I apologise for the delay in update. My muse has been stuck in the Homestuck and Undertale fandoms for a long time now and I have a project going on for each of them.
I am also going to do a remake of Sky Arcobaleno's Game soon. I am going to make a lot of changes in that story.

Byakuran laughed at the chaos that Tsuna was causing without even trying. His consciousness had Traveled to this universe years ago, nearly ten to be honest. It integrated with the body and mind of this universe's Byakuran and somehow remained intact. So he was now an adult in a child body. It was a new experience for him. He was just supposed to fade away, but he didn't for some reason.
He had quickly grown bored, though. That's when he had remembered that Tsuna's flames had been sealed at a young age. Byakuran knew that had a very large adverse effect on Tsuna's development and childhood. He owed Tsuna more than the future Decimo would ever know, so he devised a plan.
Tsuna, in the previous world, had flourished under Reborn's tutelage, that much was obvious. So in theory, Tsuna would be so much better if he was raised by Reborn. Byakuran then took it a step further. How much better could Tsuna get if he was raised by all of the Arcobaleno?
Byakuran Tracked down Kawahira and got the Earthborn to listen to him. He spun a tragic tale of eight broken people and spun the story so that Kawahira would think that Tsuna would help. Tsuna would help them all eventually, but in this world, he would be one of the main causes of them breaking in the first place.
Byakuran couldn't wait until Tsuna was 14. Then the real fun would begin.
Well.
