Legend of The Digidestined
Normal POV
"Hey, let's play a game with all the baby Digimon."
That was from TK when he and Patamon are in an island, known as Primary Village, being surrounded with different types of Baby Digimon. Not until they began to bounce around and squeaking that they seem to be scared of something.
"Okay, so you don't want to play a game?" TK felt confused why his new friends were so distress. A shadow cast over the group with a familiar growling sound as Patamon look up behind him and gasp in shock.
"Leomon came back!" He shouted, making TK gasped in shock, as well when he saw him. "We gotta get out of here!" And the two began to flee with Leomon after them.
The duo manage to hid themselves in a group of trees to catch their breath. "He's scary."
"Leomon always been a good Digimon," Patamon stated. "I just wish there was some way we could get rid of the black gear that's causing him to be so mean." He said.
"That's easier said than done." TK said when all of the sudden, he felt soft arms around his waist. "Ah!" But, his mouth quickly covered when Patamon look over and relief washed over him, so did his human partner.
"Akane." The older girl nod her head at the two.
"Come on, let's get out of here." Before they began to leave, Akane sense someone nearby as she look over and her eyes widen in shock. "Uh-oh."
"Hello, you've got company." Akane quickly protects TK and Patamon, but notice that Orgemon is holding a baby Digimon, a Poyomon. "You're a nice couple of little kids, aren't ya? Get your hides over here, so I can get good look at ya!" He said. "If ya don't, your little friend here is gonna squeak his last squeak." Poyomon squeaked in fear.
"You jerk, that's so low." Akane angered.
"Patamon, we gotta help him." TK worried, not until he, Patamon and Akane heard a roaring sound when they heard something slice, which it's the tree they're hiding as they manage to get away after Leomon appeared.
"I've been commanded by my master to take the Digidestined!" He growled as he uses his knife and was about to bring it down until...
"Not on my watch. Spiral Blow!" Leomon was hit and crashed into another tree when the blue canine-wolf came in and protect the kids.
"Gaogamon." Akane said, seeing her best friend jump in and fought Leomon as she held TK and Patamon close to her. "Get him, boy!" She motivated her partner when she saw him tackled the lion down and manage to let go of the knife, skidded where the kids are as Akane kick it.
Then, Leomon used his attack, Fist of Beast King on Gaogamon, sending him flying, but landed to be skidded to stop in front of her and the young duo.
"Howling Blaster!" Akane heard a familiar voice, seeing the blue flame attacked the lion when it turns out to be Garurumon and Matt on his back.
"You came in just in time!" TK called out with a smile when his older brother hopped off the white wolf, so he can join with Gaogamon.
"That was close." Matt hug his little brother while Akane protect the boys and watch the fight.
"Go for it, you two." She motivated again, hearing the two canines growling at Leomon and Orgemon.
"Now, you've done it!" Orgemon called out, not realizing the little guy is not on his hand anymore when he saw it. "Hey! Where did he go?!"
"He's staying with us." Akane felt relief when she saw her neighbor with the baby Digimon in his arms.
"Over my stinkin' pits, he will." The orge threatened Tai.
"Ooh, I'm so scared, get 'im, Greymon!" The orange dinosaur appeared, growling and protecting his human partner. The dinosaur goes ahead uses his attack on Orgemon, but the green Digimon manage to dodge and the attack aims directly at Gaogamon by accident.
"Hey!" He shouted as he dodge back, then out of nowhere, got punched on the snout by the humanoid lion. "Unh!"
"Gaogamon!" Akane didn't realize that there were black gears coming in when they were all send over to Leomon, seeing him getting bigger and more powerful. "Oh, no, Leomon!"
Garurumon protected his fellow canine Digimon as he starts to attack, the shadow lion manage to fight back with his Fist of the Beast King, sending the white wolf towards the wall of the cliff, rocks falling on him.
"Are you okay?" Matt went over to his Digimon while Akane stayed to protect TK and Patamon. She even saw the lion attacked Greymon with the same attack, then he look over at the young girl with the young duo.
"I am your humble servant," He said, growling. "And will obey you, Devimon."
"Gaogamon, we can use some assistance over here." She said as she and the duo moves back. The blue canine was about to jump in, but Orgemon manage to whack him with his club.
"Unh!"
