The group was, once again, walking along the road, but the air was much more solemn as everyone glanced at Momonga, who was trailing behind and remaining silent. Momonga, meanwhile, was berating himself for letting his emotions get the better of him, even though he's an Undead, both mentally and physically. He really shouldn't have snapped like that, as Ninya had no way of know that would set him off. He had apologized to him, earlier this morning, and looks eager to make it up to him.
"This place has quite the scenery, doesn't it? It's so peace, why don't we relax and enjoy?" Lukrut suggested, likely trying to start a conversation.
"It's important to be on guard" Peter said.
"He's right. Carelessness gets you killed" Dyne added.
"You think, as a Silver Plate, you'd know that by heart" Brita snarked.
"A dragon could ambush and roast the lot of us before we'd have time to react" Ninya said.
"Give me a break. You can't seriously believe that would happen" Lukrut said.
"There are plenty of local legends to support it. Apparently, there's a Dragon near E-Rantel that is able to control nature, at will. And North, I've heard that there quite a few living Frost Dragons that make their nests on their other side of the Azerlisia Mountains. There could be hundreds up there " Ninya explained. Now, that got Momonga's attention.
"Ninya, you wouldn't happen to know the name of the dragon with power over nature?" he asked. Ninya glanced at him.
"Sorry, no idea. I'll ask when we're back in town" he replied.
"Please do. That would be of great help to me" Momonga said.
"Kay, consider it done! I won't let you down!" Ninya said, eagerly, seeing a chance to make up for his mistake, last night. The rest of the Swords of Darkness smiled at this. Even Brita and Nfirea smiled.
"We should be in Carne Village within the hour" Nfirea said. Momonga glanced at the mountains. In Yggdrasil, Dragons were considered the strongest species and most players avoided them unless they had a well-crafted strategy or some crazy ability or gear on them. If that holds true in this world, he'll have to be extremely careful.
Sakuya watched the group with interest from the scrying spell Aureole Omega was using. She was, surprisingly, with the Pleiades member in her home, the Cherry Blossom Sanctuary. The area lived up to its name, and was quite beautiful.
"I still fail to see how this will help us learn more about this world, Lady Sakuya" Aureole commented. Unlike the other residents of Nazarick, she wasn't a Heteromorph, but a Human, but she had eternal life, so she would remain the same young girl she is for eternity.
"You're scrying, while impressive, can only show us so much, Aureole. Momonga's plan will allow us access to insider knowledge directly from the locals. It's also helping me with my little side project, as well. That red-head is an ideal candidate" Sakuya explained.
"She won't be if she can't stay loyal to the Great Tomb of Nazarick" Aureole said.
"Yes, that's true. So, I'm not just going to recruit her, right away. Instead, I'll have her loyalty tested and, if she passes, then she'll be recruited" Sakuya said.
"I understand, My Lady" Aureole said.
As Nfirea said, they arrived at Carne Village in an hour's time. But, Nfirea was surprised to see the massive wall surrounding the village, which wasn't there the last time he was visited here.
"That's strange" he said.
"What's the matter?" Peter asked.
"That large wall. It wasn't there the last time" Nfirea replied, unaware of the eyes watching them from their hiding spots. They were nearing the gates when Lukrut stopped them. The gates opened a band of Goblins rushed out, aiming bows at them.
"I thought I smelled something foul" Lukrut said, readying his own bow.
"That's close enough, blondie" one of the Goblins said as more of them emerged from the tall grass, aiming their own weapons at the group.
"Put down your weapons. Now" the Goblin demanded. Momonga wasn't concerned, but there was something awfully familiar about these Goblins.
"Everyone, calm down. We'd rather not cross swords if we can avoid it. Especially with the giant and the plate armor. I know a bad vibe when I feel one and he's giving me a serious case of the willies" another Goblin, the leader, said.
"Who are these guys?" Peter asked, clutching his sword.
"Mr. Goblin, what's going on?" a new voice asked.
"Boss, you made it" the leader said, gratefully. It was Enri. Momonga remembered her from Sakuya mentioning her before. She must've used one of the two horns Sakuya gave her and summoned a band of Goblins.
"Enri" Nfirea called out. This got the girl's attention.
"Nfirea!" Enri said, happily.
"Hey, is she-?" Ninya asked.
