A/N- Welcome back to WInx Clun 2.0, I want to apologize if the story seems to be either going to fast or too slow I never know when I'm writing the chapter, but above all I hope you all enjoy the story and now here we go =D
Lia sat in class staring at her potion beakers looking lost in thought at she used magic to stir her potion
"And adding manticore hair should complete your truth potion" said Ms. Griselda
"Lia can you pass the manticore hair?" asked Isabella
Lia did ot respond she just kept thinkin about everything she read about Naraku and how weird her friend was acting
"Lia!" shouted Isabella
"Huh?" asked Lia snapping back to reality
"Are you ok?" asked Isabella
"Sorry I was day dreaming" said Lia passing the manticore hair
"I bet, with everything that's been going on you have a full plate" said Isabella mixing the ingredients
"I'm sure everything's ok, but my first priority is getting things between Alexa and me ok again" said Lia
"Well you to promised to talk after class so don't you dare think about bailing" warned Isabella
"Well I'll be there, will she?" asked Lia gesturing towards Alexa who was a few tables up
"Don't worry, after class you'll both talk it out and i know you to can fix everything" assured Isabella
"Thanks" said Lia with a smile
"That's what friends are for" smiled Isabella
Both girls shared a side hug before getting back to work on their potion, then Alexa was shown looking back at them with a nervous look, and after class the girls were shown walking back to their room and Mandy and Cassidy were dragging Alexa to the couch
"This is not cool you two! Yout better let me go right now!" Alexa shouted
"You promised" said Delilah
Alexa was slammed on the couch and Lia sat across the way just like earlier, and also like before both girls were tied by Mandy and Delilah
"I was crossing my fingers" said Alexa
"Too bad, we weren't now you two are speaking" said Isabella
"There is nothing left to say, we have discussed every subject of why we're not speaking to each other, or better yet, why I'm not talking to her, because I didn't do anything wrong to her" said Alexa
All the girls eyed one another
"Or did I miss that part?" asked Alexa
"Alexa i know you didn't hurt me and I know I messed up...but is there anyway we can move on from this?" asked Lia
"What do you think?" asked Alexa
"This isn't going well, what should do?" whispered Cassidy
"We don't have many options, Alexa's being too stubborn and won't let this go" whispered Mandy
"I heard that" said Alexa
"Good then you can stop" said MAndy stomping her foot
Alexa was about to answer when a knock came at the door
"Who is it?" Isabella asked her friends
"Why do we always get interrupted?" asked Mandy as she went to answer the door
As soon as she opened the door she came face to face with Michael
"Well hello there" greeted Mandy
"Hi...is Alexa here?" asked Mike
"She sure is but she's busy so make it quick" said Mandy
"Thanks" said Mike walking in
As soon as he walked he saw the four girls around the two tied up ones
"What are you doing here?" asked Alexa
"I came to ask why you ditched me in the middle of our lunch?" MIke asked
"You're joking right?" she scoffed
"Not really, you got up to go to the bathroom and never came back" said MIke
"What? No, we were hanging out and then Avery your girlfriend dropped in and you said you weren't allowed to hang out with me cause she asked you to remember?" reminded Alexa
"Avery? She's not my girlfriend" he said
"Are you calling me a liar?" she asked
"Don't answer" whispered Mandy
"In this instance yes! I think I would remember asking Avery to be my girlfriend, and I wouldn't stop hanging out with you just because she asked" said Mike
"Awww" said Cassidy and Mandy
"So what does that mean?" asked Alexa, "you like me or something?"
"Well I...ummm..." mumbled MIke
"Do you?" asked Mandy looking excited
"Mandy" said Isabella
"What? I hate suspense" said Mandy
"Kinda" mumbled Mike
"Wow...seriously?" asked Alexa
"Yes?" asked a nervous Mike
Alexa raised and eyebrow then chuckled
"Well that's too bad, you're wasting your time" she said
"What do you mean?" he asked her
"I mean I don't feel the same way, I could never date someone like you, you're a huge loser dude, and honestly I can do ALOT better" laughed Alexa
"Alexa!" shouted Mandy
"What? You prefer I lie to him?" asked Alexa
"Wow...well then...I'm out of here" said Mike running out
"What is wrong with you?" asked Cassidy, "he was so sweet and you stomped on his feelings"
"Oh cry me a river, did you want me to lead him on and pretend to have feelings for him I don't have?" asked Alexa
"No but I'm sure there are better ways to let him down" said Lia
"And I'm sure yesterday he told me to his face Avery was his girlfriend and then told me to buzz off" said Alexa
"Poor MIchael though, he seemed to be telling the truth Alexa" said Mandy
"Sure he was" said Alexa, "now are we done here?"
