Beauty watched as Bunny put her hands on her knees and tried to catch her breath. Princess and her team have been training ever since the Rowdyruff Boys left. For two days straight, they only stopped for food and have been fueled by Beauty's drive for perfection. For over forty-eight hours, their limits have been tested, Bunny's especially.

As the leader, Princess had to do a little more studying than usual, watching her teammates fight, knowing their attacks and abilities and devising different strategies to defeat their upcoming enemies. Princess had begun mastering her new acquired powers and had learned new skills as a superpower. Needless to say, it was exhilarating.

As the team's muscle, Beauty took the liberty to further her near perfect techniques and skills to the point where her enemies could not read her attacks at all. Over the course of two days, she had proven herself to be the strongest member of Team Princess and continued training to be the strongest human alive. All the while, she trained Princess and Bunny so that they may survive in the Games as well.

Bunny was having a tough time during her training. It was no surprise that she wasn't the strongest in the group, but it inevitable nonetheless. In a group of three, Beauty once told her, there had to be a leader—Princess; there had to one who was full of strength—Beauty; and there had to be one who was fill immense energy and that was Bunny.

When Beauty explained energy to Bunny, she described as a fuel to their special powers; such as beams, telepathic skills, and healing skills. Bunny found out that her entire being was filled with energy, thanks to Him's resurrection and it made her able to transform into her monstrous form. She could only active her powers when she transformed; all of her super powers were only accessible then, but when she reverted to her human form, she became only human. This was proven to be a valuable skill for their team.

The problem for Bunny was sustaining her superpower form for a long period of time. As mentioned before, she was created purely out of energy, so it literally takes a lot out of her when she transforms. Bunny worked hard to increase her transformed time by fighting with Beauty and/or Princess for a long period of time before she felt fatigue. So far, her limited time was three hours; two hours more than before.

It was still not enough.

Beauty rolled her eyes. "Come on. We cannot keep stopping every five minutes so you can take a break. Now stand up so we can continue."

Bunny nodded as huffed and puffed. She lifted herself up to face her opponent and teammate, Beauty. The two stood before each other in their own battle stances as they waited for one of them to attack first. Beauty was waiting for Bunny to transform again for that was the only way this fight can officially begin.

Bunny took a deep breath and felt a surge of energy flowing rapidly through her body. It started to gradually build up inside of her until it had no room left to flow and finally in one last desperate attempt, the energy exploded from within her once again causing her body to grow and expand in a size large enough to contain all of that energy.

Beauty stood before Bunny's monster form once again as the creature roared and slammed her fists onto the ground. She snarled her jagged teeth at her teammate as her eyes were clouded with violent intentions. Beauty frowned.

"Don't forget the reason we're fighting. Don't let your monster instincts make you lose sight of the real goal!"

"BUNNY SMASH!" Bunny blindly charged forward toward her opponent but Beauty easily side-stepped away from Bunny. The purple monster made an instant U-turn and raised her fist at the orange girl, but Beauty easily back-flipped above the creature and slammed her palm on the back on Bunny's neck.

The orange super girl watched as the monster slammed on the ground with a large thud and shook her head in disappointment.

"Are you even trying?" She mocked. Bunny picked herself up and staggered her way toward her opponent in another blind attack. Beauty merely stuck her leg out causing the creature to trip on her foot and crash in to the wall. Beauty glared at Princess, who was standing against the wall watching her two teammates. Princess shared her concern for Bunny but Beauty only gave a displeased frown.

She pointed at Bunny, who had quickly transformed back to her human-self. "One hour. No more, more less." Then she walked out of the room and slammed the door. Princess and her butlers hurried to Bunny's side. They discovered the purple girl under the wall's debris of bricks and rumble with no major injuries. Bunny laid on the ground sleeping.

Princess watched her friend slept peacefully for the first time in less than three days. It made her realize that over extensive use of transforming took more out of Bunny than she thought. After studying their last fight, Princess realized that Bunny would eventually lose her humanity if she stayed in her form. Her monster form will eventually take over Bunny's mind and waste more and more of her energy.

Such a price to be paid.

Princess would gladly file a complaint to Him, but she made a deal with the devil and cannot back down now. The only thing to do was to get past this problem and move on.

Princess could only sigh as her butlers helped to recover Bunny.

Fire covered the City of Citiesville as the two teams clashed in fiery explosions. Whenever each of them attacked the other, large sparks of fire would fall off their kitten bodies and blazed onto the city. Normally, the Powerpuff Girls would be more aware of their actions, but right now, they couldn't care less. Defeating the Powerpunk Girls was their absolute objective.

Blossom hissed at Berserk as the dark red kitten lunged her fangs at her pink opponent. Blossom quickly dodged and slammed her flaming tail down Berserk's back. The dark red kitten was instantly plummeted to the ground and before she could stand, Blossom landed above her and stomped her face in the dirt. However, Berserk's tail wrapped itself around Blossom's waist and threw her at the nearest building.

