Rhydian's POV
*Rhydian. Rhydian* I am gently being shaken. But I'm so comfortable and warm. I haven't slept properly in a whole week. I feel someone curled around me, at my side. That someone being the person who I dream of every night and think of during the whole day. And last night was no different. Yes I had dreamt of her again. I didn't want to wake up and leave my dream. I didn't want to wake up and have to face the harsh reality. That I would once again have to leave her tomorrow. I groaned and pulled my girl closer to me. I felt Maddy's wet lips place a soft gentle kiss on my neck as she hid her face from the light. But the annoying person would not go away. The voice became more familiar.
Harry:"bro you have to get up. Come on. We have so much to do. Or have you changed your mind?"
I remembered then that it was Maddy birthday today and we had a surprise party to organise.
Me:"5 more minutes." I pleaded "please."
Harry:"bro that's what you've been saying for the past half hour. Get up now or I'm going to throw a bucket of cold water over your head! Maddy you wake up to. Shannon and Ava have a surprise for you. Both of you now!" With that Harry left us to get up. But we were so comfortable we fell right back to sleep. About five minutes later I felt cold water hit my skin and drench my clothes. I felt Maddy get wet next to me. We both jumped up screaming in surprise my eyes flashing golden yellow.
Me:"WHAT THE..."
Harry:"don't flash your eyes at me. I told you to get up and now you have. I'm giving you 10 minutes to change and be at breakfast or I will come and drag you out." He glares at us before walking out and closing the door behind him.
I hear him tell the others that we are finally awake and they laugh as he tells them my reaction. I look at Maddy who looks back at me before she bursts into a fit of giggles.
Me:"what's so funny?"
Mads:" granny was definitely right about us all being equals. I mean Harry just shut you up bad. And now I have two brothers to go to when your annoying me who will take my side."
Me:"oh really. My dear sweet Maddy, are you forgetting I have two sisters who will take my side?"
Mads:"Shan wouldn't do that to me and neither would Ava."
me:"and tom and Harry wouldn't do that to me so I guess your point is moot."
Mads:"moot?"
Me:"yes moot. Now let's change before Harry comes to drag us out. I don't want anyone seeing you without your clothes?"
Mads:"why not?" She asks me teasingly.
Me:"because you are mine and only mine. Nobody gets to see what is mine." I give Maddy a quick peck on the lips before pulling out some spare clothes from the wardrobe. I chuck Maddy some jeans and one of my old jumpers and pull on a jumper and some jeans myself. Our hair is still wet but we don't have time to dry it now. Hand in hand we walk to breakfast to join the others.
As soon as we walk in our huge family are finding it hard to hold in their giggles. I scowl at them.
Ava:"don't scowl at us. It's your own fault. You shouldn't have crept out last night should ya?"
Me and Maddy blushed bright red. I swear they were all asleep. How did they know?
Cerri:"right pack it in you lot. Hurry up and finish your breakfasts." Maddy and me sit down and mum brings our plates to the table. "Here you go birthday girl." Says mum passing Maddy her plate. It's filled with cooked crispy bacon and some toast.
Mads:"thank you." Mum smiles at her.
Dan and Emma walk in.
Dan:"these two finally up then? Happy birthday Maddy."
Emma:"happy birthday pet."
Mads:"thanks mam. Thanks dad."
Emma, Dan and mum sit down with us. After that their is silence. All that can be heard is scrapings of plates and loud munching as everyone finishes of. we all take our plates to the sink. Shan walks with me and whispers so only I can hear.
Shan:"I gave the stuff you got to your mum, Bryn and Emma and Dan. Is that ok?" I nod at her discreetly and smile. Ava is about to wash up when Emma calls us all to gather around the table.
Emma:"presents first mads." Maddy smiles. Everyone hands over their wrapped gifts to Maddy who has a huge smile on her face as she places them on the table in front of her. She hugs everyone before standing by my side again ready to open her gifts. Maddy opens her mum and dads gift first. She gasps as she holds up the blue just below the knee length dress. She fingers the intricate diamanté belt and picks up and examines the shoes. She smile and puts them down. She goes to hug her parents once more.
