One by one the students came into the classroom. Iris sat down next to me.
"Did you hear?" she asked whispering
"What?"
"Amber got expelled for a week." She said.
""Eh?!"
All the students in the classroom and the teacher turned to me and Iris.
"Is there something wrong, Catherine?" the teacher asked.
"N-no, nothing." I answered and blushed.
"Then keep quite."
"Y-yes!"
Iris giggled softly and I shot her a deadly glare. The teacher kept watching the two of us so I wasn't able to ask Iris for an explanation and had to wait after class.
"Iris, how did Amber got expelled?" I asked curious.
"She hit you, didn't she?" Iris said.
"So?" I rubbed my cheek, remembering the pain of being hit by that blond devil.
Iris sighed. "Well, Nathaniel accused her for violation against another schoolmate and asked the principal to expel her for a week."
"Nathaniel did?" I asked surprised.
'"I'll make sure that Amber is punished for this."' Nathaniel seriously meant it when he said that?
He must have been really mad with his little sister.
"Heh, seems like there will be some peaceful days for me this week." I said.
"Yeah, until she comes back and wants her revenge."
"As if I'm scared of that little princess." I said grinning.
I decided to go visit Nathaniel but when I knocked on the door of the student council room it was a female voice that answered. "Come on in!"
I opened the door and walked in. A beautiful girl with long brown hair sat at the table, going through some papers. She looked up and smiled.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
"I'm looking for Nathaniel."
"Ah, could it be you're Catherine?"
"Yea, that's me, how do you know?"
"Nathaniel told me a lot about you." She replied and I felt blood rush to my cheeks.
"A-are you part of the council body?" I asked her.
"No, I just help out from time to time, I'm Melody." She explained. It somehow pissed me of that she got to work with Nathaniel.
"Do you know where Nathaniel is?"
"Ah, he got sick." She answered.
"Sick?" I repeated. It was hard for me to imagine a sick Nathaniel. "Is it bad?" I asked.
"It seems quite serious but he should be healthy again in a few days." She said.
"Oh, I see…" I left the room, a bit disappointed. I really wanted to tell him about what happened with Castiel and Lysander. I hope he's better before the weekend, I really want him to come and see me at the concert.
When school ended I went to the staircase where Castiel and Lysander were waiting for me. "Are you ready?" Castiel asked.
"Yup." I answered and followed the two into their clubroom. Several instruments were placed into a corner of the small room, including a keyboard. Castiel and Lysander sat down in one of the seats. "You can start when you're ready." Lysander said.
I positioned myself behind the keyboard and turned it on. The brand of the keyboard was a good one and I tried it out, I smiled at hearing the sound.
"Cath?" Castiel called me.
"Ah, right." I let my fingers rest on the keys. "I'll start right away." I closed my eyes and pictured the sheets with the music notes. I started playing, hesitant at first but I quickly found the rhythm and started playing more confident. The past two days, every free minute I had, I spent practicing.
It felt so great to play again after so many time. I played the last notes and ended the piece perfectly. I looked over at the two boys.
"She's good." Lysander said.
"Told you that she would be." Castiel answered and smiled at me.
"You knew?" I asked confused.
"You're not the girl to accept a challenge that you won't win." He replied while grinning.
"All right, Cathy, you're accepted." Lysander announced.
Dumbfounded I stared at him. "Really?"
Lysander smiled. "Really. Good job."
Castiel stood up and approached me. "Well done." He said and ruffled through my hair.
My heartbeat sped and I felt my cheeks get warm. Suddenly I remembered how he carried me to the infirmary and I got even redder.
Why am I getting flustered?
"Then let's go." Lysander said.
Surprised I looked up. "Where to?" I asked confused.
"To my brother's shop, you'll need clothes for the concert." He explained.
"Clothes?" I repeated.
"What? Are you going to perform naked?" Castiel teased.
I glared at him as answer. "So your brother sells clothes?" I asked Lysander, ignoring Castiel.
"Yes, he has a shop here in town. I already told him we would come today." He replied.
"You told him already?" Castiel repeated.
Lysander smiled slightly and realization hit me.
Did Lysander already predict that I my skills were good enough?
I smiled and followed Castiel and Lysander.

Lyssander's brother, Leigh, was just like Lysander a bit… special, he also wore Victorian cloths and his shop sold only clothes in that genre. I looked at the frilly clothes and sighed.
Do I really have to wear something like this in public?
Lysander and his brother talked for a while with each other before Leigh asked my measures. After I told him my size, he disappeared somewhere in the shop and came back with a black, frilly dress.
"Please try this one on." He said and handed the dress over to me.
I got pushed into a cabinet to change. God, don't they understand it's awkward to change when there are three boys waiting?
I changed quickly into the dress and surprisingly, at least to me, it actually looked cute.
"Are you ready yet?" Castiel asked annoyed. I bet he really didn't want to come along. Now I think of it, why doesn't he have to wear Victorian clothes? I almost laughed out loud after picturing Castiel in the same clothes as Lysander, it would look hilarious.
"Cath?" Castiel asked.
"I'm done, I'm done." I answered and stepped out the cabinet.
When Lysander saw me he looked slightly surprised but smiled satisfied. "It looks good on you, right, Castiel?"
I turned to Castiel, our eyes crossed and he looked quickly away, his ears were red.
"Y-yea, it looks cute." He commented and I felt my face getting warm.
"Thanks…"
I really like the clothes you get for Lysander's dates and the Victorian clothes he wears himself so I thought I would make my OC also wear Victorian clothes for the concert ^_^