Mandy angrily let her go then ran out of the room to catch up with Mike
"Hey Mike, are you ok?" she asked him
"You mean after expressing my feelings to Alexa and having her stomp all over them? Oh yeah I'm fine" he said sarcastically
"I know, I'm sorry for how she treated you, that was really out of character of Alexa" said Mandy
"Oh really now?" asked Mike
"Yes because she told me she really liked you" said Mandy before quickly covering her mouth
"What?" asked Mike as he stopped, "she did? When?"
"Oh she's gonna kill me, but fine, remember when you and your friends threw us that party?" she asked
Mike nodded
"Well after you left with Avery and the others were taking us home and she told me she was jealous of Avery and you spending so much time with her and that she really liked you" explained Mandy
"What? But if she told you that why did she say I'm not worth her time? And why did she say Avery was my girlfriend? I haven't seen Avery since that party" responded Mike feeling very confused
"I don't know what's going on either and we're trying to figure it out, but if you really care about Alexa as you say, then any help from you would be much appreciated" said Mandy patting his shoulder
"Well, her problem seems to go away whenever I grabbed her hand" pointed out Mike
"What?" asked Mandy
"Yeah the problem with her powers and he hands turning to ice?" he asked, "there was two occasions where her hands froze, I grabbed them and the ice melted off immediately"
"What type of cliché movie junk is this?" asked Mandy
"I didn't get it either but it made me happy that I could help her" said Michael
"Aww- wait no time, gotta tell my friends these news, this could help Alexa's whole situation, but do not give up on her if you like her" Mandy shouted as she ran back to her room
As she walked in she ran over straight to Lia on the couch
"So Mike just told me something interesting" she said
"What was it?" asked Lia
"He told me he saw Alexa's hand freezing problem twice and that both times as soon as he touched her hands the ice melted" said Mandy
"Is that good?" asked Lia
"Well I think so, when she froze my wrist the ice was almost unbreakable but he holds her hand and it immediately breaks away?" asked Mandy
"You make an excellent point, should we ask Ms. Feragonda?" suggested Lia
"I think so" nodded Mandy
Both girls nodded and walked out of the room as the view changed to Narakus tower as the wizard, Megan and Camilla watched them
"Aww how sweet they still want to help their friend" said Camilla, "how gross"
"Tell me about it" said a voice behind them
They all turned around to see Alexa giving them a smug look
"Augh this voice sucks" said Alexa
Well…before she waved her hand and turned into Denise
"I hate being this chick, whatever you're doing dad hurry it up because I got tied up twice and I was about to kill them" said Denise
"I don't know Denise, you looked very happy talking with your friends" teased Megan
"Don't make me kill you" said Denise
"I am very proud of you Denise, your acting as Alexa is amazing" said Naraku
"Not all of it, you didn't know that poem the fire fairy mentioned" said Camilla
"That is correct, how about we ask our special guest for help on that?" asked Naraku
Naraku then walked over to a corner of the room where a cage with green glowing bars and inside Alexa was sitting on the corner with her knees drawn up and her arms wrapped around them
"Alright Alexa, tell us what that poem is!" Naraku demanded
Alexa slowly looked up him
"What poem?" she asked
"The stupid poem you and Lia apparently share" said Camilla
"In the end I never fear" said Denise, "or something dumb like that"
Alexa laughed then looked at them
"Yeah right, as if I'd help you" she said
Naraku then raised his arm and the bars around Alexa shone brighter and she began screaming in pain as her body began to be blasted with lightning bolts
"You will tell us what we want!" he ordered
Alexa could only as her body was shocked
"Never!" she shouted through the pain
"You better answer daddy, he won't hesitate to kill you" warned Camilla
"Go ahead, he kills me he loses all info on my friends" said Alexa with gritted teeth
Hearing this Naraku stopped electrocuting her and Alexa fell on the floor breathing heavy
"You're right…we're going about this all wrong" said Naraku
