AN:/ im so sorry for the long wait ive been suffering from writers block and been busy too but im back and i hope you enjoy this chapter3
Alec woke up an hour later. He sat up slowly hoping not to disturb the still sleeping Jace. Alec got out of bed and stared down and Jace sadly, cursing himself for never noticing the scars and the pain Jace was going through. Alec sighed and left the room quietly and walked into the kitchen to find Isabelle snacking on an apple.
"Hey big brother." Isabelle said smiling.
"Hey Izzy"
"So I got home about forty five minutes ago. Did you know you left your car on with the keys in the ignition?" She questioned tossing his keys to him. Alec mentally face palmed. In his rush to get to Jace he completely forgot about turning the car off.
"Gah I'm an idiot. Thanks."
"No problem. You must have been in a hurry to forget something like that?" Izzy subtly asked. Alec nodded, whilst contemplating whether or not to tell her about Jace.
"I had to pee really badly." Alec said with a smile. Izzy laughed
"Right, ok." Alec leaned against the counter and looked out the window.
"What do you want to do for dinner?" He asked.
"Let's just order a pizza. We don't really have any groceries, I'll go to the store tomorrow. I don't have work."
"Sweet, thanks." Alec said, before his mind drifted to Jace. His Jace. Still sleeping in his bed with scars and cute covering his arms. How did I never notice? He cursed himself. Izzy was watching him seeing the battle going on through his eyes.
"What's on your mind, big brother?" Izzy asked, shocking Alec out of his thought.
"Oh nothing…" He said. Izzy nodded before looking down.
"I know." She said suddenly.
"What?" Alec asked hoping she didn't know what he thought she was referring to when she said she knows. Izzy looked up meeting Alec's eyes.
"I know about you and Jace." Alec stared at her, eyes wide, mouth hanging open.
"Uhm I-I can explain.. uhm I"
"You don't need to Alec. You love him. He loves you. It's obvious and adorable." Izzy said gently.
"Wait ... you don't have a problem with it?"
"Of course not. I saw you the other day before I came into the kitchen. I'm glad you finally figured it out." Alec blushed and played with his hands.
"I love him, yeah I really do."
"I'm happy for you big brother, but know that you're both my brothers and this goes for both of you but if you hurt him I will kill you and vice versa." She said with a sweet smile causing Alec to laugh and nod in acknowledgment.
"Good. Now go back in that room of yours and cuddle your boyfriend who is probably missing you." She said taking her apple and walking down the hall to her room. Alec blushed, realizing she had seen them, probably trying to return the car keys. Alec shook his head and walked back into his room, finding Jace still asleep. He smiled to himself and snuck back into bed wrapping his arm around Jace's waist and pulling Jace into him protectively. Alec kissed the top of Jace's head, before drifting back to sleep.
