Once again, sorry for late update. Last month has been very taxing at work, so I'm pretty sure I'll screw up a line or two. So sorry about that.

Kudos to the guest getting the FFVII:CC reference. Yes, Crisis Core is one of the best games I play. So, I'm looking forward to putting more in the future chapter.

RWBY belongs to Monty Oum and his infamous crew. I only owned the OCs that... did not appear in this chapter. Ahaha. ._.

Jaune entered his dorm room or his new home… dare he call it without his sister around. But right now, it almost felt like one. Almost, not until his he finds himself ready to tell his teammates his secret. The moment he turned away from the door after closing it, he was greeted by a very interesting sight of two redheads chatting with each other. With Ruby staring furiously at Pyrrha Niko's javelin weapon and shield laid down at the side of her bed and asking Pyrrha the details. Then she went off to look at Nora's grenade launcher, letting out a whistle at the end before asking the hyperactive girl to get more information about it.

Jaune and Ren had to resist the urge to facepalm at the sight of two hyperactive girls conversing about the topic based on weapons of mass destruction. Jaune only then notice that the only other male's weapons however are not in sight so Jaune simply guessed that his weapons must still be inside his sleeves. Jaune nodded in agreement, "At least there's one person sensible enough to not show his weapon to a weapon dork." Now that he think about it… the thought then raised a question in Jaune's mind, how the heck did he hide his bladed guns inside his sleeves without the blades cutting through the clothed fabrics. "Hmm…?" He decided to ponder about that thought another day, he took out his scroll and put in that question in a notepad application.

With that done, Jaune look at his fellow leader as she had finally stopped squealing over Team JNPR weapons excluding Ren's one, but had continued to ask for more information from his partner. Jaune was content by watching them chatting, not really feeling the need to interrupt their conversation cause they would look like real sisters considering their hair colour. He resisted the urge to laugh at that, they really do look more like sisters than Yang. Then again he couldn't complain, he and his sister's hair colour aren't exactly the same anyway. Except his other sisters back at home… hope they are doing well.

Focusing back onto the two redheads he knew Ruby's older sister Yang Xiao Long would most likely attempt to threatened him again if he didn't send her cute little sister back to her dorm soon. With some regret, he interrupted by letting out a loud cough to gain their attention. As both redheads finally halt their conversation midway when they heard the blonde knight and turn their heads to face their friend. Jaune gave Ruby an apologetic look, "As much I hate to interrupt your conversation ladies, but I rather finish this quickly. I prefer to stay in one piece than suffer from your overprotective sister's threats."

Ruby gave him a cute pout in response. Nora looked at her leader with a very unsatisfied look for the ruined entertainment, "Aww, mood breaker." Confusion took over Jaune's face as he wondered why Nora responded instead of his fellow leader.

Pyrrha giggled at the younger girl's reaction before saying, "Jaune's right, Ruby. We can continue our talk when we have some free time. Okay?"

Ruby stopped her pouting as she looked at the older redhead, "You promise?"

Pyrrha answered her with a nod, "Yes, I promise."

Ruby accepted that with a smile before nodding her head, "OKAY!" She turn to look at her first friend, "So, what are we gonna talk about again?"

Jaune look at Pyrrha with a soft, "Thank you." The older redhead nodded in response with her never ending smile. He then show Ruby the class schedule he took out from his pouch earlier, "Just want to compare our class schedules and see if we're going to be in the same classes from time to time. That way we can help each other out in the subjects we might find too difficult or confusing to deal with."

Ruby's mouth went 'o' as she thought about his reason, "Oh… Yeah. That's a good idea, Jaune. I wouldn't have been able to think that plan out myself."

With a small chuckle, he ruffled Ruby's hair before saying, "That's why I want to have this meeting. I'll think of plans that I could think off while you'll think of plans that I couldn't make by myself." He then placed a finger on his head before continuing, "Got it memorized?"

Ruby stared at him for a few seconds before she startled him by giggling afterward. Jaune frowned at her reaction, "What? What's so funny?" His question only seems to make her hold her stomach while trying to hold her laughter. This soon joined by two more separate giggling noises from the beds. He turned to look at his teammates only to see Pyrrha Nikos and Nora Valkyrie trying to hold their stomachs as well, as they tried to stop laughing. Ren at least had the decency to… Never mind, the martial artist is also trying to stop the urge to laugh, judging by the way his shoulders keep swaying up and down repeatedly, looking at the side as he tried to avoid looking at his leader. Seeing everyone's reaction make Jaune twitched, still confused at their reaction. He was sure he didn't say anything stupid or even funny at all just now. He decided to just sit on the chair, planting a fist on his face and wait for his friends to cease their laughter with a stoic expression.

Few minutes later, Ruby finally slowed down her laughing fit, she then look at Jaune with an apologetic look, well… just a little. "Sorry, sorry. It's… just the way you say that is… too, pfft-" biting down her tongue to stop laughing but a few snickers still manage to escape. Jaune twitched at her reaction. He then rolled his eyes up to look at the ceiling before finally letting out a loud sigh.

"Could we just get this over with already? We still got class tomorrow." Ruby finally stopped her giggling fest and nodded.

Both leaders went to the nearest table provided in the dorm, placing the schedules side by side on the wooden surface and was about to compare their classes by saying something… only to be stop by the Team JNPR's leader voicing out a sudden, "GURK!"

Ruby reared back from surprise as she quickly turn to look at her fellow leader, whose whole body went completely rigid and a gloomy atmosphere surrounding him, eye repeatedly twitching as he continue staring… at the schedule? Ruby blink. Then blink again. And again. Until she turn to face the other curious stares of the JNPR members.

Ren and Nora look at each other in confusion, than they face Pyrrha, who also share their confusion. All three turn to face the two leaders. Ruby shrugged in confusion. The remaining Team JNPR members all stood and walk up to them. As they stand beside the leaders, they all notice that Jaune is staring directly at the very first subject they all will be having together first thing tomorrow.

'Grimm Studies Class'

Everyone in the present room wondered why the leader of Team JNPR acting this way just from the sight of that one subject.