"What do you mean father?" asked Denise
"She's not going to tell us anything just because we torture her, she needs a little incentive" he said with an evil grin
Alexa looked at him trying to look like she wasn't scared or worried
"Listen Alexa…you're something, you put me in a spin, but you aren't comprehending the position that you're in" he told her, "so I'll make this easy on you, either you tell me what I want or I start hunting fairies"
As he spoke he made five orbs of magic appear, one red, one purple, one green, one orange, and one grey
"Wouldn't want to be the reasons your friends get hurt would you?" asked Megan smugly
Alexa couldn't hide her fear now no matter how hard she tried
"I don't remember" she said in a low voice
"Don't lie to me!" he warned
"I'm not! I wouldn't risk their safety for a poem…I've felt horrible about forgetting that poem because I know how much it means to us" said Alexa
Naraku eyed her curiously
"Well you better start remembering, or it's open season on fairies" he said slamming his fist on the bars
"What do you even want with me? I'm nothing special" said Alexa
"Hehehehe oh my dear, you are so naïve" he laughed, "you are more important than you think"
"What are you talking about?" said Alexa standing up, "What do you know about me?"
"I know everything of who you are Alexa" he said
"Then tell me what you want with me!" said Alexa, "Why are you acting like I'm not just a useless orphan"
"All in good time my dear" said Naraku
Naraku began to walk away and Alexa got more and more angry
"Get back here! Tell me who I am!" she began shouting
Alexa began blasting her magic at the bars but as nothing worked she got more angry and when she finally stopped to catch her breath her arms looked like she was wearing ice gloves and now her blue streaks had turned white and as she looked up her eyes turned white as well
"Grrraaaaahhhhh!" she shouted as she banged on the bars
Around the corner Naraku and his daughters listened to her screams
"Perfect, all according to plan" he said, "Denise the necklace"
Denise handed him Alexa's necklace that she got from Lia and as he held it up he saw as the gem was now half blue and half white
"Great job daughters, Denise get back to the friends before they get suspicious" he said
"Augh really dad? I just got here" she whined
"Yes! If they even suspect you once this whole thing falls apart" he said
"Augh I hate this, and this stupid thing is so itchy" she said as she pulled out Alexa's beanie from her pocket and turned back into Alexa and put it on then flew out of the tower
The scene then changed back to Alfea with Lia and Mandy in Ms. Feragondas office
"So as we said Ms. Feragonda, that's all Mike said" said Mandy
"Well that's good to hear girls, but we still have to know what it means" said the headmistress
"Wait so this information doesn't help at all?" asked Lia
"In a way yes, but that's a help in solving it, to truly solve Alexa's problem we first have to find out what caused it, it could be feelings, she cast a spell wrongly, or…" Ms. F said before stopping
"…or what Ms. Fergonda?" asked Mandy
"Or the worst has happened and she was cursed" said Ms. F sadly
"Cursed? But that's impossible, she's always with us" said Lia
"Well if you believe she wasn't cursed then that's good since that would mean it's feelings or a spell gone wrong" the headmistress told them
"Wait Lia…we battled those three witches twice and one of those times they knocked us out remember? What if they cursed her then?" asked Mandy
Lia's eyes widened with realization because she knew this was a huge possibility but she immediately got a determined look in her eyes and looked at Mandy
"Then we have three witches to find don't we?" she said walking out of the headmistresses office
"Thank you for everything Ms. Feragonda" said Mandy before following her firend
Lia and Mandy walked through the halls and Mandy sped up trying to keep up with Lia
"How are we supposed to find three witches when we don't even know their names?" asked Mandy
"I don't know, but we're going to need all the help we can get" said Lia
"Well you have me and the girls" said Mandy
"We'll need more than that" said Lia
"Well who?" Mandy asked
Lia stopped them smirked at her
"You still got Tyson's number?" asked Lia
"Yea…why?" Mandy asked
"Call him up" said Lia
