Haven't updated in so long but I have a lot of things to keep up with, school work, guitar lessons, acting and modeling!! I'll try to keep writing though. Hope you like this chapter.

Chapter 10

Kagome starred at the wall beside her bed blankly knowing that she would have to get up and go to school and face Inuyasha. After what had happened last night Kagome was sure that she would rather die than face him. She felt so dirty and violated. Just thinking about it made her want to puke. She could hear her father snoring through the walls. Her alarm went off, and Kagome willed herself to get up and turn it off. The last thing she wanted to do was wake up her father. She slowly eased herself out of bed and winced as a sharp pain produced itself between her legs. Kagome slowly hobbled over to the alarm clock and turned it off.

Kagome walked over to her bathroom and opened the door. She walked into the drafty room and turned on the lights, then walked over and turned the shower on letting a hot shower of water come out of the shower head. Since she already didn't have clothes on she just stepped into the shower. The too hot water scalded her skin but Kagome didn't care. All's she wanted to do at the moment was burn the memories of last night away. Burn away the touches that seemed to linger on her skin. She grabbed a bar of soap and a coarse cleaning brush that most people would use for their feet because it was too rough for their skin.

She put soap on the prickly brush and started scrubbing her red skin with it. Kagome pressed it against her skin as hard as possible and scrubbed almost every inch of her skin. She winced as soap ran down her skin and down to the crevice between her legs. She self consciously put her hand between her legs for a moment, wincing as her skin came in contact with it. She pulled her hand away and looked at it afraid of what she might see.

On her hand was the unmistakable crimson tint of blood. She bit her lip wanting to scream as a torrent of memories of last night came rushing back to her, the ones she had been trying not to think about all night while she starred at the same spot on the wall.

Flash back

She had just finished her make put session with Inuyasha in front of her house and she ran inside. Once the door was safely slammed behind her a large hand grabbed her hair and pulled it causing her to yelp and stand on her tip toes so she wasn't levitating. "Well, Kagome you're home late" a menacing voice said, "Are you having sex with him?" Kagome wanted to cry her father must've seen her and Inuyasha. She didn't answer and tried not to make a sound. Her dad shook her roughly, "Well?! Answer me!" he yelled in her face. Kagome whimpered, it didn't hurt very much but her father scared her. She couldn't even lie knowing that he'd be able to tell some how and her punishment would be worse. There was a silence for a second but it was quickly broken.

"I see," her father said calmer than Kagome thought possible, "I guess you are as much of a whore as you mother. And whores should be treated like whores!" He threw her down on the floor and watched as she struggled to right herself and stand up again. She knew what was expected of her. Kagome was terrified of what was going to happen to her, she was afraid he would finally break the boundary that he had always failed to cross before. Her father grabbed her hair again and started walked dragging her behind him. He pulled her up the stair and into her bedroom. Kagome heart was pounding, she knew what was happening and she had no way of stopping it. No one would hear her screams, her pleas, no one would come to stop the huge violation that was about to happen.

Even if she did scream knowing no one would hear her but trying to make herself feel better, her father would hurt her more. Kagome stumbled and fell as the hold in her hair was released. She looked up at her father towering over her and shuddered. "Get on the bed", her father said coldly. Kagome wanted to cry but slowly got up and stumbled over to the bed. She knew she ought to fight what was happening but if she did she would just prolong the inevitable and make it a lot worse. Better to succumb to his wishes. She squeezed her eyes shut trying not to watch as her father advanced on her.

She heard him fumbling with his pants zipper and cringed wishing she could be safe in the arms on Inuyasha. There were footsteps advancing on her bed. She felt hands ripping her shirt. Kagome opened her eyes and bit her lip trying not to cry out in disgust. She couldn't help not to say something, maybe it would make him think this through and realize it was wrong. It was incest. "So you're just going to rape your own daughter, you own flesh and blood", Kagome bit out trying not to scream instead. Her father laughed, "You aren't my daughter, your mother was just a whore, who threw her body at any man that came her way. When you were younger we did a test and I'm not your father. You're lucky I even kept you after I killed your mother for being unfaithful".

Kagome cringed, she wasn't sure whether to laugh or scream. She had just found out that her father wasn't really her father, and he killed her mother. She had always hoped that this monstrous man wasn't really her father but she never realized that might be true. She squeezed her eyes shut again when she felt hands unzipping her pants and pulling them off of her. She was now just left in her underwear and bra. She heard the rustling of cloth and realized it was him taking his pants off completely. She was ready to puke; she braced herself for the brutal rape that was to come.

She refused to open her eyes she would rather not see what was happening. Her under wear was ripped off and Kagome felt as he put himself inside of her. She tried not to scream, but a small scream of disgust ripped its way out of her throat. She tried to pretend it was Inuyasha instead but it Inuyasha seemed rough and disgusting. Kagome gave up on that. She could smell alcohol on his breath and it was suffocating her. He pounded into her roughly, causing her to cry out.

And that was only the beginning on her night.

End flash back

Kagome stopped at that scene refusing to remember anymore. She wished she was back in bed staring at the same spot on the wall that she had been staring at the whole night. It made it easy to forget, just to focus on one this and only think about that. She rubbed every inch of her body and stepped out of the shower. She passed by her mirror without looking at it, afraid to look at the extent of damage on her body. She walked into her bedroom and grabbed a towel that was hanging on her closet door. She wrapped in around her body, and looked through her closet for clothes. After her shower she felt less dirty and she could walk better.

She found some baggy clothing that she could hide in and put them on. She didn't even bother to dry her hair she decided she didn't care anymore and she was just going to let it air dry. Kagome quickly scuffled out of the house trying not to make any noise. She went outside and into her car. She was dreading seeing Inuyasha, she wondered if he'd be able to tell what had happened. She felt as if she had betrayed him.

Kagome slowly drove to school, trying to take her time. Time went by all to fast and before she knew it she was in the school parking lot on the verge of starting to hyperventilate. She slowly got out of the car and walked towards where Inuyasha had said they'd met in the morning. She saw his standing there, he looked nervous, but when he saw her he broke out into a grin and ran over to her. He scooped her up into a kiss. Kagome felt horrible, how could she kiss him as if nothing had happen last night?

Inuyasha pulled away, "I could barley sleep last night without you in my bed". He looked at the dark circles under her eyes, "I can see you didn't sleep much either". Kagome conjured up a fake smile with a lot of trouble but ended up convincing Inuyasha with it. She didn't miss the curious looks that the demons in the school were giving the couple. Inuyasha stepped back and looked at Kagome and realized she didn't look so good. "Are you okay?" Inuyasha asked then looked at her stomach knowing what would be growing in there soon. He didn't want her getting sick, thus his pup getting sick also. Kagome nodded trying not to say anything, knowing if she did he'd be able to smell the lie on her.

Kagome bit her lip and felt her eye glaze over, and for the first time in years Kagome felt tears slip down her cheeks. Inuyasha looked at her startled, and pulled her into a hug. "What's wrong Kagome?" Inuyasha asked concerned as he felt the girl start to star sobbing uncontrollably into his chest. Kagome tried to calm herself down and finally she succeeded. Once she was just left with sniffles and hiccups she tried to think of an acceptable answer. "I just really missed you…" Kagome said knowing it wasn't exactly a lie but that was the reason she was crying. Inuyasha didn't believe that either but didn't press her for answers.

Kagome looked around and saw that people were staring at them. When they say her look at them they walked away quickly. Kagome slowly regained her composure and stepped back from Inuyasha just in time to hear the bell ring. "We better go", Kagome said and started walking. Inuyasha nodded and followed her wondering what was wrong.