Little did they realise, instead of thinking about the one subject the leader of Team JNPR is staring at, they should be focusing on what is currently going on inside the mind of Jaune Arc.

For the second time that day, Jaune Arc thought the same thing, " #%^ MY LIFE! ... AGAIN! 'JINX'! Yeah, that's right. That word would fit properly in my current problem quite well. I JUST JINXED MYSELF! #$^% ME!"

Jaune Arc is busy cursing his luck right now in his very head due to thought of a phrase that would bite him in the $$.

His sister had taught him the very important rule of not saying or thinking two phrases in his life.

First rule: Never say or think the sentences, "What's the worst that could happen?"

Second rule: Thinking along the sentences similar to the first rule. Such as the thought he made just now.

"It's not like I would have the first class of that subject…" Except the first class is exactly the very subject he thought about earlier.

'Grimm Studies Class'

"OUM DAMN IT!"

He broke the second rule, thus had jinx himself, and so he will now face the consequences tomorrow. The reason why just the sight of seeing the name of the subject causes his entire body and soul to went rigid plus sweating tremendously is because of the Professor that was supposedly be teaching the students about it.

'Grimm Studies Class' taught by Professor Port

His sister had told him about the wary old Professor who rather love to tell stories of his youth and past adventures instead of teaching his students more useful things, like weaknesses of the Grimm for example. It may sound interesting at first, considering that Professor Port is an old and more experienced Hunter. However his way of telling 'THEM STORIES' will literally kill all your attention span and focusing energies like you have fought a war to the point where you can see the darkness. Which meant putting you to sleep just like you've enter a class teaching Literature in a time span of one minute or less. Well that's just one of the reasons.

The second reason is that his sister had already taught him most of the known Grimm detail ranging from varieties of attacks, formations, usual habitat, inability to use Aura due to lack of souls, their capability to Evolve further through metamorphosis through surviving previous encounters with their human or faunus enemies and so on. After all, knowledge is power. The more you know about the enemy, the better the odds of facing them and less likely of getting anyone killed.

His sister had already faced the consequences the hard way and barely broke through the torment of having her entire team killed in front of her very own eyes.

What if the same event were to occur to him one day… Jaune wouldn't know whether or not he's able to move on with his life if one of his future actions would get his entire team kill.

He quickly ignored the ill thoughts that were about to consume him and shove them away. His training to become a better Hunter had only just began for him in the best Hunter school in the world. He wouldn't want to have those thoughts to start haunting his life now.

Violently shaking his head as he focus back to the schedules in front of him, he notice that there is no sound in the room. Really there's not even a small sound of Nora's loud noise or Ruby's cheerful chirp, "Odd."

The moment he turn his head to the side, he immediately regretted his action that very moment. His point of view was met by a pair of bright turquoise eyes. Jaune blink in the sight. The turquoise eyes blink the next second, before the person who had said eyes yell out a very loud, "BOO!"

For the second time that same day, Jaune led out a surprise girlish scream as he jumped back from Nora's sudden surprise shout.

Due to his reflex reaction to get away from Nora's sudden surprise attack, his leg accidentally hit the table leg causing him to lose his balance. "No. No. NOO!"

In the midst of the inevitable fall, his hand automatically reaches out to grab hold on anything to help him maintain his balance. But instead of anything that could help him up, he ended up grabbing hold of the collar belonging to a certain small red hooded girl. "EEK!"

Then out of reflex the said red hooded girl reaches her hand out to grab the nearest thing to halt her fall. Which she ended grabbing a taller redhead wearing bronze armor by her… chest armor. Pyrrha realises too late about what's going to happen next, "Ruby, wai-!" She cried out too late as she too joined the two leaders falling onto the ground.

Jaune Arc hit the ground first, causing tremendous pain to hit his back in an instant. Good think his sister train him for situations like this. The kind of training that makes you meet an old friend… a lot. That friend is called…

'The Floor'

Still no matter how many times he had met his old friend, he would still let out an, "Ouch…" Instinct reacted the next second, he open his eyes only to see… the colour red on one side and a combination of red and black on the other. He blink. And blink again. And again before realising what just happen.

Drowning inside his thoughts had once again gotten him into a situation that makes him curse his luck. But this time… he couldn't decide whether it's good or bad, perhaps a combination of both. "Two gorgeous and cute girls with their developed chests on me…" A silent gulp, "I am so dead." Thanks the Dust that he's still wearing his chest plate armor, otherwise he could literally feel the two girl's chests on his own one, which will most likely to make his… "Yeaaa… not going there. Yang is so going to castrate me for real if she sees this now." As Jaune continued facing turmoil in his head, he didn't notice that the two girls have not move even one inch at all for a few minutes straight.

Meanwhile, both redheaded girls laying down on Jaune's chest are having different reactions.

Ruby Rose gulped down hard as she felt the heat from her friend's chest, making her to blush just as the same colour her name would implied. She completely remained still not really knowing what to do next, but at the same time however, she felt the same kind of warmth earlier that day during the Initiation. Just like when Jaune save her back in the Initiation from the mid-air collision. Hugging him tightly as the blonde knight maneuvered around in mid-air and getting her on the ground successfully was one of the coolest thing. But at the same time, there's that feeling she felt when she felt… safe. Like everything in the world are going to be all right.

The kind of feeling her mother, father and Yang would give her when she's next to them. A small smile slowly started forming on her face as she thought that. Then she's beginning to feel a little comfortable and starting to feel a little woozy, she left behind a small thought and quiet yawn, "Maybe just a little bit…"

Pyrrha on the other hand, have gain a small blush while at the same time the biggest smile she can muster. Completely content with her current position while being envelop by the blonde knight's warm body. The kind of warmth that makes her felt safer than anything else in the world, just like several years ago back then when she was in her weakened state.

After all, if it weren't for Blondie, she wouldn't even be here in Beacon right now.

All three remained in their position for a while longer until the sound of a camera snapshot bellowed out in the room, causing Jaune to snapped out of his thoughts and Pyrrha jolted awake instantly. The blonde knight look upward while the redheaded spartan turn her head to look at the side from the sounds origin. Both of their eyes went wide as they saw Nora with a scroll in her hands, pointing directly at the three fallen Hunter trainees. The Valkyrie has a sheepish look on her face. She then voiced out, "Oopsie. I was supposed to take that in silence."