"Sure thing" said Mandy pulling out her phone
Mandy finished her call just as she and Lia got to the room and they both plopped down in the couch
"Ok so hopefully Tyson can help us find the she-devils" said Mandy
After an hour and a snack later they heard a knock on the door and Mandy bolted to the door to open it and when she did she smiled at Jason
"What are you doing here?" she asked
"Whoa relax little lady, I just came here to help my buddy Tyson" he said walking in
Tyson came after him
"Sorry about him, he heard us on the phone and he followed me here even though I told him not to constantly!" he shouted
"You also tell me to do my homework, didn't listen then, not listening now" said Jason as he sat in the kitchen
"I'm so sorry" said Tyson again
"It's ok, did you bring your laptop?" asked Lia
"Of course" he said as he help up his backpack
"Hey so uh…which ones Cassidy's room?" asked Jason
"The room next to never gonna happen" said Lia
Tyson and Mandy let out a chuckle as he set up his laptop
"I just want to talk to her" said Jason
"She's at the greenhouse" said Isabella walking out of her room
"Aw man…any idea when she'll be back?" he asked
"She's been gone a while, so I think any minute, what are we doing?" Isabella asked as she sat next to Tyson
"Headmistress says Alexa's problem could be from a curse so we think the three witches we fought so Tyson is going to help us find them" explained Mandy
"You good with tech?" asked Isabella
"Not to brag but…yeah I'm pretty good" said Tyson smiling at her
Isabella gave a small laugh and smiled back at him
"So how are you going to use this to find them?" she asked
"Well since we have that video of your first fight against the witches, I can scan their faces from it and see if the world wide web knows anything about who they are" explained Tyson as he loaded up the video
"Wait but wouldn't that take some hacking and things like that?" asked Isabella
"Well lucky for you, I am a professional hacker" said Tyson
"Wow, color me impressed" said Isabella raising her hand
She and Tyson shared a high five and began to talk more about tech stuff and Mandy just scowled at them while Lia just watched what Tyson was doing, then the door opened and in walked Cassidy
"Hey guys I'm back" she said as she walked over to the group in the living room
"Oh hey Cassidy" said Jason walking over to her
"Oh…hi how are you?" she asked lightly blushing
"I'm good, just here helping out my bud Tyson" said Jason
"No you're not" said Tyson
Jason narrowed his eyes at him the returned his focus to Cassidy
"So what were you doing in the greenhouse?" he asked her
"I was helping my herbs teacher grow some flowers she needs for ingredients, she says my powers are getting stronger everyday" she said
"Wow that's awesome" said Jason
Delilah then walked out and Cassidy ran over to her
"Oh Delilah I did what you said" Cassidy told her
"About what?" Delilah asked
"I asked out Brody" said Cassidy smiling
"You did?!" I'm so happy for you" said Delilah as she hugged her friend
"Whoa who's Brody?" asked Lia standing up
"He's this really nice guy from my herbs class" said Cassidy
"There's a boy in a fairy class?" asked Jason
"Hehe no, he takes it because he wants to study it and Red Fountain doesn't have the courses he needs" explained Cassidy
"And you're just going on a date with this guy?" he asked
"Well at first I was shy to talk to him, and after he approached me I really liked him and then Delilah told me to just go for it and ask him out and today he gave me these beautiful lilies and I just asked him and he said yes" said Cassidy
"Doesn't really answer my question" Jason said
"Oh then yes, I am going out with him" said Cassidy with a smile
"Oaw Cassidy I'm very happy for you, sorry if I haven't been around to talk to you about stuff, I promise I'll make it up to you later" said Lia
"No problem Lia, but you could let me borrow your red dress" said Cassidy
"Go ahead" said Lia
Cassidy gave her a hug and ran into Lia's room
"So am I the only one that has a problem with this?" asked Jason
"Yup" said Tyson
"Pretty much" added Isabella both not looking up from the laptop
Mandy crossed her arms and legs as she pouted looking at them
"Lia you don't even know this guy and you're going to let her go out with him?" Jason asked her following her into the kitchen