Mads:"how...?" She asks. Before they can answer I speak up.
Me:"I snuck them out during the week. They bought them and we took them back home to get them wrapped. Maddy looks a little shocked but comes back to open the rest of her gifts. She opens mums gift next. Again she is stunned as she takes out the black blazer that is filled with beadwork around the edges.
Mads:"Cerri it's beautiful thank you so much." Mum just smiles at her.
She picks up Bryn's gift. As she tears through the wrapper i see her eyes glint with unshed tears. I put my arm around her waist. She holds the silver frame in her hands and touches the picture within it. I have drawn all of our pack. Our proper pack. Me, Maddy, tom, Shan, Harry, Ava, Bryn, mum, Emma, Dan and even Ellie. It's a coloured picture. Took me all of wednesday night to draw. But for this reaction from Maddy for me it was worth it.
Mads:"Bryn... Thank you so much." She pulls Bryn into a hug.
Bryn:"it was Rhydian who did the drawing."
Me:"yh but it was your idea."
Mads:"thank you both of you."
She picked up Shans gift. Shan had bought a beautiful hardback scrapbook that had ribbons on either side to keep the book closed. It had a night scene cover. On the front cover was written me and my sister. On the back it read happy 16th birthday sis. Lots of love from Shan. Inside was picture after picture of the two sisters together. With letters they had written and some of the plastic jewellery they had made together. Then came toms gift. He got Maddy a white gold necklace and bracelet set that had sister written on it. The I was encrusted with a small diamond it. Harry was next. It was a small square box. Inside sat a pair of cubic zirconia diamond stud earrings.
Harry:"I know you don't really like dangly earrings so I thought studs would be ok."
Mads:"Harry thank you so much you didn't have to."
Harry:"yes I did. Your my sister to now, you know. I have a right." Maddy smiled as Harry enveloped her into a brotherly hug.
Last but not least came Ava's gift. There were two packages left. Maddy went for the smaller one first. Again it was a small square box. It contained a sister ring that matched toms necklace and bracelet set. Then Maddy opened the larger gift. It was another book. The front of it covered in pictures of all of us. She opened the book to find it blank. Everyone except tom looked at Ava confused. I suspect tom helped with the gift.
Ava:" it's a memory book. It will be of our pack. There are no pictures yet because well our pack was only properly made today. So we will take pictures of today and stick them in." Everyone smiled at that.
Mads:"thank you... Sis." Ava smiled and came and hugged Maddy.
Ellie:"erhemmm." We all turned to look at Ellie. "I believe I still have my gift to give."
Mads:"grandma, your here on my birthday. I don't need anything else."
Ellie:"don't be silly pet. I'm your grandma. It's my job to give you gifts and not only on your birthday." She handed Maddy a thick envelope. Maddy looked at the envelope and then back at Ellie. Then she looked to her mum and dad who just shrugged their shoulders. They were as confused as Maddy.
Ellie:"open it then."
Maddy opened the envelope with shaky fingers. She took out the wad of folded papers and opened then up. She placed the papers on the table so we could all see. The top line read "THE WILL OF ELIZABETH FRANCES JONES." Below it on the first line read.
The house and the lands of Ms Jones will be left to Madeline Smith and Rhydian Morris. They will both be given a 50:50 share.
Any savings and wealth will be divided into 3. 1/3 for Madeline Smith, 1/3 for Rhydian Morris and the last 3rd for Emma and Daniel Smith.
All jewellery will be left to Emma and Daniel Smith.
The properties of work will be left to Emma and Daniel Smith.
Anything left in the possession of Emma and Daniel Smith will be handed down to Madeline Smith after Emma and Daniel Smith pass on.
Small personal possession of Ms Jones choice will be left to Shannon Kelly, Tom Okanwe, Harry Averwood and Ava Grey.
And for Bryn Morris the horn of distress, for when a howl is not loud enough, the sword of the lost warrior, to protect the pack he will become the heir to and the ring of fortune, which will help him when he least expects it.
Me and Maddy only read the first two lines before our heads shot up and looked at Ellie. In fact everyone was looking at Ellie.
Me:"Ellie why me?"