- – Few minutes earlier –

Nora and Ren are both silently watching the three Hunter trainees with amused looks. Especially Jaune. His face was clearly showing several emotions taking active all in one. At first, from not understand the situation he's currently in, to clear surprise and then slowly understanding what had just happen. Finally, from eyes going wide in shock and then to sheer panic.

Ren have to admit, watching his leader's reactions today is starting to slowly become some sort of hobby to him right now, from the sheer shock and girlish scream at finding out the dorms, to the sleeping arrangements as his leader had shown feeling uncomfortable to girls, then to going rigid at the schedule for their class tomorrow to finally finding himself laying on the ground with two girl-friends lying down on his chest. A small smile started forming on his face. At least there's someone here to occupy both his time and helping him with Nora. Hey, misery loves company after all.

Nora on the other hand had to hold in her breath from giggling out loud while resisting the urge to burst out at sight of the three fallen Hunter trainees, "SOOOO CUTEEEE!" Clearly she did not want to ruin the super adorable scene in front of her right now. Speaking of which… she then took out her scroll and prepare to take several photos at the three with one eye close and her tongue stuck out. Fully satisfied with her current adjustment on her scroll, she was about to take a shot at her adorable friends.

Ren finally took notice at what his childhood friend is going to do next. He was about to stop her next upcoming act of mischief but it was too late. The sound of a loud snap shot being taken confirmed it. All he could do now is pinching his nose before expressing his groan of exasperation. Well at least it managed to pull his leader out of his overthinking brain. That counts as something worthwhile… right?

…

"Yeah, not likely."

"Oopsie. I was supposed to take that in silence." Nora voicing out with a sheepish look, one closed eye with her tongue stuck out and a fist on her head, pretending to be guilty although the smile on her face pretty much gave away that she is in fact not feeling that guilty at taking the picture.

Jaune connected the dots and reacted accordingly with a commanding tone, "Nora."

Nora blinked in attention, "Yesss? Oh great leader. What can this cute Valkyrie help you out with?"

Eyes narrowed at the orange haired girl, Jaune continued with the commanding tone, "Delete that."

Downtrodden at her leader's command, Nora replied in a sad tone, "Awww… why not?" She open the picture she took to show up on the whole screen on her scroll before turning it around to show it to Jaune and Pyrrha. "LOOK! You guys are soooo CUTEEEE TOGETHER Like that!"

Jaune actually blinked after taking notice of the picture, a small blush forming on his face at the sight of both Pyrrha and Ruby lying down on his chest with their eyes close and cute smiles on their face. He had to admit. They actually look both beautiful and cute like that. Almost makes him wanted to ask Nora to send that picture to his scroll. But then if said picture somehow managed to reach the hand of the smaller girl's fiery sister, let's just say he is not looking forward to that. Better safe than sorry.

Jaune focus back on his previous thought as he narrowed his eyes even more, "Delete the picture now, Nora."

Nora just childishly pulled her eyelid with her tongue stuck out at her leader, "Nyeeh! I am going to keep it as a reminder of one of the best day I've ever had in Beacon!" Stopping for a moment while looking at the stoic expression of her childhood friend, she continued, "Even though it's only the second day now but HEY! It's still counts!"

Jaune thought she raised a good point, but his life is on the line here. Thus he had to abolish her joyful mood, "Nora Valkyrie, either removed that picture or I'll make sure you won't be getting any pancakes for three days straight. That's an order."

Nora let out a rather loud fearful GASP at her leader, "You wouldn't."

Pyrrha decided to take action at that moment before the scale could escalate any further. She sat up from her former position on the blonde knight before, "Come on, Nora. If it was any other kind of picture, I'm sure he would've allowed it. He must have a good reason for it to give you a direct order like that." Pyrrha turn her head to look at her partner with a reassuring smile, "Am I right, Blondie?"

Jaune blink in surprise at Pyrrha's statement before nodding in agreement, "Well, at least there's someone on my side. Oum bless you, Redhead."

What Jaune Arc didn't know however is that Pyrrha Nikos had already assembled a plan to save the photo that Nora had took in her scroll for herself.

Nora pouted at her two teammates before deciding to let it go with a sigh. She was about to delete the photo but got interrupted by Pyrrha calling out to her as she stood up from her former spot by the blonde knight's side. "Actually Nora, give me your scroll. I'll have to make sure you didn't take any extra photos when we're not looking." Due to the fact that Pyrrha was looking at Nora Valkyrie in front of Jaune as she said that, he failed to see the redheaded girl winking at the orange haired girl.

Nora blink at Pyrrha's hidden action before catching up to what the redheaded girl is implying. Ren stood by his childhood friend's side had notice the Mistral Champion's look. He was about to say something but instead got interrupted by his childhood friend.

Nora pretended to look upset while blowing the air, "Oh, fine." She relentlessly gave her scroll to Pyrrha, who slowly grab the scroll with a nod to her teammate.

Jaune paid full attention at the scroll that his partner is now currently holding, making sure to check that Redhead actually delete that photo. However, his partner had another idea. Pyrrha Nikos look turn to look at Jaune with a rather mischievous smile, "Blondie, I know you are feeling very comfortable for a while now with a cute girl snuggling at your side but shouldn't you be checking up on Ruby? She haven't move or said anything until now, you know?"

Jaune blink. Then blink again as his partner's words caught up to his brain. He looked down at his side and the sight before him almost immediately caused him to skip a heartbeat. There snuggling on his chest is a sleeping Ruby and she looked so frikking cute! The fact that she was mumbling something about cookies is also another cute factor. Jaune almost wanted to cry, "DUST DAMN IT! STOP BEING SO CUTE, RUBY! IT'S CRIMINAL!"

With the victim being distracted by the sleeping adorable girl, Pyrrha quickly use the distraction and transferred the photo to her own scroll in a matter of several seconds. After that she quickly deleted the photo in Nora's scroll. She gave it back to Nora while silently mouthing, 'Thank you'. Nora literally had to hold herself back from getting extremely giddy at her teammate's ploy in one upping their distracted leader. Nora gave the Mistral Champion a thumbs up before focusing back at the cute scene of their leader who's trying to get out of the cute girl.

