Hello! Um guess what? I'm in college now! Not like the dumb program where I did High School and College at the same time, but real proper University! So it's been a really long time... I am sorry. I also would like it to be known that I started this when I was much younger, with far and few in between updates. This means that its hard for me to write this, when lets be honest, my story is an OC, Mary Sue, piece of mediocre work... However I am irritated with the lack of an end, so I will try and finish.
Voice inside my head: You are a downer...
Beagle Bug: And you were a dumb attempt at humor...
Voice inside my head: Ouch man. Ouch.
Beagle Bug: ...
Voice inside my head: Are you still going to respond to reviews or are you too good for that? (Rude)
Beagle Bug: *Sighs* Yes, I appreciate people giving me feedback

RippahGoneWolf: Thank you, me too!
jvdm-thecupcakeishere: Okay, I remember I was in Political Science class when my phone kept buzzing and I was like 'what the hell' and it was like 9 emails from fanfic alerting me of your reviews. I appreciate your honest feedback. Its refreshing. I have considered going back through the story and editing it, but that probably not happen until the story is done. I hope you are still here to review this chapter.
alex: Hilarious.
Guest: Haha yeah...

FIN
So yeah, now I am gonna let you go read. This chapter has been half done since 2013... Whoops. I hope whoever is still here will like it! Thanks and happy reading!
Rosalina froze and backed up against one of the boulders. The man in black sheathed his sword and walked towards her.
"Are you gonna kill me too?" Rosalina asked, trying to be brave and hide her panic.
"He's not dead, merely unconscious," the man said as he stood over her.
"Oh," she said, trying to calm down.
She kept her eyes trained on the man and ran through the facts in her head. He could have killed Inigo, but chose not to. He could have dispatched her easily but instead sheathed his weapon. He also agreed to take her with him should he win. And he did win. So that meant…
The man took a hesitant step towards her like one would approach a wounded animal.
"Look, not to rush you but I am anxious to find our princess. I you wish to stay with your Inigo, that's fine, I will not push you," he said.
Rosalina thought hard. While she was nervous about Inigo and uneasy around the mystery man, Buttercup was her family now. She had to see her again, make sure she was safe. She owed her that much.
"I'll go with you, to find Buttercup!" Rosalina said with determination.
The man nodded and knelt down, his back to the Spanish girl.
"It would be faster if I carried you," he said.
Rosalina nodded and climbed onto his back. The man hooked his arms under her legs while she wrapped her arms lightly around his neck.
He stood and without a second thought, the two of them were off. As he ran, Rosalina observed the blonde tufts of hair sticking out of his black bandana.
His steady pace didn't jostle her very much, so she laid her head on his shoulder. He stiffened but relaxed.
"I'm not too heavy, am I?" Rosalina asked.
The man chuckled, she could feel the vibration.
"No my dear child, I actually find you light as a feather."
"Oh," she mused.
She thought about the preceding events. Inigo would be fine, he was a master swordsman. The man she was with was moving quickly and seemed just as determined as she was to see Buttercup safe, but for what reason?
"Sir?" She asked, raising her head from his shoulder.
"What is it?" he inquired, turning his head slightly.
"Why do you want to find Buttercup? You're not going to hurt her, are you?" Rosalina asked meekly.
"You needn't worry child," he said stiffly.
Rosalina decided to drop it. At the worst he would probably hold her for ransom, a fee she was sure Prince Humperdink would pay. As much as the prince made her uncomfortable, she knew he was prideful and wouldn't let anyone take what was "his".
Rosalina felt her eyelids grow heavy. She relaxed into the man's shoulder once more and allowed the movement to lull her to sleep.
LINE BREAK
"Girl, wake up," a voice said.
Rosalina blinked awake, the man jostling her.
"Wha…?" she groggily groaned.
"I've got a bad feeling, I don't like the cover these rocks provide, I need you to get down," he said punctually.
Rosalina complied and slid off the man when he kneeled to the ground. He stood again quickly and told her to stay behind him. The man drew his sword and crept forward, one arm back and holding Rosalina. His caution made the little girl nervous.
