"Alright Kagome, we will be back soon." Sango said to me as we embraced, Shippo gripping my leg like a life line and I giggled. He had somehow become utterly attached to me.

"Take your time. Don't train him too hard and would you mind taking him shopping since he will be spending a few days with you?" I said to her as I lifted Shippo by the back of his shirt, instantly he latched onto my arm and I sighed. "Shippo."

"I'm sorry. I've never been good with new people." He mumbled and I smiled.

"I'm new. Plus you already met Sango. I wouldn't leave you in her care if I didn't trust her."

"...You mean it?" He glanced at me and I tapped his nose, not noticing how Sango watched us and smiled.

"Yes." I said with a smile to him and Sango's phone began to ring.

"Give me a sec. When I'm done with this call we will go, okay." Me and Shippo nodded as she walked out saying 'Hello." Little did I know, the person on the phone was Sesshomaru.

"So she will be training me"

"Yes."

"How?"

"Well, she is a demon slayer and she knows a lot about Kitsune. Also, the rest of the demon slayers have their own little town not too far and residing in that town are some demons. Some of them are Kitsune. One of their names are Tomoe. He's actually really powerful. So he will also be assisting you. And in given time, I will train you as well along with Miroku. I will train you after they have trained you though." He got down and I bent to him.

"Why will you train me last?" Shippo asked me and I sighed a bit.

"Because I will teach you spiritually, I will train you as though you are a priest. However, it will be hard to do and maybe painful. Which is why, Miroku will build up your tolerance to holy powers. Plus he will mentally prepare you. Sango is to prepare physically for this." I said to him just as Sango returned, a smile on her face.

"Ready?" She asked and he nodded before running over to her and into her arms. "Alright Kagome, see you in a few days!"

"Bye Kagome!" He waved to me with a bright smile.

"Bye!" I waved back from my threshold before walking back inside and watching them drive off from my window.

"No Inuyasha. Rin wouldn't like that." I said to Inuyasha from my phone. He had left a little bit after breakfast since Inu-Papa had called him. Currently, we was discussing gifts for Rin for her upcoming birthday and he was talking about getting her a Xbox.

"Come on, she would love it." He tried to sway me but I only shook my head, not as though he can see it.

"No she wouldn't. Trust me, I know my niece. She would love a PlayStation or Nintendo, or both. Just because you are obsessed with Xbox don't mean everyone likes Xbox. Quite frankly, Xbox is whack." He gasped loudly in my ear and I laughed and he then chuckled. This is what I missed, having silly conversations with him.

"Xbox is the best thing to ever be made."

"Yeah okay." I rolled my eyes before flopping onto my bed, clad in a towel as I twisted my damp hair.

"Did you get her gifts yet?" He asked me and I sighed.

"No. Not yet. I was thinking about doing it today since I have nothing better to do."

"Keh, where's the runt?" He asked and I rolled my eyes once again.

"Shippo is with Sango. He going to be with her for a few days since he's going to be training with her and Miroku along with Tomoe for a little bit."

"Oh." He said and I heard a third person in the background and recognized it to be Inu-Papa.

"Hey Inu-Papa!" I screamed, knowing that he would most definitely hear and that it would also hurt Inuyasha's sensitive ears.

"Dammit Kagome!" Inuyasha screamed just as Inu-Papa took the phone.

"Hello dear. How have you been?" Inu-Papa asked me and I smiled.

"I've been okay."

"That's good to hear. Will I be seeing you at Rin's birthday party?"

"Yes you will." I smiled.

"Great! Well, I will talk to you soon. Inuyasha have to go now."

"Okay. Work him as hard as possible." I heard Inuyasha groan as the call ended and I sighed. Already, I felt the difference of not having anyone here. Standing up, I let my towel fall to a heap at my feet as I walked to my closet and began to pick out clothes. As I had just fished out my bra and panty, my phone started to ring. Sighing, I put my arms through the straps and left it as that as I walked to the phone. Looking at the caller ID, my heart stopped and my breathing hitched as I read "Sesshomaru". Shaking slightly, I answered the phone.

"Hello?"

"I will be there in two. Be ready." The phone then ended and I looked at my phone confusedly, then it hit me. He said two minutes. Glancing at the clock at my Phone, it just hit 2:32. So, with that in mind, I moved faster than lightning attempting to latch on my bra and pull on my panties without tripping over my own feet. Successfully getting that out of the way, I ran to my closet just as I heard the front door being opened and hearing Rin call out "Aunty-Kagome!". Paling, I swiftly pulled out a pair of black sweats and accidentally knocking down my black beanie. Pulling my pants on, I raced to the other side of the room and looked in my drawer for a shirt and ended up grabbing my black and white Adidas Sports Bra. Slipping on black socks, I made a grab for my beanie and placed it on before I heard movements and turned my head to see Sesshomaru standing my the door.

"You should really lock your doors. Especially when not dressed." My eyes widened just as Rin barged in.