"Let her? I'm not her mother Jason" said Lia
'But..but…you don't even know this Brody, what if he hurts her?" he asked
"Well if he does she'll have five friends ready to make him pay" said Alexa behind them
"Hey Alexa" said Mandy
"Hey girl" said Alexa
Mandy walked over to her and hugged her
"So we have some news about your issue" said Mandy
"Oh do you?" asked Alexa
"Yes, we talked to Ms. Feragonda and she says there's a chance you were cursed by the three witches that attacked us" Mandy explained
"Hehehe uh…Mandy I think I would know if I was cursed" said Alexa
"Actually you wouldn't, that's the funny thing about magic, you don't always feel when it's used against you" said Lia
"Oh yeah and do you have proof that they did it?" asked Alexa
"Well if you were cursed all signs point to them since we've only fought them" said Lia
"Look, I appreciate what you're trying to do but I think you're wasting your time" said Alexa walking past everyone
"Wait Alexa, just in case could I borrow something you were wearing during the fight where the witches knocked us out?" asked Tyson
"For what?" asked Mandy
"Duh, because if she was wearing it when she was cursed he can trace the magic" said Isabella
"Well look at you, now I'm impressed" said Tyson
"I try" laughed Isabella nudging him
Tyson laughed and nudged her back
"Yeah…aren't you so wonderful" said Mandy through gritted teeth
"So do you Alexa?" asked Tyson
"Uh…sure whatever take this stupid thing" said Alexa taking off her beanie and tossing it at him
Lia's jaw immediately dropped as she witnessed this, sadly everyone was too preoccupied with their own issues to notice
"Did that really just happen?" Lia thought to herself as she watched Tyson scan the beanie
Cassidy then walked out of Lia's room wearing a knee length red dress with the top tying around her neck and she wore black heels
"So how do I look?" she asked giving a twirl
Jason did a double take and then stared at her in awe
"Wow" he said
"Can we get a bucket for mr. drools-a-lot?" asked Alexa with a laugh
"You look amazing girl" said Delilah
"She looks beautiful" whispered Jason
"Well wish me luck, Brody's here" said Cassidy
"GOOD LUCK!" shouted all her friends
Cassidy left the dorm and Jason face palmed
"Told you that you waited too long" said Tyson
"Shut it" snapped Jason
"Don't blame me, you're the coward" said Tyson
"Oh am I? Well should I tell you know who about you know what?" asked a smug Jason
Tyson immediately sat up looked at Isabella then glared at Jason
"Hey you promised to keep your mouth shut" said Tyson angrily
"Oh now it's it not funny huh?" laughed Jason
Mandy was looking mighty upset before she stormed into her room
"Fine I'll relax" said Tyson taking a seat
Lia followed Mandy into her room
"Is it weird that I haven't stepped in here since we got here?" she asked
"Not your room" said Mandy pacing in her room
"You seem upset are you ok?" asked Lia
"Me? Why would I be upset? Because all my best friends have guys after them and they throw them away? And the one I like won't even so much as look at me?" she said irritated
"Hey when did I throw away Robin?" asked Lia
"Ok so you didn't, but Alexa, Cassidy, Isabella!?" shouted Mandy throwing her pillows around
Lia dodged an oncoming pillow
"What's next? Someone proposes to Delilah and she leaves the guy at the altar?" said Mandy
Mandy took a few deep breaths then plopped down on her bed
"I'm guessing this has to do with a boy?" Lia guessed
"What was your first clue?" said Mandy muffled by her pillow
"Hey come on, tell me what's wrong?" said Mandy sitting on her bed and patting her back
"Isabella…she's what's wrong" said Mandy
"What? Why, what did she do?" asked Lia
"She's a man stealer" said Mandy punching her pillow
"Whose man did she steal?" Lia asked surprised
"Oh just forget it" said Mandy
"Mandy come on, do you really think Isabella would do that?" Lia asked her
"Well she sure is flirting with Tyson out there" said Mandy before covering her mouth
"Wait…you like Tyson?" asked Lia looking excited
"NO! I mean…I think? Kinda?" said Mandy
"Are you asking or telling?" asked Lia with a coy smile
"I don't know, he's super sweet, he makes me laugh and smile" said Mandy
"Wow, he's the first crush you have where your reasoning to liking him is 'he's totes cute', you're maturing" laughed Lia