"Definitely" Dyne replied, obviously realizing this is the girl Nfirea liked. With that, Enri and Nfirea headed inside while the Adventurers relaxed outside. Once inside, Enri explained the situation to him.
"I'm sorry, I don't know what to say" he said, staring at the saddened Enri. Losing both of her parents could not have been easy and it showed just how cruel the world can be. The pain she must be feeling must be immense. But, he felt he could protect her, even if his Magic skills weren't all that impressive.
"It's fine, I still have my little sister. Looking after her has kept me going" she said. Honestly, she takes back every comment she made about being a mother being easy. Nemu is quite the handful.
"Oh, of course. That's wonderful! By the way, I was wondering..." Nfirea said, nervously.
"What is it, Nfirea?" Enri asked. He really wanted to ask her to marry him. They were both of marrying age and with his earnings, he could easily take care of Enri and her little sister.
"Is something wrong?" Enri asked, noting how red his face was getting.
"Oh, nothing is wrong! Just let me know if you need anything! I'll be happy to help however I can!" Nfirea replied, quickly, his face red as a tomato.
"Oh, that's sweet. Thank you, Nfirea. I'm so lucky to have a good friend, like you, in my life" Enri said, gratefully.
"Uh, r-right, a good friend. That's what I am and nothing more. Anyway, what's the deal with the Goblins?" Nfirea asked, wondering where they came from. He surely would've remembered them the last he was here.
"They appeared out of thin air. Are they did, after I blew the horn our saviour, Lady Sakuya, gave to me. They call me boss and help around the village when I ask them" Enri explained. Nfirea didn't miss the reverence Enri's voice had when mentioning that name.
"I see.. So, who is this Sakuya woman?" Nfirea asked.
"Really? I figure if anyone knew about her, it would be you, Nfirea. She's amazing! She had saved our village, taking out those knights with her bare hands. She also fired these green-colored blasts of Magic from her palms" Enri said, excitedly.
"Green-colored Magic? She must've been a pretty skilled Magic Castor, then. She must've been using, at least, 3rd Tier spells" Nfirea, thinking.
"Is that good or bad?" Enri asked, not really that knowledgeable on Magic.
"It's amazing. 3rd Tier is the highest a normal person can achieve" Nfirea explained.
"Oh, wow, I knew she was awesome, But I had no idea" Enri commented.
"From what you've told me, I wouldn't be surprised if she was a Hero Class Castor. She might even be able to cast 5th Tier Spells" Nfirea added.
"I still haven't told you everything. She had black wings and called herself the Black Angel. She also gave me a blood red potion that healed my wounds, instantly" Enri said. Nfirea's heart nearly stopped at hearing that. A blood red potion?! Just like the one Momon gave to Brita?! No way! That means Momon knows Sakuya, the Black Angel the king has been asking about! Without a second thought, he stood up and went to find Momon, ignoring Enri's vocie.
Momonga and Narberal stood on a nearby hill, watching the villagers as they practiced archery with the help of the Goblins. He was impressed by this, due to the circumstances.
"They're really quite good" he commented.
"If you say so, Lord" Narberal said, feeling it was private enough to use "Lord".
"Alright, I wouldn't call any of them a natural, but think about it: until ten days ago, none of them have even touched a bow, before. They've been through a lot. They had to watch as their friends, children, and parents were murdered, but instead of giving into misery, they're working hard to ensure that atrocity never happens again. If nothing else, it's inspiring" Momonga explained.
"Of course, I haven't thought of that. Forgive me" Narberal said with a bow.
"Mr. Momon!" a voice caught their attention. Nfirea came running up to them in a full sprint.
"Do you have some business with me?" Momonga asked.
"I have a question. Mr. Momon, do you actually know who the Black Angel is?" Nfirea asked, after catching his breath. Momonga wasn't at all surprised. Considering Sakuya gave Enri a red potion, like he did with Brita, he wouldn't take someone as smart as him to connect the dots.
"Is there a particular reason why you want to know?" Momonga asked, carefully.
"...Not really. I just would want to thank her for saving this village and Enri. If she wasn't here, I would have nothing to live for. So, she saved us, both" Nfirea replied, blushing lightly.
"I'm certain she'll be glad to hear that. Is that all?" Momonga asked.
"Yes, of course… Actually, there's something I've been hiding since we met" Nfirea said, looking ashamed.
"Nabe, can you leave us alone, for a moment?" Momonga asked to Narberal.
