The farmer found herself leaning again the wall, wrapping inside her turquoise blanket. She must had passed out after the florist came to the rescue.

"Y-you're awake!" Cam interrupted then let out a sigh of relieves.

Lillian stared at the old blankets that he held in his arms. She had stored them in her closet in case if she needed them for any reason. Her gaze turned back to the florist in front of her. His clothes were still damp from the heavy rain. His wet hair stuck out at random places under his hat. Lillian smiled to herself at the adorable resemblance of him and a kitty.

"I uh- uhh you know… I'm not good with girls… especially w-when they're sick and I-I can't just change your clothes s-so I-I thought some blankets might keep you warm… uhh…" Cam stuttered.

The rains were still pouring down the roof. Lillian could see Cam's body shivering and his teeth were chattering. She quickly jumped out of her cocoon and ran to her bathroom to get a towel for him. As always, he was persistent to let her dry him.

"I-I don't need you! I'm fine!" he yelled.

The farmer frowned. She stomped her foot as she gestured her hand for him to sit down. Eventually, Cam reluctantly listened to her and settled himself on the floor. He felt the weight of the towel on his head, rubbing his hair thoroughly for a few minutes. Her movement stopped then her footsteps appeared further away from him. After a while, Lillian returned with a plain white t-shirt, a grey sport short, and a plaid boxer.

"Your clothes are still wet. You should change into these."

Cam stared at her, bewildered and cautious. His eyes fell onto the male set of clothes she was holding. Where on earth could she have gotten them? Cam thought. Who would know what she had done with the outfit? This might be a trap and he didn't even know it! He took a deep breath and scooted away from the girl.

"No! I'm not wearing that distasteful outfit especially when it comes from you!" he yelled.

Lillian's usual calm face turned into a frown. She continued to urge him to accept her offer but he kept on refusing.

"Please change quickly! You will get sick if you stay in your clothes!"

"I don't care! I already told you I'm not wearing it! You're so annoying!"

Nevertheless, the farmer could not leave him alone like that so of course she continued to be more persistent as Cam became more stubborn. She pushed the clothes toward him but he would always back away from her.

"I told you I don't want it!" Cam yelled as he pushed her away.

Lillian lost her balance and tumbled backward to the ground. The set of clothes went flying in different directions. Her notepad and pencil fell on the boy's feet. For a moment, Cam caught himself gazing in her awfully familiar eyes. They were once light and bright blue, almost like a clear sky, but they seemed to be covered by the color of transparent gray, like the color of the world when it was about to rain. Every of her face features took him back to elementary with the remembrance of that classmate whom he hated. Every second passed by, a memory of that girl would strike his head. Cam remembered that face she made whenever he hurt her. The corner of her big smile would bend downward and her eyes would always stare straight into his, as if they were trying to force the guilt out of him as she waited for an apology. Even though he walked away from her without a sorry, she would smile again. Every day in elementary school was annoying whenever she sang, danced, laughed, and talked with her friends. Her voice was the worst tune Cam had heard. Sometime in those days, he would wish for her to be mute forever. Looking at the farmer reminded him a lot of that girl, except her face was much sadder.

"I-er- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to exaggerate this. Are you okay?" Cam said as he held his hand out to her.

Lillian smiled brightly, nodded her head, and took his hand. She grabbed her notepad and scribbled her thought down.

"I'm okay. Thank you."

Once again, she gathered the set of clothes and urged Cam to change into it. He sighed, finally accepted her offer.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to make a big deal about it. An-and uhh- t-thank you," he said with his cheeks flushed out of embarrassment.

Lillian smiled as she watched the florist dashed to the bathroom. A breath escaped her lips and her shoulders relaxed. She felt a little more at ease now knowing that the young man wouldn't be staying in his wet clothes.

Cam investigated the table in the corner of the farmer's house while he waited for her to change. His gaze fell on the picture frame nearby the radio. It was a photo of an elementary school boy with brown hair and light blue eyes. He had a familiar bright smile, almost like Lillian's, on his face as his parents stood beside him. They both carried a smile, but his mother's looked the kindest. She reminded him of his own mother which made him smiled a little.

At the same moment, Lillian walked out of her bathroom with frustration taking over her face. Her hands were holding the collar on the back of her dress and her head was slightly tilted back.

"W-what wrong?" Cam asked.

She spun around to show the young man the two buttons behind her dress, and a section of her hair was tangled in them.

"This is why you're stupid."

Cam let out a sighed and walked to the girl. He loosened up the small section of hair that wrapped around the button. Slowly and gently, I pulled the strand out hair out. At the same moment, the young botanist barged into the house.

"Lillian! Sorry for coming late—" Reina paused. Her eyes fall onto where Cam's hands were; on her precious friend's dress. Hiro, too, entered and his mouth went wide open.

"Is he doing what I think he is doing? Is he… undressing her—?"

"Gahh! You guys, why are you standing at the door all of a sudden? My clothes are wet!" Nori interrupted as she pushed her friends into the house. "Phew! What's up Lill—" she paused at the scene of the Bluebell resident and her farmer friend.

"It looks like he's about to undress her…" Kana added.

"I think we just interrupted their erotic scene—" Hiro said but Reina stopped his sentence with her fist.

Cam and Lillian broke free away from each other. Their cheeks flushed a bright red color.

"H-Hey! I-It's not what you think! I was just helping her hair out of the buttons…" the florist said. The farmer nodded in agreement.

"Lillian, is that true?" Reina asked. Again, her friend nodded.

"Well, if that is so, why don't we set this situation aside," Nori said with a smile. "Since it's a huge blizzard outside, we thought we should spend time with Lillian so she wouldn't feel lonely."

"And we're going to have a sleep over, too!" Hiro joined.

Reina cracked her knuckles, ready to knock the young doctor out of his consciousness.

"Hiro… what do you think you're saying? Who allowed boys to sleep here?" she murmured in anger.

"B-but we're already here with you guys! Are you expecting us to go home in this storm later?"

"It's both of your faults for tagging along when we didn't invite you!"

Lillian smiled brightly in the background. She scribbled her thoughts down on her notepad and handed it to Reina.

"It's okay. It will be more fun with more people here."

"W-well… If you say so…"

"Lillian is our life saver!" Kana said.

"Yes! I love you, Lillian!" Hiro yelled as he hugged the girl with all his might.

"Hiro! Get away from her!" the botanist yelled.

Again, the farmer couldn't help but smile every time she was with her Konoha friends. They always seemed to lighten up her day. She took a glance at Cam and it surprised her a little bit. He looked familiar as if she had seen him somewhere before. Yes, of course she did meet him when she came to the twin town but she felt as if he was once a fragment of her past that she had almost forgotten.