Buttercup and Brute were throwing flaming punches and claws at each other, but Buttercup was the one who was remaining victorious. The green kitten dodged all of her counterpart's attacks easily and gave Brute a perfect right hook followed by a series of punches she learned by watching boxing. Suddenly, Brute found an opening and gave Buttercup a slash across her left cheek, but Buttercup recovered by giving a swift kick to her abdomen.

Bubbles dodged Brat's attacks as much as she could, but Brat was faster than she anticipated. Brat would jump in front of her and threw punch after punch at the blue kitten but Bubbles countered by shooting fireballs from her mouth. They stopped Brat long enough for Bubbles to give her counterattack. She managed to give her opponent several scratch marks here and there, but Brat would swing her tail and send Bubbles to the ground.

As the battle raged on, it was clear that neither side was giving up anytime soon. Blossom called her sisters back together and the three reverted back to their Furious Flaming Feline. The orange cat exploded in fiery burst and attacked the smaller kittens in a flaming charge. The flaming Powerpunk Kittens agreed that two could play that game and combined their forces in a flaming explosion into a Fiery Feline of their own. Instead, their cat was a charcoal grey.

The two felines circled each other burning down all building that stood in their path. They hissed, growled and bore their fangs at each other in a feral act of intimidation. Suddenly, the grey cat was the first to lung and the two rolled and tumbled on top the ashes of the demolished city. The Puffs clawed at the Punks causing them to back away. The Punks tried to send their paw down on their opponent's heads, but the heroes blocked the attack and pushed the Punks on the ground. The Puffs proceeded by mercilessly clawing at their faces until the Punks found enough strength to push them off.

The push was so hard that it knocked the girls back against Citiesville Water Tower; probably the only thing in the city that never caught on fire. The tower shook violently causing some drops of water to escape and fall on the orange feline. The cat yelped as they back away from the tower with a hiss and moved closer to their opponent. The grey feline saw this and charged forward that their opponent.

The two clashed once again in a heated explosion throwing punches and claws until one of them fell. The Punks tried to push the Puffs further back into the water tower but the Powerpuffs were strong enough to stand their ground. With little options left, the grey feline charged forward with ghastly fireballs at their side and threw the fireballs at their enemy. The orange cat merely dodged all fireballs and successfully jumped over the charging grey cat, but the Punks continued their charge, not at the Puffs, but at the water tower.

With one violent shove, the water tower burst open with a flood pouring from the container. The water was able to cover half of the city and extinguished the fires that covered it, but more effectively, the water managed to drown the two flaming felines and reverted them back into their two separate teams. Blossom was the first one to emerge in the surface with Bubbles and Buttercup following in suit.

The Powerpuff Girls flew above the water so that they could find the Powerpunk Girls. Buttercup looked around the area as her sisters dried off their hair and clothing.

"That was the dumbest move they ever pulled." Buttercup grumbled under her breath.

"Well we got them on the run now girls." Blossom said as she stared at the sky. The dark clouds rumbled and roared as lightning pierced through. She could feel the winds picking up steady but not fast enough. "Just a little more…"

She turned her attention back to her sisters, and saw that their eyes were following a series of ripples in the water that moved past them. With her X-Ray vision, Buttercup was the Punk sisters swimming below the ripples. She motioned quietly at her sisters signaling their targets. With her quick thinking, Blossom flew toward the dark sky and raised her arms above her head. The lightning from above stuck down on her fueling Blossom with the electric power she needed and shot down at the water with her lightning strike.

The lake below them sparked in electricity as the water conducted the lightning in the chaotic dance that stunned everything in its path. Underneath, the Powerpunk Girls were halted by the intensity of the electric shock that pierced their skin. Their screams of anguish were muffed as the water entered their lungs. Berserk and Brat were struggling underwater but Brute remained still and clam. Suddenly, the lightning's dance grew to a halt as it gathered around one central being.

Buttercup pushed her sisters back as they witnessed Brute shooting from the lake and toward them with lightning moving around her. The green Powerpunk threw an electric punch but Buttercup threw herself in front of her sisters and took the punch head on. However, Buttercup never anticipated the lightning to enter her nervous system and stunning her motor skills. Buttercup fell to the ground with her counterpart close behind laughing maniacally.

Bubbles flew after her sister and managed to shoot down Brute with her laser beams. The out of nowhere, Bubbles was trapped by Brat's large bracelets. They hovered over and below Bubbles until they closed together around her form forcing Bubbles to become immobile. Brat appeared beside her and kicked the immobile Powerpuff into several buildings. Thinking quick, Bubbles quickly hide under the debris while trying to figure out how to free herself.