Mads:"grandma, why would you leave it to me?"
Emma:"mum is their something your not telling us? Is everything ok?"
Dan:"yh Ellie. is their something wrong."
Ellie:"my goodness all these questions. Give a woman a break. there is nothing wrong with me. I've got at least 100 years of life left in me yet. I only gave it because I've written it and it isn't going to be changed. I wanted Maddy and Rhydian to have it now so that they know they will always have a second home." Ellie looks towards me. "Rhydian my boy, I think you can start calling me grandma now. Actually I think you all can."
I am gob smacked, shocked, amazed, stunned and lots of other words that I can't think of right now. She left me half of her property 1/3 of her wealth. She treated me equally to Maddy in everything. Why would she do that? I'm no one. I already think I don't deserve Maddy but this what she has given me I definitely don't deserve. I'm pulled out of my trance when Maddy pulls on my hand. She questions me with her eyes but I just shake my head and look away.
Emma:"right, Shannon, Ava and Maddy Winnie has called you to her place so you guys go now."
Maddy stands on her tip toes and pecks my lips before she is pulled away by Shannon and Ava. I look at Maddy longingly a coldness entering my body as she leaves my side again. Tom calls me.
Tom:"come on bro we have loads to do." I shake my head to rid myself of my thoughts and follow tom and Harry.
The whole morning and part of the afternoon we spend setting up. We take the tables out of the huts, put up banners and balloons between trees, Emma is doing the food with mum and grandma Ellie. Tom has bought his mini Dj kit so Adam helps him set that up while me, Harry and Bryn put up fairy light and Aaron and Alex sort out the electrics. Were done by one. We all head towards our huts to change and have quick showers before we bring Maddy out. Maddy! I feel a sharp pain shoot through my heart. I've been away for her for only a few hours and I miss her so much already. we all have quick showers and when we come back into the room their are 4 identical suits lain out on the bed. They are silvery shiny grey pants and blazer, a pale pink shirt and a slightly darker shaded pink tie. I groan and so does Bryn. Tom and Harry don't seem to mind. There are also four pairs of brand new black socks and shiny black shoes. Emma and Cerri walk in.
Cerri:"hurry up then you lot. Maddy's going to start getting suspicious."
Me:"why suits."
Emma:"Shannon's idea. And it's a good one. You'll all look very smart and handsome now chop chop pets."
They left the room and we all quickly changed. We left the room and emma and mum inspected us and straightened our ties. Dan was in a suit too and you could tell he didn't like it. His suit was black. Mum told us to go and get the girls from Winnie's hut. She handed me a royal blue scarf and told me not to forget to blindfold Maddy. We all walked together to go and get the girls. We were all excited to see how they looked. We got there and tom knocked on the door. A few minutes later Ava popped her head around the door, only opening it slightly.
Maddy's POV
Me, Shan and Ava are walking towards Winnie's hut. I think back to all the gifts I received. They were all so beautiful. I was soo happy. I would have preferred to be back home but it's true what they say 'home is where the heart is.' And my home was right here close to me. Rhydian. I subconsciously fingered the locket he gave me. I was surrounded by my family. Some old and some new and of course I had my pack friends. I was surrounded by love and I was happy. Nothing in this moment could dampen my mood.
Shan:"mads what did Rhydian get you?" Shan said breaking me out of my thoughts.
Me:"did he not tell you?" Shan shook her head. I held out my palm and showed both Shan and Ava the locket. They both came closer to get a better look. Then Ava picked it up of my palm and opened it. She gasped when she saw the pictures inside.
Ava:"these drawing are amazing. They look so life like."
Me:"hmmm. That's because the person who drew them is pretty amazing." Ava's head shot up.
Ava:"what? Rhydian drew these?" I nodded. "Wow. And that message at the end is so sweet." This caused me to smile. Shannon was grinning at me. She linked her arm through mine and I linked my other arm through Ava's. We set of again towards Winnie's once more. When we got there Winnie wished me happy birthday as she ushered us in.
Winnie:"hey girls. Happy birthday Maddy dear. I've called you here so you can get ready in private. You can use my personal shower and I have a make do dressing table that you can use. Have you bought your clothes and make up?" Shan held up two bags. "Good I'll leave you to it then."