"Understood, Lord" Narberal nodded and left.
"Here it goes. That red potion you gave to Brita back in E-Rantel. It's so rare that none of our modern methods could ever hope to duplicate it. I thought if I could learn the secret, I could produce it on my own. That's the reason I specifically asked for your help. It was dishonest and I'm sorry" Nfirea explained.
"I see…" Momonga said.
"I hope you forgive me" Nfirea said, quickly.
"What exactly do I need to forgive you for? You requested me assistance to get in contact with me. I fail to see how that is a problem. That said, I would like to know what you plan to do with the potion once you learn how to craft it" Momonga said.
"To be perfectly honest, I haven't thought that far ahead. The knowledge was tantalizing enough on its own" Nfirea replied, nervous.
"There's nothing wrong with wanting to know. As long as you aren't using your knowledge for evil, I have no issue. And neither would Sakuya" Momonga said. After all, Sakuya has the same thirst for knowledge and that desire produced one of Yggdrasil's most powerful players.
"Wow, Enri is right. This Black Angel does sound amazing" Nfirea said.
"Be honest with me: are you the only one who knows I am an associate of Sakuya?" Momonga asked.
"Yes, I haven't told anyone" Nfirea replied.
"That's good. I'd like it to stay that way. I am just an Adventurer named Momon and nothing more. I'd like you not to forget that" Momonga explained.
"Yes, sir. I thought that's who you wanted it. Thanks again, on behalf of the entire village and especially the woman I love" Nfirea said and left. Momonga waited for a solid minute until he spoke up.
"There is no need to hide, now" he said. A grunt was heard before Brita emerged from a nearby bush.
"How long did you know I was here?' she asked, pulling a twig out of her hair.
"For quite some time. Now, is there a reason you were spying on me?" Momonga asked.
"Frankly, I just want to meet this Black Angel, myself. I don't know why, I just feel pulled towards her, and it's really annoying me" Brita said with a growl. Momonga let a minor chuckle.
"There's also something else: Ever since I was a little girl, I felt this strange yearning, which only got harder to ignore as I got older and became an Adventurer. When I saw you walk into that tavern, I felt that yearning pointing directly at you, especially when you gave me that potion. So, I joined up with this little group to see where it took me. My gut's never steered me wrong, before" she explained.
"Really now? What will you do once you meet the Black Angel?" Momonga asked, curiously.
"Not sure. Maybe see what she can teach me. I'm not Magic Caster, but I could learn something from her. I might even best your skills, for I know" Brita said with a smile.
"Of course. I'll be sure to inform of this. I have a strong feeling she'll be eager to meet you. A fair warning, though, she won't offer her services for free and will ask for a price" Momonga said.
"If it means I have to become her travel companion or something, then I think I can handle it. But, for now, I think I'll settle for traveling with you, for now" Brita said. Momonga nodded. Brita didn't realize her entire conversation was being overheard.
"We'll enter the forest through here. I'll be counting on you if anything attacks" Nfirea said. The group had gathered at the edge of the forest, ready to begin gathering herbs.
"As long as Mr. Momon is with us, I don't think anything in there will have the guts" Peter said.
"Oh, yeah, one thing. If we happen upon the Wise King, I'd like for you to scare him off instead of killing him" Nfirea said.
"Care to explain?" Momonga asked.
"This entire area is in the Wise King's territory. He's the reason Monsters have never attempted to attack Carne Village before. If you kill him, it could mean disaster" Nfirea explained.
"I'm pretty sure that's impossible, even for him" Lukrut commented.
"I'll certainly try" Momonga stated, surprising Lukrut and Peter.
"You do realize this is a legendary creature we're talking about, right?!" Lukrut asked, flabbergasted.
"You must be confident in your strength to have that attitude" Dyne said.
"Actually, I have a suggestion, if you don't mind" Momonga offered.
"Please, feel free" Nfirea said.
"Nabe can use Magic similar to Alarm. I'd like the two of us to scout ahead for a bit" Momonga said.
"I'm fine with that. But, try to get back to the group as quick as you can" Nfirea said.
"Of course" Momonga said. The duo entered the forest and kept until walking he was certain they were out of earshot of any of the group.
"That's far enough. Now, why don't we talk about how to spread my great name!" he shouted.
