After the house had been returned to normal...well as normal as a house full of crazy people could be, Sakura and Itachi once more headed off to go grocery shopping. "If I get a phone call or a text message that says you so much as hurled an insult at one another, I will show you such pain as you have never seen before. I will make Jashin look like Barney the fucking dinosaur." Sakura threatened furiously to the silver haired man and her boyfriend. The rest of her housemates shuddered before nodding. "We'll behave. Promise." Deidara replied. "Good." Sakura snapped.

Bright green eyes smiled with their owner as the two came home to a perfectly intact house. Sakura and Itachi put all the groceries away and the pinkette went to relax in her room for a while. "It's amazing what a little fear can do to make the weekend a much safer place." Sakura sighed happily as she lounged on her bed. Sasori snorted from beside her as he brushed and experimented on her long pink tresses. Sasuke and Naruto drifted into her room and Sakura allowed it because they were moderately quiet and didn't annoy her as much as her other family members did. "Yo Sakura-chan I have a question." Naruto said. "What is it?" Sakura looked at the blond from the pillow. "I know you told me that these guys didn't give you that scar so how did you get it?" Naruto asked. Sasuke wanted to punch his boyfriend for the callousness of his question. Sasori stopped brushing her hair and Sakura sat up.

"Sasori-nii gets upset when people ask about it but I think it's ok this time. Before we moved back here to Konoha, we lived in Sound. Akatsuki isn't well loved in Sound because we have morals when it comes to criminal activities. Anyway, a friend of mine's little brother was captured by a rival gang and I went to retrieve him as a favor to her. The poor boy was dead before I even got to him and they attacked me. One of them stabbed me with the same knife that he cut my friend's brother's throat with a few minutes before I arrived. I ran as fast as I could to get back to our own territory before I bled to death or they caught up to me and finished the job." She began quietly. Sasori clenched her hairbrush until the wood creaked. "Why?" Naruto asked. "Because they knew that if they hurt me or killed me, it would devastate them. I nearly died but Tsunade saved my life with Kisame and Hidan's help. As soon as I was recovered, we moved back here to Konoha. I don't know what happened to that gang but when I asked, Itachi told me that they suddenly disappeared." Sakura finished.

"I remember you now. You were the little girl that Neji-teme kissed on the cheek for playing sand castles with him." Naruto said. "Yeah. I admit at the time I was too young to understand. I told my brother that I had been raped." Sakura laughed. Sasori blushed slightly. "Itachi still won't let me live that down." He muttered. Sakura laughed and the boys joined her. "Sounds like Aniki." Sasuke agreed. "Sakura has always loved Itachi best out of all of us. Well besides Deidara and me of course." Sasori said. "Itachi is good with kids. Nii-san doesn't have much patience so he's not so good but he loves me anyway. So it works out." Sakura said. Sasuke nodded. "Mother used to beg him to take me when I was little until he joined Akatsuki and moved away." He agreed.

Sakura frowned when she didn't hear so much as a peep from the rest of her housemates. "Sasuke-kun go check on the rest of the house please." She said. The dark haired Uchiha obeyed and Sakura waited patiently. Well as patiently as she could considering how impatient Sasori could be at times. "Um...they're all tied to the kitchen chairs with duct tape and Itachi is standing over them with this evil look on his face." Sasuke reported back.

Sakura sighed. "I wonder what they did this time." She muttered as she got up to go find out, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sasori on her heels.

The pinkette stopped in shock when she got to the kitchen. Itachi was standing over their housemates with the most psychotic look on his face wielding...a cake. "Oh gods no. Itachi's forcing them to taste test." Sasori groaned. Sakura's eyes widened in disbelief as she watched him saunter to the table, his victims' eyes wide in fear and panic. "Please don't make us Itachi! You're about as gifted in the kitchen as Sakura is in patience!" Deidara begged. Itachi smirked evilly and set the object they all feared down on the table. "Sakura's birthday is coming up soon. I want to make sure the cake is perfect for her." He replied. "Your last attempts at baking demolished the entire population of squirrels in our neighborhood back in Sound!" Kisame protested. Itachi chuckled in a decidedly demented fashion. "I detest them. They're useless rodents that only care about themselves." He replied smoothly. "Much like we care about our fucking lives you shitty psycho!" Hidan yelped. Itachi smiled malevolently and shoved the first bite of cake into Hidan's open mouth. The silver haired teen choked as Itachi forced him to chew and swallow the cake.

Sakura burst into laughter at the sight before her and Itachi whirled around looking innocent in an instant. "Ah how was your nap?" He asked as cheerfully as an Uchiha like him could. With a wide grin on her face, Sakura shrugged. "It was as relaxing as it could be. What flavor did you try this time?" She replied. "Butterscotch mango pineapple." Itachi said unrepentantly. Sakura made a face. "I detest pineapple." She pronounced. Itachi nodded and thankfully for the other victims, tossed the cake out. "I also have a cherry lemonade passion fruit cake, and an orange, banana, strawberry cake." He said. "Those sound promising." Sakura mused.

Itachi turned back to the table with another cake colored a radioactive reddish purple. Eyes widened in panic and Sakura smirked gleefully. This would hopefully teach them to behave when she tells them to behave. "If I recall correctly, Kisame likes passion fruit." She added helpfully. Kisame's eyes narrowed on her and he vowed vengeance on the pink haired menace...if he lived through this. "Very well. Kisame it is." Itachi agreed. "Wait! Deidara would know what Sakura likes best right?!" He demanded. Sakura nodded. "He would." She agreed slowly. Deidara panicked and shook his head. "No un! No way! I love you but I'm not going to prove it by dying by the cake!" He cried. "You won't die...as far as I know, Itachi's food has never been lethal...to humans." Sakura replied cheerfully. She turned on her heel to leave. "Tell me how the results go ne Itachi?" She asked. "Of course hime. I hope to have a flavor picked out very soon." He replied in a sinister voice. "Good." Sakura chirped.