Ren watches the girl's ploy with a blank face. He felt pity towards his leader right now, but he would rather not suffer two women's wrath. His childhood friend Nora Valkyrie alone is already a huge problem to deal with, but with her working alongside the Mistral Champion… let's just say he rather prefer to ignore the last thought than adding fuel to the fire before focusing back towards his wriggling leader. "Better him than me."

Jaune tried to move away from the adorable fellow leader who, only to be surprise as Ruby climb up his chest even more to the point that their faces are almost touching. She proceeded further by hugging him over the neck and snuggling her head over his shoulder blade. Lastly, Ruby Rose let out a loud satisfied sigh.

With that act, all of Jaune's blood went into his head to the point where his face is burning the brightest of red and huge amount of steam continuously pouring out of his head. Unable to do or think of anything as his brain going haywire at Ruby Rose's action, there's only one thing left to do.

Ren smirked at the scene. Pyrrha on the other hand screamed inside her head instead, "KAWAIIII!" Nora on the other hand let out a loud squeal, unable to hold her excitement at the super cute scene. With her leader totally not focusing in anything in particular right now, she took several more photos with her scroll camera.

Ren have officially lost count of how many times he had shaken his head thanks to his childhood friend's antics in one day. From the looks of it, it would be a lot… lots more from now on.

Pyrrha giggled a bit more at her teammate's statement. "I believe that's enough fun torturing our leader, guys. If this keeps up, they will never finish what Jaune wanted to do in the first place."

Ren replied gratefully while crossing his arms, "I couldn't agree more."

Nora pouted a little, "Aww, but Nora wanted more."

Pyrrha giggled at her teammate, then turn to look at Nora with a smile, "I'm sure with our leader's luck, he's bound to end up getting himself into something like this again someday. Don't you think?"

Nora planted her right fist onto her open left palm, while showing an understanding look, "Oh, makes sense. Ok, then."

Pyrrha walks up before crouching down in front of her shut down brain partner and the adorable sleeping girl. She started waving her hand in front of Jaune's face. Not gaining any sign of reaction from him, she snapped her finger. This finally gets her partner's attention as he blink.

The sound of a loud snap finally cause program to reboot. Blinking in confusion, Jaune look up to see his partner looking right at him. He also noticed the black hair with red tints covering part of his vision. Blinking in realisation at the fact that Ruby is still sleeping on top of him, he is scared to even look down at the cute girl's face. He knew he might not survive another mental shut down, so he started chanting several mantras in his head, "No matter what happens, just don't look down at her, Jaune Arc. Do not even think about looking down. Nope. Not happening. You can do it, me. Just do-"

Jaune's chain of thoughts was immediately broken down by a small subtle movement of his fellow leader hugging him even tighter than before she started mumbling something rather cutely, "Aww, thanks Zwei~"

Jaune closes his eyes and cried inside his head in despair, "DAMN IT, OUM! WHY MUST SHE BE SO DARN CU-CUTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

The sound of two giggling noises caught his attention, Jaune look at both Pyrrha and Nora with a frown. "A little help would be nice you know."

Pyrrha roll her eyes, "Blondie. You know you could just wake her up or perhaps at least help carry her to her dorm right?"

Jaune blink in surprise as he sat up in realisation, the movement didn't bother the red tinted haired girl as she continued sleeping with a snore. He never thought of that… probably because he had to keep focusing his thoughts on not looking at the snuggling redhead or his brain still hasn't resume functioning. Jaune scratches the back of his head with his free hand before voicing out with a sheepish smile, "Uh… right. I... I knew that."

Pyrrha bent down a little more, giving her partner a knowing smirk before pointing out with a teasing tone, "Oh really? Here I thought you just wanted to remain in that spot for the rest of the day. After all, it's not every day a cute and adorable girl hugs to you."

Annoyed at his partner's playful tease, Jaune glare at his partner or at least he tried to. Thanks to his current position and his partner's bend down position, he ended getting a clear view of the girl's well developed cleavage. Jaune's face immediately became the same colour as Pyrrha's hair, leaving his mouth agape and steam started blowing out of his head.

Pyrrha took notice of his current state, blinking as she wondered why her partner is looking at her like that, "Huh? Is something below-" She didn't finish asking her question as she realized the reason behind her partner's action when looked down at the direction he's focusing at… her breasts. Out of reflex, Pyrrha instantly stood back up to full height with a loud yelp, quickly covering her chest while blushing madly in the process.

With the beautiful sight of his partner's amazingly developed chest being obstructed, Jaune's brain finally stopped hyperventilating. With his brain now free from any perverted imaginations, a powerful sense of dread consume the blonde knight as he realized what he had just did. His face went pale as fear overtook his entire soul.

Jaune quickly hug his fellow leader Ruby Rose who is still sleeping and hugging him, a bigger smile appear on her face when Jaune hug her back out of instinct. This makes Jaune envy the girl as he wanted to be in a state of unconsciousness right now instead of being awake, in front of his partner who right now. He could almost literally see a rage meter bar going from 0% up to 100% in a matter of seconds. If that prove his point, the red burning aura of raging atmosphere that seems to be surrounding his old friend and current partner Pyrrha Nikos right now with a fist shaking rapidly as she stare at Jaune with demonic red eyes is already sending him in the verge of peeing his pants.

Jaune closes his eyes as he start gathering his last remaining thoughts, "To find my life ended by my first real friend and current partner, the irony. Ah well life's good anyway with meeting Ruby, Yang, Blake and Ren. I'll miss taunting Weiss and Nora's boundless energy. Thank you, Sis. For everything you've did for me. Goodbye cruel world."

Ruby Rose kept on snoring lightly without a single care in the world while still hugging her friend, completely oblivious of the overwhelming atmosphere.

On the other side of the room, Ren had to steel himself from backing away from the intense atmosphere filling the room. He pitied his leader's luck in getting involved in this kind of situations, "May Dust watch over you, my good friend."

