A army? Far from it, what we have here is not a army or a militia, or even a random weapon. These are executioners. They aren't being made to fight, they are being made to execute their foes.-?

A heavily built man was reading something off of a screen at his heavy wooden desk, muttering to himself as the data flew by. "Computer current status of project Godfall. All counter files and probable tactics. As of todays simulations"
Justice League counters and possible tactics.
Opponent: Detective.
Counter: Project Delta.
Threat level: AA
Notes: Possibly the most dangerous opponent, preferable to engage in an open area, removing possible traps and obstacles. If avoidable, should not be engaged one on one. Superior numbers are preferable, as is daylight.
Tactics: If Delta can close and engage in hand to hand, battle simulations show his enhanced physical attributes and enhanced tactical thinking should give him the edge. However, Delta should be equipped with standard eye protection, as well as have sonic nullifiers implanted in his ear canal to neutralize the possibility of any attempted escape or sensory deprivation. If Delta can lure his foe into a space similar to a sewer or other enclosed space, his powers would allow for him to weaken the structure, collapsing it on his foe. This stratagem is only recommended after all possible Class A threats are contained or eliminated to prevent any aid from coming.
Opponent: Last Son
Counter: Project Alpha supported by Project K2 or Beta, alternately Project Beta and K2. Flight Capabilities needed.
Threat level: A
Notes: Use of Red sun radiation or kryptonite radiation, artificial or otherwise, could negatively harm Beta or K2. Recommend against usage unless Alpha engages alone. Said alternate strategy is unwise as Alpha lacks the natural flight capabilities of K2 and Beta, making a possible unacceptable safe method of attack and retreat for target.
Tactics: If K2 or Beta can keep target from taking to the air, Project Alpha should be able to close and fight target on equal terms. However the longer the fight goes the stronger he will become due to absorbing his foes kinetic energy. The focus must be upon keeping target too uncertain and rattled to consider long range alternatives. If those alternatives ARE used, then victory becomes less certain. If longer range becomes advisable, then it is recommended that we have Beta and K2 take over the fight entirely once Alpha has caused enough fatigue to the target. Both are designed to deal with a class A powerhouse, and should be capable of dealing with a weakened foe.
Opponent: Olympus
Counter: Project K2 'Air Striker'
Threat level: A
Notes: K2 was designed for speed and aerial supremacy, though it is advisable to include advanced hand to hand tactics in programming as soon as possible in order to combat target.
Tactics: Other then overpowering, there are no known weaknesses to exploit except perhaps pride and instinct. If foe can be convinced she is fighting an honorable equal and convinced to discard her weapon for a fair hand to hand fight, then K2 may have the edge. Otherwise another plan may need to be drafted, or superior numbers may be needed.
Opponent: Emerald Knight
Counter: Project R.01 'Reaper'
Threat level: B
Notes: Possibly one of the harder opponents to match, although R.01's abilities lie in shadows, and even the brightest light casts shadows, even emerald light. Although the use of sonic weapons and other disruptive weapons could easily disrupt the target's focus and concentration, further flaws in targets defence vary based on the wielder of the ring.
General tactics: Using sonic weapons and sensory deprivation is advised, as is trying to keep the target down at street level, where his superior arsenal will be more limited without the space to use it. Also, if R.01 is able to disrupt target's vision, even momentarily, a window may present itself.
Opponent: Red Son
Counter: Project Alpha and Delta
Threat level: AA
Notes: Possibly the strongest member of the League. Powers include intangibility, telepathy, strength, speed, eye beams, shape shifting, density alteration, telekinesis, regeneration, invisibility, and possibly more, complete list unavailable at current time. More data probing is needed to complete profile. Stolen data files reveal a strong aversion to fire. Unknown at this time what extent effect would have. Further testing is needed, perhaps refitting some of his old opponents with flame based weaponry?
Tactics: After testing, fire may become a viable option. Otherwise the only likely course of action calls for complete disintegration. Further study is needed.
Opponent: Crimson Racer
Counter: K2 and R.01. Possibly Beta if abilities progress further. If becomes a recurring problem Alpha could, after time, match him.
Threat level: B
Notes: Speed is only a problem if he can move his legs. A surprise attack, executed with ample speed, could cripple target and make for an easy elimination. If not, speed could prove an issue due to lack of specific counter project.
Strategies: Remove from ground or alternatively run ragged in a controlled area using superior numbers. Placing a tracker on target is a necessity. If target can be hit, it is likely that own momentum will do the trick.
Other members require more research. A priority should be either re engineering current DNA samples to add more variety, or to acquire new samples from new sources.
