Chapter 8: What?! They're Cheating on Us?!
~At Magnolia Park~
~Midnight~
It has been 3 months since Romeo proposed to Wendy but don't worry, they're not getting married, yet. Anyway, since 3 months had passed, there's only one month left until the rest of the boys propose to their girls or else the girls will break up with them and never return to them again.
Right now, we see the non-engaged girls namely, Lucy, Levy, Juvia and Lisanna, sitting down on the bench, tired of waiting for the boys to propose to them and tired because they haven't gotten enough sleep thinking about that oath they made and them breaking up with their idiots. And they'll most likely not get engaged this day and maybe the next 3 days since their boys namely, Natsu, Gajeel, Gray and Bickslow, are going on a mission together which normally doesn't happen. Heck, this is even the first time that they've went on a mission together. You heard it right people, 'together'.
"Ugh. What's wrong with men these days?!" Levy complained.
"They all think that they're all strong and mighty since they're, you know, boys." Lucy replied in a matter-of-fact tone.
"I'm getting impatient." Juvia said while stomping her feet repeatedly onto the grassy ground and fake cried like a child.
"Don't act like a child Juvia." Lucy scolded her. "They still have one month to propose to us. One month, ya hear?"
"I don't blame her Lucy." Lisanna said, grabbing the 3 girls attention. "I mean, who won't get sick of waiting for their so called 'boyfriend' to propose to them. Just look at the guild, almost every couple in Fairy Tail are now engaged. Besides, I feel like I'm the 3rd wheel out of all my siblings."
Lisanna suddenly stopped her rantings.
"Why do you feel that way Lisanna-san?" Juvia asked.
Lisanna then sobbed uncontrollably. Good thing thing that no one saw these turn of events since it's midnight and people here are most likely sleeping their butts off or most likely doing you know, the process of making babies but thank goodness that there's no one living near the park doing that or else the girls would've heard it and become even more envious as it is. Anyway, back to the story.
Since the youngest Strauss sobbed so hard, the 3 girls hugged her to comfort her sorrows and she hugged them back. Because of this, Juvia felt guilty of asking that question.
"I-I'm so sorry Lisanna-san, I d-didn't mean to ask that. I'm just s-so c-cur-" She whimpered but then stopped because she, herself, cried her heart out.
And with that Lisanna, Lucy and Levy tightened their hug and the two bookworms then burst into cries too. Now, it was a cry fest for the not-yet-engaged ladies of Fairy Tail with the exemption of the single ladies and those ladies who just wanna be banged.
After a few minutes, they stopped crying and hugging each other but now they're hiccupping like crazy and their cheeks were as red as an apple.
"How 'bout crash at Lu-chan's place for tonight?" Levy suggested.
"You mean midnight." Lisanna giggled but was then stopped by a hiccup.
"Nice one Lisanna-san.*hic*" Juvia high-fived with Lisanna before hiccupping too.
"I also think that Levy-chan's suggestion right but..." Lucy trailed off.
"But what?!" Lisanna and Juvia asked in sync making Lucy and Levy giggle a bit.
"It's not funny." Lisanna and Juvia fumed in anger.
"How 'bout we go to my apartment or else you'll have to stay here to sleep." Lucy said.
The 3 girls gasped.
"You won't do that..." Levy whimpered. "Won't you?"
"Maybe I can." Lucy said, sticking out her tongue.
She then walked away while her friends, followed right behind her. No one dared to speak while walking so it's okay to say that they're walking with an awkward silence. When they reached the celestial spirit mage's apartment, she took her key, unlocked the door to her apartment and puts back the key to her pocket. She was about to walk in until she stopped in her tracks making the girls stop too. She took a deep breath before facing her friends/fellow not-yet-engaged ladies of Fairy Tail.
"I'm sorry about everything that I said before."
The 3 girls smiled at the blonde and hugged her.
"There's nothing to forgive."
She then hugged them back. After a few minutes or so, they broke the hug and went inside their house of course, locking the door and then went upstairs to go to Lucy's bedroom.
"As much as I love to have a sleepover at Lu-chan's, where are we gonna sleep anyway?" Levy asked.
The girls then started to think of an idea until...
"Lucy, do you have some spare blankets?" Lisanna started to ask.
"Uh...yes. But what are you gonna need it fo-" Lucy stopped talking, starting to get what Lisanna's plan is.
She then smiled at Lisanna.
"I now understand your plan Lisanna."
She then opened her cabinet and took a thick pink blanket and gave it to Lisanna. After that, she closed the cabinet while Lisanna started to lay the blanket down while Juvia and Levy watch them, completely oblivious on what they're about to use it for.
"What do you think they're doing?" Levy whispered-asked to Juvia.
