AN: Sorry it took me a long time to update. I've been really busy. So any way, here is the continuation.
"Haruka."
Haruka turned his head to look at the person calling his name, and was met with a loving smile by the woman he loves.
"Michi? What are you doing here?" asked Haruka as he stood up from his sitting position and started walking towards Michiru. After a few more steps, he finally is face to face with Michiru and was about to touch her face when a strong wind caused him to close his eyes, upon opening them, Michiru was gone.
"Haruka." again, Michiru called, this time, Haruka turned around to find Michiru, but instead of a smile, he was met Michiru who's clothes were now covered in blood, shocked run through Haruka's face. "Who did this?!" he managed to asked.
"How could you? You did this Haruka." answered Michiru.
"Me? I did not do anything!" shouted Haruka.
"The proof is in your hands. Look." Michiru said, pointing to Haruka's hand.
Haruka lifted his hands to find blood all over his hands and all over his space sword. "What the-" said Haruka as he lifted his hands, slowly, trembling.
"You did this. I thought you love me." another familiar voice said, Haruka looking up, to find Hotaru the same state as Michiru, covered in blood.
"You killed us." another said, this time, Setsuna appeared.
"You betrayed us Haruka-san." this time, Jupiter spoke. One by one, the other soldiers appeared right before Haruka.
"You are a monster." and now Usagi appeared.
Shocked, Haruka kept saying "No" all over again. Fear, shock and disbelief visible on his face and screamed at the top of his lungs.
"NO!" shouted Haruka, opening his eyes.
A dream, a very dreadful one at that. Breathing, trembling and sweating hard, Haruka tried to pull his self together, comprehending that what he saw was just a dream. "It was just... a... dream... a dream." Haruka managed to breathe out.
"Tsk. I thought that one would actually make you lose your humanity already. You're no fun at all." said a voice from Haruka's side, which made Haruka snap his head to the direction of the voice to face his father.
"You... Stop messing with my head!" shouted Haruka who was about to attack him now, only to be stopped by the chains around his hands and feet.
"Nah ah ah. Why don't you just give up your humanity then, so that we won't be playing this boring game of 'get into Haruka's head and give him a bad dream to give up his humanity and start killing people game' to be done with it." Daichi said, as he smirked to himself at the thought of the game title and then continued. "That would save you a lot of trouble and free of those chains."
"No matter what you say or do, I won't give up my humanity. You'll have to kill me first." Haruka retorted.
"Isn't that what we already doing? Look at yourself, chained, bloodied and I know you are starting to get weak, not only physically, but mentally as well." answered Daichi
Haruka remained silent, truth be told, Haruka is getting weaker as the days pass, physically, emotionally and mentally. Only getting sleep a for 2 hours max a day, only getting one meal a day before being thrown in different dimensions to battle monsters for survival, each monster getting stronger and bigger. And even in sleep, he is being tortured with dreams by Daichi about his family and friends. He is exhausted, and Haruka don't know how much more he could take before his resolve breaks into pieces.
"I'm getting tired of our little game, my little prince. How about we make a bet?" said Daichi, moving closer to Haruka, closer but still Haruka cannot touch him.
"I'm also getting tired and I'm not interested." said Haruka and met his father's intense gaze.
"I'll let you free and never bother you again." said Daichi, Haruka remained silent and kept staring at him, Daichi continued, "If you can escape this place, beat all of the monsters in your way and finally if you have manage to land a five hits on me all within a month. I will set you free and never bother you again. We will leave you, your friends and this galaxy for good."
"And if I don't?" said Haruka, now clearly showing interest with the offer.
"You will submit to your powers, lose your humanity, kill humans and set your mother free. You will be forever my servant." said Daichi with a smirk.
Haruka burrowed his eyebrows and started thinking. 'This might be my only chance. However, in my current situation, the favor is not on me. But, I want to see Michiru.' with that in thought, Haruka made up his mind, "Deal."
"I knew you would say yes. The game will start tomorrow." Daichi said before turning his back to Haruka and started walking out of the cell. "Just remember this. Even if you succeed, it is you who will eventually give in. The people you are trying to protect, they are not worth it." he stated, seriously before disappearing in darkness.
