How could she get engaged? Max thought as he stared at the ceiling. Did she really think I wouldn't come back? Did she really think that I could ever love someone besides her? I mean Maria waited for Michael. So why wouldn't she wait for me? And to that idiot. She might as well have gotten engaged to Kyle. I mean come on. And what kind of a name is Kent anyways. That's a last name not a first. I hate him so much!
Isabel walked into the room. "Your obsessing aren't you?" She asked sitting on the edge of the bed.
"No." Max said.