"Dunno." Juvia whispered back.
"If you want to know what it's for..." Lucy said, appearing right behind them which shocked the girls to the max.
The 2 blue-haired girls then look at their blonde friend.
"Then how 'bout I show you." Lucy continued.
Then she pushed the two. Thank goodness that they didn't hit the floor but instead they fell on the blanket that Lisanna laid down together with some pillows. When the two opened their eyes, they saw Lucy and Levy grinning at them.
"Now you know what it's for right?" They asked in sync.
Levy nods while Juvia is still oblivious.
"What are we using it for?" Juvia asked while the 3 girls looked at with a WTF face.
"Seriously? You still don't know?" Lisanna asked.
Juvia shook her head.
"This is where we're sleeping for the night!" the three of them announced.
"What?!"
The girls then covered their ears.
"Sorry." the Rain Woman apologized.
"It's okay. Also, can you tell me the reason on why you had that reaction when we said that we're sleeping on the floor?" Lisanna asked.
"Okay." Juvia grinned. "After you tell me why you said that you feel like the third wheel."
"No way." She denied but then, the girls started showing off their puppy dog eyes.
"Okay, okay. I'll tell ya."
Lisanna took a deep breath before saying anything.
"When the Raijinshu and the Take Over Siblings had their usual bonding time a bar, Elf-nii-chan proposed to Evergreen in front of all of us because he said that it's manly to propose to the love of his life in front of his siblings and his love's team mate."
"What?!" the girls yelled I shock. "So Evergreen's getting married soon too?"
They then laid down on the blanket.
"I guess we're the only girls who's not engaged yet." Levy said calmly.
"At least we're together." Juvia smiled.
"I guess she's right. We still have each other." Lisanna said while Lucy hums in agreement.
Just then...
*knock* *knock*
"I wonder who's knocking early in the morning." Lucy said as she stood up and headed downstairs to get the door.
"At least she didn't say late at night." Lisanna giggled.
"Hey! I just said it by accident!" Levy complained, cheeks now burning red.
"Sure." Juvia said sarcastically.
Then they laughed together. And after a few seconds, Lucy came back while holding...
"A letter!" they exclaimed as they sat up.
"Who's it from Lucy?" Lisanna asked.
"Dunno." She answered.
"Then open it." Levy said.
Lucy obliged and then took out the letter from the envelope. The girls then huddled near Lucy to read the letter too.
Dear Lucy-sama,
Good morning or afternoon to you Lucy-sama. I don't know when this letter will each to you so I just put both. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm getting married this December 18. Yes, December 18. Only 18 or 17 or 16 days left 'til the wedding. As I said earlier, I don't know when this will reach to you so I just put three of the days that I calculated on how many days it'll take until my wedding day. If you're wondering who I'm getting married then it's my busy boyfriend now fiancé which is Sting-sama! He proposed to me at the 14th of February. Isn't that romantic. Our wedding just took too long since Sting-sama's busy taking care of the guild.
Now here's the question that I wanted to ask you...Could you be my maid of honor? I'd be so honored if you did. Also, can you ask Erza-sama, Mira-sama, Levy-sama, Lisanna-sama and Wendy-sama to be my bridesmaids. Oh please ask them. Hope you can come Lucy-sama.

After that 4 girls finished reading the letter, they started squealing like cray-zee. Then Juvia stopped squealing so, the 3 girls stopped too.
"What wrong Juvia?" They asked in unison.
"It's just that. Yukino-san's very lucky since she got her boyfriend to propose to her before us." Juvia answered sadly.
Levy, Lucy and Lisanna's worried expression then turned into a sad one.
"Come on girls. We don't know that the guys might propose to us in one week. Let's all just stay positive." Lucy encouraged.
"Lu-chan's right!" Levy agreed. "It's just like they say, 'Patience is a virtue'."
Juvia and Lisanna nods in agreement.
"Now can we sleep?" Juvia asked.
The 3 girls then sweat-dropped at their friends antic.
'She's getting way out off topic.' They thought.
"Okay let's sleep." Lucy as she laid down with Lisanna and Levy.
They then hugged each other.
"Sweet dreams." They said to each other.
~8:30 A.M~
*yawns*
"Morning guys." Juvia says while rubbing her eyes.
"Morning." They replied while yawning.
"Let's go down for breakfast, shall we?" Lucy suggested.
"Okay. I've never eaten Lu-chan's cooking so I'm pretty excited to taste it." Levy said.
"I think that it'll be delicious." Juvia said while rubbing her stomach.
"You can double that sister." Lisanna said, making the girls giggle.
"Let's just go down and cook something tasters." Lucy said.