"Stay down, doggy."
"Hey!" Akane shouted, but heard the loud growl as she moves back again. "Leomon, don't do this." He just continue growling until Patamon flew up at him.
"Boom Bubble! Pah!" The attack didn't effect the humanoid lion as he grab the little guy in his grasp. "Ah!"
"Patamon!" TK cried out, almost in tears while Akane has him behind her.
"Leomon, let him go!" Akane shouted at the lion, seeing her little Digimon friend is being squeeze from the lion's grip. Not until she and TK heard a familiar voice.
"Wanna fight? How about a prickly zam zoom!" Togemon appeared out of nowhere as she punched Leomon, making him release Patamon, sending him down to the ground, thanks to Gaogamon who manage to catch him on his back.
"Toge! Boy, are we glad to see you!" Akane laughed when she heard Izzy calling out for her and Tai when she look up and saw Kabuterimon with his partner and Mimi on his head. "Guys!"
"What's happening, Izzy?" Tai called out when the duo hop off Kabuterimon as he go join with his fellow Digimon with Matt joining the rest.
"We have a consummate solution to our problems." Izzy explained.
"That's cool, but what are you talking about?" Tai asked when Izzy and Mimi held out their devices.
"Check 'em out." Mimi said and Akane got the idea.
"They called them Digivices," Izzy said. "They have the capability to completely obliterate the black gears."
Just like the other night when my Digivice helped Leomon freed from the black gear. Akane thought as she made her way over to her injured partner. She stood in front of him and look up at Leomon.
"If you wanna get through my friends, you gotta go through me." She said, hearing the team and the Digimon gasped.
"Akane, are you crazy?!" Matt called out, but Tai got the idea as he made his way over to her.
"What are you waiting for, booger breath?" Tai taunted. "Come and get us, if you dare."
"Yeah, lion breath." Akane taunted with a grin, hearing Matt taunting about the duo's new found courage.
"I must do as I am command, come here." Leomon growled as he reach for the two neighbors.
"Now?"
"Now!" The neighbors quickly pull out their Digivices and held it up in front of Leomon with white lights shone, hearing the lion crying out in pain with the black gears leaving his body.
"You know, these things packs a punch." Matt joined in with the duo while Gaogamon stayed where he is with amazement.
"How'd they do that?" Orgemon was mad. "Rotten kids."
"Orgemon, over here!" He look over and saw Izzy with Kabuterimon getting ready to blast his attack.
"You've just begun to see our power, Electro Shocker!"
"Look, Leomon's return to normal!" Akane called out when the black gears were destroyed and Leomon almost fainted, if weren't for the blue canine helping him.
"I got you, old friend." He said as the young girl made her way over to them.

After the incident, everyone have gather underneath the shade of a tree with Leomon leaning against the trunk for him to be rested and Gaogamon is the only one who hasn't reverted back to his rookie form like the rest of his friends since he's been used as a soft pillow for Akane and TK.
"According to the ancient legend, our world will be taken over by a strange dark force that will turn good Digimon into bad ones. Our ancestors predicted that a group of children called the Digidestined will appear from another world," Leomon explained. "When they arrive, they will come posses superb powers that will save our world from destruction. I believe their prediction has come true, File island has been seized by an evil power, in danger of destruction and now, you've appeared."
"Whoa, that's amazing." Tai said. "But, tell me, how can you be sure we're the kids you're talking about?"
"Yeah, do you have some proof that we're the same ones?" Matt asked while Akane look up at Gaogamon, rubbing his snout against her cheek, which it made her a giggle a bit.
"It's been foretold that the Digidestined have the ability to make Digimon digivolve," Leomon said. "You've done that and it's all the proof I need." He grins at the sight at the young girl and her canine Digimon.
"I, for one, hope that it's true," Everyone look over at Izzy. "My theory is we will be released, once we save the island. If our purpose is served, there is no reason for us to remain."
That made Akane frown a little. She doesn't want to leave the Digital World yet since she wants to learn more about her newfound Digimon friends and most importantly, her new best friend as she look up at him as he leans down, then hug him around his snout.
"But, how can we make it happen?" They heard Matt when they look up at him. "We're not even sure who's causing it. What if it's a force that's too big for us to handle?"