Haruka sat down and let out a long sigh, "I better rest. I don't have enough powers left." As Haruka started closing his eyes, a very sharp pain in his chest and head started. "Arrghhhhhhh! Not...now..." The symbol of Uranus appeared in Haruka's forehead, the teal eyes, started turning gold, marks started appearing on his face and arms, glowing radiantly and his hair turning white..
"No..." said Haruka, it took fifteen whole minutes before the pain subsided, causing Haruka much exhaustion and eventually lose his consciousness.
In Earth...
"Neptune watch out!" shouted Pluto, as one of the energy ball thrown by one of the three monsters went directly at Neptune. Neptune managed to evade the attack.
"Deep Submerge!" Neptune attacked and hit the monster, but not defeating it.
"Arrggghhh" the monster shouted. Angered by this, the monster rushed out to Neptune, bringing out it's claws and kept attacking Neptune, eventually landing a hit on Neptune's arm.
"Ahh!" Neptune shouted in pain.
"Neptune!" shouted the others, Jupiter landed a kick to the head to one of the monsters sending it flying, and hurriedly went to Neptune's side. "Are you okay? Can you still fight?" asked Jupiter
"Don't worry about me. I can still fight." said Neptune, as she slowly stood up.
A loud roar was heard which caught the attention of the two soldiers, on of the monsters were down.
"Now Sailormoon!" shouted Mercury, Sailormoon attached the monster and eventually defeating it, leaving two more for them to defeat.
"I'm already getting tired and hungry." complained Mars.
"Let's eat out after this is over." said Venus.
Few more minutes and the soldiers managed to defeat another one, leaving only one monster left.
All soldiers managed to stay close together, "Be careful, this last one is much more stronger than the first two. It is also faster and smarter." said Mercury while typing on her computer. All nodded and taking note of this.
Before anyone could react, the monster sent a massive energy ball at them, forcing them to separate.
Seeing this, the monster hurriedly targeted Neptune before the latter could react. However, before the monster buries its fangs to Neptune...
"Star Serious Laser!"
The monster was thrown back, "Now Sailormoon!" shouted Fighter. Everyone was shock, The Sailor Star Lights is standing a few feet away from them. Recovering from the surprise, Sailormoon managed to gather her thoughts together and then answered "Right!"
"Silver moon Crystal Power Kiss!"
The attack hit the monster and eventually defeating it.
"Yow!" said Seiya, now in his human form, smiling at the soldiers.
"Seiya-san!" greeted everyone.
"What are you doing here? We thought you already went back to your own galaxy." said Amy, as the rest dropped their transformation and went near everyone.
"Let us talk about that later." said Taiki, while smiling at everyone.
"Ara, something is amiss here." Seiya said, eyeing each and every soldier, before "Aha! Where's Haruka-san?"
Everyone fell quiet and dropping their heads. Michiru's kept a straight face while trying her hard not to break down.
Noticing this, Setsuna changed the topic, "Why don't we go to the Rei's house and discuss everything there?"
"Y-yeah!" everyone said. "Let's go!" said Usagi
Everyone started walking to go to Rei's house to discuss the events and to know the reason for the return of the three outsiders. When everyone was a little far away, Michiru let her guard drop and let tears fall down. She misses Haruka terribly.
"Here."
Michiru looked up to see Seiya holding out a handkerchief. "Haruka-san wouldn't want to see you like that." said Seiya, smiling a reassuring smile.
Michiru couldn't take it anymore and flung herself to Seiya. Shocked by the action, Seiya eventually recovered and hugged Michiru tightly, knowing that his friend needed someone right now. He just let Michiru cried her heart out while saying Haruka's name over and over again.
"Interesting." said Daichi, smiling as he looks at the reflection of Michiru and Seiya together in the water.
"What is father?" asked Shin, who came close enough to see the image.
"Shin, I want you and Aya and Korin to do whatever you can, to find a way how to break Haruka's heart and resolve by using that person." Daichi said, in a serious and firm diction.
"As you wish." said Shin before bowing down and walking away from the room.
"I'll do whatever I can to see you again Aki." said Daichi.