Me:"what are we getting ready for?"
Shan:"mads it is your birthday. You should be wearing something special. Go on you go have a quick shower first whilst me and Ava set up."
I just nod my head slightly confused. I have a quick shower and grab a new towel of the rail. I wrap it around me and realise I haven't even got a clean bra or underwear. I stand close to the door and ask Shan to pass me my stuff. She hands it over and I quickly get dressed and walk into the room. The dress fits me perfectly. And even though I don't normally like dresses I love this one. The shoes go perfectly. Shan and Ava whoop as they see me and I feel myself blush.
Ava:"you look beautiful mads. Shan shall I get in next or do you wanna go first?"
Shan:"no you go first and I'll do Maddy'a hair then you can do her make up." Ava nods picks up her stuff and heads into the bathroom. When she comes out 20 minutes later Shannon has loosely curled half of my hair. Ava is wearing a beautiful black shiny dress. It's strapless and falls just above her knees. It goes perfectly with her tanned complexion. Shan tells Ava to do my make up and says she'll finish my hair once she's out. It doesn't take long to do my make up as I want it light but as I'm being very fussy it takes longer than needed. Shan comes out and she is wearing the dress she wore to the disco. She looks gorgeous. They both do. By one o'clock we are nearly done. All that is left is jewellery. My hair has been loosely curled and Shan has pinned it up so a few tendrils fall free around my face. Shannon's is curled from the bottom and straightened from the top. We pinned it to the side but it looked better open. So we left it open and put a flowery headband on her head, that went with the dress. We also curled Ava's and she preferred hers to be piled on her head. Ava put in a chunky silver necklace and bracelet on and a long middle finger ring. Shan had a simple silver pendent on. She was just about to tie my sister necklace around my neck when we heard a knock on the door.
Ava:"I'll get it."
Whilst Ava answers the door Shannon ties the necklace. I'm already wearing my locket so I pick up the bracelet and ring and stick them on. I just finish putting on the second stud when Ava comes back.
Ava:"it's the guys. Come on." She says excitedly. I put on my new blazer. Ava wraps a matching shawl around her arms and Shannon also grabs a matching blazer. We do one final mirror check and walk out. The boys look amazing in suits. Rhydian looks amazing. It takes everything I have to peel my eyes away from him.
Rhydian's POV
Ava:"one sec guys. We'll be out in a minute."
Ava went back in. 2 minutes later the door opened and the girls walked out. Ava came out first. I could see toms mouth hanging open. She was wearing a black shiny dress. She had a shawl wrapped around her arms and she was wearing flat black slip in shoes. She looked pretty. Tom offered her his arm and she slipped her arm through his. he kissed her cheek and I heard him whisper to her that she looks beautiful. I see her blush. Shan comes out next. She's wearing the same dress she wore to the disco. She has a matching blazer on top and cream coloured shoes. Harry grins at her as she walks up to him. He slips his hand into hers. Shan looks lovely but I'm still waiting for Maddy. I want to see how she looks. I'm missing her so much already. I smell her. Her scent getting stronger every second. Then she stands in the doorway. I stare transfixedly at her. My breath leaving me. My heart missing a beat. I am lost for words. She looks absolutely breathtaking. I don't even realise that she has come and stood I front of me. It's only when I here her whisper that I am broken out of my trance.
Mads:"do I look that bad?"
Me:"what no you look beautiful Maddy. Absolutely gorgeous."
She smiles and I see a shade of pink covering her flawless face. I bend down and give her a quick peck on her lips. I take the blue scarf out of my pocket and hold it up.
Mads:"Rhydian what are you doing?"
Me:"I'm going to blindfold you. We have a surprise for you."
Mads:"another surprise. You guys have done so much for me already."
Me:"mads just be quiet and turn around."
Mads:"ok mr bossy boots."
This makes me smile.
Me:"good."
I place the blindfold gently over her eyes and tie it. Not to tight so it doesn't hurt her but not too loose so that she can see.
Me:"can you see anything?"
Mads:"no. I am officially blindfolded."