"Devimon." Everyone look over at Akane as she stood up. "Devimon is the one who's causing all the trouble since what happened the other night."
"Akane's right," Leomon said. "In order to save the island, you're going to have to defeat him."
"Let's go for it." Tai said as he stood up, hearing his friends protest the idea. "Come on, everyone, if we don't defeat him, then it'll never be over." Izzy stood up.
"Fine with me," The redhead said. "Besides, it's impossible for us to lose with our Digivices."
"First thing on my list when I get home," Mimi stood up and stood by Akane. "Is to do some killer shopping." She giggles, making the tomboy girl roll her eyes.
"For that to happen, we have to get you back home." Palmon said.
"If we all work together, we're sure to win." Tentomon said as he landed on Gaogamon's head.
"For once, I agree with Tentomon." The canine said, making the two chuckling.
"I'm ready whenever you guys are," Agumon said with a grin.
"How about it, Matt?" Gabumon asked the blond, who look a bit concern. "Are we up for a challenge, my friend?" Then, Matt stood up.
"It's gonna be tough," He said. "When you get down to it, we have no other choice."
"Me, too, right, Patamon?" Akane smiles down at TK and Patamon, seeing them that they're getting ready to go. Not until Gaogamon pat his snout on her back.
"Eep, hey." She look over at him and pet him. "You guys know me," She look over at the team with a smirk. "I never back down from a fight."
"All right, then, troops," Leomon said. "Let's get to it."

APOV
Leomon have found a boat for us and started head over to the island. He rowed over to Infinity Mountain.
"Devimon is very powerful," I look up at the lion. "He bought nothing, but trouble in File Island, we must be careful." I couldn't help, but someone must be watching us with every moves we've make.
Once we've made it to the dock, Leomon let us off with his help, then he began to lead us where Devimon would be hiding out. Getting ready for us, perhaps when I saw a cliff that look like a mountain of Greece with houses and everything. Not only that, it look scary when the sky is dark, hearing everyone cried in fear.
"Can't turn back now." Tai said, over the rumbling since I'm by his side.
"Come on, let's keep moving." I grab his hand, then pull him along with everyone else behind us, not until the ground began to quake, because the mountain began to clasps when Devimon appears.
"What in the world is that?" Mimi asked.
"It's Devimon." I answered her question.
"I didn't expect him to be a big guy." I heard Palmon.
"Bad guys always seem to think bigger is better." Izzy said.
"Afraid not," Leomon said since he's in front of us. "The power that Devimon possess is menace, so be careful." Devimon all of sudden, spread his wings and began to fly down towards at us, but he manage to land in the forest and gets ready.
"Uh, Agumon, you better digivolve." I hear the hint of fear in Tai's voice, same goes for Agumon while I look down at Gaomon.
"Gao, you up for it?" He nodded, not until a gust of wind came out of nowhere. "Whoa!"
"Ahhh!" I heard the team as I look up and saw Devimon release some kind of an attack at us, but I manage to get away and I heard the team cried in pain.
"Guys!" I saw them were stuck onto the wall while Leomon went ahead and fought Devimon, but the stupid demon also used the same attack he did on my friends.
"You are fools," I hear him say, watching him head over to them. "Don't expect me to play silly game with you, I'm too far wise for that." I quickly run over and stood in front of my friends.
"Leave them alone!" I shouted. "We only came back to stop you, Devimon, so this world can be safe once in for all!" Even though I wasn't hit, but I can tell I'm getting scared, just by looking at this guy. He just chuckles.
"My, you are feisty little girl, aren't you? The girl who has faith in her heart, I can sense it," He said. "Which it makes me sick." I gulped, waiting what would happen next when all of the sudden...
"Harpoon Torpedo!" I heard Ikakkumon when Devimon was hit, seeing him look stunned while the gang was released.
"That's a bull's eye, Ikakkumon!" I heard Joe when I look up and saw him on the mountain. Even Birdramon came in and attacked the demon Digimon with her Meteor Wing attack, hearing him cried in pain.
"Nice one, Birdramon!" I laughed, then I saw my canine appeared besides me. "Ready, boy?"
"I'm ready when you are." Then, he began to digivolve. "Gaomon, digivolve to...Gaogamon!"
"Go for it, Gao!" I motivated him.