Suddenly, a rock the size of a human head crashed into the wall beside them. Rosalina let out a little scream as the man pushed her further behind him and pointed his sword in the direction of the boulder.
Fezzik the Giant lumbered out of his hiding spot, another large rock in his hand.
"I did that on purpose, I don't have to miss," he said to the man.
"I believe you. So what happens now?" The man cautiously returned.
"We face each other as God intended... sportsmanlike. No tricks, no weapons, skill against skill alone," the giant offered.
"You mean, you'll put down your rock and I'll put down my sword and we'll try and kill each other like civilized people?"
Rosalina rolled her eyes; this man never seemed to stop.
"I could kill you now."
At that moment Rosalina poked her head from out behind the man. Fezzik spotted her, looking cheerful, and waved.
"Hello girl! Is Inigo alive?" He asked her.
She smiled back and nodded to him.
"Good," Fezzik rumbled. "When I am done with him, we can go retrieve him."
The man cleared his throat, "Hello, still here. And frankly, I think the odds are slightly in your favor at hand fighting."
The Man in Black set down his sword and Fezzik grinned, boasting slightly.
"It's not my fault being the biggest and the strongest. I don't even exercise!" He said, tossing the rock.
Rosalina took that as her cue to scramble out of the way. This was all very confusing. She didn't know who she wanted to win. All she wanted to do was go home. She and Buttercup would have been better off if none of this mess had ever happened.
Her attention turned to the fight as the man rushed Fezzik twice and grunted at the impact that had no effect on the colossal man.
"Look, are you just fiddling around with me or what?" The man snapped, irritated.
"I just want you to feel you're doing well. I hate for people to die embarrassed," the giant said simply.
Rosalina shook her head, the sentence being so polarized.
Fezzik swung at the man but he quickly dodged it and rolled out of the way.
"You're quick," Fezzik complimented.
"And a good thing, too," the man said walking backwards.
Fezzik began to swipe at the man, who ducked out of the way each time.
"Why are you wearing a mask?"
Swipe.
"Were you burned by acid or something like that?"
Swipe.
"Oh no, it's just they're terribly comfortable."
Dodge.
"I think everyone'll be wearing them in the future."
Dodge.
Rosalina wondered if every man talked so much during fights, remembering the duel with Inigo as well. Must be a boy thing.
The man in Black jumped onto Fezzik's back and wrapped his arms around his neck. The giant swung his arms backwards, hitting at the man on him.
"I just figured why you give me so much trouble," he grunted out.
Trying to dislodge the man from his person, Fezzik's slammed backwards into the rocks. Rosalina winced but carried on watching.
The Man in Black groaned but managed to keep his voice even.
"Why is that, do you think?" He asked.
"Well, I haven't fought just one person in such a long time," Fezzik explained, gripping at the man's arms. "I've been specializing in groups, battling gangs for local charities that kind of thing."
Here he rammed the man into the wall again.
The Man in Black spoke again.
"And why should that make such a…"
Slam. Groan.
"Difference?"
"Well you see, you use different moves when you're fighting half a dozen people, than when you only…. have to be worried… about… one."
The giant slowly dropped to his knees, brain deprived of oxygen and passed out. The man pushed himself off him and struggled to turn him over. He checked the giant's heartbeat as Rosalina crept closer. The Man in Black raised his head so the sleeping giants face.
"I do not envy you the headache you will have when you awake," he stated plainly, as Rosalina pattered over to them. "But for now rest well, and dream of large women."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Rosalina asked, confused about his comment.
The Man in Black coughed awkwardly into his fist, "Nothing, don't think of it."
"Oh."
The man kicked up his sword and caught it in his hand. He held out the other appendage to Rosalina.
"Come on then, we mustn't wait."
With one last look at Fezzik, and a sense of déjà vu, Rosalina nodded and walked to the open hand. The man knelt down and she clambered up on his back. As he stood and she wrapped her arms around his neck, she leaned close to his ear.
"I'll be careful to not squeeze too hard," she said seriously.
He laughed, genuinely.
"I appreciate it."
When will the next update be? No one knows... I hope that you will leave me a review with some thoughts!
Voice inside my head: Yeah dude! It's gonna be-
Beagle Bug: Shut up you...