Me:"perfect." With that I bend down and pick Maddy up bridal style. She let's out a little scream of surprise and I look around to see my brothers and sisters smiling at me. I walk a little ahead of them and I put Maddy down as we reach the party. Everyone is stood silently waiting to shout surprise when I take the blindfold of Maddy's eyes. I can't help but notice Maddy's lost weight as I put her down.
Mads:"Rhydian were are we?"
Me:"you'll see soon enough. Now close your eyes so I can take your blindfold of. Don't open them until I say."
Mads:"ok."
I take the blindfold of and place the scarf around Maddy's neck instead. I place my lips close to her ear and whisper "open your eyes." She opens them and every one shouts "SURPRISE!" Maddy's hands fly to her mouth as we all start singing happy birthday. Everyone lines up to wish her and hug her. Mum is last in the queue. She takes Maddy in her arms and hugs her hard. She let's go and takes Maddy's face in both her hands.
Cerri:"Happy birthday my beautiful girl. I hope you have a long and happy life together." She looks at me for a moment before looking back to Maddy. " I hope your coming life is filled with joy, happiness, health and wealth. I love you like my own and I want you to know if you ever need anything I will always be here for you. Always." Maddy is almost in tears as am I. Mum pulls us both in for a hug. "Come on let's enjoy the party." She says pulling away and wiping her own tears. I take Maddy's hand and we walk around. Tom has his playlist on shuffle on his Dj kit as we all enjoy each other's company. We spend the afternoon mucking about. Everyone's enjoying themselves. There's plenty of food to go around. Dan even bought some alcohol for the adults. The kids are playing games and keep dragging us all to play with them. But through the whole afternoon I notice i can't seem to keep my eyes of Maddy. Everything I do my eyes just wander back to her and like before I keep getting star struck. During one point Harry nudges my shoulder.
Harry:"she looks lovely doesn't she?"
I just blush and look down. I keep Maddy by my side as much as I can as parting with her is hard. It's started to get a little dark. There is half a moon in the sky and some of the stars have started peeping out. I look towards tom and I nod in his direction. He nods back and then heads to his Dj stand. He picks up the mic.
Tom:"ladies and gentleman, can I have your attention please. Can the birthday girl and her date please take to the middle of the dance floor." Maddy looks at me confused as I lead her to the middle of our make do dance floor. "Now this song has been specially selected for Maddy by Rhydian. The couple will lead the dance and then everyone can join in. It will be sung by our very own Shannon Kelly. We look to see Ava stood near tom and Harry setting up his guitar whilst Shan checks the mic.
Mads:"Rhydian I can't dance."
Me:"you'll be fine just follow my lead."
Harry strums the first notes on his guitar. Tom starts playing his keyboard and then Shannon's soulful voice booms out as I lead Maddy in to dance.

As the song comes to an end I dip Maddy low and place a soft kiss on her lips as we stand back up.
Me:"happy birthday mads. I hope all your wishes and dreams come true."
Mads:"Rhydian you are all my wishes and dream come true. I couldn't ask for anything else." I cant find the words to express how that makes me feel so I do the one thing I can that explains everything for me. I kiss her. Not quite as passionately as we are surrounded by people but a kiss all the same. Maddy breaks away a few moments later. She is bright red. She moves away from me and tells me to stay stood were I am. She walks up to the gang. She whispers something to them that I am unable to hear even with my advanced hearing. She comes back and smiles at me as she places one of my arms around her waist and hold the other hand in one of her own whilst placing her other hand on my shoulder. Tom starts with the keyboard and Harry starts strumming the guitar. A few moments later Shannon starts to sing. Maddy's head is resting on my shoulder. She sings along with Shannon into my ear. It's the first time I've heard Maddy sing. She sounds angelic.

I spin her around one last time under the moonlight as the song comes to an end. Other people have also joined the make do dance floor. Everyone claps as the song ends. I gesture to tom, Ava, Shan and Harry to also come onto the dance floor. Tom puts his playlist on to run itself, grabs Ava's hand and pulls her along with him. Shan and Harry link arms and follow. The next song comes on. It's a thousand years by Christina perry. Maddy sings along.