"Agumon, digivolve to...Greymon!"
"Yeah, go, Greymon!" Tai called out.
"Gabumon, digivolve to...Garurumon!"
"Let's turn this guy into pudding." Matt said, making me laugh.
"Tentomon, digivolve to...Kabuterimon!"
"My biology teacher would love this." Izzy said.
"Palmon, digivolve to...Togemon!"
"I do like the way our colors match." Mimi said while the Digimon work together. Greymon started off with his Nova Blast with Garurumon following up with his Howling Blaster as he pounced the demon Digimon, piercing his fangs onto his arm.
"I think he got him." Tai said.
"Uh, hold that thought." I told him when we saw Devimon threw Garurumon towards Greymon and the two crashed into each other after I gasped.
"Oh, no!" I heard Matt.
"Your attacks are pitiful," Devimon growled. "I'm afraid you'll have to try harder than that."
"Like this? Spiral Blow!"
"Electro Shocker!"
"So, you want a Needle Spray, do ya?" All three Digimon combine their attacks and aim towards Devimon, but he manage to hit Togemon off the mountain, sending Kabuteriomon flying off to the sky and Gaogamon manage to jump away, protecting me and Tai. Hearing Izzy and Mimi calling for their friends.
"Gaogamon, again!" I motivated him again and he did with Leomon appearing in the cyclone and attack Devimon directly with his knife.
"You're mine!" He roared, but something came out of Devimon's back and it was..."You!"
"You've got no chance against the likes of us, kitty cat." It was Orgemon when the dark beam of energy came out of nowhere and attacked Leomon into the forest.
With the rest of us, Devimon has Birdramon is his claws, hearing crying in pain while Gaogamon goes ahead and help her.
"You're not worth my time."
"Birdramon!" I heard Sora as soon Gaogamon was about to tackle the demon down, but Devimon threw our fiery bird friend towards him and the two were sent flying towards Greymon and Garurumon.
"Gaogamon, guys!" I cried out. Then, I saw Devimon grabbed Ikakkumon. "Leave him alone!"
"Ikakkumon!" Joe cried when we saw the furry seal sent flying towards Kabuterimon and the two crashed into the wall of the mountain, making me flinch at the sight.
"Oh, boy! There's nobody left!" I hear someone when I completely forgot about little TK and Patamon. "What do we do, Patamon?" I watched Devimon swerved around and saw them. Oh, no.
"Now, to get rid of you," I hear him as I ran over. "Then, I'll have nothing to fear. They saw the smallest will destroy me and I'm not gonna let that happen."
"Then, back off if I were you." I said when I block his hand away from my small friends, glaring up at him.
"You." He growled. "You and your pathetic dog should be destroy, as well."
"Double Dash Claw!" Gaogamon came in and slash his attack on Devimon's back, hearing cried while Matt and Garurumon came in and the two canines continue fighting.
"TK, run!" Matt cried.
"Go and hide, you two, hurry!" I pushed them off while I look back at the fight, seeing all the Digimon have all of Devimon's body parts, holding him down. "Keep at it, you guys!"
"You seem to forget," I heard him say. "I am Devimon, supreme master of the island and I have power over all Digimon, no one can defeat me." All of the sudden, a blast came out of nowhere and sending everyone, including me flying backwards by full force.
"Whoa, that guy know how to take it out of ya." I hear Greymon, seeing my visions are foggy, but getting a little focus.
"I can't move, even my needles are numb." Togemon said.
"Akane, are you all right?" My vision came clear when I saw Gaogamon came in and held me up with his snout.
"I'm fine." I told him, feeling the sting on my right arm.
"Matt!" We heard TK when we look over and saw him and Patamon are safe, but Devimon is going after them.
"You will be mine." I heard him say as I quickly ran, but the pain was so much, I could barely move.
"Patamon." I heard Gaogamon when I look up and saw that Patamon was fighting, but Devimon caught him in his grasps.
"Patamon!" I called out.
"Hang on, pal!" Matt called out. All of the sudden, my Digivice began to glow, the same time TK's is glowing. And so is Patamon.
"Is that..." I trailed off.
"Patamon's digivolving," Gaogamon said.
"Patamon, digivolve to...Angemon!" I gasped in awe.