The water collected around the city instantly gathered around one central location in an aqua tornado conducted by Berserk. She threw the tornado at her counterpart but Blossom quickly inhaled and blew her signature ice breath turning the large typhoon into a spiraling pillar of ice. The pink Powerpunk roared in fury as she blindly flew toward her counterpart with her ribbon at the ready to strike. Blossom studied every strand of ribbons that she dodged and memorized their moving patterns. At the perfect moment, Blossom grabbed every ribbon with on grip and pulled Berserk toward her fist. Berserk's hollowing over her broken nose was short-lived as Blossom continued repeating the process; her punches were able to knock Berserk far back enough for Blossom to pull her in a punch her again.

Rinse, wash, repeat.

Berserk's ribbons noticed their master losing consciousness due to the loss of blood and reacted violently. The closest ribbon latched itself onto Blossom's arms and the rest followed swiftly until the pink Powerpuff was mummified in red ribbons. As Blossom struggled, Berserk took it upon herself to act out her revenge. With Blossom in her grasps, Berserk eyes glowed bright red as she began circling the air gathering the destructive winds and weather in the sky. With all of the violent weather combined with the debris and dust from the ground, it made a deadly, violent, dark pink twister. The twister raged on throughout the city destroying everything that was in its path. The dark clouds were fuel for the twister as it grew powerful with every cycle.

On the ground, Buttercup was starting to recover from her temporal paralysis as she could once again feel her legs and arms move. She picked herself up from the hard ground to search for her malicious counterpart only to see a large dark pink twister cutting its way across the city.

"The fuck?" Before Buttercup could spring into action to save her sister, she heard the sound of moving rocks behind her and turned around to see Brute pushing boulders from her body. Thanks to Bubbles, her left shoulder was burnt and smoking slightly. The damage caused her to abandon her leather jacket exposing her injured shoulder to the world. Despite the blow, Brute held a sinister grin as her eyes locked onto Buttercup. With another burst of adrenaline through their bodies, they collided once again with fists at their arsenal.

The two green were attacking each other with no means of backing down until one of them falls. Brute aimed her fist at Buttercup's jaw and Buttercup landed a strong blow to Brute's stomach. Playing dirty, Brute shot Buttercup with several laser beams forcing her to back away while dodging a fatal hit. While Buttercup was distracted, Brute charged forward and slammed Buttercup against the wall of a demolished building. Brute grabbed a stop sign and started beating Buttercup's body while laughing manically.

The green Powerpuff turned around, blocked the stop sign with her arm and gave her counterpart a powerful punch in the face.

Buttercup quickly grabbed an abandoned iron pipe and slammed it across Brute's face. Brute screamed as Buttercup repeatedly bashed her thick skull. Buttercup kicked her counterpart on the gut and knocked her into a building.

"YOU WANNA PLAY DIRTY?! WE CAN PLAY DIRTY!" Buttercup tossed the pipe aside and chased after Brute.

Bubbles maneuvered around Brats attacks while she was still tied in the iron bracelets. Bubbles was having a hard time defending herself with limited mobility and few attacks she could quickly use. She pushed Brat away with her famous Super Sonic Screaming but the blue Powerpunk eventually managed to avoid those and give Bubbles a ruthless beating. She shot her colored laser beams hoping it would stop her, but Brat was faster than she anticipated. She kicked her opponent and managed to land several blows; however, Brat grabbed her legs and threw her to the ground.

As Bubbles's head collided with the hard ground, she felt herself being lifted up again and slammed into the concrete repeatedly. She felt dizzy from blood loss that poured from her nose and opened forehead. As Brat picked her up and tossed her aside like trash, Bubbles felt some of her bones threatening to fracture. As she tried to stand up from a brutal landing, she sensed Brat charging after her again. She summoned enough energy for another Bubbles shield, but once Brat bounced off from it, the shield shattered into glass-like pieces. Before Brat could attack again, Bubbles used the shattered pieces to her advantage by kicking each one towards her opponent.

After several moments avoiding and punching her away from the shards, Brat grew dangerously impatient. Her eyes glowed blue as the bracelets around Bubbles tightened their hold around the blue Powerpuff and Brat mustered up an ear splitting Super Sonic Shriek of her own. That shriek knocked the air out of Bubbles's lungs and sent her away by a couple of meters. Bubbles crashed into a building and the stone debris fell on top of her.

Bubbles didn't move.

She stayed still under the bricks and stone.

The shriek made her feel dizzy and nauseous and her instant blood loss wasn't helping her condition as well. Her vision became unrecognizable as did her hearing. Before Bubbles could pass out, her sixth senses alarmed her of a new presence on the battlefield and it was coming close to her location. Bubbles stopped all movements and waiting in her hiding spot quietly. She heard footsteps coming closer to her. The rocks that surrounded around her started to shift as the unknown figure was digging past the rocks and toward Bubbles. The blonde prepared herself for whatever was behind that last rock that separate her face from the rest of the outside. As the last rock moved aside, she—

She froze.

And met with a pair of deep blue eyes and a masculine face.