me:"what are you saying mads? Your only going to love me for 2 thousand years in total? I thought we were forever?" I tease her.
Mads:"Rhydian." She says playfully hitting my chest. "Not only forever Rhydian. Our love is for eternity."
Me:"yes it is." I look deep into her eyes and we become lost in each other not even realising the song end. I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn to see Harry stood there.
Harry:"mind if I have a dance with my little sister?" I smile at him.
Me:"of course not." I see Maddy smile. I let go of her and walk towards Shan as Maddy and Harry start to dance. I take hold of Shan and we do the same.
Harry's POV
I finally had Shannon in my arms again. We were slow dancing to christina perri a thousand years. Shan was singing along with the song.

Shan:"I know Harry. I just. I just. Arghhhh. I don't know?"
Me:"talk to me Shan? You just what? I want this to work between us Shan. I... I errr... I love you Shannon."
Shan:"what? Harry I... I errr don't know what to say?"
Me:"maybe that you love me to? I mean if you do?"
Shan:"yes Harry. Yes. I do love you to. It's just..."
Me:"just what Shan?" I look into her gorgeous green emerald eyes.
Shan:"I'm always scared Harry. I don't want to lose you. I fell for you hard and fast and that scares me. Harry to me your my forever. But what if I'm not enough for you? That's what scares me."
Me:"Shan I'm scared to. But I don't let it rule me. Shan your my forever too. You are enough for me and so much more than that. Shan I don't want to lose you because you think things that are not true. I love you Shannon. I want to spend my life with you."
Shan has tears in her eyes. I lean my head foreword and stop close to her lips seeking permission to kiss her. She raises her head a little and joins our lips giving me permission. I let go of her hand and place both my arms around her waist pulling her close to me. She wraps both her arms around my neck her hands gripping my hair pulling my face as close to hers as possible. Little fireworks were exploding behind my closed eyelids. Finally I think we passed the hurdle of Shannon's fear. My heart swelled with more love for her as I became lost in our kiss. We break apart as the song ends. Were both grinning at each other.
Me:"do you mind if I go dance with my little sis. She is the birthday girl after all."
Shan:"of course not Harry. Go on. Go dance with her."
I quickly peck her lips and walk towards Maddy and Rhydian asking Rhydian to let me dance with mads.
Tom's POV
i had my hands on Ava's hips and she had her's around my neck. We were swaying to Christina perri a thousand years. Ava was singing along. She had such a sweet voice like melted chocolate.
Time stands still

every hour has come to this
Ava:"tom?"
Me:"yeah?"
Ava:"tom I know we just met but I care about you a lot. Like I don't want to lose you ever. I think you my one tom. I love you tom." I was a little shocked. I didn't know what to say. I mean I really liked Ava. Really really liked her but I wasn't sure about love yet?
Me:"Ava. I like you a lot. More than a lot but it's to early for me to say I love you. But I do care for you deeply. Already. If anything happened to you I wouldn't be able to take it. But I don't want to lose you. I just need a bit of time."
Ava:"I understand tom. I can give you some time. Just please don't take too long to realise." I smile at Ava.
Me:"I won't."
Just then our eyes lock. I feel the power of her eyes pulling me in. She has deep hazel coloured eyes. The brown and green swirling around each other. The kohl enhancing the colour. My eyes flick to her lips for a moment Before looking back in to her eyes. We stop swaying and step closer to one another eyes still locked. I lean foreword making my intention clear. She leans her lips closer to mine. Our lips are millimetres apart. Our breaths mingling. Then our lips touch and I feel like I'm about to explode with emotions. Her lips are so soft. They taste of strawberries and cream. My eyes are closed trying to absorb my hay wired emotions. I have never felt like this. Do I love her? And in that moment I know I do. But I'm not ready to admit it yet. It's too early. I don't want to ruin what we have by admitting feelings to early.
We pull apart as the song comes to an end. I smile at Ava as she shyly looks down. We both see Harry go and start dancing with mads as Rhydian dances with Shannon.
Me:"I'm gonna go dance with mads after this. Is that ok?"
Ava:"of course it is tom. She's your sister. You don't have to ask me you know."
