Due to the matters that came up in the past week I was not able to finish the chapter. I will have it done ASAP and post it, im sorry and im annoyed I haven't gotten a chance with to finish it. I have tried but never got time. I will have it up at the latest February 22nd. Again i apologize but this is one of the least important things i have to do, as much as i would love to do it.
