Danny and Lacey

The sun went down and Danny hadn't smelt anyone near. Now was a better time than any to make a move. If they could get to his house then they'd be safe for the night. While Judy was mad the east wind wasn't something to mess with.

If Lacey's mother came within fifty feet of her the wind would blow her away literally.

Masterson House

Jo looked at her mother with big sad eyes. Her heart hurt and she was angry she becoming her mother. No matter how much her wolf told her Danny belonged to her there was no way he would leave Lacey if he hadn't already.

Now her mother was packing a bag saying something about them leaving town. Yes her mother had explained everything to her but she was too upset to pay attention. If she had paid attention she would have heard her mother say she was to stay away from Danny.

"Jo have you finished packing we have to go."

"No mom why are we leaving again?"

"The witches are preparing for war. Last time we were stuck in the middle and lots of people died. Now that our numbers are back up we are leaving so we can stay out of it."

"What about Danny and Lacey?"

"They are not our problem. Danny is the son of our alpha and he has told us to leave. Lacey as you now know is a witch. She can handle her own."

"So we are running with our tales between our legs. We are not cowards."

"You are too young to understand. Now pack before I do it for you."

"No I will stay here with dad."

"Joanna don't try me."

Jo's eyes turned gold as she wolfed out attacking her mother. Test was stronger and faster than her pup and over powered her. Throwing the younger wolf out the window and into the back yard reverting back into her human form she walked to her daughter.

"If you want be to continue this beating that is fine. But if you want to keep some fur and teeth I advise you to get in the house and pack. We leave at dawn."

While Joanna was young she was dumb enough to continue a losing battle. Licking her wounds she headed up to her room. She'd had enough for one day.

Next Day

Lacey ran down the stairs trying to keep Danny away from her. This morning she tried to be helpful since Danny woke up stiff. So she flushed the toilet while he was in the shower. For the life of her the young witch couldn't figure out why he was so mad.

Now he was dressed and chasing her around the house with a warm in hand. Even if she used them in a few spells she never liked them. Here was her beloved wolf chasing her ready to place it on her face or worse. Her HAIR!

"Alright you two." Karen called after drinking some wine. It would be a long day and the last thing she needed was them breaking something in the house.

"Help he's going to put that thing on me."

"She made me take a cold shower."

"I'm going to burry both of you in the yard if you don't sit down and eat."

The sound of the alpha's voice froze the two in place. That was enough for the teens to quite their game. Danny had every intention of getting Lacey back later. Sadly for her she'd never see it coming.

Stepping in Hollow High everyone stopped talking and watched as the King and Queen of the school entered. For some reason their looks weren't dreamy as they use to be. It was full of resentment and disgust.

Going to her locker Lacey looked around for Jo but didn't see her anywhere. Finally Rico came running down the hall. Something was up Danny could smell fear and panic on him.

"Lacey Danny what are you two doing here?"

"Um…School. Hello it's kind of required." Lacey answered with a smile.

"No I mean after what happened to Archie I thought you two would have stayed clear of here."

"Rico my man... think you can get to the point before Lacey has our baby or what."

"Lacey's…"

"Don't mind him. Tell us what's going on."

"A few people saw you kiss Archie yesterday. Now he's dead. So everyone thinks Danny killed him because you kissed him."

"WHAT" Danny and Lacey screamed at once.

"Why the hell would I risk leaving Lacey by killing someone. Yes I didn't like Archie but come on what dumb ass would believe I killed him."

"The whole school" Rico said while looking down the hall.

"You know stupidity is contagious." Lacey chimed in just to annoy her boyfriend.

"Not helping Lace now what are we going to do?"

"I vote you two leave the school. The soccer team is out for blood."

Lacey looked at Danny in panic. This was the last thing they needed. There was too much to worry about. Witches, crazy aunt, and now cops this week just got better and better. To top everything off Danny was wolfing out because of the comments he was starting to hear. Anger management here we come.

"Don't worry Rico I can handle a few steroid popping jocks but you're right we should get out of dodge."

Judy

The coven was in a roar over the death of the captain of the soccer team. Dark magic was used and now they had the humans to deal with. Over a hundred years ago they made a pact with the humans that they wouldn't hurt humans of the community.

If one of the witches killed then the deal was off and they'd burn all the witches at the sake. Not that they'd go down easy. But it was a mess they didn't have time for. Especially if they knew who the witch was but not know how she did it.

"Gather everyone and find Tara. If we don't find and kill her then we have more to lose than my daughter. I'll talk to the Chief Masterson to see if we can acquire some more time before the other leaders come ready for blood."

Chief's office

"Vikram what brings you here?"

"In a few minutes Judy will be walking through that door so I'll just wait here. We have a lot to discuss."

Yes I finally killed someone but who will be next? R&R let see who can guess who the next corpse will be.