"Oh shut it" laughed Mandy
They playfully punched other
"So why don't you tell him?" asked Lia
"What does it matter? He likes Isabella" said Mandy
"Did he tell you that?" Lia asked
"No, but when Jason threatened to tell you know who about you know what he looked at Isabella like her knowing would be horrible, what does that tell you?" asked Mandy
"Oh…yeah that does say crush" said Lia
Mandy nodded and sat up in her bed, Lia sat next to her and hugged her
"I'm sorry girl" said Lia
"It's ok, I'll be alone forever but I'll always have my girls" said Mandy hugging Lia back
"That you will" assured Lia
"Ok, let's get back out there" said Lia
"Give me a minute, I'm afraid if I walk out there they'll be kissing" said Mandy
"Hahaha fine" said Lia walking out of the room
Back in the living room Tyson and Isabella were still on the couch
"Any luck?" asked Lia
"Sadly no, it may take longer to get a reading than I thought" said Tyson
"I'll be back, I have to get something from my room" said Isabella
After she was gone Tyson looked at Lia
"Hey I have to go, but do you think Alexa would mind if I took the beanie? I need it to get the reading" he told her
"Uh…well frankly I'm surprised she handed it over, it's her favorite accessory" said Lia
"I swear to give it back once I'm done" said Tyson
"…Fine but if she kills me it's on you" said Lia
"Noted" laughed Tyson gathering his things
"Where's Jason?" asked Lia
"He stepped outside" he said
"Oh ok" she said
"I'll call you if there's any news ok?" he assured
"Thank you for your help Tyson" said Lia
"Not a problem" she said walking out the door
"See ya" she waved
As the door closed behind him Lia looked around the room and let out a sigh then sat on the couch
"I just wanted a fun time at Alfea, going to the college of fairies with my friends and in the first semester my best friend turns into a complete different person and I feel completely useless" she said to herself
She rubbed her face then laid back on the couch and the her phone beeped and she pulled it out to find a text from Robin
R- Hey, you ok?
L- I want to say yes, but things aren't perfect right now
R- They never are, it's how we handle them that matters
L- Well I guess I'm doing a pretty bad job at handling things
R- Are you kidding? I've never seen anyone handle things as good as you
L- Oh yeah, having no clue what's happening at all is a great way to handle things huh?
R- Hey, just know you're not alone, you got your friends and…
L- And?
R- And me
L- Thank you Robin
R- Always there for you, remember that
L- I will
R- Can I see you tomorrow?
L- Sure, for what?
R- No reason
L- Ok, just text me when you want to meet up
R- Got it thank you
L- Hehe see you tomorrow
R- See you tomorrow
Lia smiled as she shut off her phone and laid out comfortably on the couch
The scene changed back to Narakus tower with Alexa pacing in her cell until Naraku approached her
"Get away from me" said Alexa
"See you still think you're in charger, just relax, I came here with a proposition" he told her
"I'm not going to negotiate with you" said Alexa
"Oh I think you'll find my offer very fair for the both of us" he said
Alexa simply glared at the evil wizard the turned around
"So here it is, if you help me by teaching Denise all about you and your friends, I will not hurt them" he said
"Yeah you used that threat already" said Alexa
"And I'll also tell you everything about your past" said Naraku
Alexa stopped in her tracks and as she pondered this she bit her thumb
"It'll be a fair trade, for every story you tell me about you, I will tell you a story about your past" he offered
Alexa thought about everything she could learn about herself if what he was saying is true
"You know this is a fair trade Alexa, and I swear no harm will come to your girls, but I can't have them come looking for you" he said
"Why?! I already told you I'm not special and I can't help you with whatever evil plans you may have!" she snapped
"Enough!" he shouted, "you may not think you're important but when you hear what I have to say you will find out that is not true!"
Alexa looked at him in disbelief then she got a curious look in her face then she turned around to face him
"Fine…" she said looking down, "where do we start?"
Naraku gave her a sinister smirk and laughed
