasn't going to answer.

"We lived on an Island called Berk, Hiccup was the first one to interact with dragons when we were all fighting and killing them."
"Your whole island could see through the Mist."
"The Mist is a fickle thing, I thought about it for many centuries. As the gods moved around Europe at the time between Rome, Greece and Britain I believe that they may have had relationships with some Gauls or Vikings. Vikings are constant movers like the Gods, going where the riches are and staying until it moves to a new place. New tribes started and those few Demi-God's who could see through the Mist found Dragons. Generations pass with the blood of the God's being passed down and the belief of Dragons passed around that everyone believed in Dragons existing. The Mist is less effective is someone is aware of something existing from birth so if someone is told of dragons when they are young what do they do?"

"Believe in Dragons."
"And therefore can see them and only them. Vikings never thought of the Dragon's as strange creatures. We believed in the Norse God's and in that religion Dragons were real like Medusa or the Hydra in Greek."

Astrid finishes as they only a few hundred meters away from the trees where Festus and Toothless were enjoying the ground.

"Do you think-"
"That some Viking descendants could see Dragons. I highly doubt it, they are a myth now, even in our culture." She sighs and pushes her bangs out of her eyes only for it to fly back into her blue eyes.

Percy land Blackjack and the two swing of the Pegasus's back and was now nuzzling his Boss for Donuts now that they were near civilization. "Yes, ill get you some, you've been great carrying us this far."

"Well I had to carry 2 people, so two times the donuts Boss."
"You're pushing it Blackjack." Percy waves a finger and turns to Astrid and smirks, "Your good."

"I know." She smirks back at Percy finally releasing that she never actually told him what he wanted to know.
"Who's good?" Hiccup asks as he was sitting on the ground fiddling with his prosthetic foot.

" Just me Haddock, no need to worry your empty head."
"Excuse me, I believe I was the smartest person in the Village."
"Well that's just school grade compared to everyone in this millennia." Astrid shot back
"Oh yes, like a child. Very mean." Hiccup gives small jazz hand with his sarcasm, "Well I am technically school age Astrid. Thank you, you called me average. Better than anyone else had in the first 15 years of my life." Hiccup goes back to adjusting his foot as his hair hangs over his green eyes.

Astrid's face was now red, from anger or embarrassment Percy wasn't sure but he could tell that this was going to be a long quest.