Nora on the other hand seems to be enjoying the whole scene, completed excited at what her redheaded teammate is going to do next like this was some kind of television drama show featuring teenagers with raging hormone issues.

Then the odd thing happened. The overbearing atmosphere dropped almost instantly, causing everyone in the room to be put in a state of confusion.

Jaune slowly opened one of his eyes to look at his partner, slowly noticing her rage seems to have vanished for reasons unknown to him. He blinked in confusion, looking at Pyrrha staring at her former enraging fist with a strange look, "What the heck… just happen? Why does it look like she's actually surprise at such a natural reaction? Especially the kind of reaction that every woman in the world would make towards any pervert ended getting caught staring at their assets."

Pyrrha just continued to stare at her fist for a while with that surprise look. After a while, she started shaking her head, putting her fist back down along the way. She then glanced back up at Jaune's adorable blinking confused face, making her smile a little.

Jaune still confused at his friend's weird actions decided to ask her, "Uh… Redhead… Are you… alright?"

Pyrrha blink for a quick moment before giggling at hearing the nickname making the rest of Team JNPR members blinking in surprise at her reaction since she was just mad a moment ago. She then shakes her head before giving her partner a wide brilliant smile that caught Jaune off guard. "Never been better, Blondie."

The smile causes Jaune to start blushing as he let out a gasp at the sight of his first friend. It was the most beautiful smile he had ever seen on a girl, not that he had met a lot of girls on a friendly term until he met Redhead back then and since his meeting with Ruby and Yang back at the airship, then one thing led to another to meeting Weiss, Blake and… "Yeah not gonna count Nora since she's with Ren anyway." Jaune couldn't help but wonder, "Wow… Has Redhead always looked this… beautiful before?" Then he remembered something, co-ed room, "And I'm supposed to be sleeping with a beautiful girl like her?!" He let out a small gulp, closing his eyes as he mentally screamed in his head, "Sis! YOU DIDN'T PREPARE ME FOR THIS!"

Pyrrha notice Jaune closing his eyes while looking like he's in a panic zone again. She was about to call out to him but somehow as if sensing the atmosphere change, a certain sleeping girl hugging her fellow leader did something. A loud biting sound can be heard throughout the entire dorm room, "Nom."

"YEAOUUCCCCHHH!" Jaune screamed out as pain his neck. He quickly pushed aside the little girl's drooling face with one hand while the rubbing his bitten neck with the other.

Ruby started whining while mumbling, "NO! Cookies! Come back! Ruby wants you…" She then slump back down onto his chest, mumbling something Jaune couldn't understand as she continue sleeping along like the whole biting thing never happen.

Pyrrha started laughing aloud at her partner's adorable misfortune, which quickly joined by their orange hair teammate Nora while Ren shake his head with a smile. Jaune just stare at his fellow leader with annoyance but couldn't bring himself to hate her, as she was only dreaming… about cookies. He gave out a small smile at the sleeping with a look of envy. Ever since meeting the small girl, it's hard to believe that the pure and innocent little girl could be strong enough to kill a giant Nevermore during the Initiation earlier that day. Now, she's acting just like any other normal girl in their sleep. Jaune couldn't help but envy his friend right now, who still managed to maintain that kind of innocence. He was forced to lose it early on, far too damn early for his liking. He let out a painful sigh at the thought.

Pyrrha quickly slowed down her laughter as she took notice of the look Jaune gave out towards the small girl, until she stopped laughing completely. She understood the meaning of that look, she hate it. She hated that kind of look a lot, so she steeled herself and call out to her partner, "Blondie."

Jaune blink as he heard his nickname being called, looking up at Pyrrha, "Huh?"

Pyrrha look at the sleeping Ruby before looking back at him, "I believe it's time to send her back to her dorm now, don't you think? It's not like you two could continue your discussion at this rate anytime soon."

Jaune took her opinion into consideration, slowly nodded in agreement, "Yeah. I'll do that." One hand placed on Ruby's shoulder while the other hand under her legs, he slowly stood up without waking the girl. He slowly walked towards the door before stopping midway.

Pyrrha, Nora and Ren look at their leader in confusion, wondering why he stopped just a few meters before the door. Ren decided to ask his leader, "What is it this time, Jaune?"

Jaune turn to look at his teammates, all them blink as they all notice his face seems quite… pale. No scratch that, his face is starting to sweat a bit. He spoke to them in a small volume, "I just realise… I am going to be walking up to Team RWBY's dorm room with their leader sleeping in my arms. Walking to where her sister… HER OVERPROTECTIVE SISTER that will most likely skinned me alive if she saw me right now."

Ren and Pyrrha blink in realisation but Nora on the other hand had a different reaction. She seems to look more cheery than before, Nora quickly opens the door before seemingly teleported behind Jaune and quickly pushes him out the door, "Oh pleaseeeeee~ you'll be fine."

Jaune tried to argue back to his hyperactive teammate as the girl continued pushing him, "No, Nora wait!" He heard Pyrrha tried to say something but he was already standing outside. Then Nora jumps back inside, leaving her leader with Team RWBY's leader sleeping in his arms in the middle of the corridor between the two doors.

"Now fearless leader, do not come back in until you've completed your task!" She then quickly closes the door with a loud slam. Jaune had to control himself from twitching by his teammate's quick dismissal of her very own leader as he continued to stare blankly at his own door to his dorm, seemingly being abandoned by his own teammate, ". . . . . Somehow, I know this is your fault. SIS!"

Jaune Arc imagined his sister laughing at his misfortune, he then gave out a loud sigh while shaking his head, "Woman, I'll never understand them." Pausing for a moment, he continued, "Well, she's right about one thing. If I keep thinking about the small stuff, I would probably just continue standing like an idiot till tomorrow." Looking at the sleeping Ruby still hugging him with a small smile on her face, he smiled back before nodding, "Ok, come on Ruby. Let's get you-"

The moment he turned towards Team RWBY's dorm room, he was met with something blinding his eyes-

*FLASH*

"Gaagh!" Jaune quickly blinks a dozen times, trying to remove the dots covering his vision from the flash to his eyes. He looked back up to face his perpetrator the moment his vision cleared, which turns out to be none other than his dreaded fellow blonde hair bombshell beauty, Yang Xiao Long in her sleeping outfit facing him with the wildest grin, a scroll on her hand facing him.