Boomer moved the rocks and debris from her body and gave her a look of concern. "Are you okay?"

Bubbles didn't respond to the Rowdyruff. It wasn't that she didn't, it was more like she couldn't. Brat's attack made Bubbles impaired on her general motor skills. She was so dizzy that she believed her eyes were playing tricks on her and Boomer wasn't really Boomer. Maybe Boomer could be Buttercup, she couldn't tell.

But one thing was true: Boomer Jojo had snuck past Brat to help Bubbles in her predicament. Bubbles believed she was hallucinating.

Boomer pulled Bubbles from the rocks and laid her on her back on the ground. He aimed his glowing eyes at the iron clad bracelets and shot his laser beam carefully at them freeing Bubbles from the prison.

Bubbles tried to sit up but her nausea prevented her from making any more movements. Boomer saw this and gently pushed her back on the ground. "You're still a little dizzy. You should rest until you can stand again." He requested softly.

As Bubbles started to blackout, the six—seven Boomers inched closer to her face and they caressed her cheek. She was so dizzy that she couldn't tell which one was real or in fact that Boomer was real in general. She felt the need to throw up but that feeling was dismissed once her eyes met his glowing blue orbs. Bubbles fell into darkness but not before hearing his last words.

"Don't worry about Brat. It's all going to be over soon."

The pink twister intensified as in destroyed more building in its path of destruction. Lightning circled around it chaotically mutilating anything it touches. On the inside, Blossom had now freed herself of Berserk's ribbons and tried to break free from the twister. She managed to avoid any debris that was swept up in the storm; building, cars, streetlights, signs and everything else that was in the abandoned city.

During her evasion, Berserk had made herself known by ambushing Blossom at every turn. Blossom studied her counterpart's movements once again; Berserk moved with the twister. Her attacks were circular and she floated in the direction the twister moved: clockwise. Blossom knew it would be fruitless to be chasing after Berserk because she would be falling in her counterpart's trap. If Blossom was going to beat her, she would need to take control.

Instead of going after Berserk, Blossom flew away from her.

But Blossom wasn't running away.

She was fighting back.

The Powerpuff leader flew against the twister circling it counter-clockwise. Her light pink streak was painting over Berserk's dark pink. Blossom increased her speed as she narrowly dodged anything that was in her way. If she could take control of the twister by changing its direction, then Berserk would come crumbling down.

The Powerpunk couldn't understand what her counterpart was up to, but all she knew was that defeating Blossom would solve everything. Berserk tried everything she could to counter Blossom, but her opponent was gaining speed faster than she thought. Berserk couldn't catch up to her. Before she knew it, Berserk started losing control of her environment; literally! The twister started moving backwards as the lightning and the harsh winds started hitting her instead. The color of the twister started to change drastically from dark to bright pink. Berserk tried to fight against the current, but it was becoming too powerful for her own control.

"WHAT. THE. FUCK?!" She screamed against the chaos that turned against her. The material that was caught inside the twister started hitting Berserk causing blood and fracturing limbs. Before she could retaliate, Berserk was slammed against Blossom's hard fist and was instantly pushed out of her own twister. She crashed into several buildings and onto the pavement of the streets.

Blossom came to a halt causing the twister to disappear leaving only a wake of destruction she created. Blossom didn't care at the moment; she was just glad Berserk was knocked out unconscious.

She turned her head downward to see her green sister floating above her own opponent. Brute laid on a pile of rubble in a bloody unconscious state. Her clothes were at disarray with blood and bruises covering her body. Buttercup looked better than her counterpart. Sure, she had a few scratches and bruises here and there, but the fact that she was alive was all that mattered to Blossom. As she floated closer to her sister, Blossom noticed that Buttercup was breathing hard and murderously. Her hands were covered in Brute's blood and her eyes glowed with a rage of callousness.

At this, Blossom for Buttercup calm down. She slowly and gently placed a hand on her sister's shoulder, only to have it swatted away. Buttercup turned her head to Blossom; her eyes were softer but still held a ruthless edge.

"Are we no better than them?"

Blossom looked down at Brute. Surely enough, Brute looked exactly like Buttercup when she was attacked by Butch. She looked unrecognizable with swollen bruises, bloody wounds and broken limbs. A closer look would show that Brute had her right arm broken, like Buttercup once had.

Blossom gave her younger sister a stern glare. "We're nothing like them. We're stronger—well…at least we're going to be stronger. But don't you ever compare us to those boys."

Buttercup spat blood on the ground below Blossom. "Where's Bubbles?" She changed the subject.

Bubbles woke up.

The nausea she was suffering from finally went away and now she was able to move and see clearly. As she stood up and checked her surroundings, she let out a fearful gasp when she saw Brat on the ground beside her. The blue Powerpunk was lying face down on the ground surrounded by a small puddle of blood. Her clothes were torn and her body was bruised and broken. Brat was clearly unconscious and defeated.