"Sounds good!" Aura shouted from a nearby tree branch. Had Naberal not been aware of her presence, thanks to her improved senses, she would've nearly attacked her on instinct. She'd rather not have that happen. She'd never be able to forgive herself for attacking a Floor Guardian.
"Lady Sakuya sent me, saying you might need my help. I've been following you since you entered the forest. So, you want me to find this Wise King of the Forest and send him your way. A creature like that could really be useful" Aura said
"Correct. Up to it?" Momonga asked.
"Consider it done. I think I might know where it's making its nest" Aura said, stroking her chin.
"Excellent, I'm counting on you, Aura" Momonga said.
"See ya!" Aura exclaimed happily and began hopping from tree to tree at a speed no Human could ever hope to achieve.
"What do you plan to do, my Lord?" Narberal asked.
"I will fight the Wise King, of course" Momonga replied, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Wasn't the battle with the Ogres a sufficient show of your strength?" Narberal asked.
"Hardly. Killing an Ogre with one swing is nothing compared to besting a legendary, magical creature. If I want rumors of the Adventurer Momon to spread quickly, I need to accomplish something the people can't ignore" Momonga explained.
"I see" Narberal said as they began to make their way back to the group.
Aura was running at full speed through the forest when something grabbed her by the back of her tunic. Before she knew it, she was plopped onto the back of a large, black wolf/horse-like creature with a green-colored hybrid of a beetle and chameleon running at its side.
"Fenn, Quadracile, hi! What's wrong, were you two worried about me?" Aura asked, excitedly. Quadracile licked her with its long tongue in response.
"That tickles! Cut it out, I have an important mission from Lord Momonga. I can't play, now" she said. Fenn began running faster, much to the Dark Elf's surprise.
"You want to help, huh? Alright, I guess I'll let you tag along" Aura said, earning excited roars from both beasts. The eventually came upon a dark cave. Aura slowly crept inside while Fenn and Quadracile remained at the cave entrance. As Aura delved deeper, she heard loud snoring and found the Wise King, sleeping peacefully. Aura really wanted to face this creature, herself, but Lord Momonga gave her specific orders and she's not about to defy her Master to satisfy her need to collect rare species. Besides, there will probably be more rare beasts she can collect. So, she lets loose her signature Breath Ability, which makes contact with the Wise King's body. It has its intended effect and wakes it up, thoroughly agitated.
"We're done here!" Aura shouted as she, Fenn, and Quadracile ran away from the cave as quickly as they could, not wanting to be in the Wise King's waya s it comes charging out of its den with an enraged roar.
The commotion the Wise King caused has caused every bird in the immediate area to fly off, alerting the Adventurers that something is very wrong. Lukrut placed his ear against the ground.
"I don't like this. Guys, something big is heading straight for us" he said.
"Is it the Wise King of the Forest?" Nfirea asked, nervously. If it is, what had got him so agitated all of a sudden.
"Don't worry, leave it to us" Momonga said, confidently.
"Sure, thanks" Peter said.
"We're counting on you" Dyne said. They all ran as fast as they could, save for Nfirea.
"Mr. Momon" he called.
"What is it?" Momonga asked.
"Try not to push yourself too hard, okay?" Nfirea asked. Sure, he was immensely strong and had powerful Magic, but this is the Wise King of the Forest they're talking about. Even the strongest of men have their limits.
"Right. Now, go, quickly" Momonga said and watched them fade from view. Wait, why did he say that? Now, there's no one here to witness him fight the Wise King. Perhaps he could cut off one of its legs as proof he actually did fight him. He'll figure it out, later.
"Let's greet our guest properly" he said. He drew his swords as a large dust cloud rushed towards him, obviously the Wise King's doing. It launched the first attack, striking with its snake-like tail. Momonga crossed his swords to block the strike, though it took some effort. The tail retreated and the Wise King seemingly vanished, leaving Momonga to search for any sign of it.
"Few can survive my first attack. Admirable, it is. Abide interlopers, I do not. Many of the foolish have perished by my claws. If you wish not to join, leave this place and respectfully withdraw, I shall. What say you?" A voice echoed through the air, as if speaking from everyone at once. It must be the Wise King.
"Forget it. Why don't you stop hiding and face me. Are you shy or are you afraid you won't survive?" Momonga taunted.
"Insolent whelp! Very well, feast your eyes upon my form and tremble with awe!" the Wise King stated. A loud rumbling came from behind them as the Wise King ominously emerged from the shadows, thought Momonga was surprised that he actually recognized tits appearance.
