Hello all! I'm Back! Sorry! I was in school , working and staying at home cleaning and cooking so I hardly had anytime for myself. I also had a terrible writer's block. As punishment I wrote some other one-shots for another anime which I will be posting soon. Btw I had to read all of the chapters as a refresher so bear with me. Thank you for so many views and favorites/follows! You all made me so happy! This one might be short but I'm working on the next one and that will be up soon too! Thanks and here we go!

~ Author's P.O.V. ~

Sasuke ran to where Naruto's motionless body was and knelt down. He couldn't believe that the love of his life had fallen from his window.

"Shit! Shit! This cant be!" Sasuke said checking Naruto for any signs of concussion which thankfully he didn't seem to have.

Apart from being the son of the wealthy Uchiha clan he also was an aspiring medical ninja so he knew that if Naruto had hit himself from that far up he should of instantly died. Sasuke checked for a pulse on Naruto's wrist. Seconds passed but to him they felt like hours as he tried to search for Naruto's pulse.

Sasuke placed two fingers on Naruto's wrist and worriedly looked for any signs that his dobe could be what seemed like an eternity, a small thump on his two fingers where he was pressing confirmed that Naruto was alive.

"Yes! He's alive! " He screamed out, automatically regretting he did.

Kushina and Minato ran to Naruto's side not knowing what was happening.

"What the hell happened to my baby?! Who the hell are you?!" Kushina screamed tears overflowing from her eyes.

Sasuke called for an ambulance before answering her question never getting up from Naruto's. Sasuke took a deep breath and answered one question at a time.

" Before anything, I'd wish to have met you both at a better situation, unfortunately that's not the case... I am Sasuke Uchiha..." Sasuke was cut off by Kushina's anger as she saw the rope that was hanging from Naruto's room.

" You're that idiot my son was telling me about. The one who was wooing him?!" Kushina balled up her fists to prevent herself from killing his son's admirer.

" And how is he? How's my son?" A very worried Minato asked trying to look for a pulse as well.

Sasuke looked over to Minato.

"He's alive if that's what you want to know... the ambulance is on its way here. I truly am very sorry that this happened to him. I didn't think he would do this... I'm so sorry." Sasuke said, a tear escaping his eyes.

There was silence as the medical unit arrived and took Naruto and the three people he cared the most of to the hospital.

- Hospital E.R. -

" I need a CXR stat. Scratch that. I need a complete Cat scan on the double! Nurse take the patient to X-ray room number 2 and a once that's done take the patient to any available room on the first floor! Bring me the test results immediately!" The medical ninja in charge of Naruto's case shouted to his group of assistants.

"Yes Sir! " his group dispersed to help finish what was asked of them.

Kushina, Sasuke and Minato all paced nervously in the waiting room right outside of the ER.

Sasuke glanced every few moment to the double doors as if Naruto would come running out to hug him and let him know he was okay. Each time he did, he felt a pang of nervousness and guilt. It was his fault for telling Naruto to go live with him without his family's consent. He knew that it was his fault Naruto was in the hospital but he didn't understand how Naruto decided to use the rope instead of his ninja abilities. Sasuke was so dwelled into his guilt that he almost didn't hear when the doctor came out to give them the news.

"Attention! Can I speak to the family of Uzumaki Naruto?" The doctor asked.

Sasuke ran up along with Kushina and Minato. " we are his family. How is he? What's his condition doctor?" Kushina asked worriedly.

" Surprisingly he only managed to break his leg but that can be easily fixed. He also seems to have a minor concussion but that will go away as well. Overall he's lucky to be alive... If this young mas wouldn't have called us sooner I think the diagnostics could have been worse honestly. You can visit him in his room anytime you'd like now. " The doctor concluded and walked away to give them a moment to process it all.

Kushina looked over at Sasuke. For once, not feeling any hatred towards his son's admirer but another feeling...gratitude. She immediately hugged him and any anger that she felt towards him disappeared.

"Thank you! Thank you so much Sasuke!" Kushina thanked Sasuke as she gave him a bone crushing hug.

"Oof! You're … very... welcome. Mrs. Uzumaki..." Sasuke said between gasps of air.

"Darling. You're hurting the boy." Minato chuckled full of relief that his only son would be fine.

"Oops! Sorry!" Kushina let him go and Sasuke gasped for air.

They all laughed.

Sasuke stopped laughing and turned to both of Naruto parents.

"What is it Sasuke?" Minato asked the young man.

" I just wanted to let you know... I love your son. I would never do anything that could hurt him. He chose to run away because his mother didn't let him be with me. I didn't know he was planning on escaping that way I swear, but its my fault he's here. I'm so sorry. I love him and I only want his happiness...even if that's not with me..." Sasuke said sadly.

Both Minato and Kushina looked at each other and laughed lightly understanding what he really was trying to tell them.

Sasuke looked at them puzzled.

"Sasuke. We understand now. I know my son can be silly at times and that I haven't been the best mother but I know for a fact that my son would be protected at your side. I love my son and I only want his happiness and if that's with you then I respect that. I give you both my blessing." Kushina replied.

Sasuke was unbelievably happy. He could finally be with Naruto without hiding. Of course his parents didn't know yet but they were his parents, they would love him and support any decision he made being their youngest son.

"Thank you very much! " Sasuke started, " Can... can I please visit Naruto first?" He asked.

Sure." Kushina said smiling.

"Thank you. You don't know how happy I am. Thank you. I mean it. " Sasuke said as he walked backwards. I smiled at them then turned around, running up to the front desk to ask for admittance to Naruto's room.

_ Well that's it for this chapter guys! Sorry it's taken me forever to upload but as I said I've been busy and new ideas pop into my head! I also cosplay and conventions have taken some of that free time I used to have ^-^ Hopefully though I can get back on top of things and make more chapters for my fanfictions. Also I think there is only going to be one more chapter in this story :( Thanks for reading so far!