Bubbles took a step back as she shuddered in fear.

"H-H-He….He….He…" Bubbles couldn't find the words, but the hallucination of Boomer she thought she saw was actually him! Boomer was here and she didn't know if the rest of the Rowdyruff Boys were here either, but if one was here, the rest will follow. Her sisters were in danger once again and she had to go find them!

As Bubbles started to run, her shoes collided with shattered pieces of iron that used to be Brat's bracelets. Bubbles gasped as her memory came back to her.

"He….He helped me…?"

Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard her sister's calling her.

"BUBBLES?!"

"BUBBLES WHERE ARE YOU?!"

Their yells were coming closer and closer. Her sisters weren't far from her.

"GIRLS! GIRLS! I'M OVER HERE!" Bubbles shouted back. Her sisters appeared around the corner of demolished building flew straight toward her. Blossom hugged her youngest sibling while examining her injuries.

"Oh my God. Bubbles you're head looked like it was bashed opened. It's a miracle to knew that it's not bleeding so hard."

"Um…yeah…Lucky me." Bubbles had a feeling that Boomer was a part of that too.

Buttercup examined Brat and whistled impressively. "Damn Bubbles…You must have went hardcore all over Brat!"

Bubbles nodded nervously. "Y-yeah….no big deal."

Blossom smiled. "I'm glad this is over. Now we can—"

Suddenly, a burst of light shot from the sky. The ground rumbled slightly as the light made the girls cover their eyes from the harshness. Blossom was the first to lower her arms and saw past the light at the very object of their true goal descending from the sky.

The Sentinel.

It looked exactly like the ones she saw on television; a round, silver robot that was small enough to hold in somebody's hand. The girls stared in awe as the robot approached them. It glowed in certain areas of different color and it looked more alien high-tech than they ever saw in their own extraterrestrial encounters. The Sentinel floated closer to the girls as though it was examining them closer.

"[ Classification: Confirmed. ]

[ Abnormal Humans: Confirmed. ]

[ Higher Chemical Ratings: Confirmed. ]

[ Please Address Human Birth Names: Standby. ]"

On the center of the Sentinel, a red orb glowed blinking on and off. After listening to it, Blossom concluded that it wanted to know their names and probably wanted to put it on record. Blossom nodded toward her sisters and spoke first.

"Blossom Margret Utonium."

"Bubbles Louise Utonium."

"Buttercup Mary Ann Utonium."

After stating their names to the robot, the girls heard three separated beeps before the robot spoke again.

"[ Confirmed. ]

[ Blossom Margret Utonium. ]

[ Bubbles Louise Utonium. ]

[ Buttercup Mary Ann Utonium. ]

[ Team of Three: Confirmed. Excellent. ]

[ Please Address Team Name: Standby. ]"

As the red light blinked once again, Blossom clenched her fist and decided her team's name.

"Team Powerpuff."

This is it. No going back. It's all on us now.

The robot beeped once before speaking again.

"[ Team Powerpuff: Name Accepted. ]

[ Standby. ]"

Off the top of the Sentinel, a long cylinder shaped stick stood with a glowing red tip. The Sentinel floated above the girls and a created a large burst of light. The light stung their girls' hands causing them to burn painfully. Bubbles screamed while her sisters held their tongue. The cylinder lowered back in to the Sentinel as it spoke again.

"[ Registration: Confirmed. ]"

The girls gasped as their faces turned sickly pale. Blossom looked down at her burning hand. Tattooed on the back of her right was the Mark of Acceptance; a circle inside another circle with, what looked to be, a rod attached to it. Blossom was invaded with a mixture of feelings; on one hand, she could celebrate as though she felt on top of the world and one the other hand, she felt like she could throw up and cry her lungs out. Blossom looked to her sisters. Bubbles looked like she was about to faint while Buttercup remained neutral.

"[ Thank you for registering for the Intergalactic Tournament of Powers: Earth Division. We hope that you have a victorious experience participating in our challenging, but invigorating, games. ]

[ Please know that -Team Powerpuff- are the last super humans left on Earth to be registered. ]

[ Overall total super human count: 17,898 ]"

"They recruited that many?!" Buttercup exclaimed.

"That's precisely about 5,966 teams." Blossom calculated.

"[ All humans accounted for. Beginning Earth countdown: 110 days, 45 hours, 34 minutes and 27 seconds. ]

[ Thank you for your cooperation. ]"

And in another flash of light, the Sentinel was gone. The sky had stopped its violent storm and the dark clouds disappeared showing the nighttime sky with a rising moon and glittering stars. The chaos that swept up the city was instantly quiet leaving nothing but demolished ruins and burning wreckage.

The girls never moved from their stop. The burning feeling had disappeared but the tattoo remained. For a second, Blossom felt a bit of regret as once the mark was placed on her hand. Now she felt sick and repulsed. But she knew she would have to get over that feeling as soon as possible. She and her sisters had no time to be feeling any negative emotions right now.