They then went downstairs, more specifically, the kitchen. Lucy then started to see if she has some ingredients or any food on her kitchen cabinet. But to her luck, there was none.
"Can you girls please check if there's still ingredients or any food at the fridge." Lucy requested.
"'Kay."
The 3 girls checked but to their luck, there were also none. But they did find something and trust me, it ain't food.
"Did you guys find anything?" Lucy asked.
The girls shook their heads. Lucy then started to walk in circles.
"Where the hell could all food gone to? Last time I checked, my cabinet and fridge are still full."
"Um...Lucy-san?" Juvia tried to grab Lucy's attention.
"It couldn't run itself since food don't have feet."
"LUCY!" The girls screamed loudly that grabbed the blonde's attention.
"What is it girls?" She asked as she walked towards them.
"We found this at you fridge." Lisanna said, handing a note to her friend.
Dear Luce,
Hey Luce! Me and Happy wants to say that we'll be taking all the food from your kitchen 'cause we don't have enough money to buy foods while on this mission. Don't worry, the two of us will just buy you some new ones when we get back. Hope you understand.

Lucy then clenched her fists therefore crumpling the note.
"That little!" She said angrily while tearing the note down bit by bit.
"Girl just chillax." Lisanna tried to calm her down.
Lucy then faced her.
"Try to chill?! That stupid boyfriend of mine just took my food and money. What do you propose for me to calm down?!"
"By taking a chill pill." Levy suggested.
"Maybe by eating too. I'm starving." Juvia said as her tummy grumbled in hunger.
"Now that you mention it, I'm getting hungry from all that stressing out." Lucy agreed.
"How 'bout we all go to 8-Island?" Lisanna suggests.
"Game!"
They then exited Lucy's apartment and talked all the way to 8-Island.
"Juvia you still haven't told us the reason on why you were surprised about us sleeping on the floor." Levy said.
"Yeah." Lucy and Lisanna totally agreed.
Juvia blushes in embarrassment.
"W-Well. It's because I've never slept on the floor before except when I'm drunk."
Lucy, Levy and Lisanna stared at her in shock.
"Y'know Juvia..."
"What is it Lucy-san?"
"You've slept on the floor with the 3 of us at midnight so technically, you have now slept on the floor."
Juvia then stopped on her tracks. Making the girls along with her but just a few meters away.
"I really did. Oh my gosh. I never knew that it was just like lying down on my bed, only flatter though."
The girls then smiled at the previous Phantom Lord wizard.
"Kya! Don't do that Natsu-sama!" A girl screamed out of nowhere.
The girls were shocked to hear Natsu's name especially Lucy.
"Gray-sama. Give me more." Another girl screamed.
Now, Juvia was clenching her fists in anger.
'How dare that girl say Gray-sama.' She thought angrily.
"Mmm...Gajeel." Another one said.
"Yes, Bickslow." And then another one.
"Grrr...How dare they?!" Lucy said, completely angered.
"Those under-handed bastards." Juvia gritted her teeth.
"Guys, we still don't know what they're doing if we don't see it by ourselves." Levy said, trying to calm her 2 angered friends. "We just need to stay positive."
"Okay, we'll be positive." Lisanna said, inhaling and exhaling before..."I'M POSITIVE THAT THEY'RE CHEATING ON US!"
"Hold your horses girl. Levy-chan's right. Since the sound of those m-moans sounds near may be it's..." Lucy then looks around and then pointed at an alleyway. "It's coming from over there. Come on girls."
As she said that, she dragged them forcibly to that same alleyway she pointed. After they reached it, they hid in the shadows. They started to look if their guys were and much to their surprise, they were there, kissing other women. The girls heart broke and tears started falling down the ground.
"L-Let's g-go g-girls." Lisanna whimpered while the girls just obliged.
They then walked away as quietly as possible so that they won't be noticed by their boyfriends, ex-boyfriends to be exact. They wept their hearts out while heading towards Mira and Laxus' house, not caring if anyone saw them, about their hunger nor their selves.
I'm sorry if this is not what you all expect it to be. I just wanted this chapter to be bitter and sad because some stories need to have bitter and sad endings, not all have happy endings you know. But rest assured, this story's gonna have a happy ending. Anyway, since someone who criticized my story said something that makes my blood boil, I want to say to him or her to make his or her or damn story and let's see who's being a b**** here. Can't he or she see that I've worked my best in this story and he/she just wants me to give it to someone. Uh-uh. No way am I gonna do that sister or brother. BTW, I want to announce something. 2 somethings to be exact. So please, if you want to, please forget all the stuffs that I said before this.
1st. I'll be removing all those update if you give 50 reviews kind of stuff.
2nd. Since my graduation is near, I don't think that I've got the time to update now more than ever.