Maddy's POV
I finished dancing with Harry whilst Rhydian danced with Shan. Then tom asked me so Rhydian went and danced with Ava.
Me:"tom she's a keeper you know."
Tom:"I know mads. I'm just scared that if I tell her how I feel this early it will ruin everything. I mean I hardly know her."
Me:"tom you have your whole lives to get to know each other. At the moment you know enough to trust her and know she's a good person. You don't want to wait too long and end up losing her do you?"
Tom:"no."
Me:"well then?"
Tom:"I'll tell her soon ok?" He says ok a little sarcastically. I laugh.
Me:"ok. Good."
The song ends and tom let's go of me. I see Rhydian make his way over to me. He takes my hand, smiles and kisses my cheek. Just then dad comes.
Dan:"mind if I have this dance with my daughter son?"
Rhyds:"of course not." Rhydian let's go of my hand and dad takes it instead. I see my gran taking hold of Rhydian making him dance with her. It's a delightful sight, one I will definitely use to my advantage and tease Rhydian with. After the dance with my dad. Winnie calls us all to cut the cake.
Rhyds:"make a wish mads."
I close my eyes and make my wish. I wish that my family stay as strong as they are today. That Rhydian realises that he is not alone. He has a family who love and care about him and will always be there for him. I also wish that we can go back home as soon as possible. I open my eyes and blow out the candles in one go. everyone claps. I cut a piece of the cake and give some to me mam and dad first. Then I give some to Rhydian. I give some to Shan, Harry, Ava, tom, Bryn, Cerri and gran too. Then mum takes the knife and cuts the cake for everyone else.
As were eating the cake I realise that things have already been cleared away. All the rubbish bags are gone. All the tables have been put away and tom is putting his Dj kit away. It has been a great day. The best in fact but I'm really tired. I rest my head on Rhydian's shoulder and he kisses the top of my head. We help put away the final table them Rhydian drags me back to our room.
Rhyds:"mads quickly get changed in to your night wear."
Me:"why what are we doing?"
Rhyds:"I've got one last surprise for you." I get excited at this and quickly change totally forgetting Rhydian was in the room. He laughs at me rushing around as I try to hide myself from him. As soon as were done he takes my hand and leads me towards the woods away from everyone else. We walk for about 10 minutes and are soon deep in the woods.
Me:"Rhydian were are we going."
Rhyds:"were here."
Me:"where?" He pulls me forward a few steps and I gasp. I front of me is a clearing. In the middle there is a huge blanket lain on the ground. There is a duvet and wood stacked ready to be lit. It looks beautiful under the night sky.
Rhyds:"I thought we could spend the night alone under the stars."
Me:"Rhydian. Thank you." I say hugging him hard. We walk to the make do bed and I sit down. Rhydian lights the fire so we can stay warm. He comes and sits next to me. We take our shoes of and he takes me in his arms as we lie down looking up at the stars, me resting my head on his shoulder/ neck. He smells intoxicating. Like the earth and fresh water.
Me:"its beautiful."
Rhyds:"yes it is." I look up to see him staring right at me. This makes me blush so I hide my face in his chest.
Me:"Rhydian? Why did you choose that song before. I felt as of you were trying to tell me something."
Rhyds:"I was. I just wanted you to know that it's you I love and no one else. No one can compare to you. I guess I was trying to reassure you some more. Why did you choose the song you chose?"
Me:"to tell you that you are loved that I love you. You changed my life. So you stop thinking so little of your self."
I raise my head from Rhydian's chest and lean on my elbow. I lean towards Rhydian's lips and kiss him gently. He groans as I deepen the kiss and pulls me on top of him so I am straddling him. Half sitting half lying on top of him. I feel him harden beneath me and I feel desire explode inside me. I want him. I want him now. Were alone, relatively in privacy. I want him so much and I know he wants me. I hear him groan my name as he tries to pull away. I grab his face with both hands and kiss him harder moving backwards and forwards along his growing shaft.
Rhyds:"fuck." He moans into my mouth. "Maddy stop." He grabs my hands and pulls away. I look at him confused. "Mads I thought we were going to wait?"