"I don't believe it" he said.
"Your fear and dismay are palpable. Have any last words, do you?" the Wise King asked.
"Actually, I have a question. I believe I've met your kind, before. Are you a Djungarian Hamster?" Momonga asked.
"I am. Tell me, stranger, how is it that you've came to know of my species?" the Wise King asked, stepping into the light, revealing it is, indeed, a massive Djungarian Hamster. Its voice also lost its echoing quality.
"Well, uh, hm… How should I put this? One of my old allies used to have a pet that looked just like you" Momonga revealed. Narberal instantly felt curious, but kept her mouth shut.
"Tis true? Then, please tell me where I might find this person and my people. My duty as a living creature to my offspring and continue my species, it is" the Wise King said.
"I'm afraid your size might hinder that" Momonga said. Djungarian Hamsters were among the smallest of the Hamster Species and this Wise King was larger than a fully grown rhino.
"Truly unfortunate, that is. Understand, I do' the Wise King said, dejectedly.
"Sorry" Momonga apologized.
"Okay, it is. As for you, seize your banter and come at me, now. Fight as warriors, we shall" the Wise King said, readying its claws and tails. Momonga, however, tapped his sword against the ground, very much annoyed at how stupid this all is. He was supposed to be fighting a legendary beast, not a giant hamster. Wise King his bone butt. Flubby King's more like it.
"Trespassing in my territory a death sentence, it is. Make a good meal, the two of you shall" the Wise King said, trying to sound threatening. Momonga wasn't even paying attention.
"What a letdown. This was a complete waste of time" he muttered. If Sakuya was watching this, she must be rolling on the floor, laughing her butt off.
"Why are you standing for? Surrendering, are you? Disappointing, that would be, as I expected more of someone with your strength. Come, fight with me to the death, as nature intended. Survival of the fittest it is" the Wise King demanded, not realizing how irritated its opponent is. Oh, he is so not wasting more time and energy fighting a glorified house pet.
"Skill: Aura of Despair: Level 1" he called. His sword was enveloped in a black haze as he pointed it towards the King. It disappointed and, after a second, the Wise King went stiff before falling onto its back.
"Bested me, you have. Surrender, I do. Have mercy" the Wise King weakly said.
"He's just a helpless animal" Momonga muttered.
"Are you going to keep him? If you are, I'd like to sue his skin to make some leather. His fur might make a good rug, too" Aura said, sitting on a tree branch.
"Don'! Please, no!" the Wise King whined, not wanting to become someone's new rug.
Momonga and Narberal eld the, now defeated, Wise King to the edge of the forest, where the group was waiting. Unexpectedly, they were in awe.
"No way!" Nfirea agsped.
"The Wise King of the Forest!" the Swords of Darkness exclaimed.
"Be at ease, friends, he is perfectly safe. He is under my command, now. He will not attack, you have my word on that" Momonga said, despite really not enjoying how this all turned out.
"My master speaks the truth, he does. As long as he wishes it, I shall not cause trouble for you or any Human. Devoted to his will, I am. Whatever path he chooses, follow I shall" the Wise King said. This only served to make them even more gobsmacked, except for Brita, who looked rather confused.
"Amazing, what an awe-inspiring creature!" Ninya exclaimed, much to Momonga's disbelief.
"I can feel wisdom and strength radiating from him!" Dyne said, excitedly, earning a shocked expression from Brita.
"I guess your amazing feats know no bounds. It's no wonder someone like Nabe stays by your side" Lukrut said.
"No kidding. You're incredible, Mr. Momon. We would've been massacred if we took him on" Peter said. Okay, they were either messing with him or they genuinely believe this thing's a legendary beast. He can practically hear Sakuya's laughter from here.
"What do you make of this?" Momonga asked Narberal, hoping for a sliver of sanity.
"Putting his strength aside, his eyes do have a gleam of power behind them" she replied, smiling at the Wise King. Well, that plan failed.
{Sakuya: Wise king of the Forest, eh?}
{Momonga: Shut up!}
"Mr. Momon. I realize that this is none of my business, but are you taking him away from this place? If you do that, I'm afraid monsters will attack Carne Village" Nfirea said. That was a good point.
"Well?" he asked.
"There is a chance at that happening, Master" the Wise King replied. This filled Nfirea with fear. For Enri, mostly.