"Fifteen weeks."

Blossom's words brought her sisters out of their own trance. Buttercup stared at her elder sister confused. "What?"

"Fifteen weeks. We have less than fifteen weeks to grow stronger. Less than fifteen weeks before the Games begin." Blossom confirmed sternly.

"Fifteen weeks?! Is that enough time?!" Bubbles cried.

"We'll have to make it enough. We can't waste any seconds!"

"Buttercup's right." Blossom confirmed. "We're going to need everyone's help if we're going to survive these games. Not only do we have to stop the Rowdyruff Boys, but also defeat the Null. We have to make it so that they will never come back and exterminate any other precious life. Can we agree to that?"

Her sisters nodded.

"Good. Now first thing we do—"

Her words were cut short as several ribbon strings wrapped around Blossom's neck choking her. Blossom felt her air supply running low as she reached for the ribbons and attempted to rip them apart. They were too strong. Before her sisters could reach out and help her, they were shot down by a red energy beam and knocked into the concrete dirt.

Blossom stared above her and saw Berserk floating above her with her snake-like ribbons tightly clenched around her enemy's neck. Berserk glared fiercely at her counterpart. Her clothes were ruined, her body was battered and bruised and she tasted nothing but blood in her mouth. All because of Blossom. Berserk watched Blossom's face change color as she tightened her hold around her neck.

The pink Powerpunk hovered over Blossom's failing body as she laughed manically into the dark sky. Blossom tried to summon the strength to continue fighting, but all of her energy had left her bloody body during the entire fight. As the darkness started to cover her vision, Blossom reached for Berserk's face in a final attempt to fight back, but it was all in vain.

"This is the end of the line for you." Berserk raised her hand toward Blossom and she prepared for the final strike. Blossom closed her eyes shut and prepared for a painful impact. She heard the sound of an energy beam and she screamed as she believed that she was hit. But she felt nothing.

The ribbons around her neck fell limp and Blossom could breathe once more. She took a large inhale and checked for anymore ribbons around her neck. She looked up to check for Berserk, but she was met with a different pair of red eyes.

Brick's eyes.

The red Rowdyruff leader had Berserk over his should like a rag doll as he stared down Blossom with a smug smirk on his face. Neither of them had broken eye contact and Blossom was not going to be the first to back down. It took all of her willpower to stop her from attacking Brick until he was dead, but she knew she had to wait until she was stronger.

Because she knew that Brick would kill her first.

"Congratulations on entering." He spoke. "I believe that I should address that first and foremost. How do you feel?" He smirked.

"Cut the shit Brick and get out of here." Blossom spoke venomously.

He scoffed. "I believe a proper 'Thank You' is in order. After all, this is the second time I have saved you."

Blossom stood. "I don't give a damn if you save a bunch of babies from a burning building! GET. OUT."

"Oh Blossy I'm hurt." He gave a sad face. "Here I am to rescue you and you tell me to leave with an ounce of gratitude? Where's the love?"

"I don't have time to mess with you! I have to get myself and my sisters ready if I'm ever going to defeat you!"

Brick laughed. "What makes you think you'll become strong enough to stop me? To stop us? Face it sweetheart, you'll never win by beating me."

Before Blossom could retaliate, she heard her sisters raising from the hard blow Berserk had given them. Buttercup winced as she rubbed her back while Bubbles whimpered over her aching cranium. Buttercup looked up as saw her elder sister standing in front of Brick. Anger swept the green powerhouse as she charged toward her new target only to be stopped by Blossom.

"Buttercup stop!" Buttercup glared at her sister. "Not now…"

Buttercup backed away but still kept her glare at Brick, who couldn't stop smirking. The group heard a whistle nearby and saw Butch holding up an unconscious Brute with on hand. "FOUND THEM!" Beside him, Boomer floated with Brat in his arms. His gaze was locked onto Bubbles.

Bubbles saw this and gave Boomer a small nod indicating gratitude for his help. Boomer gave her a small smile and nodded back before turning his head away shyly.

"Well…" Brick spoke bringing everyone to their attention. "I guess we'll see you girls in fifteen weeks. We wish you the best." He smiled.

"Never will I say the same to you." Blossom replied.

The boys disappeared before their eyes.

The Professor was in a state of woe.

His beloved wife was hospitalized with a concussion and fractured ribs, and his daughters come back home safe and sounds only to be marked by those Sentinel bastards. The Professor didn't know who else to blame but himself. If he hadn't yelled that them and driven them away, they would still be safe and undetected. It was his fault for sending his children to oblivion and all he could do was cry.

The girls gave him their reassuring prep-talks on how they will become stronger and how they will come up with a way to save the world like they always did, but this time was different from the rest. But despite his constant despair and anguish, the Professor had no choice but to agree to help prepare his girls for the worse.