Me:"I know but I want to Rhydian. And it is my birthday. This is special. Just me and you in our own little haven."
Rhyds:"mads you know how much I want to. It's killing me to not rip your clothes apart right now. I just don't want to hurt you."
Me:"you won't hurt me. Please let's be one. Give your all to me and I'll give my all to you."
Rhydian smiles as he pulls me down onto his torso again. His hands clasp the sides of my face as his lips touched mine once more and he kissed me deeply. I shivered slightly as our tongues met with the same urgency. I kissed him more passionately pressing my body close to his. He slipped his hand beneath my top and stroked my skin.
Rhydian's POV
I slipped my hand beneath her top and stroked her bare skin relishing in the silkiness of it. I felt Maddy shiver again. I was wild with want for her and I could feel her need for me. I tugged her top up a little with both hands before pulling my lips away from hers.
Me:"mads are you sure." I asked through gritted teeth. It would kill me to stop right now but I would. For Maddy I would do anything."
Mads:"Rhydian love me."
These words sent a firestorm of desire racing to my hardened shaft. I had to take a deep breath to steady my emotions, before I ripped her top of. Instead I slid the top slowly up her body making sure to touch all of her whilst doing so. We broke apart briefly as I took the top over her head and threw it to the side. I managed to put the duvet over us. I lightly caressed the soft swell of her back and trailed my fingers down to her waist. She was so unbelievably soft and small in my arms. I could hear the rapid pounding of her heart. Her hair spilled around her face covering mine as we kissed passionately. I broke away a moment to admire her. In the moonlight, under the stars she was ethereal. Her skin shimmered. Her eyes were dark and clouded with passion . Her body amazingly perfect. Maddys eyes widened slightly as she looked at my well muscled chest. Yes I did work out. Her finger lightly stroked my skin And the small tufts of my blonde chest hair. I could tell she liked what she saw. I slid my hands slowly along her back. I unclasped her bra and threw it to the side to join the rest of the clothes. I inhaled sharply as my eyes fell on her heaving breasts. I gently clasped one and Maddy moaned her head falling back. I kissed her gently my tongue entwining with hers as I tried to ease the rest of the tension from her body. Gradually I withdrew from her before easing back in. Maddy began to move with me. Her hips and body arching against mine as she met each of my thrusts. Her legs were wrapped around my waist pulling me deeper into her. Maddy's POV
my hands dug into Rhydian back as I felt my body tighten. I felt unfamiliar muscles clench inside of me. I had never known anything could feel like this. Never could have imagined that it would feel this wonderful to have Rhydian inside of me, filling me becoming one with me. My whole body was quivering and I came to a point that I didn't understand, I came close to something that was almost frightening. He thrust hard into me and pushed me over the brink. A soft cry tore from me as my body exploded with unimaginable pleasure that swept through me in fierce waves. My muscles tightened as my climax was ripped from my body. Rhydian thrust once more and spilled deep inside me as our climax's ended together. He almost collapsed on top of me but he managed to catch himself in time. Instead he wrapped his arms around me and rolled so that we were lying side by side. My body was still trembling as I wrapped my arms around him and nuzzled into his neck. He held me gently as he kissed my cheek and ran his hand over my skin.
Rhyds:"I love you Madeline Smith."
Me:"I love you to Rhydian Morris." I whispered against his neck.
he pulled me closer as we both settled down and fell asleep watching the stars each of us contemplating what happened between us.
Rhydian's POV
we lay side by side. She nuzzled against my neck. I held her gently. Never in my life had I felt anything so good. Well except when I drove. But this was so much more precious than that. At the same time it reminded me of the family I left behind. I had talked to them during the week and told them everything that had gone on. But they were in America. Even though they said they would visit I couldn't expect them to leave everything and come for me although I knew they would. But I had never expected to find someone like Maddy. She was amazing.
Me:"I love you Madeline Smith."
Mads:"I love you to Rhydian Morris." She whispered against my neck.
Until this moment I hadn't realises exactly how much I needed Maddy's love and warmth. I pulled her flush against my chest. I felt like I didn't deserve her but I knew I was never going to let her go.