"Aunty Kagome!" The girl shouted as she made a beeline for me, diving head first into my bed and then scurried into my lap, hugging me like a lifeline. "I've missed you!" I giggled and petted her head.

"I've missed you too." I kissed the crown of her head, missing how Sesshomaru observed us.

"Are you ready to go?" Rin asked with a bright smile and I became confused.

"Go?" I asked with a slight frown upon my face.

"Yes. Go. Rin, go downstairs and wait." Sesshomaru said and Rin ran downstairs with a "Hai" and the door closed softly.

"Sesshomaru, the next time you choose to pop up, can you call twenty minutes before instead of last minute? I don't mind you bringing Rin over, but you don't know if I have plans or-"

"You don't." He said while walking over to me, casually leaning on my vanity across from me and I raised a brow.

"Oh? And what makes you sure?"

"You would have been prepared long before I got here, you would have made yourself some food, plus you normally don't do anything but work. In other words, you don't have a life."

"Screw you." I said to him with my arms crossed then next thing I know, a curtain of silk hair is before my eyes and I turned to brush my nose against Sesshomaru's and he smirked.

"Don't tempt me." My heard pounded loudly in my ears and my face heated up. All at once, I became highly aware of how his lips was mere centimeters from mine and his breath slightly tickled my lips.

"S-so, where are we going?" I quickly said to him and turned my head to side to break the silence and to cut through the atmosphere that was somehow set between us. When he remained quiet, I peeked at him from the corner of my eye and saw him watching me like a hawk, a predatory gleam in his eyes before he exhaled through his nose and stood up straight.

"We are taking Rin shopping. For her birthday." He said and I saw his mouth twitch.

"Oh. Why me and not her mother?" As soon as the question left my lips, the room went cold and the atmosphere was tense, so tense one could see it. His face and posture revealed nothing but his eyes and aura told a story.

"Her 'mother' had more important things to tend to instead of spending time with her daughter." He explained, eyes locked on the wall behind me with a glare and I sighed, feeling sympathy for Rin and him before standing and hugging him. Abruptly, his whole form became tense and I quickly let go, taking a step back with "sorry" on my lips but I was pulled back against his warm body. Instantly, my arms wrapped around his torso and I nearly melded into his body. Feeling my phone vibrate from my pocket, I moved to grab it but instead, my hand brushed up against his wallet and he grunted. I looked up at him confused and saw his eyes closed. "You okay?"

"Woman...do you know what you just touched?" He asked, eyes still closed and I grew even more confused.

"Um...your wallet?" His eyes opened to reveal pink tinted eyes and he chuckled before grabbing my hand and placing it on what I brushed against.

"I assure you, this isn't my wallet." He moved my hand somewhere, "This is my wallet." He said then guided my hand back to it's original spot before he leaned into my ear, "this is all me." I squeezed it and gasped at the size as he grunted.

"Oh." Was all I could say and he quickly took captive of my lips and we was in a heated battle of tongues and I bit his lip and he pushed me onto the bed behind me. The room grew even more heated if possible and before I knew it, his lips were on my neck biting, kissing and sucking and I had to cover my mouth to keep from moaning. The room was spinning at this point as I got lost in his touch before he suddenly pulled away. Sitting up, I watched as he nearly pinned himself up against the wall across from me as he tried to reign himself.

"Do that again, and there will be much more than a mark." He said before sweeping out of the room and I sat there in a daze before his words settled in and I ran to my vanity and noticed the purple spot on the juncture between my shoulder and neck and I nearly groaned.

"Damn you Sesshomaru." I growled, knowing he could hear me and I quickly fished through one of Inuyasha's shirts before throwing on a plain black one before looking at myself with a nod before adjusting my hair and nodding, love the comfortable feeling from dressing like this. Walking down the steps, I looked at Sesshomaru's smirking face and I stood on the balls of my feet.

"Don't tempt with a good time, Sesshomaru." I whispered into his ear and grabbed "him" as I walked and picked up Rin. As we approached the door, I heard a faint growl and me and Rin both turned to see him with his eyes closed and a death grip on the wall.

"Daddy?" Rin questioned and he looked at her, "Are you okay?" I smirked as his eyes bore holes into me.

"Yes, are you okay?" He strolled toward me and my smirk didn't leave.

"Hn."

"Good. Let's go!" I walked out with Rin on my hip and Sesshomaru made sure the door was locked before following us to the car. As I let Rin inside, she dropped something on the way in so I had bent down to reach under the passengers seat and get it for her.

"Is everything okay?" Sesshomaru spoke from behind me before I felt "it" at my opening through my pants and I automatically grew wet, even more so as he pushed against me further to "strap Rin in" and he walked away as I just remained there for a few more minutes. "Kagome, you okay?" He looked back at me with a smirk and I growled before closing the door shut and climbing in next to him.

"Just peachy." I said as I sulked and we took off.