The Professor began preparations on re-building a Training Center Simulator so that it could help the girls enhance on their powers and abilities. With the blueprints already drawn, the Professor told the girls that it would take him less than a week to build with the help of the rest of the citizens due to his broken arm. In the meantime so that they won't waste any more time, the girls agreed to stay at the World Summit so that Major Glory and the rest of the World Superheroes could help them strengthen their basic skills. They would leave first thing in the morning.

Blossom sat on the roof of the hospital that overlooked the restoring City of Townsville. After a quick examination, she only received a few bandages; on her face, her hand and on her wrist, which was apparently sprained from punching Berserk too hard. The moon stood high in the sky surrounded by a few clouds, but it was still bright enough for anyone to see at night. It was bright enough for Blossom to stare at her new tattoo on her hand.

The nervousness and nausea had finally disappeared and it was replaced with a fiery determination and passion whenever she looked at her mark. She was one step closer to becoming strong enough to punch Brick's skull in, but the encounter with the Powerpunk Girls honestly meant nothing to her. The moment Blossom crossed paths once again with her parallel opposite she knew that they were stronger.

The Powerpunk Girls were nothing. They were stronger individually than together; the opposite of the Powerpuff Girls. Their teamwork was sloppy, unbalanced and full of cruel harsh insults towards each other. Berserk wasn't the brightest of leaders—hell Brute would make a better leader—but her ribbon skills have proven to be her strongest tactic. Brat was selfish and loud, but her quick movements and iron bracelets were all that she had to live for. Brute was ruthless and violent with no mercy and that alone made her more powerful than her sisters.

But the fact that Blossom and her sisters defeated the Powerpunk Girls individually told her that the Punks were weaker than the Puffs; meaning that the girls were nowhere near the level of the Rowdyruff Boys.

Blossom sunk her head in between her knees as she sighed in frustration. She wasn't going to think about the negative. Now wasn't the time to concern herself and her sisters about negative theories; now was the time for them to strike back; to show the world that they are stronger and fiercer than before. Blossom would not rest until the Rowdyruff Boys were truly purged from this Earth once and for all.

"For as long as I live, I swear, on my red bow, I will not allow those boys to terrorize me or my sisters any longer. No matter what it takes, they will not harm us. This is my vow."

A vow Blossom promised to keep.

Before long, morning had arrived and the girls were packed and ready for their first day of training. The Professor, along with the rest of the citizens of Townsville, promised to begin working on their training center while the girls were away. And with some heartfelt farewells to their father and unconscious mother, the Powerpuff Girls made a quick dash to the World Summit in Mount Everest. Once they arrived, they were greeted with a round of applauses and cheers from their fellow super heroes. Apparently their fight against the Powerpunk Girls was recorded on television worldwide by a bunch of camera crew who were shooting their fight at a safe distance.

The celebration was short-lived when Major Glory and Bekku approached them. Bekku spoke first. "How long?"

"Less than fifteen weeks. 109 days left." Blossom responded instantly. The room that was once filled with happiness and joyfulness was replaced with grim determination and depression. Blossom ignored the change of the hall and turned her attention to Major Glory. "Train us. We're nowhere near our goal, much less being able to survive in the games. Help us. Teach us the basics."

Major Glory nodded. "Once you three left, the rest of the senior heroes had decided to teach you youngsters the basic necessities of your powers so that they may grow stronger on your own. By working together, we'll all be strong enough to make sure no evil will prevail in the games."

"Meaning that you three might have to train longer hours in the day than others." Bekku commented.

"We're only prepared to stop for food and sleep." Blossom reassured. Major Glory grinned from ear to ear.

"Now that's what I like to hear!" He turned to his attention to his comrades that were piled in the hall. "We must prepare the younger generation for greatness! Begin assembling into your designated groups and—"

As Major Glory began giving out orders, Bekku pointed at one girl in the crowd and beckoned over. The girl nodded and quickly stepped passed the crowd and stood before the girls. Blossom took in her appearance. The girl had beautiful milk white skin with freckles decorated on her cheeks. She had long, wavy, shiny pink hair that reached down to her waist with a white headband with an assortment of decorated jewels. She had large pink eyes a shade lighter than Blossom's and long black eyelashes. She wore black skinny jeans, a pink blouse, black trainers and a black scarf. This girl looked like she could pass as a super model, but there was something about her that threw Blossom off.

"This is Blood. She will be assisting you in your training." Bekku introduced.

"A pleasure." Blood extended her arm to Blossom for a formal headshake. Blossom smiled and took her hand—

—HOLY MOTHER! This girl had icy cold hands!

Blossom recoiled her hand away from Blood's after touching her metallic skin. Blossom took a closer look at Blood and noticed that a particle of her skin was made of some kind of metal alloy. No wonder this girl look absolutely flawless.

"Excuse me for my rudeness, but are you by chance a cyborg?" Blossom asked politely.