"No way… Fine, in that case, Mr. Momon I humbly ask to become part of your team. I want to be able to protect Enri and Carne Village. If I had even a sliver of your awesome strength, I'm sure I can do that with ease. My knowledge of pharmacy will be completely at your disposal. I'll even carry your things. Please make me your squire" Nfirea begged, much to Momonga's shock. He's never seen such devotion, before.
"In other words, you want me to accept you as part of my team and teach you how to become stronger as a Magic Caster?" he surmised.
"Yes" Nfirea said with conviction. This caused Momonga to burst out laughing. He found the whole thing amusing and admirable. Nfirea, however, felt dejected.
"Forgive me, I'm not laughing at your determination. I understand how you feel and I will remember it. However, I have no use for a squire, at this time" Momonga said.
"I understand" Nfirea said, sadly.
"But, pelase, do not fret. I have every intention of lending my strength to this village whenever they need it. Can I count on your help when the time comes?" Momonga asked.
"Yes! It would be my honor!" Nfirea said, happily.
They soon returned to E-Rantel and it was into the night.
"Hey, Momon, we're going to escort Nfirea the rest of his way to the shop and help him unload all of his stuff. Should we wait for you?" Peter asked.
"Go one ahead. Once I register this magical creature to the guild, I'll catch up with you" Momonga said.
"I've never had a haul this plentiful, before. I'll be sure to add extra to your payment" Nfirea said.
"You're haul is because of my master's strength, don't forget that" the Wise King said.
"See you soon" Nfirea said, ignoring the statement.
"Though we'll only be moments apart, I'm sure it'll feel like an eternity. Be strong, for me, Nabe, my love" Lukrut said, really turning up the casanova.
"Don't worry, that won't be a problem" Naberal said.
"Come on. Get moving" Dyne said, pushing Lukrut forward.
"See you later" Ninya replied. Brita was about to join them, but Momonga stopped her.
"Brita, before you, there is something I must inform you of" he said, catching her attention.
"What is it?" she asked.
"I have been informed by Sakuya that an assassin has been spotted seeking out Nfirea. Sadly, due to having focused on us, we are not aware of her current whereabouts. I'll need you to be vigilant, as they could be awaiting him at his home" Momonga explained. Brita didn't even bother asking how Sakuya was watching them or how she contacted Momonga without them noticing.
"Why would they be after Nfirea?" she asked.
"I do not know. But, Nfirea must've be taken by this assassin" Momonga said.
"And the Swords of Darkness?" she asked.
"Do what you can to keep them alive, as well. However, this assassin may be beyond your strength, so do not fret if you can't save all of them. Also, Sakuya is especially interested in Ninya, though she wouldn't say why. So, if you can only save one of them, try to save him" Momonga replied.
"Right. I'll do what I can" Brita nodded and ran off to join them. With any luck, Aureole was now focusing on Nfirea, so that should help. But, this has proven to be an excellent test of loyalty for Brita. Now, to register this giant hamster. For whatever dumb reason, he was now riding the Wise King. With every second, he could feel his pride shttering. He looks-and feels-like an old man on a merry-go-round instead of a monster slaying hero. Thankfully, the people genuinely believe this is a legendary monster worthy of respect, so he's unlikely to be ridiculed by anyone other than Sakuya.
Also, he should give this thing a new name. Doughnut? No, to stupid. Hamtaro? Nah, already used.
"Come on in. There should be room for everything in here" Nfirea said as he opened the door to the storage room of his shop.
"Sounds good to me" Peter said as they began unloading. Nfirea soon became worried. Things were just too quiet. Suddenly, the door opened, but instead of his grandmother, it was a woman with red eyes and a demented smile that really worried him.
"Hi, welcome home kiddo!" Clementine said, smiling evilly.
The next chapter is out, now. I'm starting to like where I'm going with this. Hopefully, if I do things right, the confrontation with Clementine will be different than in canon.
Speaking of which, it should be obvious that, due to Shalltear being sent to Baharuth and Momonga knowing about the Downfall of Castle and Country, that run-in with the Black Scripture will be much different.
Also, to Akuma-Heika(I think): sorry about that. I did not understand that harem line was a joke. It's impossible to tell a joke through writing, sadly. Still, it was worth a few chuckles.
And on a different note, does Hamskue's way of speaking remind anyone else of Master Yoda? Or is that just me?
