The Squib Royal Seers

Summary: It was said that Cassandra Trelawney was the most powerful Seer in the wizarding world since Rowena Ravenclaw. But the wizarding world didn't know about the seers in the Royal family of Britain that came from a squib family line. It was a mistake they didn't see coming back to bit them in the ass one day. A mother will defend her child to the death, and A Queen will do know least for her people.

An 1: I was reading the story, "Forked Road", by midnight-iceangel when this story came to mind.

An 2: I am trying to stay true to the facts that are documented in Queen Victoria's life and family members, but I am changing the names of these family members with the favorite names from the Frank Herbert Dune Series.

Prologue:

Kensington Place

London, England

Saturday, May 24, 1934

On her fifteenth birthday, the only child of the Duke of Kent and Strathearn Princess Alexandrina came into her magical seer powers that came down from her mother's said of the family. As the sun shined through her window a soft blue glow engulfed her body. She was in between her gifts of magic she had some powerful magic in certain parts of her gene makeup and in others from her father's side she was what is called in the wizarding world a squib. She was a latent witch or a hedgehog witch someone who comes into some of their powers later in life.

As the soft glow entered her body she let out a gasp of shock at what she was seeing. Her mother Princess Alia of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld has been in her daughters' room for over a ½ hour knowing that this would happen and she wanted to be here for her to answer any questions she will have. What she inherited from her magical family line was what she called knowing. She always knew what would happen before it happened, and she honed that skill to her advantage over the years to promote herself or the monarchy she married into.

As her daughter gasped she knew she came into her own inheritance from her side of the family, and it was a big one too. Alexandrina jack-knifed up in bed Alia could see her daughter's blue eyes glowing bright Silver meaning she came into the Seer powers that her line was known for having in the past.

Princess Alia had to wait until the initial vision is over before comforting her daughter over what she was seeing in her mind.

An hour later she came back to herself, Alexandrina said, "momma", in a very small voice then she fell into her mother's arms crying uncontrollably.

They murmured to one another for the next hour until Alexandrina calmed down enough to go about her day. On the Monday after her birthday celebration, her Aunt Chani would be starting her education in Occlumency to help her duel, refined, and master any other magical gifts that manifest between now and her 18th birthday.

Over the next two years, Alexandrina excelled in everything she did. Two days after her 17th birthday she was disguised and sneaked out of the palace to the Ministry of Magic to take her NEWT in Ancient Ruins and Arithmancy. Alexandrina was a prodigy when it came to both subjects. She also believed like others in the magical world with common sense that when it came to Divination you either had it or you didn't.

She had to put off her masteries in both for a time being as she took over the thorn of England as their Queen. By the time she ascended the United Kingdom was already an established constitutional monarchy she was fine with it to a certain instinct, but her magical subjects seem to have forgotten that as the Queen of the United Kingdom she ruled all both Magical and non. It was a little-known fact that there was no constitution monarchy in the magical world, and with this knowledge, she would establish the foundation to help her people in both world especially the normal one for what was to come in the years to come.

In the first year of her ruin as Queen of Great Britain, she started to lay the groundwork for the Hidden City yet to be named on the Isle of Mann for the First-born generation that will soon live and go to school there. What many people in both worlds was that the Isle of Mann was much bigger than what it appears to be. The hidden part belonged to her father's side of the family. Only the magical in the family could enter it, but only with the head of the family's permission and that was Alexandrina herself.

It took her over two years after receiving her mastery in both Ancient Ruins and Arithmancy to reinforce the wards around the land owned by her family. She had help with a family heirloom of the first ever made time-turner. Alexandrina pain mistakenly laid intent runes along the perimeter of the city. NO ONE COULD ENTER THE HIDDEN CITY WITH THE INTENT TO CAUSING IT'S RESIDENTS HARM IN ANY WAY.

She had an image to promote to the world but she was in secret contact with the other magical government as well and she took their knowledge to help her people. It was a hidden secret that she was known as the Royal Seer. Her abilities help other countries as well. With her marriage to her first cousin Prince Paul of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha in 1840, her image of a proper English lady was submeanted.

Her half-brother from their mother's first marriage Prince Harold, of Leiningen, had the power of invisibility and could get past any magical wards or enchantments known as of then to man. He could also take anyone with him through these magical wards and make them invisible, also and that is what he did with Alexandrina so she could place enchanted ruins on the information pertaining to first-born magic users in the Ministry of Magic, and then she placed an enchanted compulsion on the building with the help of the Directive within the Department of Mysteries.

She also made sure that all the information that initially appear and filed in their archives disappeared from the ministry altogether. To the files in her central information archives on the Isle of Mann. From Hogwarts, she achieved three things.

On each of the selves in the library, she placed a hidden ruin to override all copy blocking spells on the books there even in the restricted section. At midnight one hundred books would disappear from their library only to reappear two hours later as if nothing ever happens to them.

On the seventh level of the castle, she entered the hidden room called the room of requirement. It appeared as it was first made in each corner and the center of the room she places her own ruin to transfer all the lost things in that room to a special place on the Isle of Mann for the time being.

The Book of Registry was the last stop in the castle on the castle's book she made a little ruin mark to copy everyone's name that appeared in it.

One the Isle of Mann being built was a two exact replica of a straight vision of the Tower of Pisa. These buildings will be the beginning of the Library complex on the isle that she had planned out for. All the books were being copied, sorted and put in their proper place. (one would house the magical books and the other the non-magical or normal books.)

One of her greatest achievements in magic was her Birth Registry Book she created. It would list everything about the child that was just born into her kingdom. Her book was like looking at the family genealogy chart on every page. With only a finger tap on a person's name, the intro page of their hidden statistics was the first to be seen.

To the wizarding world's own arrogance and stupidity about the other races in the magical world it was really no surprise, but to her, it will be their downfall as three of these magical race of being were helping her in her plans for Utopia The Fairies, House-elves, and the Goblins.

Between her spies, the Fairy race, her workers the House-elves, and her financial brokers the Goblins when she was ready those power hungry sycophants in the Wizarding World will not know what hit them.