Blood nodded. "Yes. I am." The girls stared at Blood in awe. They had never seen a properly functioning cyborg before. The Professor had always mentioned about engineering and experimenting on cyborgs, but never showed them to his girls for they were a government project.

"So does that mean you eat metal and little screws and stuff?" Bubbles asked naively.

"Bubbles." Blossom scolded but Blood gave a small giggled at the blue Powerpuff.

"No. I believe you're thinking about androids. Cyborgs are part organic, so I am able to perform simple human functions; like eating and sleeping, but most of my abilities have been enhanced thanks to my robot half. Does that clarify your idea?"

Bubbles nodded sheepishly. "Yeah. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding."

"It's quite alright. Now please follow me. I believe that it's best not to waste any more time."

The four girls followed Blood down the corridor and down a couple of flight of stairs to a room similar to the Training Grounds, but the room was incredibly larger in comparison and it had smaller individual round simulation domes underground that could been seen from a glass skyline from the floor. The girls were amazed because they never ventured into this part of the Summit before.

Across the room, the girls saw Maxine, Bùxiǔ and Avalon having a conversation. Maxine was leaning against the wall listening to Avalon talking excitedly while Bùxiǔ sat on the floor smiling up to her new friends.

On the other side of the room, Blossom saw three other girls talking—while one of them was talking, the other two looked like they were listening. The girl, who was actively talking, had dark brown skin and raven hair that was held in a messy ponytail. She had dark eyes that were nearly black, but only her right eye was exposed. Her left eye was covered by her bangs. She wore tight black dress with ripped stockings and black platform boots.

The smaller girl, who was shyly listening to the dark girl, had sand brown hair and reddish-brown eyes. She wore a large orange shirt with a pink cardigan, jean shorts, white shoes and a white scarf. She looked like she was listening to what the darker girl had to say but at the same time, she seemed lost.

The last girl—who clearly wasn't paying attention to the conversation at all—was an albino with long white hair and cold red eyes that made Blossom think of Brick. She wore a long gothic Lolita dress that ended to her ankles and black ankle boots. She held a dark aura around her that spilled sinister ideas, but from what Blossom could tell, it was nothing too serious.

Blood caught Blossom staring at the girls and smiled. She pointed at the girls. "Those girls over there call themselves Team Aura." She pointed at the darker girl. "That's Bara-Bara." She pointed at the smaller girl. "That's Saki." Blood finally pointed at the albino girl. "And that's Paradox."

"They all have weird names…" Buttercup commented.

"Well 'Buttercup' isn't a very common name either." Blossom smirked.

"Um…" Bubbles pondered. "Bara-Bara is Japanese meaning 'to break loose'….or something…"

"They are a newly formed team. They're one of the ones that need the most work. Mostly because of Saki. She hasn't really tapped into her true abilities just yet." Bekku commented as she led them to a dome in the far back.

"This is where we'll be spending most of time. Blood will analyze all of your basic techniques and give you pointers on areas where you need the most improvement. Before we begin, girls please keep in mind that these next fifteen weeks will be toughest on you than anyone else in this building. These weeks will push past your limits; physically and mentally. You'll experience something worse than Hell. So are you ready?"

Buttercup rolled her eyes. "Excuse you, but for the record, we've been through Hell. I'm in."

Blossom nodded her head. "I'm in this too. We didn't come this far to back down now."

Bubbles reluctantly nodded her head. "Me too."

Bekku gave the girls a sincere smile. "Alright girls. Let's begin."

Poor Bunny and her sad predicament! Do you think she'll be able overcome her monster form? Good news: Powerpunks have been defeated! Bad news: They were weaker than the Powerpuff Girls. Life is never fair for our heroines, is it? Luckily the boys were able to put a stop to it before it got out of hand. Ladies and Gentlemen, the moment you have been waiting for is here! Our girls are putting their lives on the line to defeat all evil from this Earth! But with fifteen weeks before the Games, will they become strong enough in time?

See? I promised a new chapter and here it is. Over the summer, I'll be traveling to New York to stay with my sister for the rest of the summer. I'm not sure if she has wi-fi or not. If she does, new chapter by July. If she doesn't, new chapter until August. Time to test your patience my readers.

YAAAAAY! 10 CHAPTERS! WHOO! After drawing the outline again for the tenth time, I believe this story will have less than 30 chapters. As long as I can come up with as many games as possible. In the meantime, I will be continuing "High School Stinks" to take a break and play with some fluff. Read it if you have the chance. I've tried my hand on tragic angst stories with "Solitude and Silence" that I published a while. Read it at your own risk! Heavy themes!

**Special Challenge**

The answer to Challenge Four was: Ms. Keane number two. Blossom's reason was correct but she said One instead of Two.

Challenge Five: Speaking of Ms. Keane, she has a cat. What's the kitty's name?

BunnyKoi says: I'm the cause of your headache.