Jaune twitched, as he figured out his situation. Somehow when he was distracted with his thoughts again, Yang had silently sneak out of her dorm and prepared her scroll in time to take a shot at him before he started turning… while he's still carrying her sleeping sister. "I HATE MY LIFE!"

Yang on the other hand is having one hell of a field day to the point a chibi version of herself wearing a lion costume with the biggest grin screaming inside her head, "GAO! GAOO! GAOOO! Teasing two males, finding out my partner's dirty secret and best of all… PICTURES TO TEASE MY ADORABLE LITTLE SISTER FOR LIFE! GAOOOAHAHAHA!" Soon the scenery in her mind changes to the chibi Yang standing on a cliff edge with huge tidal waves crashing into them. The sun burning the strongest light on top of the lion girl as she shouted out to the world, "I LOVE MY LIFE! GAO!"

Their thoughts got interrupted by Ruby snuggling onto Jaune with a satisfied smile, once again causing Jaune to start blushing deep red and start hyperventilating. "Oh #% & me…"

Watching the entire thing in front of her puts a gentle smile on Yang's face, she's glad to know that there's someone else that Ruby can be comfortable with besides just her in Beacon. Yang then look up at Jaune's face and had to hold herself from laughing as he continue blushing but at the same time had gotten s pale as he refuses to look at Ruby. The sight is so damn funny to see, but even she had her limits to how much teasing can be done in one day, especially a tiring one with the whole Initiation thing. Oh no, she'll have her fun when they have an off day with both teams together. Oh yes… she can imagine it now… the day where she could tease all her dear little sister and her new Beacon friends… it would be… GLORIOUS! But for now, it's time to get her adorable little sister tuckered in for the night. "Ok, Jaune. I think that's enough fun with my adorable little sister for one day, so I believe it's time to bring her to bed."

Jaune wasted no time to drop Ruby onto her arms, except there's a problem. Ruby doesn't seem willing to let go of her arms which is still around Jaune's neck, point proven even more as she tighten her hold and grumbled a little before settling down. Jaune look back at Yang with a pleading look, "Saveeeee meee…"

Yang sweat drop, she had never seen a man who looks so pathetic like Jaune right now, considering that fact that he is getting a free hug from a cute girl and he's looking like he's suffering from it. Now that she thinks about it, what kind of reaction will he do if she's the one hugging him instead. A small smirk appeared on her face, "An experiment for another time. Hehehe…"

Yang moves closer to her little sister and whispered something into her ear. Somehow this ended up having an instantaneous effect as Ruby shuddered a bit before letting go of her arms. Yang quickly readjusted her hold as Ruby's upper body left Jaune's side to Yang's. Ruby then just lay her head down on her sister, her hands down her chest. A small mumble could be heard from the small girl but Jaune couldn't make out what she said as they were too soft.

Yang looked back at Jaune staring at her as if seeing her in a new light after her action just now. She asked, "What?"

Jaune blink from her question, "Nothing. Just… wondering how you do that so easily? I tried getting her to let go but her grip is quite strong."

Yang smirk, giving the blonde knight a wink, "I'm not telling~. Family secret."

Jaune groan at her reply but left out a sigh as he nodded, well at least Ruby's off him so he guess it's fine. Here's hoping that he won't end up in that situation again in the near future, "Whatever. Well it's getting late, so I'll see you girls tomorrow then. Good night, Yang."

Yang smiled in response, "Good night, Jaune." She watch him enter his dorm a while longer before thinking, "Looking forward for all the fun were going to have in our stay in Beacon." She started cackling evilly in her thoughts, but a small shudder from her sister in her arms interrupted her. Thinking that Ruby may be getting uncomfortable, she quickly carried her back into her dorm.

What Yang did not know is that it isn't that her dear little sister Ruby Rose feeling uncomfortable sleeping in her arms. It was the sense of dread she felt earlier that day returning to haunt her in full force.

After closing the door, Jaune quickly walks up to his bed and lay down on top of it, not noticing it was the same bed he chose earlier that day. Pyrrha on the other hand notices it as she sat on her bed, a smile quickly forming on her face as she stared at her partner and friend on the bed next to hers.

Ren notices it too, he just finish placing his clothes in his chosen drawers. Wondering whether or not he should warn his leader about his earlier plan, but the narrowed eyes aimed at him from a certain redheaded champion girl help him with the answer. Which is… 'NOT'. Ren shrug at that. Well, as much as he is willing to help his leader and friend… he much rather preferred not to deal with another girl on his back, Dust knows he had his hands full with Nora. Jaune will just have to deal with it himself now. However, in the end of that he couldn't help but be curious. Just what have his leader done in the past to earn the Mistral Champion's attention.

Because of the whole mess with Yang and Blake during dinner and Ruby hugging the heck out of him, Jaune had completely forgotten his sleeping arrangement idea as he continue to lie down on the bed he picked earlier that day. Feeling glad that the whole mess is over, he let out a tired sigh.

Hearing her leader's sigh, Pyrrha chose this moment to talk to her friend, "Rough day huh, Blondie?"

Jaune glance at his partner with one eye open, responded tiredly, "Yeah. Never expect to be this tiring in just two days in Beacon." Letting out a sigh once more, "Just didn't think I'll be this tired just by hanging out with new friends I've managed to make here. Not that I'm unhappy meeting Team RWBY or you all or anything," Jaune turn to look at Ren as he said that since Nora isn't in sight, "I'm just glad to be able to make friends here."

The martial artist responded with smile, nodded in agreement, "Guess I could say the same thing, Jaune. Not everyone could both work and get along well together with both me and Nora. But you did, and I'm satisfied with that."

Jaune snorted in response, "Work well with Nora? Heh, that's a mild way to put it. She still scares the crap out of me with her boundless energy." Ren chuckles in return before going back to his luggage. Jaune look up the ceiling, "Just wish I know how to deal with the wide variety of personalities they come with."