"Holy poly, he became an Angel Digimon." I said, seeing him glowed with goodness in the darkness.
"Now, that's super cool," I heard Sora.
"Not bad," Matt said. "The little guy really had it in him."
"Nice hair, good color," Mimi spoke up.
"I wanna take him home with me." TK said, seeing him so happy that his best friend finally be able to digivolve.
"What's this, another foolish attempt?" We all heard Devimon, seeing him getting ready.
"The forces of good are more powerful," Angemon said. "Even you can't stop us, I'll destroy you and bring peace to the island." Angemon raised his staff and he too, gets ready.
Then, all the lights from our Digivices began to glow, sending little pillars towards Angemon, so did the light from our Digimon when they went back to their rookie forms.
"That light is so bright," Devimon growled. "What are you doing to me? Stop it!" He snapped. "I'm not allowed you to take my powers away, you'll have to fight me!"
"I'm afraid I have no other choice." Angemon said.
"Angemon!" TK cried out as I held him back.
"Do your best, Angemon, you can do it!" I tell him, seeing him grin down at me and I sense the goodness and faith in my heart that warmed up.
"Your powers have gotten far out of control and must be extinguished," The angel said. "I am ready for peace." Angemon held out his staff in a fighting stance.
Then, Orgemon appeared out of nowhere from Devimon's body, but the light manage to stop the orge as he driven back. The staff shrunk to become an orange glow in Angemon's fist.
"Be careful!" TK called out.
"Relax, I'll get him." The angel tell his partner in a soothing, calming voice while he look back and say, "Akane, take care of TK."
"Come here, pretty boy!" Devimon send out his claws towards his opposite while Angemon send out his attack when all of the sudden, a really bright light appeared, causing all of us to cover our eyes and not seeing what's happening.
Soon the light faded away, we all look up and saw that Angemon and Devimon are fading away with particles of their data disappearing.
"You have used up all your power," Devimon stated. "That wasn't very smart, Angemon, now you are no use to no one, you can't get away from the dark forces. Evil is everywhere, so don't savor you victory." The demon said. "There are other Digimon who are just powerful as I am, some of them are even stronger, I wonder what you'll do when you run into them? You haven't won at all, what a waste of time."
"Angemon!" TK ran up to his faded Digimon when he look down at the young boy and smiles down at him.
"TK, I'll come back, if you want me to." Then, his data is gone as white pure feathers appear from the sky.
"Angemon!" I ran over to him and kneeled as he bombards me into his arms. I gave him my famous sisterly bear hug, hearing him crying while everyone else came in.
"Don't cry, kiddo," I look up at him and saw his teary face with his big blue eyes. I wipe them away. "Like he said, he'll come back, he won't be gone for a long time."
"You got that right, Akane," The two of us look up at Gaomon and saw the grin on his face. "Look above you." We did when we saw an egg falling, all with orange stripes going around it.
"What do you know," I hear Tentomon. "It's a Digi-Egg."
"Do you think it's Angemon?" TK asked, hinting hope in his voice.
"I know it is," Gabumon said with a grin. "He's just resting for a while to regain his strength."
"But, don't worry," Palmon came in. "You'll see him again when he digivolves."
"Digimon never dies," Gao said as I stood up. "We always come back after a good long rest, just like Patamon is doing." TK went ahead and pick his Digi-Egg and held it close to him.
"I'll make sure to take real good care of him," He said. "You saved my life, Angemon." I smiled at that. Not until my heart warmed up, all of the sudden, making me held my hands there.
Whoa, what's going on? I thought when I notice the island is coming back together, fixing itself after the incident.
"Exactly, Devimon's been defeated." Izzy said. "When he was eliminated, the islands return to its original state."
"That means we won't be going home anytime soon," I said. "Like Devimon said, there are others like him out there."
"Well, according to Leomon's legend," Tai stated. "We gotta do it, remember, he said we're the Digidestined." I nod my head at that.
"Something's happening." We all look over where Joe is standing and we saw couple of rocks are moving to reveal this metal rod from underneath it. Then, a rainbow light shot up and a man appeared.
"Huh, I've heard of you kids," Everyone was in shock since I sense goodness from him. "And I say, I'm very pleased." Tai went up to him and asked.
"Excuse me, sir, tell me, who are you and what do you want?"