Pyrrha turn to the side with a thorn look at their interaction. Jaune notices that from the corner of his vision, sat up on his bed and was about to ask his friend what's wrong. Only to be interrupted by the bathroom door opening, followed by Nora Valkyrie storming out with a towel hanging around her neck. She's wearing dark gray T-shirt with the word 'BOOP' on it and pink shorts. "Phew! All better!" Noticing her leader sitting on his bed and no Ruby in sight, she called out to him, "Oh, hey Jaune. Status report?"

Jaune sweat drop, "Who the heck is supposed to be the leader here?" He saluted in response anyway, "Yes, ma'am. The mission is a success."

Nora nodded before moving towards him and started making a mess of his hair. She giggled when Jaune retaliated with a 'hey'. Crossing her arms with a smirk on her face, "See, that's wasn't so hard is it?"

Jaune blinked before nodding, "Yeah, you're right. Thanks Nora. I would probably just continue standing there like an idiot for the rest of the night if it weren't for you."

Nora stood up straighter with both her hands on either side of her stomach with a proud smile on her face, "Of course! Once again the day is saved… Thanks to NORA VALKRYIE!" For some reason Jaune could easily imagine gigantic words of her name and a cape magically appearing behind her with her logo in the middle like an action hero.

The moment was interrupted by Ren chopping the back of her head, "Ouch." Nora turned back to look at her childhood friend before asking, "Yes, Ren?"

"Some of your stuffs are in my luggage, Nora. Sort them out."

Nora blinked before responding with a salute, "Aye aye, Captain Ren." She zoomed past Ren into her or their luggage and picked one up before walking to her bed to sort them out. Ren rolled his eyes before doing the same thing at his own bed.

Jaune blinked. Then blink again before looking around the dorm room right now, with both childhood friends at their beds and Pyrrha on the bed next to his… he couldn't help but feel something felt off. Like he had forgotten something he had made earlier. Scratching the back of his head in confusion, "What did I forget?"

Pyrrha soon notices her partner's action, realises that Jaune was about to recall his earlier plan. Not wanting to change their current arrangement, she unleashes her secret weapon. She took out her scroll before calling out to her partner, "Hey Blondie."

Jaune blinked once again before turning to face Pyrrha, "Huh? Yes, Redhead?"

Pyrrha tap a button on her scroll, "I believe this is something you would like to see?" She then turned it around to let Jaune see what she meant. Jaune's eyes widen, the screen on her scroll is currently showing the recording she took earlier during the Initiation, which is-

'The scene of Ruby running up the walls of the cliff while carrying the giant Nevermore'

-POOF-

The remaining members of Team JNPR all blink in surprise at the sight of their great leader transforming into his chibi form, still looking at Pyrrha's scroll.

Pyrrha started blushing at the sight of her partner's super adorable chibified form in front of her. Once again she had to hold herself back from glomping him right then but her imaginary chibi self still screamed inside her head, "KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"

Chibi Jaune continue watching the video in Pyrrha's scroll, his eyes seems be showing more and more brightness as each second pass until it seemingly stop somewhere in the middle. Pyrrha blink before looking at her scroll as the video had ended. She looked back at chibi Jaune staring at her, who seems to be… pouting… effectively increasing the cuteness even further to her, "KYAAA!"

Pyrrha press the play button again, making Jaune stop putting as his excitement return ten-fold to the video. Pyrrha could easily see the 'Excitement Meter' bar rising rapidly judging by how much brightness lighting up in his eyes and his smile growing wider and wider. She giggled once more when the chibi Jaune make the sound most children will do when they saw something cool and awesome like 'Ah…' or 'Oh…'. Seriously, the more actions he make the harder it is to resist holding back the urge to start glomping him.

Soon the video ended again, knowing her mental barrier wouldn't hold on any further if he did his super adorable pouting face again, Pyrrha quickly asks the chibi Jaune. "So I take it you would like this video copy in your scroll, Blondie?"

A pause- Pyrrha blinked, as the imaginary Excitement Meter pause too. The mark was between 70%-75% and then suddenly the meter JUMP to 100%. Chibi Jaune seems to start shaking a little bit, his eyes close.

Then the next weird thing happened that caught everyone in surprise, the Mistral Champion the most. Instead of the one reaction she was expecting, she was ambushed by two figures launched into the air towards her. One white and yellow blur from the bed next to hers, and one huge black and red blurry figure who appeared out of nowhere towards her.

Ren blink. Nora blink. Both of them watching the scene in front of them in surprise as a huge black and red speeding meteor suddenly burst their door wide open into the room before launching into the air alongside the white meteor from the bed towards the Mistral Champion, both of them screaming different words exactly at the same time.

"YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!"

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

- Several minutes earlier -

After a quick explanation to the remaining members of Team RWBY for why their leader fell asleep, Yang had only just finish tuckering her little sister Ruby in an unoccupied bed. Stretching her arms a little bit and letting out a small yawn afterward, "Ok, time for myyyyyyyyy Beauty Sleep~"

Just as she was about to get in the bed next to Ruby's one, a quick loud shuffling noise of soft fabric could be heard behind her. Yang blink, she quickly turned back towards the bed Ruby was sleeping in only to let out a loud yelp as she recoiled in surprise from the sight, which ended up drawing the attention from the other two occupants in the dorm room.

Both Weiss and Blake quickly shot up wide awake in their bed from the sudden yelling. Weiss cried out, "What?! What is it!?" Looking around frantically with Blake to see if there's any danger in the vicinity , only to stop at the sight in front of their blonde hair teammate. Their leader Ruby Rose had just awoken.

Yang quickly recovered from the shock of seeing Ruby suddenly waking up so soon as she just sent her to bed. "Dust Ruby! You almost gave me a heart attack!" A few seconds later, she realises that her little sister didn't seem to recognises what she had just said to her, as Ruby's face seem pale for some reason. "Ruby?"

Ruby Rose's eyes shot open widely from a feeling that struck her from nowhere. She wondered what kind of feeling is it? It wasn't until the feeling started growing stronger and stronger as each seconds pass, to the point she recognises it.

DREAD

The feeling of dread from earlier that day had return to haunt her once more, except the feeling has increase ten-fold!

Ruby started frantically looking everywhere in the room she's in, clearly not listening to what her older sister had just said. "Ruby Sense… TINGLING! WHERE!?" She turned towards her sister and notice Yang's face is in confusion. "Not Yang…" She then turn to look at the annoyed face of her partner Weiss staring at her, "Not Weiss…" Focusing her sight at the last member of her team, only to find that Blake looking at her with mild annoyance, mostly due to the interruption from her partner as she was in the midst of reading her book. "Definitely not Blake… AHHH! So where is it coming from!?"

Yang started looking worried for her sister as she tried grabbing her attention, "Hey, Ruby." No response. She called out a little louder this time, "Ruby!" That seems to gain some attention from her as the black and red girl but that didn't last as she soon continue her previous action. A cross popping vein soon appeared on Yang's head as irritation filled the blonde hair girl at being ignored, especially by her own little sister! She started screaming even louder, "RUBY!"

That last scream have the instantaneous effect on the leader of Team RWBY as she let out a loud yelp, she recoiled to the bed's edge causing her to lose her balance. She started flailing her arms as she cried out in futility, "No! NO! NOO!"

BAM!

Yang, Weiss and Blake all cringed at the sight of their leader hitting the ground.

"Ouchhh…" Ruby quickly recovered as she sat up straight on the floor. Blinking twice before looking around the room, "Where…?" Blinking once more as she recognises her dorm room, "How did I get back here?"

Yang crosses her arms before replying with a mischievous smile, "You fell asleep when you were in Team JNPR's dorm earlier, Jaune carried you here." Her smile widen as her words had the effect she wanted.

Ruby's face immediately turned red at hearing that, "Jaune carried me here!?" Steam started blowing out of her head as she imagined the scene. She quickly covered her burning face with her hands before shaking her head, "NOOO! That's too embarrassing!"

Pause, Ruby suddenly realises something. The sense of dread from earlier from before was when Jaune say something about record-

"!"

ZOOOOM

"WOW!" Yang covered her face as the sudden wind blow past her, quickly opening her eyes when it died down. Only to find red flower petals floating in the air occupying the bed Ruby slept in earlier before the petals slowly landed on top of it.

Yang blink. She turned towards her other two teammates, only to notice them staring at the door to their dorm, now wide open with red flower petals leading outside. Next thing they know they could hear a two loud screams, "YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" and "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" at the same time coming from across the corridor.

Weiss groan a loud, not really bothering to ask what happen to her partner. She plop back down onto her bed.

Blake shrugged nonchalantly as she said to her partner, "She's your sister, Yang. Deal with it." She returned back to reading her book before she got interrupted earlier.

Yang rolled her eyes before giving out a sigh, "The price of being the older sibling." She quickly walks out towards outside, only to blink at the sight of Team JNPR's door to their dorm wide open. The telltale sign of red flower petals gave away the sign of her sister entering there.

Yang moved towards Team JNPR's dorm room only to find two chibi figures assaulting Pyrrha Nikos, one obviously her sister crying in tears and begging the older redhead while the other figure appears to be Team JNPR's leader's chibi form screaming in excitement. Yang immediately grinned at the reason behind Ruby's odd behaviour. The video playing in the scroll Pyrrha is holding in her hand is a dead giveaway.

Frankly, Pyrrha have absolutely no idea what to do right now. Why? The fact that she got assaulted by two of her friends in their current chibified forms is something she had never been through before in her life. Then again, anyone getting ambushed by two chibis is hardly a normal occurrence for anyone else in their life. So, she remained there staring at the two chibis talking to each other, one complimenting the other, while the other begging the former to stop embarrassing her.

"Aww, come on Ruby! You look so frikking cool! LOOK AT THIS!"

Steam flowing out her head, "NOO! I DON'T WANNA!" Chibi Ruby turned towards Pyrrha and unleashes her ultimate weapon, the teary puppy eyes look, "Pyrrha please! Delete that video!"

Pyrrha at that very moment felt something struck her in the heart, "NOOO! WHAT IS THIS ADORABLE CREATURE IN FRONT OF ME!? She.. She… SHE… SHE'S SO CUTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! KYAA!"

Luckily, chibi Jaune came to his partner's rescue from his friend's cuteness power, "NOPE! If you're going to delete that, at least gimme a copy!"

"!" Chibi Ruby turned to face Jaune in horror, "N-NOOOO!"

Chibi Jaune turned back to Pyrrha, "COME ON! GIMME GIMME GIMME!"

Chibi Ruby once again uses her ultimate weapon, "DELETEDELETEDELETE!"

Pyrrha couldn't handle it any further, two super cute beings begging her is too much for an ill prepared warrior to handle, "Oum be damn…" With too much blood pressure going into her brain, finally her eyes rolled to the back. Pyrrha Nikos, the Mistral Champion finally fell unconscious, a small stream of blood flowing down her nose from cuteness overdose.

Everyone that are still awake in Team JNPR's room all blinked at the sight of the older redhead falling down onto her bed, knockout. The silence did not last long however.

Chibi Jaune took the opportunity to get what he wanted, "DIBS ON THE VIDEO!"

"!" Chibi Ruby jumped after her friend to stop him. "NOOO!"

Nora squealed at the sight of two adorable beings fighting it out, "SO CUTEE!"

Ren shakes his head for two reasons. The first reason is due to his childhood friend. The second one however, is rather out of amusement in knowing that his days in Beacon will be a sight to see in the future.

Yang on the other hand is squealing a helluva lot inside her head, "I don't know how many times I've said it but I don't care. For this is the-

-, period."

All in all, at the end of the day, Pyrrha Nikos finally learnt the true meaning of 'MOE' and the phrase, 'Cuteness Overload' means.

As the night went by in Beacon Academy, everyone in the academy had to deal with the many frantic screams from the dorm. However, none of them bother to stop it because everyone are too tired after the Initiation. Everyone in Beacon Academy started begging to Dust or any divine being with a single thought in their mind, "MAKE IT STOP!"

Alas, that's not the problem, as the scream continued throughout the night.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
